I sent sbi cap securities bombay branch stock certificates for dematting. I stay overseas. Without even discussing anything with me they sent me those shares back overseas and upon inquiry told me some corrections needed in application forms which could have been easily solved by email and there was no need to send shares back to us. I have been trying to get help from sbi escalation department to resolve the issue. This is going over for over six months now with no results! I have been in touch with anissa nayak of sbi escalation department and another lady from nri customer service priya gupta with no help to resolve my issue. I want this complaint sent to ceo of sbi and manager in charge to solve the problem. It is especially hard for nri to deal with irresponsible customer service.

    On 02.01.2019 my sbi atm card used for cash withdrawal in punjab& sind bank & vijaya bank atm trivandrum branch. But the transaction was cancelled. Later i checked my a/c r. S 3000/- & r. S 2000/- debited. I request to take this as serious and solve the problem and kindly do the needful to reverse the amount in my account.

      Date of incident is 05-jan-2019

      I am trying to make the payment for dda direct recruitment 2019, the government website (https://dda.org.in/ddaweb/index.aspx) provides your link for online payment (https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/donationdisplayfeepaymentdetails.htm) but every time i try to enter the details like payment category and application number and press submit. It gives me error "please verify the data entered and try again."

      I verified from my end and all the information is correct.
      Please repair your site. There will be many candidates trying to fill the details now so it's a huge problem.

        Dear concerned person,
        I vinod kumar srivastav s/o sh. Om prakash srivastav, r/o b-4/43, rohini sector - 17, new delhi - 110089. This is to bring in your notice that i was withdrawing cash from bank of baroda bank atm situated at milap nagar, uttam nagar. I have withdrawn a cash of 1500rs on 5th january but it was not withdrawn as there was some mechanical issue in machine. As i didn't received cash but the amount was deducted from my account. I was in atm between 12:30 pm - 1:00pm. For this we have informed bank of baroda milap nagar, uttam nagar and they have asked us to wait for 4 hours but still nothing worked out. Please its a humble request to considered it on priority and initiate the refund as it is a hard earned money. Kindly check and initiate refund for the same at the earliest.

            I want to report the negligence of sbi team for leaking consumer details regarding transactions, personal mobile number, address banking details of mine which caused me loss of 50000 rupees in 5 successive fraud transactions. I have reported the same in local ps and the credit card team on same day after i saw messages of otp and credit utilisation however i have not shared the details received a fraud call regarding my banking details after which i received an sms stating my credit bal has been utilised and asap i reported this with the sbi credit card team. But they are accounting me liable and putting false allegations that i shared my details and want to escape the situation. I want help to solve this disputed transactions and sharing of personal details of consumer to other fraudsters. And they are not providing me any valuable feedback from the sbi team.

                Presently i am serving in 209 cobra crpf jharkhand on post of sub inspector
                I had taken personal loan from your sbi branch bichna in month of may.

                Rs. 6 lacs had been santioned by your branch and also deducted processing fees rs. 7080 fm my personal account
                I had asked to branch manager that why has above amount deducted my account
                Then bank manager replied to me that above amount will return to your account after sometime and this amount deducted by mistake but anytime i called to bank manger but not respose to me.
                I complained in regarding above matter but not find solutions. Complaint no is [protected].

                  I have account in sbi, my mobile no [protected] pls tell me why 295/- rs is debited from my account, total 3 times debited from my account day by day from 3 jan to 5 jan. And transfered to investment intermedi without my knowledge. So pls kindly help me to stop this deduction. Your support would be highly appreciated.                     I live in dhubri district assam in our locality there is a sbi gauripur branch i visited there for opening a savings account but sadly the bank do not provide application form for opening an savings account. They said you come on the april month 2019 for opening savings account.
                    It's very unfortunate.

                      I have made a transaction through paytm app on 4 th jan. But transaction failed and money got deducted from account. And receivers have not received the amount yet. And money has also not been refunded yet. Transaction details are following:

                        I had deposited rs.20, 000/- in an sbi (State bank of india) cdm (On 05/01/2019 11:05 am), but amount has been not credited to my account. The bank team has claimed that it would get credited by 08/01/2019. I had tried thorough the cdm because i need the amount in bank immediately and i was away from my home branch. What is the use of presence of cdm if it is not working properly.
                        I had faced such situation for many times in sbi.br...

                        Blue dart से मेरा क्रेडिट कार्ड भेजा गया है। reference no-

                        मेरा क्रेडिट कार्ड अभी तक नहीं मिला। track करके status scan किया तो address landmark needed यह remark है।

                        सत्य बात यह है की जो पहले address दिया है वही address पर credit card के बाद भेजा गया क्रेडिट कार्ड पिन का envelope भारत डाक की स्पीड पोस्ट सेवा से मिल सकता है! लेकीन उनके पहले छे दिन bluedart से भेजा हुआ क्रेडिट कार्ड कैसे मिल नही सकता।यह बडी अजीबसी बात है।
                        — 413401 barshi maharashtra जो blue dart के delivery person है वह अच्छेसे service नही देते। barshi के नजदीक ही delivery देते है।बाकी customer को संपर्क करते है और उनको barshi ऑफिस मे बुलाते है।
                        Blue dart की सेवा अच्छी नही है।

                          I paid my phone bill 500 via upi but balance got deducted and not pay bill then i call customer care - ([protected]/[protected]) after that they told me that balance will be reflected in my account in 24 hours but i didn't get any refund plz help me.
                          I mail my problem with sbi support email but it's not resolve then i go to my local branch after that branch manager told me that you can complaint in your service provider then i call my service provider he told me that we don't receive any amount so you can call your bank.
                          I am very irrational please help me as soon as.

                            I have a savings account in sbi. Without any information, my balance of 2, 00, 000 rs get hold. When i tried to transfer the amount to other account using netbanking a message of dp not available amount can not be withdrawn arises. On contacting main branch, i got aware about this issue that they have put my balance in hold and they assured me to convert it into main balance but they didn't. I called branch manager and also mailed about the same but the issue did not get resolve.

                                I have invested Rs. 100000 under senior citizen saving scheme. My account no.is [protected]. For the quarter ended 31.12.18 Rs. 2075/ has been credited towards interest and Rs. 208/ transferred to[protected]. The balance interest of Rs. 1867/ has to be transferred to my SB account no.[protected]. But Rs. 2075/ has been debited in my account and transferred to[protected]TDS). My SCSS balance is reduced to Rs. 99792/. Please transfer Rs. 1867/ to my aforesaid SB account and Rs 208/ credited to my SCSS account restoring the balance to Rs. 100000/ I request early compliance.

I make a payment of Rs 225.00 rupees for asianet on 27 Dec 18 but transaction was error and amount 225 was deducted from my account.i have complained for same on 27 Dec 18 and the officer has told me your problem will resolve in next three days but the problem has been not resolved yet.please take it in priority.

                                    I ordered a hp laptop bag from Amazon.paid it at the amount of 354.and then I cancelled it that moment for some reason.Amazon sent me an e mail and I also did contact there they have provided me a reference no[protected] and telling that the refund was initiated that day as the money till has not been credited to my acount this is why to contact here and this way the payment can back to them.I request you please take this matter seriously and help.

                                      I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card (Zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil report.
                                      And they gave me the every time different reference numbers

                                      When i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address and email also many times.

                                      When i had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide noc to me.
                                      Please do the needful..
