Hi,
My self Sougata Bhattacharyya.
My SBI debit card no- [protected] has been blocked on 16th Oct 18 while logging a compliant Online.
Ticket no[protected]
My card is associated with the count no-[protected] and it is a savings account in Debagram Branch with IFSC code- SBIN0003242.
I am not in my home town so cant go to my branch.
I am in Pune now and Local SBI branch informed me that they cant help me in this case.
I am in Deep trouble, Please help me out.

Dear customer care,

I need your urgent action on this. I have paid 2000/- for through sbi debit card. Payment deducted from my account but payment status shows failed.
I swiped my card.. Amount got deducted twice of 734.. Totally 1468 has been deducted but the merchant didn't get the amount.. Card got declined.. That time my balance was 600.. Now I checked it was 0.00 n lein amount was 1468.. Solution for this
My transaction through ATM was failed on date 5.09.2018 & deducted moneybon date 6.09.2018 without receiving money to post.
I have given complaint on 13.09.2018 & complaint number is [protected]. Till date I am not recieved money.
I am not interested now investment in here. Today in my account Rs. 295.00 deleted with out intimation the above amount redound to my account.

Deleted details Your A/C XXXXX631269 Debited INR 295.00 on 12/10/18 -Transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI.
On Monday i have make a transaction of RS 1000 it got debited from my account but I have not received and it's been 3 days.

    Dear sir I on date 13/10/2018 at 1.07 pm form my account of SBI 295 rupees are been debited in name of investment intermedi . I had tried to complain on https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ portal but the portal asks UTR no which is not mentioned in any statement of my transactions, so sir I need my money back from sbi please help acc no [protected] ifsc SBIN0005550

      I Miss Sonali Oswal a Saving Account holder in Debagram branch (03242) of State Bank of India want to lodge a complaint about the inconvenience I am facing regarding my ATM card.
      I had blocked my ATM card on 16th October by mistakenly while lodging a complaint online.
      I am in Pune right now and the local SBI told me that they cant help me in this case.

        npci mapping not linked to bank(sbi)

        Respected sir,
        I have submitted npci mapping form (Application for linking/seeding Aadhaar Number and receiving DBT Benefits in to Bank Account -(NPCI MAPPING) to SBI Bank in my mother bank. I asked so many times in my mother bank and they said they had done from his side and update my mother Aadhaar with my mother account, and it's not update from NPCI, Bank person told your mother NPCI Mapping link in npci only.

        Respected sir/ madam I have transferred 3000 thousand rupees in my sbi account on 12/10/2018, and next day when I tried to withdrawal that amount from ATM I have received message that hold of 3000 rupees created on your account I have also contact to sbi branch they informed the created hold is not from bank side It hold has been created from Bombay It is related to ATM issue.. how to unhold that amount please help to remove that hold.

          SINCE LAST 8-10 YEARS

          NOW SINCE LAST 1 YEAR I WANT / TRY TO CLOSE MY SBI ACCOUNT NUMBE [protected] BUT DUE TO SOME SYSTEM PROBLEM BANK OFFICIALS ARE UNABLE TO DO SO.
          BUT DUE TO THIS I HAVE TO PAY CHARGES OF NON MAB ( Monthly average balance non maintaining charges) to my account.

          how can i close my SB account with SBI Permanently so that it will have no issue in future.

            1) on[protected], i tried to recharge my mobile for amount of rs. 266.25 using my debit card by sbi-rewards app as i always do.
            2) transaction no.[protected] is shown in my savings account passbook alongside debit of rs. 266.25.
            3) but sbi rewards app showed 'transaction failure' and mobile was not recharged even though the amount was debited from savings account.

              Respected sir/madam,
              Recently i had done an online transaction (I. E., on 13/10/18) on amazon in order to purchase some electronic items using my sbi debit card (Number [protected]). After i had received an otp for completing the transaction i entered it but i had received a message from amazon saying "revise payment: your payment for the product has failed. To avoid order cancellation revise payment within 24 hours". So i again tried for the second time but even after it i received the same message as before, this time i had cancelled the order and i got a message from amazon that my order has been cancelled. The next day, i received a message from sbi saying that "hold for inr 7, 320.59 created in your ac [protected] on 14/10/18". Even the next day when my salary and the refund from amazon credited to my account the same message was received saying "hold for inr 7, 320.59 created in your ac [protected] on 15/10/18". When i checked my account summary in the sbionline website i can see my available balance as rs 6, 836.13 and lien amount as 14, 641.18 instead of available balance as 21, 504.31.
              So, i am requesting your to kindly solve this issue by the removing the hold on my account so, i can access my balance as early as possible.

                As i have requested aadhar seeding form from sbi branch, they don't know about aadhar seeding form. And they are not providing it to customer, they just gives answer as we don't know about aadhar seeding only we have aadhar linking form. But as per npci circular no. : npci/2017-18/nach/circular no. 268, bank must provide aadhar seeding form to customer and also on website there is no e-form available on sbi website.
                My branch details are as follow:

                  Hi team,

                  I start using sbi card since last one month and facing the challenge against wrong communication.

                  I got a call for sbi 2 month back for credit card and i denied completely but they convinced me explained the offer. And also told me that annual fee will be adjusted with gift vouchers which are the same cost. However, my first bill has generated and there was the charged for an annual fee and i requested to customer care but they are helpless.

                  I am using many cc but that kind of behaviour of customer care team faced the first time.

                  If they have told me that annual fee will be adjusted against vouchers so now why they are not fulfilling the words.

                    I devesh borban placed an order of mini rugby bluetooth speaker on 27th sept. Which has been return for wrong address. From bhopal my product has been sent return to seller due to wrong address but my money placed on the date of my booking. And refund has been initiated from amazon on 5th oct. But that refund is not came to my account. (My reference no is 298046). Sir please help me.

                      I have raised a complaint against premium deduction amount rs 3, 528 ticket no. [protected] on sep 28th but still no action has been taken from bank branch kompally and racpc secunderabad.

                      Sending so many mails and no one is responding for action and revert back the amount which they deducted from account.
                      I strictly said i don't want that premium or policy and they did not asked me before initiate it with out my notification the have initiated and telling the all have in background.

                      Please requesting to revert the amount back into account

                          The amount of rs.800 has been debited from my account after showing the transaction declined at max hospital shalimar bagh for purchasing the medicine. The max hospital denies having received the same. I got the message from bank for debit of amount. I had also taken statement of account which shows the said amount debited from my account. Kindly look into matter. As per guidelines of rbi it is bank duty to see the transaction done through debit card

                                      unwanted debits to my home loan

                                      I have a home loan in State Bank of India (Ramachandrapuram BHEL Branch). In oCTOBER 16, 2018, SBI has debited the amount Rs.22, 089 with the description of "DEBIT ADJUSTMENT
                                      SBI GENERAL INSURANCE" with my HOMELOAN account . Please check the attached screenshots of those debits for your reference.
