The bank needs better staff who can behave properly I had visited bank to open a new account so a person says right now the audit work is going on so, come back after 1 or 2 weeks then a lady comes provides the opening accont form & insist to take a insurance so that she can help us otherwise not, after verifying all the document then I visited the counter no. 3 for submitting. That counter no. 3 lady was not on her seat for more than 35 minutes & 7 to 8 people are waiting for her to come. Later on she came we submitted the document then she said we cannot open right now because the audit work is going on come back again after 2 weeks for update regarding the account. After 15 minutes i got a call from the same lady that I came to know that you have a zero balance account & you did not tell me & that's the reason we can't open your account, first you close that account. Even earlier it was clearly mentioned on the yono app that a person can open digital saving account even he/she is already having a account with sbi. And even now on the sbi website it is mention that a person has to close the earlier account within 30 days of new account opening. I want to ask if I am providing all the required documents why sbi cannot open my account and even I am providing my pan card. Sbi bank nawada delhi 110059

    I had applied for debit card online through net banking on 23/09/2018.
    My account no. is [protected] and branch is SBI alpha 1 greater noida.
    But it's one month now and I had not received my card.
    I contacted the customer care for the information but still my problem is not resolved.
    I am a working person so I do not have time to go to bank and ask them
    Kindly help me.

      I tried to do recharge from state bank rewards point at 16:30 on 8th October. I want to recharge my jio number but sbi rewards app has taken my vodafone number (+91 [protected]) as by default in the number box. So due to hurry i only selected operator (as Reliance Jio) and circle (as All India) and selected the plan (399/-) and confirmed the recharge. But at that time it was showing continously processing and no message for confirmation of recharge, so I tried foelr another few times but it shows failed. Than i checked my transactions and found that it was showing recharge successful for the first transaction.
      So i called customer care and explained them all the scenario and they said that i will not get my points back as it was showing successful transaction.
      My Vodafone has also not received any recharge which i put there by mistake.
      So please help me with these frauds to get my points back.

        Dear sir,
        A refund of rs.1350 was successfully initiated on August 3, 2018 by amazon through the neft mode. However, it didnot reflect into my account even after 3 months. I have called sbi customer care several times but all are in vain, they never helped me for once, didnot file charge dispute nor accepted the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but all were simply helpless.in a digital world, no one is helping me get my money. If such happens then how can we rely on online transactions. Please loop upon this matter. I am totally helpless as there is no one around who is willing to help mDear sir,

          Dear sir

          A refund of 439 rupees was successfully processed on 30 September 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            Dear Sir,

            Mr. Dhuljibhai got call from mobile no. [protected] on 07/08/2018 to his mobile no. [protected] that his ATM card has been blocked and he need to give AAdhar card No. and OTP and he thought that if his card has been blocked, he would be in problem and hence he gave him everything which he was asked for and thereafter he came to know that in his account, fraud has been taken place with following details:

            Airtel Money OTHPG 669582 Rs. 24, 999/-
            Aditya Birla Payment Bank OTHPG 674997 Rs. 14, 999/-

            He is servant and by hard work, he earned the amount and the he lost his hard earned money.

                I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card (Zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil report. And they gave me the reference numbers[protected] and [protected]. When i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address in change so pls send noc in our mail id
                As of now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.
                When i had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide noc to me.
                Please do the needful..

                  Dear sir,
                  I have repay my house loan before scheduled. Today i have approached to branch to accept paper required for release of mortage. But branch manager mr. Pande replied me in arrogant manner that "before you say something... I am on deputation. I can't help you in any manner better u may come after 8 days. I urged him pl. Go through my account no. As it has been no dues or not. I have time limit to release mortage... But fail to do so... And mr. Pande repeatedly used arrogant language which is not suits to manager of sbi. Firstly i have waited up 1hour and 15 min for him as he is busy in lunch.
                  Sir pl. Do needful actions againstsuch inefficient ineligible officer.

                      The refund of 624₹ iniciated successfully by amazon on 29/09/18 but still i haven't received my refund in my account. I also emailed and contact to complain for it with your branch and customer care but they didn't resolve this problem.
                      I also contact with amazon to clarify it and they response that the refund is alredy iniciated successfully on their side with reference no. #[protected].
                      So please clear it issue and credit my refund in my account.

                        There is a lein amount applied to my account ie 20000 rupees.
                        When i contacted my bank they said that your account have been kept on hold for 20000 inr.

                        When i dint had so much balance then only the statement is showing that you have withdrawal cash from atm (Which i don't) they have put hold on my account. I never got those money which the bank is claiming.

                        When contacted to my branch they say we don't know about issue, you may loose your money, so where should i go? Whose fault is this? It's almost one year & i can see my account balance as xx, xxx but in that i have 20, 000 as lien amount.

                                I have changed my name after marriage and got updated the same with my bank. After successfully updating kyc details i requested a new cheque book and bank delivered the same.in the address panel of cheque book, my changed name is there i. E. Krishna bhushan kabra but on leaflets of cheques my old name is there i. E. Krishana r. Gandhi

                                I have ordered around 3 checkbook and this is 3 rd time same thing has been happened.

                                  This mail is to inform you that i took a car loan ([protected]) from sbi (Branch code-31448), kota (Raj.). And accordingly to my sanction letter my emi is rs.8440 and the bank has deducted the amount of rs.8600.

                                  As i explained all this to deputy branch manager (Ms. Jitendra kaur) and she forced me to close this loan. Customer service and the behaviour of deputy branch manager (Ms. Jitendra kaur)...

                                    मेरा नाम राकेश कुमार साहू है जो में दिनांक 22/10/2018 को दिन के 12 से 1 के बीच मे मै स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ब्रांच अभनपुर में atm से स्वीप करके बैंक1000 रुपये जमा किया था औऱ एक दिन बाद बैंक में एंट्री करवाया तो मेरा खाता में 1000 रुपये नही आया था तो बैंक में पूछा तो बैंक वाले ने साफ बोल दिया ऊँची आवाज में कि तुमने तो पैसा ही नही दिया था तो मैंने पैसा जमा नही किया जबकि मैंने पूरा 1000 रुपये 100 का 10 नोट गिन कर उसी रोकड़िया को दिया था । मुझ गरीब पर कृपा करें धन्यवाद।।

                                      On september 10th i went for applying new sbi atm card @ kumbakonam bazaar sbi and filled the application. My sbi pass book had my old address, chennai even though it was transferred to kumb bazaar from palavakkam chennai. Hence i requested shri. Murugavel accountant @ counter 2 to kindly send the new atm card to kumbakonam address.
                                      He asked proof for the new address and i gave him the original driving license along with xerox. But he was persistent to bring adhaar card original along with xerox only then the new address will be changed and new atm will be sent to the address. According to rbi, kyc norms driving license is enough for address proof. However i again went to my home & took original aadhar+ xerox & submitted for new atm. He assured that atm will be sent to your new address within 15 days.
                                      On 22.10.18 i went to bank around 5.30 pm and enquired about the status since atm was not received till date. Sri. Murugavel asked to get out from the office immediately since only 4 pm the enquiries can be made. I didn't speak a single work i left immediately.
                                      On 24.10.18, i approached the bank around 11.00 am and asked the status of my atm from counter 3, a lady staff told atm was despatched gave me the speed no and asked to enquire the post office. I tracked the article immediately and was shocked to know that the atm card was dispatched to old chennai address.
                                      Now i went to shri. Murugavel counter-2 and informed him that my savings account address remains unchanged & also my atm was dispatched to old address. He rudely answered ''that's it.. Cant do anything you again bring original adhaar & xerox". I asked him sir i already showed the original & submitted the xerox. He again very rudely shouted at me to leave the place & get out. I again in soft manner asked him is this the way you response to customers? Already its been a month & half and you have ignored your duty and you are so rude to me.
                                      This time shri. Murugavel accountant @ counter-2 thrown away my passbook infront of all customers and shouted in unparliamentary words in tamil" dei, muttapunda avlo dhan ennala panna mudiyum, unnala mudinjatha paarthuko" (Meaning you #, i can do only this, what ever u can do and # off now". Near by counter -3 a lady staff is working aged 25 and many other lady staff were working. Lady customers were standing & sitting behind me. I was very much shocked to see this behaviour from him.
                                      Then i went to the manager and filed a written complaint and had it acknowledged. I was working as post master for government of india and we were facing more number of transactions with no saturdays holidays and not alone savings bank transactions.in no circumstance we have shouted to a customer using parliamentary words. I am very much ashamed & hurt and i think what mistake i have done to get such scolding form unknown person for depositing my own money.
                                      This should never ever happen to any customer since the salary they receive is only because of customers. Also he has no right to scold in foul language and throw the passbook away. Hence harsh disciplinary action may please be taken against him for smooth public service of sbi. Cctv camera was installed in that branch which can be referred for future reference.
