Recently I made transaction in Flipkart through phone pe app amount of ₹6590 (using visa debit card). Because of order cancelled they refund my amount on 29/10/2018 but still it not credited. I contacted customer service representative they told me contact bank. But in bank they are not helpful in this. And told me contact phonepe. Please help me in this issue.

SBI Legal team reached @ my home on 3rd. Oct'18. Before that i had received the letter of the Full and Final Settlement amount to pay SBI i.e. 220000/-. But when they reached to home they demand to pay the full outstanding amount i.e. 470000/- and warning to pay on or before 13-Oct-18, otherwise they will reach with police on 14th. Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis.
