I tried to withdraw rs. 20000 (Twenty thousand) from sbi atm, wadala (W) branch on 1st november, 2018. However, i got "time out" message and cash did not dispense. But, the amount has been deducted from my account on the same day. I called multiple times to customer care numbers but they denied to log complaint due to technical issue. I tried to log complaint online but never got a complaint number. I have done a rigorous follow up on the same. Visited sbi branch multiple times, have given a complaint in written format, contacted my home branch and have sent them a mail, and after such aggressive follow up, i finally got the complaint number for my raised concern on 9th november, 2018. It, s been 15 days since this has happened and i still haven't got my money back. And top of that the complaint has been closed without resolving my problem. The customer care support is useless and they are not even bothered of client's issue. They only keep asking to call back in 2-4 hours because there's a technical problem. My money is stuck since past 15 days.
The complaint id is atm_[protected]. Please look into this asap.

Updated by Nagpuresm The executive who logged our complaint on 9th was very irresponsible. The complaint id he provided is ATM_[protected]. This complaint is not regarding the concern I have, he provided 2 transaction id which also is not possible as per the other executive I recently have a talk with. The database of SBI in not updated for my transaction which has happened on 1st November, 2018, where I can see the details in my profile. I also have got a hard copy of my statements from SBI branch and the transaction of 1st November is mentioned on that. It's been 15 days now, and still cannot log a complaint because database is not updated of the transaction for which I want to log a complaint. Please help.
