I am sajith kumar from kerala kollam district. I am kollam kundara sbi account holder. Account number [protected]. Today i can't withdraw money from atm by sbi rupay atm card. I made number o[censored]nsuccessful transaction through different atm in kollam district. Atm machines shows that problem is time out. Number of persons cannot withdraw money from atm in kollam district by same problem.

    Today evening, i tried to draw money using my atm card.
    First i tried ti draw ₹ 10000 ilfrom idbi booth but money could not flow out. Then i went to the home booth (Mean sbi), i tried twice to draw ₹ 10000 but as before money did not out.. Desparately i left the atm booth. After 3 hours, i received mesage that told me about my balance was cut down in ₹ 30000.

    Please tell me what to do. How can i get back my money?.

        I have tried to withdraw balance from atm card but not process. It shows time out! But i received money deducted sms. But i haven't gotten the money. First time i have tried atm at pnb atm counter and 2nd time sbi atm counter. Please sir solve my problems. I am a medical patient. I do fast. I have no idea what to do. I have no money to eat and drink.

                Dear sir

                A refund of 3848.00 rupees was successfully processed on 04 oct 2018
                To my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account
                By now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service many times
                Including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has
                Replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 683197

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund
                And follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the
                Refund.

                  After that i got few otp messages and few minutes later a huge amount has been debited from my sbi account...

                    I amdr. Bdurga lakshmi prasanna, retired central govt employee. I tried for cash withdrawal of an amount of rs 20, 000 (Twenty thousand on 13.10.2018) from my sbi account. By using atm card. The transaction was a failed transaction however the amount was debited from my account. Today and tomorrow being holidays how do i get back my money? Whom to complain?                       I have opened nre account in sbi main branch @ satara on 15 th feb 2018. This account has been closed in 24-7-18 without any intimation. I don't know why my account closed after 5 months. I have personally visited branch discussed with concerned officer, he has not guide me properly why account has been closed without intimation, so please give me clarification in this matter immideatly.                         From past six months an amount of rs. 295/- three times in a month, totally 3*295/-=885/- has been deducting from without a notice nor with my consent. Let me know. How a nationalized bank can do this foul play with costumer. When called to costumer care, no proper answer provided. The costumer service is worst. Please let me know. How can an amount could be deducted without a notice.

                              Rahu jugran having an a/c in the sbi roorkee.
                              When i tried to withdraw rs 2900 from my a/c on 13 october around 7am from the sbi atm azadnagar at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
                              But when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                              Sir i have already given the complain but till now no any reply come not the money.

                                Hey, its me sandeep sharma wants to inform you that sbi is deducting some sort of charges every month from my account. I don't know the exact reason behind this.

                                The deduction is inappropriate and is really heavy in amount.

                                Why my amount is deducted as my account is active. And am the employee of sbi life itself. Also my particular amount is a salary account in which i used to receive my salary on this particular account. Then how am i supposed to entitle for these deductions and that too sbi bank is not informing me before making any deductions.

                                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                    Iam having an sb account with sbi sriramnagar branch (Code 12722) at eluru andhra pradesh state. The paytm has been deducted rs.2001/- from my account a/c no.[protected] for the purpose of bill payment of apepdcl and the transaction was failed. So, paytm has refunded my amount to my bank with bank reference number 74766518283840425006894. But the amount was not yet credited. Kindly resolve and credit the amount to my account.

                                      I done a transaction of 3000 from BHIM APP to my friend but that transaction was failed... It was showing pending... Then I contacted to BHIM customer care... He asked my debit card details and made the pending transaction successful... But he asked abt debit card detail and asked the Otp... Then an admit of 1200 was deducted from my account... Then I called again and asked the reason they answered that the amount will refund within one hour but my money wasn't refunded yet... The customer care number is [protected]... Plz help me in refunding my money... My account detail are
