मैं सुल्तानिया रोड बैंक ब्रांच के पास अपने वोटर आई.में सुधार हेतु शासकीय चालान कट वाने हेतु आया था परंतु यहाँ 5 काउंटर में से मात्र 1 ही काउंटर पर ही चालान बनाने का कार्य हो रहां हैं शेष काउंटर पर कोई भी कर्मचारी उपस्तिथ नहीं है जिससे चालान बनावाने में 3-4 घंटे का समय लग रहा है और बैंक बाहर एक व्यक्ति चालान फॉर्म 10 रूपए मर बेच रहां है जो की बैंक के अंदर नई:शुल्क मिलने चाहिए।

    I was credit card holder of sbi bank. Now my credit card bill was showing pending from last 2 month whenever i was blocked my card last more than 1 years now bank sending sms of pending amount of rs 5750

    Dear sir/madam,
    I gave an application to open a saving bank account in sbi, Puttur branch on 09/01/2019. As per my knowledge 2-3 working days enough to open the account. But 10 days past still my account not opened and I enquired today (19/01/2019), they are saying it will take another 30 days. So please help me in this regard.

      Respected general manager,
      Last year on the repeated request by your agents, i have taken air india sbi credit card. While taking the card, i was not given the information about the card charges. After the first bill generation, without using the card i was charged around 2500 change. I consulted the customer care service and they informed me the card with was issued was chargeable. I contacted many department in the customer care center and raised complaints many times, but there was no response from there side. Lastly 4 months back i visited the sbi credit card center in rasoolpura, and the agent there advised me to close the royal sundaram plan for which it was charged. Request has been raised and the agents had closed the plan. But the amount was partially waved and the agents from the sibil department are calling me and asking me for the payment. It had been 1 year i am continuously struggling for the response from them and lastly they are asking me to close by making a payment. I don't want to pay the money as i didn't even used a penny. I request you to go through my credit details and wave-off the money which had been charged for my card.

        Sir,

        I am hdfc bank costumer ac no [protected], ifsc hdfc0000145, branch borivali west mumbai.

        On 20jan 2019, from jhusi allahabad sbi atm (Nwd-438624xxxxxx[protected]allahabad) transaction reference[protected] i tried to withdraw rs 10000/- two times in line where my second transaction of rs 10000/- deducted rs 10000/- from my account but atm didn't dispense the desired amount (Rs 10000/-) hence my money is not received yet on 24 jan 2019.

        Hence it is requested to reimburse my undue deduction of rs 10000/- because of atm error.

          On the 6 th of jan 2019. My atm was with me safely in nagpur. There were some fraud 5 atm transations of amount 29000/- done from my sbi account which showed atm withdrawal from various atm machines in mumbai. And i didnt get any message of theb above transactions from the bank. On enquiring with the bank i found out that my atm has been cloned. I hold a secure atm card even then it was cloned hence i hold sbi responsible for this breach in security and hence demand refund of my money.

            A SBI credit card with reference no. EV[protected] has been issued on my name. The card was supposed to be delivered last week by 12th December
            but I am disappointed with the delivery service. Firstly, there is no prior call or intimation before card delivery and later I got an update through text in the evening that the card delivery was unsuccessful due to absence of the card holder. I contacted Aramex courier company and the customer executive, but again didn't get any help. Now the delivery has been postponed to another 7-10 days. How someone will be aware of such courier is arriving any day without prior notice and be available at the residence when working in a company! Please help asap.

              Dear team,

              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                I Ajay Kumar applied education loan through vidhya Lakshmi to SBI in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. I completed my b.tech and joined in a GME course (Graduate marine engineer) it's a merchant Navy course one year, Course fee is 3 lacs .so I applied for education loan in SBI, they take all my document copies and notary also after two months they are saying not giving loan for this course . But they don't know this course also eligible for loan . I already told them but they are not hearing my words. My senior and classmate also get loan from SBI, I showed that sanctioned mail to them but they are not responding. Vidhya Lakshmi website is good but banks are not working properly.

                    Hi,
                    While applying home loan they are applied credit card for me without knowing me. Then they issued the card. After getting card have not even activated the card and have immediately closed my credit card and they confirmed that they closed the card.
                    But Now still, they are sending the bill to pay the amount.
                    Now the amount is showing Rs 4448/-.
                    Below are the mail got form SBI.

                    "Dear Mr.Chandra Babu K,

                    Thank you for writing to SBI Cards.

                    This is with reference to your communication dated 30/5/2018.

                    SBI Card Account Closure : We understand vide your communication that you have expressed the desire to close your SBI Card relationship. Your decision to close your account is a matter of deep concern to us.

                    Although as requested, we have cancelled your card. Thus, we would request you to destroy the card(s) in your possession. We would also request you to scratch out the CVV number mentioned on your card. The CVV number is a 3-digit unique security code indicated at the back of your SBI credit card

                    "Card Related: We wish to inform you that your SBI card account is already inactive for usage and as on date the total outstanding amount is Rs.4, 448.24 payable to us. We may request you to send in the payment for the same at the earliest. Also, you would continue to receive your statements, till we receive the total outstanding amount on your card."

                          I opened an insta account in the month of june, 2018 for crediting my salary monthly, now even after submitting all necessary documents my account is still blocked. It has been 2 months since my account has blocked and i dint debited my salary. If i register a complaint, sbi is sending a message saying "your complaint could not be resolved due to unavoidable reasons".

                            On 11-jan-2019 i did a 2000 rupees of transaction through paytm form my andhra bank to sbi bank, amount was debited form my andhra bank but the money was not credited in sbi bank, after that I have seen the transaction in sbi bank in that upi/rev is there. I have contacted to all the customer cars of paytm, sbi and andhra bank but there is no solution, please slove this issue and return my money back

                                Dear sir
                                A refund of 4220 rupees was successfully processed on 26 december 2018 to my account with refund reference no[protected] from amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service to file a charge dispute form with all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem and the service to file a dispute form was completely denied without consideration. I was sent to local branch ramganj sbin00003276 to verify but i was informed that there is no refund and no possibility to claim or verify my refund amount. No action is being taken.

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  1. I have tried to to withdraw rupees 4000 from corp bank hrbr layout bangalore from my card [protected] this amount has not been dispensed whereas debited from my account. I have raised complaint with call centre. Complaint number [protected] dated 16 january 2019. Corp atm 4354137 txn#[protected] dated 16 january 2019 3.05 also refers.
