My mother has her account in State Bank of India JANAK COLONY MAHWA, Dausa, Rajasthan, 321608.
I am planning for the studying abroad so some of the documents are required from the bank, unfortunately that happens to be SBI, My mother has been visiting the bank for those papers as in balance proof certificate, some bank statements with the branch manager side.
First issues was the bank doesn’t have a letter head which provides a mail id and contact number for that i had prepare the whole topic which needs to be on that document, which was supposed to be done by the bank.
Following that when we asked the branche manager to provide the contact he behaved unprofessional as in what is our roll in that we don’t do that here and stuff and spoke ille mannerly to my mother,
Next thing after I submit my documents to the university there will be a verification to the bank which should be cleared from the bank other wise the money I invested for the studies and travel would be wasted, and seeing his behaviour I have zero faith that he would respond to the verification mail,
The way he is behaving makes me doubtful if he actually is literate or educated enough to be in that position

    I payment my credit card payment with in time and the said amount is settled with the bank also but bank was charge me as payment dishonor fee with gst of ammount of rs 590 and when I request a deposit before bank, bank is reject my request with not as Dear SBI Cardholder, we regret to inform that your request[protected] for NSF Fee Reversal of Rs. 500 on your SBI Credit Card ending XXXXXXXXXXXXXX17 couldn't be processed due to our internal policy.

      My card was blocked temrorary due to transaction.

            Hi,
            This complaint is with regards with the financial inclusion charge that was deducted by SBI.

            Date of incident: Rs. 510 deducted on 05-Jun-2021, Rs. 420 deducted on 16-Jun-2021

            Expected resolution: Kindly revert the deducted amounts(Rs. 510 and Rs. 420) into my account.

                  Reversal of Wrongly charged Credit card Yearly charges

                    Money is being deduced from my bank account from random places like Debit ATMCard AMC Classic of rs 150, and OTHPG of rs 700/-, I have never authorised payment for these transactions and never purchased anything from these, never used my debit card for any of these purchases, I am concerned, please look into this matter.

                            The following mail has been sent to the respective branch of SBI Kodambakkam on January, Even after so many follow ups through phone and emails. I have got no response or solution to this.

                                  On 9th August, I made 2 transactions (through Google Pay) of ₹5, 000 each to a mobile number which had an account linked with it having last 4 digits as 1932. It is showing successful to me for both transactions in GPay app with my account 5458 as sender and 1932 account as receiver, which is correct. However, recipient didn't received the total amount of ₹10, 000. When I visited SBI Panchpaoli branch (Nagpur), they have told me that money has actually been transferred in another account [protected] and that the issue is from Google Pay side and not SBI.
                                  I don't how this happened and whose fault is that, but I know this much that I had sent the money to account 1932, but it was transferred to another totally unrelated account 2063.
                                  So I request you to refund my ₹10, 000 as soon as possible.
