Being a customer of SBI, I am highly disappointed with the KUMTA branch staff Mr. Chandrakant Bhat(Uttara kannada, Karnataka 581343). SBI is a nationalized bank . But doesn't know how to treat it's customers. Every time he speaks rudely to customers and doesn't know how to treat them. I request you to kindly teach some professional skills to your staff. Or else one day you will lose your customers. HDFC, AXIS bank staffs are far better than your's. Sorry to say. This might be bitter but it's the harsh truth.

    1rupee credit from a unknown source

    Dear Customer, Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX is credited by Rs.1.00 on 01-09-22 by a/c linked to mobile 9XXXXXX999-ICCL SLB A/C (IMPS )If not done by you, call [protected]. -SBI

    But I am not open any account any where.why I am getting this message?What will be my next step?...

    I had applied for SBI credit card in January which was declined due to unknown reason. Its been 8 months but the agents keeps calling again and again and tricking me to apply for credit card for more than 10 times WITHOUT MY CONSENT. SBI does not send any email or notification when they apply credit card on my behalf. SBI does not give any option to take back an application. It kept declining and the agents said due to some error in their network it was happening that way. Later I got credit card from a different company and the procedure was way too easy. I built my credit score. I still get calls every 15 days from SBI credit card company again trying to cheat me . they ask PAN Card telling they want to send card for dispatch. then the address and collect all information. they lie that I will receive card within 2 days but its been 8 MONTHS. Because of SBI my CIBIL score is getting reduced.

      Yesterday I visited Uttam Nagar branch to open my wife's account. There the employees of the bank were forcing. Was saying that without insurance you cannot open a savings account.

      Please confirm is it compulsory to pay accidental insurance of RS 1000 while opening new saving account in SBI? Kindly confirm.

        Hi,
        I had deposited money on 20-Jul-2022 and Annual Locker Charge Locker Rent has been deducted (2, 360.00) from my account two times on 21-Jul-2022 and same day again deducted. I had opened Locker on 17-Jan-2022 and same day they deducted amount from my account for rent and they said its an annual charge and they will deduct amount next year only but they deducted twice in July. I have complaint to the Branch Manager and still its not resolved.
        Please me on priority to credit my money back to my account (2360.00+2360.00) is Rs.4720

          Dear Sir,

          This is reference with my SBI Maxgain Home Loan Account Number [protected].
          As per MCLR my interest rate change once in a year. But I repeatedly observed that since last couple of months it was changed by SBI staff without customer consent. When I have personally meet to RACPC Ghatkopar and discussed with Mr. Kannan, who confirmed that my interest rate converted to EBLR which I have never been given my consent. After that SBI staff have changed my Interest rate as per MCLR rate i.e 7.65% in July 2022. Now in month of August again it was change to EBLR and now interest rate charging to 8.15%.
          I have raise an escalation with the RACPC Ghatkopar as well as Network GM team but no response from them. Even I have tried multiple times but all numbers are ringing only. No one pickup the call.
          I would like to request kindly look into this matter urgently . So the SBI staff will not cheat with the other person as they cheated like me.

            I used SBI Collect to pay my GOVT ENGG COLLEGE BHOJPUR exam fees of Rs. 3710 yesterday (31/08/2022) by scanning QR code through my IndusInd Bank UPI and the money was debited from my a/c but SBI Collect payment history is showing the status - Failure and Transaction Description - No Transaction record found.

            Kindly look into this matter ASAP. I need my fee receipt for semester exam registration. My Reference number is DUJ6426171.

              Dear Sir, Recently I get entry in my passbook. I checked some unknown charges of Rs. 500 on 06.08.22. Similar charges was there in last year. In Passbook having description PAI 10 Lacs. I called bank they confirmed this is related to personal accidental insurance. But I never gave any approval for that. These are charges are applied from 2-3 years. But i received message only this year. This is without our authorization. Please reverse these charges. Also cancel this insurance. My account no. [protected]

                My status on npci is showing as linked with sbi bank while i already contact my branch and they told me that they have removed my aadhar from all places available in bank..since npci has directed that aadjar mapping and unmapping with npci is sole responsibility of bank pleaseremove my aadhar from npci mapper

                  I wanted to make an international debit card from this bank. We asked the employees what are the options and so we made one. But i was able to use the card only for maximum of 5 months after which it stopped working. I did write an email for reactivaion of the card to the bank as I study abroad. To which they replied as they had done the job, but I am still not able to withdraw money from the ATM...why ????
                  I made the card and account only by the guidance of the employees and now that blame it's our fault for not making an NRO account. I have been facing a lot of difficulty because of the deactivation. So, i kindly request your help and support in this matter.

                    Horrible, very disappointed. I made a savings account from the Royapettah branch of this bank to get an international card by the guidance of the employees working in their branch. I was only able to use the card for maximum of 5 months . I did write an email for reactivaion but the card still doesn't work. I mean we created the card, stating that we wanted an international debit card but now they say it's our fault for not making an NRO account. I mean we're not bankers they are supposed to inform us about the options but nonetheless they didn't !! Honestly this is the worst bank I have come across in my life !!!

                        State bank of india credit card department staff call me and informed that your card outstanding bill amount was not paid so we give the offer to pay the part amount then you cannot use the card in future that card was closed. i accept that offer because this dealing make on covid lockdown time. Financially i was struggled on the time. they send the offer letter too. i dont know they mentioned as "settled" or "written off" in my cibil. now only i checked my cibil i was shocked they mentioned as "WRITTEN OFF". It affect my future loan process. so please kindly change my status card was closed and send the NOC

                          Dear team i am having two sbi cards ending with 6771 and 4995 from last 4 years .All the payments was on time but because of health conditions i was failed to make full payment in last two months .
                          A huge amount of approx inr 60000 thousand rupees is deducted as penalty from my both cards last three months on name of penalty (find transactions in screenshot )
                          Whatever amount i deposit in card goes deducted from my both cards.

                          Additionally when i made payment today then approx 24000 inr again deducted .
                          Everytime when i make payment all amount deducted amount approx card limit is deducted yet but card is not still regularise.

                          Please regulase my both cards asap and revert back charges which deducted from my cardsasap else i am going to consumer court and banking ombudmens for same.

                          Also even after making payment a person named suresh sharma with mobile number [protected] is calling and harrasing my parents for card and warning and abusing my parents for same .I am having recording for same.

                          Please reverse charges and regularise my both cards so that i can make payments else i am going to legally fight for harrasing my family and finacialy cheating me on name of card payment.

                            I booked a bus ticket at RED BUS APP online using SBI UPI i.e. [protected]@sbi on 1 April 2022.
                            After some time, I canceled that ticket on 1 April 2022.
                            After long time, I did not get the refund in account then I called to the customer care of Red Bus for the refund and he told me that we released your payment and they provide the ARN Number:[protected].
                            SBI check this payment details and credit this payment to my SBI UPI [protected]@sbi. Please provide me a correct solution.

                              On 28.08.22, after reversion of Rs.1000 into my account due to faulty transaction in ATM(2785), ERIKARAI street, East Tambaram, again amount of Rs.1000 was debited from my account for CSH WDL,
                              Pl give reason for CSH WDL.

                                  I purchased redmi note 11 pro plus with exchange and paid rs 15599 from Amazon on 24th August 2022 but i decided to cancel the order. they successfully cancelled the order and initiated refund! The next day 25th August i received a refund of rs 100 but the remaining rs15499 is yet to be refunded! Amazon provided Refund reference number - ONUS20220826. Please do something about this, today is 29th August and i am yet to receive the amount!

                                    Hi, on 25/08/2022 in the name of KYC UPDATE by hacking my smartphone through ANYDESK APP a total of Rs.111705 in two transactions from my SBI credit card and Rs.25000/- in thirteen transactions from Paytm postpaid account got fraudulently But no one is going to listen to my problem. I am surprised to see negative attitude of SBI credit card and Paytm, will anyone help me?

                                      With all due respect I with to state that I am salaried person in Treasruy department uttarakhand, I have saving account n. [protected] in sudcul branch rudrapur Uttarakhand pin 263153. Branch has lien marked my account with Rs 99999-00, while i have not taken any kind of loan from the branch. my kyc is also clear, I have submitted pan and Aadhar in base branch'.
                                      I have to withdraw amount to pay children fee and other domestic expenses. but my account is lien marked . I am Helpless . branch is not ready to listen my problem. i have contacted branch manager, mailed thrice to sbi delhi engineering college branch sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in but no response. I have lodged complaint via internet banking also but till now problem is unresolved.
                                      so please do needful at yours level.
