Sir, i have rs.650 add in my paytm wallet but amount 650 refund to bank. After
I have show bank statement but not show amount 650 in my bank passbook but atm ministatement show the amount 650 but not add in my bank account till now... But bank statement and atm ministement balance is equal to same. Please refund amount rs.650 in my bank account as soon as possible. This refund amount is courption in bank manager.

I have Rin Raksha account with SBI (Insurance against property loan)
Today morning I saw a strange deduction of 11257 towards "Investment Intermedia" Is this premium amount deducted towards Insurance or what else ? If this is premium amount why is it showing as Investment Intermedia
I have been trying since last week, but unable to raise a new cheque book request online, rather its saying Cheque book is not available for this account.

    Sir/madam,
    My sister had a new credit card. By approaching the bank they said she need address verification.in the meantime a fraudulent call from the no [protected] asked for her card cvv no for address verification. As she does no know proper hindi, her credit card cvv no was disclosed. Thus a total of 71000 rs is deducted from her a/c. By nos. Of online transactions.
    Please help me what to do and where to contact?

    I have opened account in middle of October 2018 but till date CIF is not scrutinized.I am not able to withdrawal any money from account and apart from this one of my SBI home EMI got bounced and they charged me fine. Also I have to transfer money on urgent basis. Plz scrutinize CIF on urgent basis.

      Sir i made card less deposit at atm machine id:s5ne[protected] on 27.11.2018 night. Amount is reback into machine while transaction. I approached concern branch at benz circle, vijayawada code.18993 on immediate next day 28.11.2018 first hour and they said it will resolved on 29/11/2018. I went on 30/11/2018 and 01/12/2018, i didn't get any refund amount till now. Requesting you to short out my problem and arrange to do needful.

          I had done total three transaction on the same day apart which two transaction has been cancelled and i have received refund against those transactions but one transaction has been failure form ksrtc i have not got tickets but money has been deducted from sbi cc my account.

          1) pnr number: t72060995

          Seat no. 17, 18 for journey date 14-sep-2018 20:30 has been cancelled and ksrtc reverse rs. 1331 /- to my sbi cc account

          2) pnr number: not generated
          Trip code: 1731mumbgm/
          Seat no. 28, 27 for journey date 13-sep-2018 20:30 has been failure transaction from ksrtc pnr number is not generated for this ticket still sbi
          Charge me rs. 1498 /- the same transaction is under dispute and for this transaction i had log a complaint with ksrtc also complaint no. For this is
          29304 and i also log a new complaint no. 32869

          Seat no. 5, 6 for journey date 20-sep-2018 21:30 has been cancelled and ksrtc reverse rs. 1331 /- to my sbi cc account.

          If you want any more clarifications from my side i am ready to give and this is not happen first time with me this is happen second time because it is happened in the month of march-2018 also and i had escalated the same and send dispute form at that time still that money is also not refunded by sbi cc team yet.

            I initiated a refund request on aug 20, 2018 for a product i ordered from amazon and they provided me with a transaction number as they initiated the refund but it is not reflecting in my bank account and it has been 4 months and i have not received my refund yet. I called sbi customer care several times and they told me to provide them with a bank transaction number and as i did they told me that it is not valid and hung up the phone.

              At around 7 pm on[protected], i got a call from [protected] (Takpara, madhya pradesh) telling me that he was from sbi and asking my card number for renewing my card, i have not registered my jio number into sbi, i don't know how he got my number but he was asking some otp. And if i don't give that he'll make my account into zero balance. I have checked my account, the balance is still there. He was threatening me to give him the otp. The otp never arrived. And i have threatened him that i'll call police, he cut the line. Please do something about it

                Sir, i am a central govt pensioner since november 2015 (Csir-csmcri, bhavnagar) having pension case no.403/2015 and i was getting my pension regularly on the last day of the working day of every month till october, 2018. November 2018 pension till today not credited to my savings a/c no.[protected] being maintained at sbi, mavelikara branch (Sbin0008645). Needless to mention here that after my retirement, i had shifted from bhavnagar (Gujarat) to my native place at mavelikara (Kerala) and i have applied for transfer of my pension account from bhavnagar sbi branch to mavelikara sbi branch and a copy of letter in this effect was recd by me on 2nd week of oct. 2018. Sir, two sbi loans are being deducted from my above account (Home loan/pension loan) and non receipt of my regular pension will badly affect my day-to-day life. Pl look into it seriously and help me positively...

                          Today's i'm goning with my mother transfer the amount and withdrawal the amount but some issue about i ask employees but employees behaviour very not properly and argument with me and my mother just ask "cheaq passing processing customer responsibility or employees" hi loudly said i'm not banding answer your question ask related person but i don't known about that who is counters employees particular responsible that related work and aslo not mentioned on table also very headache and intensionfull harassment i personally going to cheque passing...

                            The refund of ₹999 was successfully processed from amazon.in, and the amount should have been credited by now in my account.
                            The refund reference number generated during the time of transaction was 74332748312831165557017.
                            The refund was initiated by amazon.in on 7th nov 2018. Amazon.in is not providing any proof of refund eg., statement of transaction
                            Kindly look into this matter and please solve my query asap.

                              Dear sir,
                              This is neelamjyoti lahkar (Bank account number - [protected], panbazar guwhati branch, mobile number-[protected]).in the first week of november 2018, an amount of rupees 10404 was transferred to my sbi bank account from phone pe app with bank reference number (Arn)-74332748298829784924160. But, the said amount is not showing in my account. It's been so many times i visited my home branch, and asked for checking. But, every time, they are denying and they don't even want to put a complain or willing to check through the reference number. I am at a loss and no one is helping. Even chargebank form is not given to me, when i have asked for that. Kindly help me with the process and let me know, what should i do to get my money. It's becoming very tough for me, when home branch bank is not helping or giving any required follow up.

                                I am jenneth batcha (Age 72 years). My husband shri. G. Syedbatcha (Retd cent govt. Employee) prasad bharathi doordarshan chennai expired on 29th september2018. He used to get pension from office of accountant general (Accounts & entitlements) (Pension pay order no.[protected]/-38687 in his state bank of india, madras university branch (Chennai) savings bank account. My name jenneth is mentioned in his ppo book as family pension recipient.

                                After his demise, i opened sbi sb account in sbi, palavakkam branch and submitted all documents for getting family pension in my new account. The bank sent all details to your center.

                                One months passed and family pension is not credited in my account. Sir, i am very old

                                    I had ordered a product on Amazon on . Payment was done to Amazon at the time of Ordering(Order No. #[protected]. Now the delivery was cancelled and the refund was initiated from Amazon on 14/10/2018.The Payment was expected to credited in my SBI account on 25/10/2018.                                       Sbi credit card charged double/duplicate bill twice in the month of october, 2018 for rs.2700/- for the payment made to bses rajdhani. I am following up with the people since last one year. But they are not responding and not refunding the amount to me. It is a mental harassement to me.

                                      So i hereby request sbi credit card team to immediately refund back rs.2700/- to me.
