I have sent money to my friend using PhonePe UPI RS 20, 000 INR on 22 Jan 2019 at 03:02 PM after that, the money was credited to receivers account but then immediately it’s debit back from receivers account as a reversed transaction.

But the amount is not yet credited back to my account, I had raised one incident regarding this issue but the yes banks say we have credited the amount successfully and SBI says they have reversed the transaction means they have sent the money back but still I haven't got my money. Please Help

    I have visited State Bank of India, Tiruttani Branch, in order to enter the transactions in my pass book. On enquiry, it was informed, that the machine for printing entries for pass book, is under repair. Even I have visited many times, the machine is not made ready to print. Today 29.01.2019, the same reply is given by the officials, when I have entered the bank . I request early steps may be taken to resolve my problem. Including me, many customers are waiting for such type of work. If new pass book is issued with label, then the transactions will be printed in other areas of state bank of india.

        SBI account 1 year ago at sbi branch, Luxettipet, Managerial, Telangana.pin:504215.due to under age I didn't received any ATM card.recently 20 days back I got an ATM.when I generated my pin and tried to draw money the screen showed error code no 078. I approached the bank and asked for the reason, they checked my account and said that my account is active, but I don't know the exact reason for this.please resolve it as soon as possible.

          Today at around 1pm to 2pm i tried to do a transaction of Rs.1460/- through my SBI debit card in a medical store named sumit medico. Because of transaction failure the amount was not credited to the beneficiary's account but it got debited from my account.
          Kindly take the issue at serious node and do the needful ASAP.

            My name is poonam bhatia. My account no is [protected]. On 23.01.2019 i made 3 upi transactions through sbi anywhere personal app. Money is deducted from my account but receiver didn't get money. I email several times to support. [protected]@sbo.co.in but no answer. I called many times to customer care but no one is giving satisfactory answer.
            Branch is also refuse to help us.
            Kindly help me n refund my 5400 rs as early as possible.

            Very bad experience with sbi bank .
            No one is replying.
            I ordered a phone at flipcart.the ordered cancelled by flipcart.flipcart refund the amount bank transatation id is.IN [protected].
            BUT BANK DEBITED AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT 1030/- PER MONTH.
            WHY?

              I submitted the mahapariksha exam form. While doing payment through debit card rs.150 deducted (On 28th jan 2019) from my sbi bank but after going to the mahapariksha website account showing payment status failed. And i had also complained on my bank but they are saying payment is successful.
              So, i request you that please clear the query and refund the amount of the above failed transaction while filling the form as early as possible.

                My complaint -with SR no.[protected] and this ticket is pending from last more than 15 days, no resolution received.

                As per below mail, could you please revert ?

                I raised request to block my card on dated 9th Nov 18 and paid all due which was lying on my CARD and after settling all due on same day, even I paid excess amount of INR 466 on credit card as confirmed by your customer care team and after that, you people taken request to close my credit card.

                same can be verified/checked by your team from recording lines of same day i.e. 9th Nov 18.

                However, dated 11th Nov you people pay back to me excess amount of INR 466 in my bank account and on same day SBI imposed INR 424 as late fine charges on my card ?

                What is the logic/sense in this ?

                If any due was lying on my card then why people taken request to close my card and also if any amount was pending on my card, then it should to be adjust from my excess paid amount on my card ?

                If I paid extra amount to SBI, then why SBI not adjusted this excess paid amount with due amount rather than pay back to customer and charging late fine charges ?

                And this late fine charges are getting accumulated, however I cleared all due and my card is in blocked stage?

                I discussed with your customer care team for resolution, multiple times, yet issue not resolved.

                Kindly put your attention to close this issue.

                I had buy a product from an online shopping site and I did not find good quality then I return it and they initiated my refund in my bank account on 15 January and gave a time till 21 January but still I cannot get my refund in my account .
                I had also call to SBI Bank customer helpline but they did not solve my problem I am in a problem.

                Sbi bank is cash deposit havey service charge me only rs 750 rupess cash deposit amounts to bank deposit charges rs 59 this wrong

At the time of paying money through online amount of Rs.415 was deducted from my SB account. But ticket was not booked. Till now my amount of Rs.415 not refund.                   Sir I have the honour to inform you that SBI main, Bazer br and Ongc colney failed to deposit cash money about three months, It show only transation failer, Hardware error . sorry etc, Sometime for one hour activated .                     Cheque No.054608 dt.29.03.2017 deposited in my A/c.No.[protected] on the name of Shreya Narendrakumar Zala, at SBI infocity Branch Gandhinagar on 27.04.2017 but Bank has lost the cheque and now they not respond to my complain.                       Sub: refund of non dispensed money from atm
                      I have visited citi bank atm shop no. C-7, ground floor, narwana road, sai chowk, madhu vihar, ip extension, new delhi - 110 092. on 14.08.2018 to withdraw rs 10000.00. I tried with atm [protected]. Atm accepted and filled amount rs10, 000.00 and pin then machine screen blank and not dispensed money, but the amount debited from my account. During that we thought that if amount not dispensed same would be credited back to the account. But amount did not credited. I, therefore, contacted to citi bank helpline. They replied that you just lodge complain to your banker. Then i lodged complain in help line with complain no [protected]. after passing 10 days i received message that “atm bank confirmed that this transaction as successful. Relevant document sent to your branch.” whereas of atm did not dispensed the money. I inquired in my branch but no document received in the branch. I also giving application to my bank but they did not accept my application and asked me to lodge complain in help line. I again lodged complain in helpline with complain no [protected]. After few day i received message “ your complain has been attended to and closed after resolution as: your is again rejected by appropriate authority. Relevant document sent to your branch”. but my money did not revert back to my account. I again contacted my sbi branch. They replied that we have lodged your complaint and till no communication received wait for 7 days as have lodged your complain. on 25th october 2018 i received message on my mobile “your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : thank you for the feedback. Necessary action has been taken to improve customer service and employees suitably counselled to provide suitable response to customer query.”
                      Sir, it is my hard money. If your atm was faulty why i suffer and lost 10000.00. I want my money back. I have complain many time but till date no action taken by bank to refund the amount.

                      I, therefore, request you to do needful and revert back debited amount in my account.

                        Hello sir/madam,

                        I applied for sbi credit card since i got a call stating that they were from sbi ([protected]).

                        They said there is no annual fee and when i got call verification, they informed annual fee of rs 5000. I immediately cancelled it.

                        I again got call from [protected] and they said that they are from sbi itself and the people calling for verification are from agency. I confirmed with them if there are any charges involved. They assured me there wil be no charges and i have called recording too for this.

                        No when i have received the card there is annual fee of 5000 and its elite card. I called that number again and now they are disconnectin the call.

                        I want to ensure that their license is called for fooling customer and this big violation. They dont understand the importance of it and they just want to finish their target.

                        Please let me know if i need to send a mail to the head of sbi im ready to do that, i just want to cancel the card as well cancel the license of such fraud agency.

                          Sir, i have done a transaction of 2000 on 22 jan through paytm upi from my hdfc bank account to my own sbi account. Paytm shows successful. I checked sbi statement. There it was credited first and then redebited without any reason. Till now i didn't get the money. Upi reference id[protected]. My name is ashis biswas. I have called both paytm and sbi. They ignored any responsibility regarding this. Sbi told money is with sbi. And paytm told money is with paytm.. Please give me the money soon. I need it

                            Sir i did two upi transactions of rs. 2000 each on 20th january 2019 at 8:57pm and amount was deducted from my account despite transaction failure but the same amount has not been refunded back to my account number even after 10 days

                              My name is poonam bhatia. Account no is [protected].
                              I made 3 transaction on 23.01.2019 upi transaction through sbi anywhere personal app. Money is deducted but receiver didn't get money. I email several times to support but didn't get any revert. When i got my money refund. I called many times at customer care but no one is replying me. My money is 5400. Kindly refund it as early as possible. I am enclosing picture of my complaint as a proof.

                                Hello Sir,

                                This is to inform you that when trying to withdraw 2200 RS cash from the ATM, my cash was deducted from my account but I did not receive the money.Then very immediately I went to the main branch of SBI bank in Cuttack, they suggested me to wait for 24 hrs and check whether the cash is auto-credited to the account. I have been waiting from 24 the January, but the cash has not credited.
                                Could you please look into it and help me with the cash credit.

                                I want a early response.Because while calling customer care I can never get a response from any executives as they are all busy.

                                  Transaction failed but money of Rs. 5000 was debited from my sbi account. Money yet to be returned to my account. Transaction id:P1901202045132449502324. UTR:[protected], Dated 21 january 2019.
                                  I request you to return money of rs. 5000 back to my sbi account immediately since the same was debited under a failure transaction through pephone ubi.

                                      I withdrew Rs. 20000 from SBI ATM and one of the 2000 Currency note was burnt from two corners, i gave an application to the ATM Branch but they're not taking any action regarding this issue and just telling me that they'll look into this and on and on and on.

                                        Sir, on 23rd January 2019 I have send RS 2250 from my Paytm payments bank to state bank of India account number [protected] (suhail Ahmad Rathi)through upi platform.This transaction was successful and amount was debited from my Paytm payments bank account but was not credited into my state bank.paytm has already initiated this transaction and have successfully send money to state bank account but yet I have not received this amount. The upi reference number is[protected] and transaction ID is S14630104. Please resolve this issue earlier.thanks
