My above mentioned account has been debited by rs. 2.09, 536/- stating the recovery has been made in accordance to your office letter no. Cppc/n&r/2018/ns/ak/1299 dated 3/11/2018.

Where as we checked up from northen railway office at rail bhawan and they informed that no such recoveries has been ordered by their office.

We did not find any undue payments in our account, hence why this amount has been recovered??

Moreover the manager at panchsheel enclave branch informed that rs. 1, 32506/- was recovered from my account from 7th cpc arrears and bal recovery of rs. 77030 was to be recovered @rs.5000/-pm from the month of nov'2018 on wards, where as the whole amount was recovered in one go on 17/11/2018 without my information due to which my cheque was bounced and i had to suffer unnecessary bank charges.

You are requested to provide the deduction details and make good of my loss and also recover @rs.5000/pm if required from nov2018

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have a recurring deposit account at sbi and it's running from last seven years. From last seven months bank is charging me si failures twice every month of rs 295 in fact i have enough balance in my account. I have contacted many times to branch manager but he is unable to fix the issue. I have logged many times complaint online but no result. Simply bank is closing my ticket with out any valid reasons.

      My new sbi atm debit card ending with xxxx3145 was dispatched from nsh mumbai office on 30oct'18 which had to be delivered to my registered address within time via speedpost but it got returned back to nsh mumbai as mentioned in speedpost tracking site. Reason mentioned as insufficient address but still i should have received a call from either the courier office or from the branch banking end to get it delivered positively. Since my old card was already blocked, i m now in a trouble o[censored]sing the sbi a/c. Kindly revert to me and get the needful done asap. A/c no.[protected], sbi mirza (5242 branch-mirza)

      I am trying to get my refund last 2 years... which was deducted from my sbi net banking account . Still I didn't get my amount... I was paid electricity bill but transaction failed and amount deducted.. please try best as soon.
      Aitipamula branch sbi this is adequacy staff and now staff is very bad responding then public crowd improved day by day and PH candidates and senior citizen or also troubles. Slow cash delivery

          Sir/madam,
          My sister had a new credit card. By approaching the bank they said she need address verification.in the meantime a fraudulent call from the no [protected] asked for her card cvv no for address verification. As she does no know proper hindi, her credit card cvv no was disclosed. Thus a total of 71000 rs is deducted from her a/c. By nos. Of online transactions.
          Please help me what to do and where to contact?

            Sir i made card less deposit at atm machine id:s5ne[protected] on 27.11.2018 night. Amount is reback into machine while transaction. I approached concern branch at benz circle, vijayawada code.18993 on immediate next day 28.11.2018 first hour and they said it will resolved on 29/11/2018.                 I had done total three transaction on the same day apart which two transaction has been cancelled and i have received refund against those transactions but one transaction has been failure form ksrtc i have not got tickets but money has been deducted from sbi cc my account.

                Seat no. 28, 27 for journey date 13-sep-2018 20:30 has been failure transaction from ksrtc pnr number is not generated for this ticket still sbi

                  I initiated a refund request on aug 20, 2018 for a product i ordered from amazon and they provided me with a transaction number as they initiated the refund but it is not reflecting in my bank account and it has been 4 months and i have not received my refund yet. I called sbi customer care several times and they told me to provide them with a bank transaction number and as i did they told me that it is not valid and hung up the phone.

                    At around 7 pm on[protected], i got a call from [protected] (Takpara, madhya pradesh) telling me that he was from sbi and asking my card number for renewing my card, i have not registered my jio number into sbi, i don't know how he got my number but he was asking some otp. And if i don't give that he'll make my account into zero balance. I have checked my account, the balance is still there. He was threatening me to give him the otp. The otp never arrived. And i have threatened him that i'll call police, he cut the line. Please do something about it

                      Sir, i am a central govt pensioner since november 2015 (Csir-csmcri, bhavnagar) having pension case no.403/2015 and i was getting my pension regularly on the last day of the working day of every month till october, 2018. November 2018 pension till today not credited to my savings a/c no.[protected] being maintained at sbi, mavelikara branch (Sbin0008645). Needless to mention here that after my retirement, i had shifted from bhavnagar (Gujarat) to my native place at mavelikara (Kerala) and i have applied for transfer of my pension account from bhavnagar sbi branch to mavelikara sbi branch and a copy of letter in this effect was recd by me on 2nd week of oct. 2018. Sir, two sbi loans are being deducted from my above account (Home loan/pension loan) and non receipt of my regular pension will badly affect my day-to-day life. Pl look into it seriously and help me positively...

                                  The refund of ₹999 was successfully processed from amazon.in, and the amount should have been credited by now in my account.
                                  The refund reference number generated during the time of transaction was 74332748312831165557017.
                                  The refund was initiated by amazon.in on 7th nov 2018. Amazon.in is not providing any proof of refund eg., statement of transaction
                                  Kindly look into this matter and please solve my query asap.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    This is neelamjyoti lahkar (Bank account number - [protected], panbazar guwhati branch, mobile number-[protected]).in the first week of november 2018, an amount of rupees 10404 was transferred to my sbi bank account from phone pe app with bank reference number (Arn)-74332748298829784924160. But, the said amount is not showing in my account. It's been so many times i visited my home branch, and asked for checking. But, every time, they are denying and they don't even want to put a complain or willing to check through the reference number. I am at a loss and no one is helping. Even chargebank form is not given to me, when i have asked for that. Kindly help me with the process and let me know, what should i do to get my money. It's becoming very tough for me, when home branch bank is not helping or giving any required follow up.

                                      I am jenneth batcha (Age 72 years). My husband shri. G. Syedbatcha (Retd cent govt. Employee) prasad bharathi doordarshan chennai expired on 29th september2018. He used to get pension from office of accountant general (Accounts & entitlements) (Pension pay order no.[protected]/-38687 in his state bank of india, madras university branch (Chennai) savings bank account. My name jenneth is mentioned in his ppo book as family pension recipient.

                                      After his demise, i opened sbi sb account in sbi, palavakkam branch and submitted all documents for getting family pension in my new account. The bank sent all details to your center.

                                      One months passed and family pension is not credited in my account. Sir, i am very old
