Dear sir/ma'am

A refund of 805.34 rupees was successfully processed on 31 August, 2022 at 3:23:32 PM IST to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND TILL NOW.

I have called the State Bank of India customer service but not get any help.

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and...

NOC and Form 35 Pending sine last 7 months

Not allocating and delaying with excuses

This is my third time applying for education loan but this time after month when I suppose apply for my visa bank racpc telling me we cant provide you loan since you have home loan on same property with SBI this I already clarified with previous before applying for loan and now SBI RACPC Gurgaon Badshapur make me running post to pillar.

My entire life, money and carrier is on stake as I already paid 30000 as admission fees....

Internet Banking Got Deactivated

My Internet Banking Username got Deactivated automatically on 7th Sept 2022. I am getting a message displayed while logging to my net banking account that Username has been deactivated, contact branch for the same. Cash withdrawal & One queue for withdrawal and deposit

Address:Diwanpara, Wankaner, Morbi

I was gone to SBI branch in wankaner, Morbi. There are 4 counters in branch. and finds One very long queue at one counter and other three counters seat free without any work. And rest of one was for withdrawal and deposit the money both..!!! There was a very long queue at that one counter & others were free. I need cash so i was in queue by cheque, for 1.5 hr and no one was there to help him (other counter mans just see shamelessly a queue)....

Premium payment deducted from Account but not Credited to PLI Portal

I have paid the Post Life Insurance premium through SBI Net Banking. Payment got deducted from Account(Transaction successful) but Not credited on portal and It still is showing Pending Status for Premium on PLI portal .

Staff behavior

Being a customer of SBI, I am highly disappointed with the KUMTA branch staff Mr. Chandrakant Bhat(Uttara kannada, Karnataka 581343). SBI is a nationalized bank . But doesn't know how to treat it's customers. Every time he speaks rudely to customers and doesn't know how to treat them. I request you to kindly teach some professional skills to your staff. SBI creating credit card application without my consent. Calling frequently

I had applied for SBI credit card in January which was declined due to unknown reason. Its been 8 months but the agents keeps calling again and again and tricking me to apply for credit card for more than 10 times WITHOUT MY CONSENT. New Saving Account Opening related issue

Yesterday I visited Uttam Nagar branch to open my wife's account. There the employees of the bank were forcing. Was saying that without insurance you cannot open a savings account.

Unauthorized or Multiple rental charges for Locker

Hi,
I had deposited money on 20-Jul-2022 and Annual Locker Charge Locker Rent has been deducted (2, 360.00) from my account two times on 21-Jul-2022 and same day again deducted.
