Last year on the repeated request by your agents, i have taken air india sbi credit card. While taking the card, i was not given the information about the card charges. After the first bill generation, without using the card i was charged around 2500 change. I consulted the customer care service and they informed me the card with was issued was chargeable. I contacted many department in the customer care center and raised complaints many times, but there was no response from there side. Lastly 4 months back i visited the sbi credit card center in rasoolpura, and the agent there advised me to close the royal sundaram plan for which it was charged. Request has been raised and the agents had closed the plan. But the amount was partially waved and the agents from the sibil department are calling me and asking me for the payment. It had been 1 year i am continuously struggling for the response from them and lastly they are asking me to close by making a payment. I don't want to pay the money as i didn't even used a penny. I request you to go through my credit details and wave-off the money which had been charged for my card.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I gave an application to open a saving bank account in sbi, Puttur branch on 09/01/2019. As per my knowledge 2-3 working days enough to open the account. But 10 days past still my account not opened and I enquired today (19/01/2019), they are saying it will take another 30 days. So please help me in this regard.
