This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of INR 2650
My account is debited with the name of OTHPG ATOM TECHNOLOGIES MUMBAI with rs 2650 without any message
i never use card online and never share card details to anybody
please give me a solution
i have compliant to my bank but they have not gave my any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution

    I have received a sms on 22/02/2022 from an unknown sender requesting to update my KYC details through the link provided otherwise the account will be on hold. It looked like the message is from SBI. I have clicked on the link and provided the details. As soon as I submitted, an amount of INR 14, 381/- has been debited from my SBI account via Internet Banking. I recognized immediately that it's a phishing link which was received to me via sms. I made a call to the SBI customer care mentioning the incident thereby blocking my account. They raised a case with number: 85635919 and informed that the issue will be resolved in maximum 90 working days.

    I waited and checked online and also over the phone to SBI customer care for the update. After 6 months, I found the status of my case is closed and the reason is unknown. Immediately I called to customer care, they informed that I need to submit some KYC form or something at my home branch along with the same case number. I have done the same and nothing happened since then. Altogether, it's been more than 7 months and yet none responding either at the bank or over the customer care. Hence, I am vexed and raising a complaint so that someone will look into it and resolve my issue. Otherwise, I would like to complaint in Banking Ombudsman on this as well.

      I’ve made a purchase of ₹ 64192.75 paid on the[protected] and it reflected in the payment history on the[protected] yet SBI has debited this amount on the[protected] and reversed it on the[protected] and charged me ₹1282 as NFS FEE. Firstly I’ve never opted for such a service, I had gotten to know about this in April as a similar instance occurred for which I’ve received a reversal that to upon asking for a cancellation of the card and I’ve also insisted SBI to deactivate the auto debit feature for which I was asked to download a form, fill it and email it to a customer service email id, which is just pathetic in today’s age and time but I did and never heard back. Now, fed up asked for cancellation of my card and the agent offers me a reversal if I continue usage of the card for which I did and a reversal ticket is still open[protected]. Just out of curiosity and the evident service called SBI to know the status and they’re denying a reversal stating I can avail it only once a year. They have made me use the card by fake promising reversal.

              Dear sir,
              Today I checked my account balance through mini statement and found that i lost my 34000 rupees through debit sweep on 1st september, 2022 . I am totally shocked to see my available balance. I do not have internet banking facility for my SBI Account.( ON SBI ONLINE PORTAL, THOSE 34000 RUPEES ARE SHOWN AS MOD BALANCE )

              PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED AUTOMATICALLY WIYJOUT MY CONCERN. DOES IT MEAN I LOST MY MONEY ?

              PLEASE HELP.

                My credit card was compromised today 3rd october 2022 and there were. 1 transactions made with my card by Paytm Noida for a total of approximately Rs. 10, 220. I have been contacting Sbi Card customer service with little to no help and this has not been resolved yet.Despite being a valued customer, I am going through lot of mental agony to get this resolved. Can someone please help me with this?

                  Tomorrow my account inactive by bank. My many loan emi is initiate by bank and i thought my account is inactive, so all emi is bounce and it's effect my credit and cibil score. My bank charge late payment or bounce charge. I want to please activate my account urgently and next time informed me to activate account.

                    I have ordered a product crompton seawind 1200mm ceiling fan on 08/09/2022 from amazon but the product was damaged so i have returned the product on 19/09/2022 for that amazon had initiated the refund amount to my account but i did not receive any refund amount in my account. Amazon had provided me a REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER:[protected] and told to contact home branch and the home branch is just questioning me why u use such platforms to buy products we cant do anything with REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER you should contact Amazon itself .

                      My name is Ramavtar Dudhwal. I ordered 2 pair of shoes from ajio on 30th april and get delivered by 24 may that the product was different from that i ordered so I created a return on ajio on 25 may and that shoes picked up on 01 jun. My order ID is FN[protected].
                      That item was picked up but my refund was not credited into my bank account yet . But ajio claiming that tha company initiated refund on 19th jun. It's almost 5 months. Here is the reference number :-

                                  Bank account freeze

                                  Hi due to non kyc updation the bank account is frozen. My registered mobile number is [protected].

                                  Kindly note I'm medically unfit right now cannot travel to my hometown for updating as I'm far away from that branch (home branch). I have emailed the documents to branch but no response on the same.

                                  Online unable to submit as my internet banking credentials I don't have as I never used it. Please resolve this matter....

                                      Refund initiated by amazon but not received
