I received a call on17 november 2018 from swati sharma mobile no.[protected], [protected] stating that she is from sbi. Bank dehli branch is giving life time discount card 25% under a scheme for all debit card & credit card holders. I said not interested and she threatened that your cards will be no more in service by sbi. After obtaining ceratin details, rs. 7899/- were debited from my
Credit card account stating that lotto shoes and t shirt will be sent to your home address. Infact size were also taken from me for shoes and t shirt. I am cheated.

I received a call on17 November 2018 from Swati Sharma mobile no.[protected], [protected] stating that she is from SBI.     Hello sir, my name is harish uraiya. My account is the government business branch of state bank of india, guna, madhya pradesh. By whom the atm card received by the atm card on november 3, at around 9 pm, i have posted my gurdwara busstand fold of bank of india bank branch. 200 rupees were taken from the atm located. That which i did not get due to the disturbances in the machine and the amount has been deducted from my account! Please in truth instantly resolves the problem pleased to add back the amount of money in my account!

      On 16.10.18 i make a payment of rd.1, 235/= towards recharging my tata sky dth no.[protected] through sbi anywhere and my a/c no. [protected] is being debited but my tata sky account not being credited. Till date i have not been received the amount return back to my account.
      Moreover on 16.11.18 i again recharged my tata sky a/c of rs.1235/= in same procedure but till now at 10.50pm of 17.11.18 it's not being credited.
      It is ridiculous what is happening there at.
      Pl resolve the problem immediately

        The miss money rs.40000 is not credit to my account till today. Please trace the money.

          My sbi savings bank joint account with my father had two fixed deposit (Fd) accounts linked to it which were opened in the sbi telco campus branch (Ifsc code: sbin0005301) in 2013 having two customer information file (Cif) numbers each and the address was mentioned as my correct residential address in telco, jamshedpur. Both the fds reached maturity in 2016 and were reinvested into new fds in the same month of maturity.

          The new fds had same a/c nos, however, one of the customer information file (Cif) numbers on both the new fds was changed and the correspondence address on both was also changed to a an obsolete bangalore address by the bank personnel without our consent. The fds were opened in telco branch, who gave them the permission to transfer it to bangalore branch? The address they had linked belonged to a different sbi savings bank account in jp nagar branch (Ifsc code: sbin0017649) in my name which was closed in 2013 by the branch manager himself sitting face to face with me before i left bangalore. How come the fd was transfered to branch where my account was closed 3 years ago?

          On approaching the telco branch in regard to this problem, they tell us to write an application and everything will be solved. We do so and wait. Nothing happens, we go again to the branch a few days later and ask the status, they tell it will take time. We wait. Again we go to ask the status, they say that it cant be done from here, who told you it can be done here, you need to go to bangalore and talk to the bangalore branch. Does this make sense making us go around the bank 3 times and then saying this. We didnt ask for a bangalore cif linkage. It was their mistake and instead of correcting it, they want us to go from jamshedpur to bangalore. Is it ethical for sbi officials to harass customers like this? The issue is still not resolved and the two fds still have cifs linked to th bangalore branch.

          Moreover, a few months back an application for transferring my account in the sbi telco campus branch (Ifsc code: sbin0005301), jamshedpur to sbi sonari branch (Ifsc code: sbin0006026), jamshedpur was submitted to sbi telco branch as my residential address changed from telco, jamshedpur to sonari, jamshedpur.
          They transfered the account but told that address change application has to be given to the new branch after branch change. Hence, after the transfer, an application of address change was given to sbi sonari branch clearly mentioning the new correspondence address, along with address proof documents.
          In spite of submitting a crystal clear application letter having the new address being handed over to the bank, the bank officials again made a wrong update and changed the address from telco address to the obsolete bangalore address and updated it in my pass book. Now all my bank documents are sent to bangalore from the bank. Does this make sense. I really want to know why an invalid address which was linked to a totally different account which was closed in 2013 is being linked again and again by the bank officials to my sb account as well as my fd accounts when we have never asked for it? When we approached the sbi sonari branch, they again asked us to go to bangalore branch as they cant do anything.
          After all this harrassment, i have lost all hope in sbi and their morality hence i request you to kindly ask sbi the reason for this repeated wrong address linking to my savings account as well as both fd accounts and will they ever help us in getting the addresses corrected and the cif assigned correctly to the sonari branch so that my father or me dont need to run to bangalore for no mistake on my part.

            Dear sir

            A refund of 10499 rupees was successfully processed on 02 november 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.5 rupees was successfully processed on 30 november 2016 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              Sir, I had cancelled and returned a product, which I had purchased online from Amazon using my SBI account of Rs4399.
              Refund amount of Rs 4399,
              from Amazon is permitted to my account, on the behalf of cancellation of a purchase.
              And Amazon send me a Refund Reference Number - 509693.
              Refund Issue date - 5/11/18.

              This amount is not refunded to my account till now.
              Plz, Refund my amount as soon as possible.

                Even after several emails the branch did not reversed the charges so i changed it to normal saving bank account.

                  So many time i had facing problem consistently regarding service of state bank emplyees on that situated branch. They not completing their work proerly. They leave that work incomplete alwayz.
                  I have been deposited my account payee cheque on 7th november 2018. But it is not cash till yet today is 17 november they didnot send the cheque to the branch even they not informing me why this emplyees getting irresponsible always please... Kindly take some immediate action and change the service plz... Noany employee responding me or regret for the inconvineince or irresponsible to me yet.

                    This is regarding housing loan taken by my father and he passed away before its closure. Money from pension was deducted and paid but no further procedure or communication from bank done. When enquiry done for getting orignals, bank seems to not able to trace it.

                    Raised a complaint via telephone and complaint number is [protected].
                    I tried track the complaint but nothing is getting displayed for status.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      We have conducted pos transaction by swiping card for payments against services offered by bigboss palace private limited on 18th october, 2018 for amount of rs.2, 495/- at 20:23 hrs which is then voided at 20:40 hrs on the same day i. E., on 18th october, 2018. Reversal was done with void transactions within few minutes from my remittance to bigboss palace private limited for amount of rs. 2, 495/-, which was duly certified by sbi through pos to said effects. After contacting customer care repeatedly to confirm reversal as well refering to checking statement of accounts for over 20 days, it was not returned back to my accounts as well beneficiary bigboss is also not credited for same amount till date nor it is returned to my account till date.
                      You are requested to please look into this issue on most priority and please arrange to credit either of this amount deducted from my accounts for payments made against purchase from bigboss palace private limited.

                        I withdraw cash from obc bank atm on 13/10/18 in mathura my account is in sbi account no [protected],. On 13/10/18 i put my atm card in atm and fill details and fill amount 1000 it automatically generated 10000, put amount not come to i tried three time it same but amount not come after that i go another bank to withdraw 1000 it come out from axis bank atm. When i came home i seen the amount of 30000 debiet from my account. I go obc atm and call customer care and tell that my 30000 debeted from account but not come out they said it refund in 24 hours, i wait 24 hours after that 1 file complaint in sbi about that they take one month to clear that they said transaction was completed but i didn't get any amount.

                          Hi,
                          I got fake call from[protected]. He said that he is the bank manager of sbi bank, he was asking whether i wanted to continue using my atm card or not.
                          I know this is fake call.

                          Then i asked from where you are calling. He told from chennai. From chennai which bank i asked he was saying rbi.

                          He was asking for pin, card number and ccv.
                          Then i told i'm going to complaint he disconnected the call.

                          I want rbi to block this number[protected] and report to cyber crime.

                              cif not scrutinized by lcpc error

                              Hi team,
                              I have opened my account on 1 nov 2018 till now i didn't received my atm card so i opened sbi net banking and login over there but when i am going transact it shows me cif not scrutinized by lcpc how will be the problem resolve and how can i send money. Also i added benificiary to send money to another sbi account and also wait for complete cooling period still am unable send money to any one. So plz help me out....

                              I have one ac in sbi bank, my issue is, i had the sufficient fund in my ac for withdrawal money. I gaved the one cheque for someone to withdrawal amount which is below the my fund but the bank wont accept the cheque and rejects like disounor.

                              Is that the dishonor cheque leads to bounce or not???
                              Because i give the other same cheque to another person also.

                                Refund from amazon for amount rs 9499.00 has been processed on 2nd nov 2018. Authorization code for the refund is 712449. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached. This amount is a part of my debit card transaction reference "debit card sbipg pu[protected]amazon mumbai" of amount rs. 12775/-. Remaining amount has been settled.

                                Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

                                  On 28 October we paid credit card bill by mobile banking I, e ANDHRA BANK, amount of rupees 6074 is debited twice from account 6074 +6074 and next day i.e on 29 th October again 6074 auto debited from SBI account. Complaint registered, complaint no[protected], problem still not resolved. We lost rupees 12, 148 /- . Please solve the problem immediately.
