Dear SBI CARD, I wanna unsubscribe your from Promotional SMS.I don't want your credit card. Please stop sending offer messge details And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option where ever! Otherwise i would have done it myself!

    These SBI guys are continuously disturbing me calling and saying they will provide me some discount on my existing due of INR 6000 whereas I've closed and destroyed my card after clearing all dues on February 2018 and more than six months passed, I got the confirmation on email also and now cannot understand why am I being victimized for nothing??

    I've attached the screenshot of the confirmation email and the due amount also.

        This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of inr 10000
        My account is debited with the name of othpg paytm with rs 10000 on 25.10.2018 without any message
        I never use card online and never share card details to anybody
        Please give me a solution
        I have compliant to my bank but they have not gave my any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution

          Dear team,

          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because one time 2500/- and many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

            I have been a sincere account holder at your bank bearing account ([protected]). But any months was incorrectly deducted from my savings account i claim a refund for the same.

            There is absolutely no doubt that this was an erroneous deduction. Kindly scrutinize the error and refund the amount back into my account. I would be grateful if this could be done without further delay as i am undergoing a financial trouble these days due to recessive business.

              Hello sir,
              I've car loan with sbi and emi is deducting from my hdfc bank account. For this month Oct 2018 the emi is not deducted from the account.yet. When i contacted with citi, they informed sbi not submitted the ecs clearance. Last month as well it got deducted very late by a week and this month it is almost at the end of the month and no deduction has happened yet. My loan account is from SBI lalaguda Hyderabad branch.

Is [protected] and today my account renewal and that ur officer demand to give me 1000 reppee for renew my account and give him 1000 rupee in the front cctv camara after that i complain to manager and he said this is a officer mistake it is happen approximately about 2 p.m.This is are humble request to state bank of India head office plz see to it throully and take action as soon as possible.the man behind it, satyam. He is a field officer in state bank of India, ifsc is SBIN0000584.

                  This is to inform you that, I can't pay full amount at this moment because I bought this product sep'2018 and suddenly I convert the full amount into EMI, but the statement shows full amount to pay immediately so i didn't pay full amount at immediate basis. I also attached invoice details in previous statement.

                  So if you are consider this matter for your kind perusal otherwise I escalate this matter on higher authority and also consumer forum...

                    The bank needs better staff who can behave properly I had visited bank to open a new account so a person says right now the audit work is going on so, come back after 1 or 2 weeks then a lady comes provides the opening accont form & insist to take a insurance so that she can help us otherwise not, after verifying all the document then I visited the counter no. 3 for submitting. That counter no. 3 lady was not on her seat for more than 35 minutes & 7 to 8 people are waiting for her to come. Later on she came we submitted the document then she said we cannot open right now because the audit work is going on come back again after 2 weeks for update regarding the account. After 15 minutes i got a call from the same lady that I came to know that you have a zero balance account & you did not tell me & that's the reason we can't open your account, first you close that account. Even earlier it was clearly mentioned on the yono app that a person can open digital saving account even he/she is already having a account with sbi. And even now on the sbi website it is mention that a person has to close the earlier account within 30 days of new account opening. I want to ask if I am providing all the required documents why sbi cannot open my account and even I am providing my pan card. Sbi bank nawada delhi 110059

                      I had applied for debit card online through net banking on 23/09/2018.
                      My account no. is [protected] and branch is SBI alpha 1 greater noida.
                      But it's one month now and I had not received my card.
                      I contacted the customer care for the information but still my problem is not resolved.
                      I am a working person so I do not have time to go to bank and ask them
                      Kindly help me.

                        I tried to do recharge from state bank rewards point at 16:30 on 8th October. I want to recharge my jio number but sbi rewards app has taken my vodafone number (+91 [protected]) as by default in the number box. So due to hurry i only selected operator (as Reliance Jio) and circle (as All India) and selected the plan (399/-) and confirmed the recharge. But at that time it was showing continously processing and no message for confirmation of recharge, so I tried foelr another few times but it shows failed. Than i checked my transactions and found that it was showing recharge successful for the first transaction.
                        So i called customer care and explained them all the scenario and they said that i will not get my points back as it was showing successful transaction.
                        My Vodafone has also not received any recharge which i put there by mistake.
                        So please help me with these frauds to get my points back.

                          A refund of rs.1350 was successfully initiated on August 3, 2018 by amazon through the neft mode. However, it didnot reflect into my account even after 3 months. I have called sbi customer care several times but all are in vain, they never helped me for once, didnot file charge dispute nor accepted the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but all were simply helpless.in a digital world, no one is helping me get my money. If such happens then how can we rely on online transactions. Please loop upon this matter. I am totally helpless as there is no one around who is willing to help mDear sir,

                            Dear sir

                            A refund of 439 rupees was successfully processed on 30 September 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                            kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              Mr. Dhuljibhai got call from mobile no. [protected] on 07/08/2018 to his mobile no. [protected] that his ATM card has been blocked and he need to give AAdhar card No. and OTP and he thought that if his card has been blocked, he would be in problem and hence he gave him everything which he was asked for and thereafter he came to know that in his account, fraud has been taken place with following details:

                              Mobikwik OTHPG 667734 Rs. 9, 999/-
                              Airtel Money OTHPG 669582 Rs. 24, 999/-
                              Aditya Birla Payment Bank OTHPG 674997 Rs. 14, 999/-

                              All above amount have been debited from his SBI Bank A/c.

                              Here attaching following details for reference:

                              2. Police Complaint

                              He is servant and by hard work, he earned the amount and the he lost his hard earned money.

                                  I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card (Zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil report. And they gave me the reference numbers[protected] and [protected]. When i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address in change so pls send noc in our mail id
                                  As of now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.
                                  When i had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide noc to me.
                                  Please do the needful..

                                    I have repay my house loan before scheduled. Today i have approached to branch to accept paper required for release of mortage. But branch manager mr. Pande replied me in arrogant manner that "before you say something... I am on deputation. I can't help you in any manner better u may come after 8 days. I urged him pl. Go through my account no. As it has been no dues or not. I have time limit to release mortage... But fail to do so... And mr. Pande repeatedly used arrogant language which is not suits to manager of sbi. Firstly i have waited up 1hour and 15 min for him as he is busy in lunch.
                                    Sir pl. Do needful actions againstsuch inefficient ineligible officer.

Rs.99/- each by debit to my savings bank account through net banking video tiduh[protected]and tide uh56576095, but talktime top up for rs.99/- has only been afforded by bsnl. Please verify and reverse entry of rs.99/- for credit to my account at the earliest.
