I have requested to transfer my account (Acc. No.[protected]) along with FD from MPKV branch (03239) to SBI Branch, NAU, Navasari (Branch code: 03889) three times. Finally they transferred account but not FD ([protected]). I talked to manager 2-3 times and sent my colleague too. every time they said we will do it but after so many visits to my home branch still I didnt received transfer of my FD. I need it urgently but it feels like we cant use our own money at the time of emergency.
I want this FD as soon as possible in my branch (03889) so that I can use it.

    1. My pension account No [protected] held with SBI East Street Pune-01.

    2. My ePPO has been generated on 23rd Aug 2018 by PCDA Prayagraj and already been fwd to CPPC Belapur, New Mumbai.

    3. On the repeated email with CPPC and visit to their office he now said your ePPO receive with 0 bites.

    4. Please request you to take action on PRIORITY for resolving the case and credited my arrears amount in my account.

      fake call saying they are calling from sbi credit card department

      Hello, i got a call just few minutes before (29th oct 2018 at 2:19pm) from +91-[protected] asking if i received my sbi credit card. I replied yes, they said they are offering gift voucher and they want to dispatch. So they asked to confirm with my credit card details. I pretended as if i was not able to listen. He hung and called again from same number. I did same thing. Then he immediately at 2:20pm called me from [protected] and another...

      By mistake i transferred wrong account, so transaction became successful in another person’s account with name unkown, contact number ([protected]),

        My account no is [protected]. A refund of 240 rupees was successfully processed on 17 oct 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken
        I have got reffer no by amazon 782260,

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund

            This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I did the transaction to Flipkart by state Bank of India.the transaction was failed.but bank hit me POS decline charge even technical problem in bank.then why I charged.i think the bank is doing very wrong with customers.they says ATM But other side they charged customer very badly.I think bank should change this.

              Atm machine kept at air force station barnala, barnala punjab of rs 1000/- each. For both the transactions, money (Rs 2000/-) was debited from my account. However, rs 1000/- has been credited to my account on the same day, but rs 1000/- has not been credited to my account till date.

              You are requested to look into the matter and settle my dues.

                I am a pensioner of the bank. My pf no is 0165948. Recently I opened an a/c with Majhiwade ( 13377) of the bank jointly with my daughter SUNITA JAIN.
                THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN MARKED AS A GENERAL ONE INSTEAD. OF A STAFF ACCOUNT. AT THE TIME OF OPENING I SUBMITTED COPY OF MY ID CARD AS PROOF. I am deprived of staff benefits.

                  On getting the message that by 30th of November 2018 SBI Buddy would be permanently wound up I made payment on 26th October 2018 through this Buddy Wallet three Mobile Recharges to three Nos. [protected]; [protected] and [protected] for Rs. 800/-; 500/- and 600/- respectively, which were confirmed through messages to me by Buddy Wallet on the same day.. But sorry to say these recharges have not been confirmed by AIRTEL so far.

                    Today i. E 28.10.2018, at about 2.29pm received a call on my phone [protected] from [protected], online customer care and asked the bank account number and atm number with pin. After collecting the same one otp number 607052 came to my registered [protected] number for online purchase of rs 19876 at abipbl thru state bank debit card ending 8391. The sms of txn# was 870600.

                    After telling the same another otp 605774 came for online purchase of rs.4831 at recharge ccavenue thru state bank debit card ending 8391. The sms of txn# was 021982. Then due to my doubt from my online banking i came to know that total amount of rs.24707 has been debited from my account.
                    So due to fraud, i earnestly request to you kindly make an appropriate steps to stop the payment and refund me the same to my account.

                          On 19 oct 2019 i did a transaction of 2000 to airtel wallet the amount has been debited from my sbi account but not added to my airtel wallet.
                          I have even registered a complaint in sbi whose ref no is [protected].
                          Below is the information i have received from airtel customer care executive. Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
                          This is to apprise you that as per our telephonic conversation on 26th october 2018 at 14:10, we would like to inform you that amount of rs.2000 with the transaction id[protected] has been failed from your bank's end. Hence, we request you to please contact your bank with the reference number phmp[protected].

                          Further, we would like to inform you that amount of rs.2000 with the transaction id[protected] has been successfully refunded to your bank account on 22nd october 2018. Hence, we request you to check with your respective bank by quoting arn number 74332748296829599647321.

                            Without any information i have seen that almost 24000 inr have been deducted from sbi home loan account, attached is the screenshot.

                            I have recently bought a new house a 107, alpha 1, greater noida. And took loan from sbi. House construction is not good and i am planning to remove construction and planning to build a new building.

                            Looks sbi insured land and construction without any information and they deducted...

                            I have just opened a new account in sbi few days ago, whenever i am trying to transfer the fund from this account to another account, gets a message stating cif not scrutinized by lcpc. Please clear that when i will be able to transfer the fund from this account. Solve this issue as soon as possible. How much time takes in scrutiny of cif by lcpc.....

                            I've never dealt with sbi in any form be it a credit card or any type of loan apart from a joint saving account which is mainly looked upon by my husband.

                            On the afternoon of 26th october 2018, a lady called me and yelled at me for having a relative not paying his dues to sbi credit.

                            She asked me numbers of those relatives which apparently i did not have, so asked my husband. I eventually gave her numbers which she was looked for and yet, her calls are not stopping. She is threatening me to complain at my workplace.

                            Now, obviously, i am not afraid because i've not done anything wrong but the way she is talking to me is quite disturbing and challenging my integrity.

                            My family is quite disturbed too, after all we're not at fault except that a distant relative (4 to 5 chains in between), whose name we got to know only after the incident, is at fault.

                            I want to explore the legal options here for being harassed. These people should learn a lesson.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Sub: - complaint against sbi credit card.

                              I have an sbi credit cards no. [protected] these was a dispute (Fraud transaction) reported on the card in the month of 10th nov-2017. And the card was blocked immediately.
                              With help of customer care team they asked me to raise dispute and the dispute interaction id - 1-[protected]. Reported / dispute raised on 13th nov-2017.

                              For the above said dispute they have add temporary credit on 01st dec-2017. On my card and the same was declared as permanent credit on 15th oct-2018.
                              They issued new card. But since the above dispute was not cleared as expected. I stopped using the card for the period of one year.

                              On 22nd july-2018. They billed me an amount of rs: 897/-. Balance of the old transaction. And the same was paid by me on 02nd august-2018.
                              But again in the month of august-2018 they debited the above dispute transaction twice and billed me an outstanding amount of rs: 1, 19, 273/- (Temp crt rev 74987507314500387541747) an amount of rs: 59, 636.86/ on 2nd and 3rd of august. And the same with late fee, interest and other charges are billed in the month of september-2018.
                              I raised the concern with the sbi card begumpet hyd. Branch they said the case is registered and shall give us an update in 15 working days. While we did not get any update we revisited the branch and this time around they said they shall give us an update with a week of time. We again visited them and this time around they told us that they shall give us an update within 48 working hrs.

                              But all our efforts have gone in vain. Raised a complaint through online option on 29th august-2018. Complaint reference number is[protected]. Esclasted to nodal officer team.

                              Reported concern is open and there is no proper update from sbi card. Daily i get 3-4 collection calls and at times the executives speak rude (Kind of threatening phone calls). While the issues is open at their end.

                              I am fifth month pregnant and i have no patience to keep visiting there branch office and to keep calling the ivr customer care.
                              I pray that sbi cards collection department should be ordered to stop calling customers and harass the customer. And would be great if they can have better escalation matrix in place to action on the above matter.

                              I humbly request and i would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. And to do justice and save customers from shark like grip of sbi cards.

                              I have never missed any payments till date. Just because of SBI Credit card dispute delay update my score has got the hit.

                              Tried calling the customer care as usual theirs no proper response.

                                This is with regard to sbi debit card which was not delivered to my address at bottom below, nor any phone call attempt was made from the authorities. Even the sbi branch sadhaura, yamuna nagar haryana state has not made any phone call with regard to sbi debit card. Time and again when i to the branch they gave the consignment no., which is dispatched through speed post no. Eb[protected]in. So i tried to track my consignment.                                   This is all about the increasing malpractices in sbi branch done by employees by creating their own rules and refusal without any fear.

                                  Recently i suffered when i visited the sbi maldahiya branch of varanasi to deposit a certain amount of money over the counter... I waited as it was lunch time and filled the deposit slip. When the time arrived i went to the counter as usual in the queue and when my turn arrived he took the cash and gave to some other staff and after 5 min of moving here and there for other works he returned and said that the account in which you are depositing is in bhelupur branch of sbi and thus you have to go there to deposit the same...

                                  I asked the reason, he just refused.

                                  I suffered that day and did not expect that unprofessional behaviour from most popular and trusted bank.
                                  State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
