Dear sir

I had recd cheque of income tax refund amount rs 81260/-. But as account no mentioned was wrong, i had sent it to state bank of india, cash managemant product centre, survey no. 26, ganchibowli, hyderabad - 500019 for making correction in my account no and issue me the corrected cheque.

I had sent it on 03.12.2018 but till date, i have not recd refund cheque.

Details are as follows.

    Hi team, requesting help from your end.
    My name is hemant having sbi saving account# as [protected] with branch code as 08373. I am struggling with this branch as there is absolutely no action on any application for opening government scheme account like ppf and suknaya.

    Suknya application with name as mishka kawadgiri (My daughter) was submitted about 6 month ago and ppf account application was submitted last week. (Other reference# [protected] or [protected]).
    About suknya application branch manager pretended to create account and they kept me on hold for 6 months and now they are asking me to submit new application. I would like clear that i am not going to submit any new application.
    I have to show my investment declaration for this year and wanted to do sum investment through ppf, however because of this bank very poor service i am facing huge problem. I am not able to secure my child future through suknya and not able to secure my future through ppf. I am requesting urgent interference from higher management and help me with resolution with my both request.

      Hi sbi,

      Iam a retired senior citizen. From bangalore, akshaya nagar

      I had a fixed depot in sbi branch in akshaya nagar branch and i submitted form 15h mentioning that ia dont come under tds because my income is well below tds.

      Inspite of that the sbi branch akshaya nagar deducted tds[protected] and asked me to claim the money from income tax department, when i chekced the from 26as, th tds of rupees 13000+ is not credited to income tax department and hence cant claim.

      When approached the branch manager in akshaya nagar, they say they dont know what happend and cant help. I asked for form16 for tax deducted, they said they will not give. And after making rounds and rounds for 1 year iam frustrated and i suspect the akshaya nagar branch has committed a fraud and hence not giving form 16 or credit back the tds done.

      I opened many tickets on sbi customer portal but all resolved with the same robiotic answers and issue not resolved,

        Hi

        I had applied for credit card on lein on sbm fd in 2011 and i had applied for cancellation of credit card with in stipulated period as terms and conditions was not agreeable to me. I received letter from sbi credit card dated[protected] letter no cl[protected] stating credit card is closed and request letter has been send to sbm to release the lein. My fd (Tdr no [protected]) matured in oct 2018 and checked with sbm 9th block jayanagar they say there is lein and when i showed this letter of sbi they say that we dont have any information. Can you help me on this so that i can get me lein cleared and get new fd now my fd is extended on previous sbm certificate and if they have to issue sbi certificate they need lein cleared mail from sbi credits.

          Respected sir, as per the govt of india ministry of finance letter no f10/21/1g/2011-ir dated 23/28 june 2011 and as per the state bank of india corporate, mumbai reply as asked by your letter mentioned in the above the state bank of india clerk post has not yet been recieved so for from the state bank of india corporate centre, mumbai (Mr) after repeated requests also to the chairman, state bank of india corporate, mumbai so for. I request to the govt of india ministry of finance as per your letter mentioned above and as per the state bank of india corporate centre mumbai reply letter to your letter mentioned in the above order to the chairman, state bank of india corporate centre, mumbai for grant state bank of india clerk post and compensations for delay the order since july 2011 most urgently and save my family.             I have been billed twice for an amount of 8300 in my account. This transaction was done in the month of June 2018. I had a dispute over that amount and they asked me pay it since it was under investigation. I did that and they closed the dispute stating that I need to pay the amount again . it has been billed again in the momth of December and They are not reversing the amount. Please look into this

              I have account in State Bank of India Sri Karanpur Branch in Sri Ganganagar District of Rajasthan. On 5th December 2018 I received two message on my registered mobile number indicating transaction of Rs. 10000 in each message. At time I was travelling in Bus. It mean I did't done this transaction and also I didn't shared any personal or private information with anyone nor I received any call asking for details. I immediately blocked my ATM card and registered a complaint on customer care. After few days when I checked my complaint status online it showed that this complaint is transferred to your branch for redressal. When I contacted to the branch the behaviour of branch manager was very rude and he said that it is not possible and bank will not do anything in this matter. Please look into this matter so that I can get back my money.

                    Some unknon person callme yesterday for [protected]this no he told i am calling from sbi head office and your account currently blocked and your atm card also we are going to blocked so if you want your account acctive you have give some deatails so he was collect all the details about card last 6 digit number and he said you have to get one massage that otp no you to forward to mefor this no [protected], [protected]. I also forward again he ask your other account indian bank and other bank detaild you have to give. Suddenly shoking immediatly i condact to customercare to block my atm card. But today 10 o clock he drawn 1000 rs from upi account vaia 10.13 am again i complain costomercar i explain all the details. She asking for please complaint to this website so i do this now what can i do

                      This is to inform you that, i had ecs with bajaj finance and it's already closed by 9.7.2018. Last year my financial situation was not good and that's why 5 ecs was bouncing. Till date i have paid all my dues. Please note.. Sbi debited me many times name'

                      I repeat.. I was closed with bajaj finance and i have received their noc.
                      So why you are deducted me name that.

                        Dear Concern,

                        I have an account in UCO Bank, Moga. My Account Number is [protected]. ATM of linked with same Account stolen on 06 Dec 2018. Same day between 6:28 to 6:30 someone withdrawl of Rs 25000 by three Entries (10K, 10K & 5K) at Beant Nagar Moga ATM Machine. On next day i reported FIR to police City Thana Moga. On the behalf of FIR, police is going for investigate CCTV footage on SBI MOGA FEROZEPUR ROAD Branch. But Now 13 days has to gone issue is not resolving with above said Branch.

                        I am widow & have no son . There is very difficult for visit the branch after 2 or three days, police is also going to branch for resolve the issue . Please check what the status behind it..

                        Please go thru with my matter also resolve my issue. I will be thankful to you for your kind Act.

                          This is to inform you that i had booked mobile phone from amazon mobile app on 26.11.2018 and same has been cancelled by me on 27.11.2018. But amount paid of Rs 9999 is still not received in my a/c. Amazon is saying that they had transfer it on 28.12.18. But till date i did not receive my money.                             Atm at barasat on 24/12/18 06:42pm colony more beside bank of sbi colony more branch hellabatala. The security guard inside try to see the password because we are giving password at that time the security guard sits in a chair beside the atm machine. When i ask him to sit anywhere else because i am giving the password he told me where you can say you can tell i will sit here only i will not go any where else. At that time he uses slangs and he did not wear any id card or dress of security card and when i have asked his name he refuses to tell. So please take a major action against the security guard of atm who was on duty at that time. So that he can not misbehave with any other person.

                              I, Navneet Shukla s/o Dharni Dhar Shukla. My father had deposited a cheque around 2 months before and he has not received his money yet. When he asked about this, he was informed that his check has been missed by bank staff. Since that date to till now they always said to come either next day or day after tomorrow. I must say such an unresponsive staff you have in your bank. It's very difficult for him to come to the bank every now.

                              Finally I called to your customer care department, firstly you don't have exact toll free complaint number, whenever I tried it never connects the call which number you provided for help and if connects by mistake then they also don't take my complaint over there. Finally again I faced so much trouble to talk your call executive.

                              I request you to look into this matter and take any action as soon as possible. I am attaching photo of cheque.

                                This is regarding below concern. I have withdrawn Rs. 10, 000 via AEPS on[protected]. This amount has been debited from my SBI account number is [protected] and my aadhaar number[protected] but I didn't get this amount. I have approached both Gramin Bank as well as SBI for this concern but they are blaming each other.
                                Below I am attaching all details regarding the same, please have a look into this and do the needful at your earliest. Kindly let me know if you need any further information regarding this matter.

                                  The locker operated by us has been cut open since we were not opening it for the last two years as we were not in the city. The contents have also vanished. I went to the bank manager and he seems to give a damn about it as it happened during his predecessors time.

                                  The contents were my mothers wedding jewellery which was all kept in the locker. Though the bank claimed they sent the letters but there was no letter in the letter box mentioning this

                                  Kindly advice.

                                    I, anil l patel herewith holding state bank of india debit atm card. On 26th june 2017 i was withdraw rs. 5000/- from icici atm booth jogeshwari east. After left the atm centre. Suddently 4 transaction done from my atm card and my atm card was theft and cash withdraw rs. 34000/- and rs. 40000/- transfer in another account namely ms. Sabnam ansari. I had launched the complaint and fir taken on 27th june 2017 midnight by jogeshwari police station. But so far no action taken. I have video for said instance. I did not return back my money so far no response from any department.
                                    You are request to please guide me how to return my money soon.

                                      On 15.12.18 my atm card was swiped for rs 5000 in easy eorld, kolkata, a retailer of bags. But it showed invalid transaction and no prinout of cashmemo came from pos printer. So i paid in cash. But to be very sure that time i blocked the card also. Aftet passbook updation i found rs.5000 ead debited from my a/c and transferred to the shopowner easy world. But they are showing me their records that my 5000 had not been credited to them.
                                      Since it is already 7 days to elapse since my complaint lodge i want to know the status. Yr tollfree no. Showing that it is pending.

                                        Hi there,

                                        I am extremely tensed as sbi credit card department msr. Rubi jio ([protected]) is continuously calling and threatening my friends and family members. I already pickup call and told to her give me some time but she can't stop harassing my friends and family

                                        Due to which my family is tensed, they don't allow me to work apart from this abusive language was used by one of the sbi official in the month of november of which recording is saved with me. This is annoying and i am extremely tensed and my family is also suffering.

                                        Kindly treat this as urgent.
