Hi Team,

My father-in-law has a SBI card which he has used but now due to difficulty in financial crisis. He is unable to make payment to SBI card. Even my husband and myself visited Jaipur Credit card department to settle the card but total settlement was of 1, 95, 000. We have been trying to collect that money meanwhile card next emi bounced on 20th of this month. Now sbi card recovery agents are visiting us now and then shouting in front of the house. I was alone at home and they keep on coming on numbers, i told them my father in law and husband is not at home but still they are arrogant and adamant.
Today morning my husband and myself was at home and father in law was not there so we told them that he is not at home. He started shouting like “call him and tell him to come right away or else i will sit at the house today until he doesn’t come, and i will wait until he doesn’t come” and “today i will not go without taking money” and they started yelling at me and a branch manager came with them standing there quietly. I told branch manager multiple times to tell his goons to shut up. But those 3 sbi card goons did not stop. I had to tell them that i will call police, they cannot stand at our property and misbehave with us. This argument went for a while. We really want to pay this money but we are currently in very hard financial crisis and these recovery agents are harassing us everyday.
We need sometime to get back at our foots again.
Please help us here.

    Machine accepted cash (INR 9, 500) on the date 18 September, 2022, but did not print receipt and showed "Transaction Cancelled" and prompted to remove card while cash counting. Cash was accepted, but not credited.

      Dear Concern,

      I am account holder of sbi bank and on 24th jan one unauthorised transaction done through my account amt is 8300 rs.

      at the same time i connect to sbi bank and CC they told me wait for some time we are raising a concern.

      afeter few month i got arply form bank that we can't refund this amount bcoz you shared the OTP.

      but i didn't share OTP to anyone. kindly look this concern and help me to refund my amt.

        I ordered a product on amazo and returned it later. Amazon refunded the amount rs.2999 on 22.04.2022 vide refund reference number (rrn[protected]. This amount has not been credited yet. And even after contacting the branch multiple times, nothing has been done.

            This is to inform you that we have made FD no. [protected] on[protected], with quarterly interest transferred to our SB a/c no. [protected] having in the below mentioned bank address State bank of india Code : 30458 Bank colony branch Annapurna road indore quarterly interest was due on [protected], which till date we have not yet received, the bank staff official the FD interest has been stopped because of kyc. we have given aadhar card and pan card copy duly signed, as required by the bank 5 days back. we request you to look into the matter, and do the needful in this regard

              Sir,
              1 St Transaction No. 046574 - Money deducted not Reversed in till Dt.
              2 nd Transaction No. 046589 - Successful Transaction. ( Both Transaction on same date 06.08.2022)

              Last month 06.08.2022 i used my SBI ATM Card in one department store 1 st time i swiped, amount deducted in my account and not credited to vendor ( Department Store ) account. 2nd time i swiped same amount of Rs. 1097/-. This time the payment success. But 1 st time paid amount till now not credit in my bank account again.
              I already compliant in SBI Portal via CRM. the complaint date is 11.08.2022 & the case number was[protected].
              on 17.08.2022 again i called to SBI Customer care contact center at that time they told my amount of Rs. 1097/- Was successfully transfer to that Department store account on 16.08.2022. How can i tolerate this Sir? Money paid in party (My) account but they credit back to Vendor account.
              Later 18.09.2022 I enquired to that Particular Department store And i Explained my Situation they told sir We will Check our Bank account and inform you later.
              Today 19.09.2022 they informed any money not received on that date and later date also.
              so kindly please help me

                Immediate redressal is still pending

                My complaint no.[protected] regarding the transaction of 24450 Rs has not been resolved. The status of the complaint is (Your Complaint has been routed to UPI DEPT for immediate redressal). But the Complaint/service Request Status/Resolution is showing that the Case is Closed. But I haven't got any refund....

                Paid rs 750 from my gpay for SBI clerk form . The payment is showing successful and the amount is deducted from my bank account but the same is not reflected in my application form.It says that the payment has failed.
                Please resolve it and initiate refund as soon as possible..

                    I intend to inform you that there are individuals or groups operating without any check inside the bank premised. They first come to customers who go or come with cash requesting for change, simultaneously other person ask your help in filling his forms or help. They divert your attention and pick pocketing you. Camera in bank not working. Hence staff don't cooperate saying our camera doesn't work properly.

                    Sir,
                    I faced the same problem on 16 sep 22 between 1330 hrs to 1430 hrs, two individuals came to me did the same modus operandi and pick pocketed my Rs 44500. I reported same to bank AFO, Mr Munna kumar and he said that camera not working properly. He did not bother to help me. I didn't complaint to police online due to no knowledge of on line complaining procedures. If cameras were working this could have been very much avoided. I also atach my complain given to bank for reference.

                    Sir,
                    I request you to look into this matter so as to help recover the amound from criminals randomly or this type of incident can be avoided in future. If inquired, it may help to improve the security-related to general public in bank.

                      I am an NRI, i have NRE/NRO account with SBI,
                      i need transfer the branch of my accounts from One branch to another branch within Bangalore, India.
                      I get the OTPs but when entered, it says, cannot do the transfer, its becoming increasing difficult for NRIs
                      please help.

                            I availed a HBL loan in 1992, from SBI A F Station Branch Kumbhirgram by depositing the original title deed of my land at the notified centre for EM.
                            But Sir, after closure of my HBL in 2005, my original title deed as deposited with the Bank is not returned to me. Thereafter I continued to request the Branch by representing my problem by sending by Registered letter, but not heated anything in reply.
                            Sir, I send another email today praying for the same.
                            I request your good office to kindly to look in to this and advise me the next course of action sir.

                              First time I have applied SBI credit card one time only on the below date.
                              SBI CARDS 05/11/2014 Credit Card 50, 000
                              But in the CIBIL report it is showing multiple entries.
                              The below mentioned enquires not requested from my end to SBI.
                              SBI CARDS 24/03/2015 Credit Card 50, 000
                              SBI CARDS 14/03/2015 Credit Card 50, 000
                              SBI CARDS 24/12/2014 Credit Card 50, 000

                              Due to more number of credit enquires in my cibil report I am not getting the loans. Kindly remove the credit enquires wrongly made by you.

                              SBI is threat to every Indian. One of the worst banks ever and the employees think themselves as God. SBI employees copy customers sign and take laon on behalf of the customer. And loan money is used by SBI for entertaining their employees. But the customer has to pay the interest. And they does not know anything about banking.Whenever u ask for explanation SBI tells that it is in the system. If they don't know anything then why are they sitting in banks. The employees only come to the bank and sit in the AC to digest the food and money which they stole from customers.

                                  I have being a victim of cyber crime, where have been charged 31658.44 incorrectly on the name of SBCCREditcardo, kindly help in getting a refund, have also registered a complain at cyber crime but did not get any response yet.
