I have deposited rs. 11300/- (Rs.500x7 + rs.100x78) in cash deposit machine (Cdm) at madhapur hyderabad on 27th november 2018 at 08:32 am however the amount was not deposited in my account. I have given a written complaint to manager. Bank staff concern about the matter. However still after 41hrs. The problems was not solved, as the amount not deposited into my account till.

I had made transaction to Google Play services of Transaction id [protected]IGADTJHXH4 which is in authorization hold. Transaction is stated as successful by merchant but the merchant(google play) themselves have said to me that it hasn't reached them and is under some transaction authorization hold. This transaction of date 18/06/18 had been complained by me and SBI team had told that it'll Auto revert after 45 days. But more than 45 business days have happened and my transaction of Rs171/- is not yet credited back. The agm has sent mail saying he will advice me redressalbut still the same had not been done. Please give me pepper compensation also for this as it has troubles me almost 5 months.

A refund of 9999 rupees was successfully processed on 12 november 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

I trying to recharge my mobile myself through freecharge app throughout net banking money deducted from my account but the charge was not successful I complaint the freecharge but they replied that the money with the bank it was in May 2018 I complaint many time to sbi but they didnâ€™t refund my money

In the month of September my account balance reached to below â‚¹ 1000 when the minimum balance account was â‚¹ 3000 . Then the Bank deducted â‚¹ 200+ from that amount which was available in my account + they also taken â‚¹ 350 as lien amount now it have been 2 months i have maintained the average balance (4000) still i haven't got my lien amount back.

I hony nb/sub sohan lal retired from indian army (Asc) in june 2017. Since then i have not received increement of pension after 3 prc. Also i have already received my ppo letter from bangalore asc at centre in august but no amount has been credited to my account. One copy of my ppo letter has already been sent to your chandani chowk office cppc two manoths ago. But no action has been taken.

I am in dire need of financial help and that amount can help me very much. Please look into the matter.

This is to inform, i mitul patel one of the sbi customer from amalsad, gujarat request you to take serious note on one issue occured during loan payment which had taken from sbi bank (Branch code-011033/ifsc code sbin0011033). Sir i had given rc book copy well in advance then also my 20000 plus money got deducted due to penalty and for this i hd inform branch manager for this issue many times then also not a satiafactory solution, from past 5-6 months i m going at bank for refund but not getting a satisfactory response. As i had submitted all documents then also my money has been deducted, for this had inform prior to branch manager also but no serios action has been taken for refund or other things. Please take serious consideration for this complain

Dear sir/madam,

I have noticed on 25.09.2018 through my netbanking that sbi port branch has deducted rs. 11, 800 for four months from my account in lieu of non-submission of rc book to the bank authority which is totally false.in december 2017, the vehicle loan was approved against my application and in that month itself, we produced the rc book, insurance copy, licence copy, road tax to the-then dy. Manager mr. Mrinal das. He got transferred after a few months and perhaps the loan documents with necessary records have not been handed over to the next officer properly. As a result, sbi authority has started deduction of rs.2950.00 every month from may 2018 to aug 2018 (Total rs. 11800.00) without my knowledge. The new manager called me in sept 2018 and immediately i forwarded all the necessary documents to the sbi again and also informed that i already submitted all the requisite documents to the previous bank manager. I appealed to refund the deducted money as i was not at fault on 25.09.2018 and lodged a complaint also vide ticket no. Vl[protected] dt. 27.09.2018. But till date, i have not got the money back even after repeated follow ups. My vehicle loan account no. Is[protected].

Kindly look into the matter of such unfair deductions.

I want to know on whose name the account is and why i am receiving those alerts.
