On 9th August, I made 2 transactions (through Google Pay) of ₹5, 000 each to a mobile number which had an account linked with it having last 4 digits as 1932. It is showing successful to me for both transactions in GPay app with my account 5458 as sender and 1932 account as receiver, which is correct. However, recipient didn't received the total amount of ₹10, 000. When I visited SBI Panchpaoli branch (Nagpur), they have told me that money has actually been transferred in another account [protected] and that the issue is from Google Pay side and not SBI.
I don't how this happened and whose fault is that, but I know this much that I had sent the money to account 1932, but it was transferred to another totally unrelated account 2063.
So I request you to refund my ₹10, 000 as soon as possible.
