Dear sir,

I, Navneet Shukla s/o Dharni Dhar Shukla. My father had deposited a cheque around 2 months before and he has not received his money yet. When he asked about this, he was informed that his check has been missed by bank staff. Since that date to till now they always said to come either next day or day after tomorrow. I must say such an unresponsive staff you have in your bank. It's very difficult for him to come to the bank every now.

Finally I called to your customer care department, firstly you don't have exact toll free complaint number, whenever I tried it never connects the call which number you provided for help and if connects by mistake then they also don't take my complaint over there. Finally again I faced so much trouble to talk your call executive.

I request you to look into this matter and take any action as soon as possible. I am attaching photo of cheque.

    Hello Sir,

    This is regarding below concern. I have withdrawn Rs. 10, 000 via AEPS on[protected]. This amount has been debited from my SBI account number is [protected] and my aadhaar number[protected] but I didn't get this amount. I have approached both Gramin Bank as well as SBI for this concern but they are blaming each other.
    Below I am attaching all details regarding the same, please have a look into this and do the needful at your earliest. Kindly let me know if you need any further information regarding this matter.

      The locker operated by us has been cut open since we were not opening it for the last two years as we were not in the city. The contents have also vanished. I went to the bank manager and he seems to give a damn about it as it happened during his predecessors time.

      The contents were my mothers wedding jewellery which was all kept in the locker. Though the bank claimed they sent the letters but there was no letter in the letter box mentioning this

      Kindly advice.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I, anil l patel herewith holding state bank of india debit atm card. On 26th june 2017 i was withdraw rs. 5000/- from icici atm booth jogeshwari east. After left the atm centre. Suddently 4 transaction done from my atm card and my atm card was theft and cash withdraw rs. 34000/- and rs. 40000/- transfer in another account namely ms. Sabnam ansari. I had launched the complaint and fir taken on 27th june 2017 midnight by jogeshwari police station. But so far no action taken. I have video for said instance. I did not return back my money so far no response from any department.
        You are request to please guide me how to return my money soon.

          On 15.12.18 my atm card was swiped for rs 5000 in easy eorld, kolkata, a retailer of bags. But it showed invalid transaction and no prinout of cashmemo came from pos printer. So i paid in cash. But to be very sure that time i blocked the card also. Aftet passbook updation i found rs.5000 ead debited from my a/c and transferred to the shopowner easy world. But they are showing me their records that my 5000 had not been credited to them.
          Since it is already 7 days to elapse since my complaint lodge i want to know the status. Yr tollfree no. Showing that it is pending.

          If it is resolved then why my sbi account is not showing the back-transfer of my money.
          Also through my message enquiry their reply is "pending"

            Hi there,

            I am extremely tensed as sbi credit card department msr. Rubi jio ([protected]) is continuously calling and threatening my friends and family members. I already pickup call and told to her give me some time but she can't stop harassing my friends and family

            Due to which my family is tensed, they don't allow me to work apart from this abusive language was used by one of the sbi official in the month of november of which recording is saved with me. This is annoying and i am extremely tensed and my family is also suffering.

            Kindly treat this as urgent.

              sbi atm not delivered

              I had placed a request for an sbi emv chip card as per rbi guidelines and got a notification that the card was dispatched on 12/12/2018 through speed post and it was supposed to be delivered within 7-8 business days. Even now (12/23/2018) when i try tracking my consignment on india post website or visit the post office, they dont have any details of the consignment.
              As per rbi guidelines all non emv chip atm cards would be disabled...

              Dear sir

              A refund of 399 rupees was successfully processed on 27 sept 2018 to my account.
              This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
              I got refferr no by amazon 524678,
              My account no is [protected]
              Ifsc code sbin0007247

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund

              Amazon says refund is successful and gives a refrence id of 7 digits.. The bank staff say this is invalid.. How do i get my refund back then??

                Dear sir

                A refund of 240 rupees was successfully processed on 17 oct 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
                I have got reffer no by amazon 782260,

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  I installed a app named find now from google play store, they debit my money rs 50 without my permission,. I have saved my card detail at the same app and i m worry about that aap may make ay further traction from my card in future as i am disable to delete my card detail from the app.

                    I murti devi, my husband died in 2010. From last 08 years, i am chasing for family pension. At this point pcda, allahabad ask me to provide a “pda certificate mentioning the exact date, month and year of the payment of the pension made to the last pensioner indicating name of the pensioner and ppo no. "c/engr/840/1995" against which the payment of the pension was made” by the bank. My husband’s account was in state bank of india (Earlier state bank of patiala).                     I Had a fraud call from the following number. [protected]. This person asked my atm no., cvv, and one OTP which was sent by bank. He asked me these information by saying that my ATM card will be blocked shortly if you will not give those information. After this 4000 rs. Were deducted from my account.

                      I am sk. Saddam ali. The atm card was issued by sbi, and after some days i got a message (Sbi debit card ending with 2418 dispatched on 31.10.2018 through speed post no. Event details for : ex[protected]in
                      On 09.11.2018 when we have checked the status of speed post.
                      It is showing that, card was returned to syscom corporation.
                      Syscom corporation ltd. Mumbai.

                      On 06/12/2018 i send rs.950.00 to my account no.[protected] of purba sinthi, dumdum, kolkata-700030 branch to saon deb in his axis bank account no.[protected] through net bankin g via quick pay vide ref no.Imps[protected]moaaxeyem2. The money did not reached to his account.Inspite of several phone & email to customer care no action taken.
                      I have submitted the documents for credit card
                      But still nothing any communication from ur emp bhagshree I have almost 10 time call but she cut the my call and no communication

                        We have three accounts in sbi, rto br, ahmedabad from our family.
                        1. The contact number they gave us does not exist.
                        2. They work from 11 am to 4 pm including a lunch break from 1:30 to 2:30. They are supposed to work from 10 am to 5 pm. Even during the so called 'working hours' they are doing their own thing, ignoring the customers.
                        3. There is no organised system to cater to customers. Everything is hodge podge. No token system. They deal with customers in a crowded, random fashion. Not enough time to ask our questions and get information.
                        4. Some of the staff is rude and gruff. Some staff is unresponsive and uncooperative. The manager is always, always busy with his computer and phone, ignoring the customers.
                        5. The staff themselves does not know the right procedure and forms to do things. They give us wrong information.
                        6. Their attitude when we come to them or ask questions is as if we are a nuisance and bothering them. They are not ready to help.
                        7. 10 days ago, i went to the bank to make an fd. One employee was on holiday. I stood in front of his table thinking he was just away from desk and will be back soon. After 15 minutes someone told me he is absent. I went to another employee asking to open an fd. They did not know the right procedure, forms, etc. They even gave me wrong information about fd rates. Then left us waiting for 20 minutes. We went home thinking we will come the next day. We called asking when the employee who is on holiday will be back. They said after 10 days. I called the bank mobile number (Landline number does not work) today, they gruffly replied, the bank is closed today. Now i will have to go on monday. Wait even longer.
                        8. I needed a new passbook. I went to the bank many times, the staff turned me down saying the machine is not working or we are out of passbooks or we are out of barcodes or computer is not working. Many months passed. Finally i went stood in line for 20 minutes, got my turn. They gave me a new passbook but their machine in the atm vestibule was not working so i asked them to update it. They did update it but kept chiding me for not regularly updating passbook as if it was my fault when they kept turning me down every time i came to the bank.
                        9. The bank staff are very bad at using computers, typing and doing the most basic things on computers.

                          Sir i have sbi home loan [protected] and my saving acc [protected] in washim maharastra. The branch gave 130000 lakh rs 24/03/2017. And i have already submit all documents two times accoring pmj scheme but at that time there is no pmj id or no money come from sbi branch. And sbi branch manager say i cant help you because i have no idea why money not found. And also said that at that time any customer have not got money and said gov finished all the fund which are allocated.

                          But my friend got pmj scheme money with in three month in hdfc bank . I am attaching this documents. His loan apporved 1 sep 2108 and pmj scheme money found 1 dec 2018.

                          Please solve this problem as early as possible.

                            On December 08, I received an sms from VK-SBIDGT that read as 'Your SBI Debit Card ending with xxxx dispatched on xxxxxxxx thru Speed Post N0. EBxxxxxxxxxIN. Please follow instructions on welcome letter to generate your PIN'. But, it is neither delivered nor can it be tracked. In repeated tracking attempts, sometimes it is displayed as 'Consignment details not found', sometimes as 'Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier' . Is that sms fraud ?

                              I y. Kamal kumar, having an account in sbi, new bhoiguda branch, hyderabad, telangana state, vide a/c no. [protected]. On 17 december 2018 at 0850am, i have recharged my reliance jio sim card vide no. [protected] through internet banking worth rs_449 (Four hundred and fourty nine rupees)., the amount deducted from my account and recharge did not occurred. I have saw for 3days, but did not happened anything and the amount deducted was also not credited in my account. Therefore, i humbly request you to verify the drawback and please credit (Repay) my balance rs_449 into my account, for which i am ever thankful to you.

                                My grandmother is a customer of sbi bank, tuni andhra pradesh and my n am e is mrudula. I went to bank with my grandmother on 19th of dec 2018 for submitting an application to change name and phone number. The employee who was sitting at counter no. 9 dy operations he spoke rudely with us."saying its a bc time account when i was not born also, its a 30 years back account and you are giving request now and at that time i was not born". These are the words of that employee, and how rude he was. He need to give proper answer to submit documents. I want to raise a complaint against him to take a severe action. Bank employees should be there to help customers not to loose customers. If he is government employee he can talk anything or what? He should have patience.

                                  Sbi bank kumarsain has given invalid username and password of internet banking. Internet banking username and password are invalid. Username
                                  And password are not activated.
                                  No responsed of bank. Internet banking username and password are log in many times. But username and password are invalid.

                                    On 20.12.18 i approached chief manager sbi at dwarka sector 8 for an issue of dd for rs.360 to medical council of india. I also told that i have a account at sultanpalya branch of sbi. I requested to debit from my account.
                                    It was for an urgent purpose and i purpose of visit to delhi will be defeated. But he told it is not possible we cannot issue dd you can even complaint to cmd. I am from bangalore and i requested him. But he sent me away. This type of inhuman officers should be removed.

                                      I finace a bike through hero agency, by state bank of india,
                                      One month my emi payment is fail,
                                      But pay the company next day,
                                      After i pay overrall charge +my loan amount.
                                      But bank will be charged last 3 month every month dectuted 295 rupeess for emi fail.
                                      Bank rule is very baad.
                                      I complained many time to bank but no any response and solution so i request you to please help me
