SBI is taking way much time or even not checking the request files online submitted by customers. I submitted my pan card number for registration few days ago and it showed pending at the beginning and now it shows unprocessed. I need to link it before the end of the month so I can apply for TDS refund. But it seems SBI will take more than a week to inform me that I need to submit again or whatever the next step is.

I used SBI Collect to pay the institute fees of Rs. 20000/- on 8 August, 2022 at 12:34 through Internet Banking via other banks ( Bank of Maharashtra ) and the money was debited from the account but while checking from payment history it is showing response pending from network in transaction description.
