On 13.10.2018 i withdraw the money from my account the amount of rs. 5, 000 and 500 but i did not get the amount but the atm is saying timed out again and again. Then i supposed to be go other branch for the need of money like hdfc bank atm near to me then i withdraw the money of rs. 5000. On the next day (14.10.2018) in the evening i supposed to be need the money of rs. 15, 000 and after that i check the mini statement then i show the deducted amount of money (5000 & 500). I wait the refund of money but i did n't one amount of rs. 500 is reversed but i did not show in my account i call the customer care. Customer care saying sir u should wait for 72 hrs. But till now i dont get my money back from your back hand. On 14.10.2018 i did not withdraw the money of rs. 5000 & 500 so how can possible without using the atm. Please help me out

      The first thing is that sbi has charged unnecessary fine for month of september-18
      Second is that when i bought a phone with an emi they have charged full amount of phone in my bill and also are charging monthly emi without refund of the full amount. This is worst attitude and highly irritating.. It clearly sounds a sort of fraud on part of a bank.
      I’m having card whose ₹5000 yearly rent is charged and on the top of it i have all that shocking attitude on their part.
      I’m calling since billing day.. Even the consumer care number is always busy and seems that they have blocked my registered contact number. I also tried their sms service that is also not working!
      This sort of attitude may force me to either go to consumer court or give back their credit card..

        I received a message today (Bw-scisms) that an amount of rs. 55, 266 has been transferred from my loan account to some account number xxxx364785? What is this all about? I have never given any such authorization to sbi. Please immediately find out and let me know. This money has to be credited back to my loan account.

        At the date of 12/10/2018 debit rs 295 and transfer to investment intermedi,,, but i not authorised and any loan buy from that,, this amt transfer to investment intermedi with out my permission and not know about my knowledge and dont come any permission message it is most irritating what going in bank sbi this is the way treat your customer actually u not response in bank but this theft activity you are the response for this activity i want my money bank, this charges amount is debit without my permission and no any information came from your bank, what the rubbish going on, i need my money back take as complaint and solve this immediately

          I pramod kumar kundu my sbi a/c no=[protected] booked a railway ticket on dated 02/10/18 through irctc. Due to some reason the amount of 560 deducted and ticket not generated. I also complained but still not refunded. Same case i also payment insurance through debit card of amount 7771.68 dated 13/10/18.in this case the transction failed and deducted my acount. Kindly credited my acount.

                            Sbi a/c no.[protected]/ifsc:sbin0060336/through netbanking i had transferred rs. 1000 to mobikwik on 11/10/18 using my debit card no.[protected]. I made three transactions of which 2 transaction amount of rs.1000/- got reversed. But transaction through debit card is not reflected in my wallet of mobikwik. My repeated mails to them, have been negated on the ground that no money has been received by them. I am enclosing a copy of 5 transactions from my a/c summary which proves that out of three transactions of rs.1000 each, one trasaction to mobikwik is not accounted for. I want to know, where my amount rs.1000 debited has gone.

                              I had availed a car loan of 5 L from SBI. The car was registered by showroom guys. Now, after 6 months, SBI has been charging me 2950 every month for non submission of RC book. The showroom claims that they have submitted all documents. SBI loan recovery dept also is harassing me for some due payment.

                                Dear board,

                                I was having sbi credit card ending 9181 and i discarded the same by paying all the dues.

                                Now sbi is putting unnecessary charges of annual maintenance fees, late payment and interest fees. There is no transaction pending from my side for payment. I cleared all the dues within time and discarded the card in nearest atm of sbi. I got initial confirmation from sbi that they will revoke the charges but again now they are sending me the statements and asking for the charges for use of card which i discarded long back. Please help me in this matter

                                This is Adarsh Kuratti. I have not received SBI credit card still. But they have generated the bill already. There is no proper support from SBI.

                                I tried calling to the SBI agents through whom I have applied for the card. They are not helpful enough.

                                  On 9 october october, after i completed my trip, i immediately made the payment of rs 182.36 through my sbi debit card and received an acknowledgement email from the sbi. However after the said transaction, i was surprised to receive an email from uber stating that the payment could not be processed through the said debit card. Despite making the payment i was unable to book another cab as the payment status was showing pending. Therefore, i was forced to make the payment of rs 182.36 in cash on my next trip.

                                  I immediately raised a complaint and also provided the screenshots of the transaction details however, as per uber the net banking screenshot of sbi do not discloses the transaction number so i have also emailed the email which i had received from state bank of india but uber refused to accept the email from bank. Since 9 october i have been struggling with uber requesting them to refund the said amount of rs 182.36 which has been overpaid by me but the issue with uber was with respect to the transaction number. The transaction number for the payment made on 9 october for the trip of the said date for the amount of rs 182.36 is txn# 818786 which is which according to uber in not clear from the net banking details. According to uber the said amount was not credited to their account but the same has been debited from my account.
