I have got an sms saying that rs. 7226.00 disbursed from loan a/c no xxxxx191979 and credit to a/c no xxxxx364785 as requested.. Am not sure why this debit has happened as i maintain sufficient balance in the account from where the ecs is deducted every month. Upon checking the details of my debited account i can see that the payment is made to investment intermedia. Not sure what is this company? I am pretty sure i did not authorize this payment..

Request you to please look into the issue and revert the money back into my account at the earliest.

    On 23.08.2018, i had went and draw money four times in canara bank and kvb atms, vellaala teynampet. But while taking money in canara bank atm, on the second time, transaction was passed and money not received, rs.10, 000 was debited but the cash was not received.

    I immediately called the call centre and requested to look into the issue and they replied that this will be solved within 25.08.2018 but the issue still persists.

    Therefore i request you to take this as serious and solve my problem immediately.

    R/sir /mam I use SBI credit card .I spent about 12000 rupees.after some days I transferred about 27000 rupees to my credit card .but in my balance through SMS only 21000 rupees.please tell me about the difference.

      On 21/9/2018 I through net banking from my SBI s/bank account No.[protected] transferred Rs.50/- each twice for credit to Doth TATASKY video TID 18264AP150554 and TID 18264AP927948 and bank through SMS informed that OPERATOR SERVICE UNAVAILABLE AND THE AMOUNT DEBITED WILL BE REVERSED, but not reversed so far.Please reverse amd credit the same to my account at the earliest

        Dear team,

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.117/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

          My self Md Azharuddin
          I had deposited rs. 19, 500 (39×500) at 29 August 2018 (11:26am) to my nearest sbi cash deposit machine Dhekiajuli Branch.
          When i entered my all the money it was take too long time to respond and after 49 seconds it shows that transaction is unable to process due to machine trouble and i didn't got any receipt also. And i submitted an application also to Dhekiajuli Brunch but still i didn't get any updates from the brunch.

              I have been constantly visiting the bank and calling the SBI toll-free people but they are not giving any positive response. I am feeling like I have been cheated by SBI this amount means a lot to me I can't bear it's loss. Kindly help me.

                Dear sir

                A refund of 1399 rupees was successfully processed on 15 sep 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number (170246) but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  On 21aug and 20sep rupee 885 is debited from my account as transfer to investment intermedi, i really dont know which type of debit it is. in my whole life i never invest a single rupee on any company. it is a very shamefull act of sbi i want my money back .now many customers are lossing trust over sbi.

                    on 07/06/2018 and requested to close my credit card over telephone and later on I got the confirmation of the same but till today I did not get any NOC over the said issue for which my cibil score is not updated.

                          My name is Ajay Rohilla. I am holding a Savings account with SBI Bank. I am using an ATM card issued by SBI for withdrawing money.

                          Recently, I withdraw Rs 10, 000 from PNB ATM with my SBI card on 3rd SEP 2018. The ATM machine showed a successful transaction but currency did not came out of ATM.

                          With reference to the above transaction, I had raised a dispute with the bank customer care also. For your reference, the ticket no. is [protected]. I was told that refund will be processed within 7 working days. But I have not received the refund yet despite multiple follow ups till date.

                            Worst service, I made a deposit in SBI cdm machine and it got stuck in it on Tuesday 18/9/2018. I submitted the compliant on the same which is attached, when I ask for the money Branch manager speaking rudely and not providing proper response and telling 10 working days it will take to look into it.
                            On website it is given as 2-3days only

                              I am writing from Guwahati, Assam. This is to bring to your notice that on 21.09.2018 I had deposited rs 19, 500 in a CDM.(Guwahati main branch, kachari)
                              It showed on the screen "Hardware failed" but the money was still in the CDM and the money did not transfer to my account. When I raised the issue the security guard asked to fill a complaint application and submit to the bank.
                              It's been 3 working days now and I haven't received the amount.

                                      Purchased gold bond 28-oct-2016. Sbpsg[protected] vide application no. A/c payee cheque[protected] for rs 14, 78, 500/-. Branch till date has not issued us
                                      1. Certificate of issue of gold bond
                                      2. Non-payment of interest @ 2.75% in her account as assured to us at time of purchase for f. Y. 2016-17 & f. Y. 2017-18.
                                      Please note that sufficient time at your branch level has elapsed to solve the above two matters. Written complaint also given, acknowledged by branch manager, copy attached below. They have not been shown any progress in the matter that has been initiated at branch level to solve our concern. This is severe breach of commitment and deficiency in service to us. This is causing us severe mental tension and harassment. Manager says "go and contact finance ministry" i am not responsible. Inefficient branch, incompetent manager to handle hni branch. It seems he is harassing customer as he wants to shift from this place.

                                        Sbin0015031 a/c no [protected] name sandeep puri s/o sh. Gopal krishan puri. Despite so many reminders, correction forms given they are printing wrong father name on my cheque book as sandeep puri s/o devi dayal. Every time debiting chqeque book charges. Highly inefficient branch, incompetent staff, no customer care. Manager ineffective, mostly absent from branch with present marked or on leave. From hni branch change name to horrible branch.
