Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

Dear sir / madam

Refund from amazon for amount rs 9499.00 has been processed on 2nd nov 2018. Authorization code for the refund is 712449. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached. This amount is a part of my debit card transaction reference "debit card sbipg pu[protected]amazon mumbai" of amount rs. 12775/-. Remaining amount has been settled.

Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

I have also filed a complaint with sbi (Cms) with ticket no. [protected]

    On 28 October we paid credit card bill by mobile banking I, e ANDHRA BANK, amount of rupees 6074 is debited twice from account 6074 +6074 and next day i.e on 29 th October again 6074 auto debited from SBI account. Complaint registered, complaint no[protected], problem still not resolved. We lost rupees 12, 148 /- . Please solve the problem immediately.

      This is kabir yadav I'm have a SBI Credit Card & using it since 2017, but now i have critical medical issues & unable to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.94000, since last one months due to critical medical conditions at home, I'm Unable to bear the expenses nor maintain my card ..Please help me out to settle my credit card- [protected].

      I can pay Final settlement amount in 6-12 EMI.

          I already hold a credit card of SBI bank. Still they call me for credit card offerings. Don't they check their database before calling a customer.
          The calls are quite frequent and irritating and of no use because I already hold a credit card.

          Requesting to please remove my number from their database. I don't need any of their services.

            Dear sir

            A refund of 1399 rupees was successfully processed on 03 November 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund with Refund reference number 186723 dt[protected]

                  Respected sir,
                  My credit card application no is[protected]. I received a sms from sbi that my card has shipped to my address through blue dart on 17th oct (Ev[protected]) but i have not received the card still now and the status is showing that the card has returned to gurgaon sbi office from where it has sent. But meanwhile statebank sent me the e-stmt dated 07/11/2018. Total due:2239. (Card protection plan charge and credit card annual charge).
                  Its not possible for me to pay the bill before receiving the credit card.
                  I tried a couple of time to contact the customer support through mail and phone. But they are not taking care of my issue.
                  I am worried that if i failed to pay the due within time it will affect my cibil score.
                  Please take the necessary action to resolve the issue so that i can get my card.

                    My a/c no.[protected] in your branch. I was deposited my salary cheque rs.14000/- ch. No.862298 dt.8.11.2018, indian bank, rajakilpakkam branch to sbi, selaiyur branch on 11.11.2018.. Still my salary not received to my account. At that movemnet my cheque and two more cheques deposited in same branch, but account holder sadavel, in thiygadurgam branch, & rajababu vishwakarma, in khairadih branch but they are received the amount through his account. How it is possible my cheque is missing or??? Kindly solve my problem. Because that cheque is my salary cheque

                      I had applied cc application 14 september now i have received a message from u r side my credit card application[protected] status is showing as rejected.. Where i can get the reason for rejection pls.
                      If any rejected reason i can clear the suspects my side for future reference.
                      Last 1 year i try to apply to sbi card but so far not completed u r side or pls send the reasons.

                          I tried to withdraw 2000 Rs from SBI Hau Hisar(Haryana) ATM on 8.6.2018 but after giving command of withdrawl the electricity goes off and also the atm got switched off.I waited for sometime but electricity didn't come. at that time money was deducted from my account but i didn't get the money neither at that time nor later.I also did complaint([protected]) regarding this earlier but that was also not resolved properly. the customer care is saying we have resolved your complaint and the relevant documents have been sent to the home branch but the home branch officials had denied me for any document. i want video of that transaction that will clearly show that i had not taken money. please resolve my complain as soon as possible.

                            HOME COVERAGE INS PRM- 3528/-

                            they first inform us before charges, this is not correct way to charge,

                            they were debited my home loan account than i should be interest in this portion also, how it cruel this is, they don't have any ethics.

                            we they don't run the business please shut your business, but don't charge like this.

                              Mere father ne sbi card liya tha 500/year annual fees ke hisab se but ghar aaya 3000/year fees wala.. So papa ne activate kiya hi nahi nahi aur complaint bhi kara di.. Fir bhi call pe call aate hai.. Aur charges bhi badha rahe hai.. Credit card walo ko coustomors se kuch lena dena hai nahi.. Unko bass paisa chahiye.. Bahot harrasment hoti hai.. Please help up

                              Mujhe HDFC bank ke employee ka 28th September ko call aaya ki Aapke Credit card ke liye ek plan hai Jiska payment HDFC bank karne wali hai, aapko nahi karna hai aur aapko bass call pe batana hai ki plan activate karne ke liye mai ready hu..

                              Lekin uska payment deduction toh mere acount se hua hai 1899/- One Time Assist
                              Yeh kesa scam hai hdfc ka
                              Employee bhi koi fake nahi tha
                              Proper HDFC ka tha jisse baat hui thi
                              Usko mere acount ki puri details tak pata thi. So please yahi request ki
                              Agar yeh payment bank karti hai toh mujhe mera 1899/- ka deduction return kare ya fir wo 1899/- One Assist ka bill mai pay nahi kar sakta so please cancel it and credit me 1899/-

                                Went to sbi shekaripuram branch palakkad yesterday i was about to deposit cash on my mother in law 's account but the person sitting in the counter is telling the deposit slip should sign by the account holder and they have put notice board also for that. If case of some emergency we required to deposit cash the account holder will not be their. It is not the right way to service a customer. If some illiterate people who does not know to operate a cash deposit machine how he will deposit cash to his family members or relatives account who is in urgent need to money.

                                    I have been reporting continuously approaching the bank and have meet the manager and showed him the entire proof of interest rate being reduced in the system against what is mentioned in the fd receipt issued to me. Further they have manipulated the maturity period and charged me the penalty on interest. This was not just first instance and they are not ready to correct the mistake in spite of i escalating the matter and have logged many complaint tickets on the website. Without even responding to my email they are just closing the ticket. No proper response it given. Not sure why are auditors not catching this things and reporting to the public. Today, i see manager was laughing when i expressed my concern and told i will not be doing anything about it. How can the fd be issued and changed in back end without intimating to account holder. No instructions for the changes are given by the customer.

                                    This is still not resolved, please change the status. I had asked the bank to give the calculation of the interest made from there end still they have to provide it. I have been following up on the same.

                                        My Name is Pradeep Kumar.

                                        I had a credit card and the card max limit reached. The total pending amount was around 1, 20, 000. So approached for settlement. After getting to know the process and discussing with friends in this field i decided against going for settlement. We never went through the process, never submitted cheques nor signed anything or confirmed by sending an email or anything.
                                        Even though i have been paying regularly now and now the pending amount is only 52, 000. The card is not activated yet and i get calls regularly telling that the card is under settlement and i get harassed alot.
                                        Executives are threatening and talking rudely though the payment so far has been done regularly.

                                        Request SBI CARD to reactivate my card and stop this non-sense by executives
