I have done a transaction in 07/12/2018. The transaction is failed but amount is cut from my account.. There is no amount is credit in my account. The transaction amount is 10000.00
I have complain in online they are give me a ticket no but that are not working... Always shows new and invalid captha.. I also try min 100 time today & yesterday..

    I had updated my mobile number (*242), both by going to branch as well as by online in my profile.
    But on using my debit card for on line purchase otp is being sent to my old mob number (*893). This old mob number is not valid for my banking. Request help.

      I have defence pension account number [protected] held with state bank of india, branch - shirpur, dist - dhule.
      My account has been converted into tiny status by bank. So i can't do more transactions on said acct.
      So i request you about to direct bank to convert my account into defense salary package. Ie dsp account and resolve my troublesome.

            I was applied for education loan through www.vidyalakshmi.co.in to sbi branch dhubri.
            I submitted all necessary documents as per vidyalakshmi and my bank manager. But after submitting all the documents he (The manager) called me after 7 days and give me paper and asked for a signature of the cgm officer (Where my father worked) but the officer refused to signed because in the paper there was nothing written about signature then how can he signed. We return to bank manager and he show some unusual excuse which was not understand by me as well a my father. That was totally rubbish.

                    Hello sir, i placed an order from amazon in the month of september. It came as broken and i had it returned. They said they would send me a refund of the same as soon as possible. The refund amount is rs.475. It's been almost 3 months now and i still haven't got my refund. Following is a picture attached with the details of the order.                       I received an amount of 2000 successfully via upi transaction but after that the bank has reversed the transaction without my consent. Though reversed the money was not credited in the sender's account. Transaction was done through paytm. L contacted the bank they blame paytm for the trouble, and paytm blames sbi for this. The receiver's bank which is pnb shows no interest towards this. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        I used sbi credit card till december 2017, the card number is [protected],
                        On 2nd january 2018 my card was misused (Online fraud) on the name of shoppaytm paytm
                        Mumbai, i did not use onetime pass ward at that time and 4 transactions each rs5000/- have
                        Been done in a mint, i got message rs 20, 000 was spend from my card, i looked into my online
                        Account found rs2000/- was spend, before transactions my outstanding was around rs 42000/-, after transactions outstanding was rs 62000/-, the maximum limit of card was only rs57000/-, the sbi team allowed to draw more than limit.
                        I gave complaint to customer care, explained about fraud and requested to block
                        The card, they accepted they told they would solve this problem in two months, and they asked
                        To release new card, i told to release new card after solving the problem but they released
                        New card new card number is [protected], but i could not use new card till now.
                        I gave complaint to customer service on email [protected]@sbicard.com. I waited for
                        Two months, again forward the complaint, but they are generating the bill on total
                        Amount rs62000/- on the new card number, i paid rs 9500/- on 24th jan 2018, rs 5000/- on
                        20th feb 2018, i stopped paying because of no reply. On 3rd march they sent reply that used
                        Onetime pass ward and to pay money, i asked them it is not possible to use 4 transitions in mint
                        And how did they allow more than limit, and i asked merchant details, they could not give
                        Replay. I gave online police complaint on that fraud. And on february 7th they debited rs1649/-
                        On the name of cpp assistance without my permission after asking they credit the amount on
                        14th.
                        On their discussing and to clear my previous outstanding and to settle this problem i paid
                        Rs10020/- on june, and rs3200/- on 13th aug.
                        Again i stopped paying, on the month of october they called to settlement, they accepted
                        For rs22000, according that i paid rs10300/- and to pay remaining i asked settlement
                        Letter. At that time total outstanding was around rs62000/- they are adding huge rate of
                        Interest, annual fee charges, late fee, over limit fee, these are all including around rs8%,
                        Means the rate of interest is around rs10 per month, and they are adding interest on
                        Continuous rate system.
                        After some days they are asking to pay total money, and they told they have
                        Evaluated my complaint related to settlement. Till now i have paid rs38000/- from my
                        Outstanding
                        But they are asking to pay total outstanding.
                        I have some documents, verbal records.
                        They are harassing me to pay that money.
                        So please solve my problem.

                            The branch manager mr. Wagh mahim west branch is not releasing the payment to the nominee against fd and sb account. After making us do all the formalities and promising the cheque today he is saying he will not close the sb account neither will he make the partial payment.

                            He had to visit branch twice but never a proper reply was given. He is a senior citizen and is getting tortured to release of his own money. Will the bank take the responsibility if god forbid anything happens due to the tension and torture done by the bank?

                              Sir, i am a account holder of state bank of india till 6-7 years.. I went for cash withdrawal from sbi atm, bt it was closed so i move to canara bank atm for withdrawal.. When i was about to withdrawn money that time sudden power off of canara bank atm.. I didn't get my cash of rs. 9000/.. After that i registered complaint on sbi costomer care.. They told that it will be resolve in 7 working days.. But today its 37 days but i didn't get my cash.. I am paying interest of rs. 9000/.. I went to sbi branch.. They told us all the time that we are going to ping canara bank.. Bt i didn't get any response.. Details are mentioned below..

                                My name is christopher and my wife having sbi savings account in trichy karumandapam branch. Now we are at sivakasi bcas of my transferred and i'm working in corporate. Once in two or three years this could happened. Now i have approached sivakasi sbi branch for address change they are ask to goto home branch and do the address change. This is not fair not feasible to customers every time. Now a days we are talking about digitalization. So pls take this as serious concern and provide the good solution as better as customer point. My contact no is [protected].                                     My name is abhijeet kumar mandal, i have an ongoing car loan at state bank of india, marar branch, ifsc - sbin0016008, loan acc no -[protected] for rs 4, 42, 000.00 for which i am paying an emi of rs 7111.00 regularly on 20th of every month starting from 20th july 2018,
                                    I have never missed payment of any instalment and i am always maintaining sufficient balance on my saving account for payment of my emi instalments.
                                    On 11.12.2018 i got a call from one of the staff of sbi marar, he said me to submit the copy of my rc (Certificate of registration) to the branch as an audit is going.
                                    On 13.12.2018 i visited sbi marar to submit the copy of rc where i was told by the branch manager that my loan account is irregular by rs 16000 (Approx), i got shocked to hear that because i was paying every instalments on time. So i told the branch manager that if i am paying every instalments on time then how is my account irregular, for which he said that since my rc copy is not submitted so i am charged a fine of rs 2950 every month.
                                    I told the manager that my rc was issued in july and i have not been informed by anyone to submit it, i was informed to submit it on 11.12.2018 from the bank when they had to go through an audit.
                                    I insisted him to revert back the charges for which he said he cant do anything regarding and i have to pay the irregular amount.
                                    I had rs 7117 in my saving account maintained as on 13.12.2018 for the upcoming emi on 20th december and rs 7000.00 was debited from my saving account on 13.12.2018 to adjust the irregular amount.
                                    The summary of charges are as such
                                    30th june – part period interest – rs2631.00
                                    31th july – interest - rs 3398.00
                                    31st august – interest rs 3369.00
                                    30th september – interest rs3234.00
                                    5th november - rc copy non submission - rs 2950.00
                                    5th december – rc copy non submission – rs 2950.00

                                    Sir
                                    I have paid all my emis and have always maintained sufficient balance in my saving account every month to pay the emi, if i have to submit the rc copy then information should have been provided me in the month of july 2018 but the bank informed me in december when its their time for audit.
                                    It is a scam going on.
                                    Since i have calculated salary and calculated budget for all my expenditure so this activity from the branch is not less than “ extortion”
                                    Since i have paid all my emis on time so i request you to fix the irregular balance and revert back the charges.

                                      I would like to raise complaint against an employee neha working for legal department. As per her commitment confrmd accnt to be settled at 55k if pay 7k. So i paid 7k next day and till now i am waiting fr her call n msg. She has blocked me. Still i am waiting to. Pay 48000. I have marked mail to nodal officer still did not got any responce. Every time i get different nodal officer everytime i shoot a mail.
                                      Now ms nisha and sumit both from sbi department came home to harass me said if i don't pay it will be forwarded to recovery department who have other means to take out money from you. I am ready to. Pay 48k not more than that
                                      Private banks are not partial with thier customers.. For them everyone is equal excpt for priorities. But govt. Bank i dont have words to say.. Rules changes for rich people and middle class people..

                                        Recently i have transferred my a/c from sbi hazaribagh main branch (0090) to sbi, hinoo ranchi (030527) branch, but my cif code is not been transferred, (I don't understand why they are not transfering cif), so i am not able use internet banking and atm card services and properly operate my account. I have sent e-mails to (0090) and complained to sbi portal also ([protected]) several times but nothing happened. Please look into my request seriously. This not funny at all.
