I paid my phone bill 500 via upi but balance got deducted and not pay bill then i call customer care - ([protected]/[protected]) after that they told me that balance will be reflected in my account in 24 hours but i didn't get any refund plz help me.
I mail my problem with sbi support email but it's not resolve then i go to my local branch after that branch manager told me that you can complaint in your service provider then i call my service provider he told me that we don't receive any amount so you can call your bank.
I am very irrational please help me as soon as.

    I have a savings account in sbi. Without any information, my balance of 2, 00, 000 rs get hold. When i tried to transfer the amount to other account using netbanking a message of dp not available amount can not be withdrawn arises. On contacting main branch, i got aware about this issue that they have put my balance in hold and they assured me to convert it into main balance but they didn't. I called branch manager and also mailed about the same but the issue did not get resolve.

        I have invested Rs. 100000 under senior citizen saving scheme. My account no.is [protected]. For the quarter ended 31.12.18 Rs. 2075/ has been credited towards interest and Rs. 208/ transferred to[protected]. The balance interest of Rs. 1867/ has to be transferred to my SB account no.[protected]. But Rs. 2075/ has been debited in my account and transferred to[protected]TDS). My SCSS balance is reduced to Rs. 99792/. Please transfer Rs. 1867/ to my aforesaid SB account and Rs 208/ credited to my SCSS account restoring the balance to Rs. 100000/ I request early compliance.

I make a payment of Rs 225.00 rupees for asianet on 27 Dec 18 but transaction was error and amount 225 was deducted from my account.i have complained for same on 27 Dec 18 and the officer has told me your problem will resolve in next three days but the problem has been not resolved yet.please take it in priority.

            I ordered a hp laptop bag from Amazon.paid it at the amount of 354.and then I cancelled it that moment for some reason.Amazon sent me an e mail and I also did contact there they have provided me a reference no[protected] and telling that the refund was initiated that day as the money till has not been credited to my acount this is why to contact here and this way the payment can back to them.I request you please take this matter seriously and help.

              I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card (Zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil report.
              And they gave me the every time different reference numbers

              [protected]
              [protected].
              When i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address and email also many times.

              When i had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide noc to me.
              Please do the needful..

                I receive an amount of inr521 from [protected]@ybl on 3 jan 2019 through phonepe.. And transaction is succesful but until money is not credit in bank account
                Utr no is[protected]
                Phonepe is succesfully transfer money to sbi but money is not credit in my account
                .. Please check and transfer as soon as possible... Utr no is given above.. Check through utr no and transfer money in bank account
                I done this transaction on 1 jan 2019 but transaction goes on pending due to bank not confirm.. But on 3 jan 2019 bank confirm and transaction succesfull but not amount is not credit in bank account

                Yesterday i recieve a call from [protected]
                And ask me for this transaction and take my all bank detail upi id and upi pin with obc debit card no...and when i know that this call is fake then i say that i take action about this then immideatly my account is debit INR770 And INR7 through upi...please check and take action against this...and refund my money in my bank account

                    Sir, on dt.[protected] ktb atm kbl17106 refernce id[protected] chitradurga from chandpole behind police line i use my atm card for withdrawal rs.10000/- dt[protected] time 17:01:41 atm id kbl 17106 reference number[protected] i use my atm card for withdrawal rs 5000/- but i not received money from atm then i try again, and then i try in other atm but i still not received money, then next day i try again, but i have total reduce money in my account rs.15000/- total amtin account 16845/- which was i have not received. But till date i have not received at all.

                    Please do needful as soon as possible.

                      As per the third proviso to subsection 3 of section 194a, no tds at source shall be made with effect 1/4/2018 in case of senior citizens where the amount of such income or the aggregate of the amount such income credited or paid during the financial year does not exceed rs. 50000. Although my interest income from senior citizen a/cs is less that rs 50000. Sbi chandlodiya branch ahmedabad has deducted tds while paying interest during quarter ending december 2018. This deducted amount is even more than 10% of interest during the whole year.

                      Instruction may be issued to the bank not to deposit with income tax department. This amount may be refunded/paid back to me.

                        I want to complain on sbi bank which is located near
                        Ngo's colony branch.
                        Hanmakonda,
                        Warangal,
                        Telangana state.

                        It is the worst service provided compared to all sbi banks. They never give cash even in the urgency. And they will take the deposits and while withdrawl they ask us to collet from atm. I dont know where they are sending al the cash.

                        Please consider my complaint because its a huge problem for us.

                          My self janmejay gochhayat. I have a account holder of sbi bank. My account no. [protected], ifsc code-sbin0000094. Submit for complaint. Because, tomorrow suddenly deduct rs.295 in my sbi saving account. I had called to sbi customer care and he told to me. You have a lone customer and you have not submit your loan amount in a particular time or particular period. But sir 2/1/19 is my lone amount day and i have deposit the sufficient amount in this day. But the loan amount not deduct on 2/1/19. And rs.295 deduct my account on 3/1/19 and the money deduct by sbi branch. So, please kindly check my account status and refund my money.

                            Bank acccount balance debited for my sbi account amount of 295 rs debited 3 times from account to transferred to investment intermedi and in the m onth of january, 2019, the amount debited from my account of rs.885 to transferred to investment intermedi.

                            Plese stop this account any information amount is debited every mon, your a/c xxxxx612245 debited inr 295.00 on 04/01/19 - transferred to investment intermedi. A/c balance inr 1, 101.63. Plese refund me.

                              Of rupees 829.00 (Refund reference no[protected] and 1047.00 (Refund reference no[protected] respectively, but these amount are not reflecting on my account no [protected] name of account holder-nayan pegu branch - kulajan.
                              Therefore i request you to kindly resolve the matter as early as possible.

                                I am 80+ pensioner of sbi, mahavir ngr. Br. Bhopal (3867) customer sb a/c no.[protected]. My atm card block on 1st dec.18 without issuing new atm card. I have sent so many mails to branch and customer care agm lho bhopal, but no response received from any authority. As i required medical assistance for which i am depend on my monthly pension only. But due to atm card blocked before 31st dec. As declared in media. I could not withdraw money from atm. Please look into the matter and arrange to send new atm card immediately.

                                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                    I have the honour to inform you that three number of fraud transaction through othpg in my sbi accounts last 27.12.2018 rs.5000 and 28.12.2018 rs.10000. And the said amounts goes to paytm accounts. Which transaction number is othpg[protected]paytm on 27.12.2018 rs.5000 and another two transaction was othpg[protected]paytm rs.5000 and othpg[protected]paytm rs.5000 on 28.12.2018. I have no paytm accounts. Then how can debited the above mentioned rs. This is the fraud transaction in my account. Sir, please help me. My. Name is goutm nath. I am from kaliabor, nagaon assam, pin.
