deduction of reward points

Dear sir
I have sent around 15- 20 mails to customer support regarding the deduction of reward points on 26 july 2018. But sir every time inside of resolving the issue they are just giving new complaint number with heading that your complaint is under consideration. Date-17.09.2018 on the mentioned date i have done a deposite of rs 5100 by using cash deposite machine of baramunda branch at 2.15pm. While i proceed my deposite suddently this mach shows "this machine is out of service" and my transation was declined. But my money goes inside the atm and still my account balance not being updated.     दिनांक 11 सितम्बर को मेरा बैंक खाते से upi के द्वारा 500 रुपया कट गए है (Transaction id.- upi/[protected]/reversal) उस दिन मैंने सिर्फ एक आदमी को 500 रुपया भेजे थे पर मेरा बैंक खाते से दो बर 500 रूपये कट गये है और जो एक्स्ट्रा बैलेंस कटे है उसके डिटेल्स मेरा upi एप (फ़ोन पे) में नही दिख रहा है सिर्फ मेरा नेट बैंकिंग में दिख रहा है मैंने अपने बैंक के कस्टमर केयर से बात किया था पर वो बोल रहे है की "आप अपने upi एप्लीकेशन के कस्टमर केयर से बात करे" और जब मैंने upi एप (फ़ोन पे) के कस्टमर केयर से बात किया तो उनका कहना है की आप अपने बैंक से बात करे, upi और bank दोनों के कस्टमर केयर मेरे कोई मदद नही क्र रहे हैं, अब मै क्या करू प्लीज मुझे बताए, मेरा मदद करे!

      Just got a call 📞 from [protected] addressing himself as Rahul Agrawal from dimapur main branch old.He started by informing that my debit card is going to expire now and asked me whether I am interested to resolve the problem, then I replied him saying that I will contact directly to the bank.
      He warned me that my Debit card will expire immediately and he is going to do that right now.
      Please take against this fraud Mobile no.

        I want to know the status of my SBI Life Swarna Ganga policy no [protected] which i surrended on 14 August 2018 through SBI Life Thiruvalla Br Kreala State.The above policy have taken from Jaipur, Rajasthan on 01 August 2014.Surrender receipt have been received by me on 14 Aug 2018.The branch informed me that my claim has been accepted, but the surrender value didn't credidited in my account yet.

            Sir my name is Nitin Kumar from village sikanderpur post bansdevi thasil.. Nakur diss saharanpur U. P my sbi branch coad 6396 sbi lucknoti. Sir i am a gov servent .today i am vey sad because when i going to your branch for deposit or credit money a long line after see i return back to home i tell many times to you branch manager but not take any action. Onely one counter are available hear for credit and debit money so pls sir take a action for solving this problem .

              Dear Sir,

              Yesterday Went to an ATM Center of a Nationalized Bank "STATE BANK OF INDIA" on 16th September 2018 around 9.30 Am and really got shocked by the Ambiance With Full of Dirt, Mudded and Hanging Dirt on CCTV Cameras.

              1. No Security Guard Found
              2. CCTV Cameras Covered with Full of Muds
              3. Door only Half Closed ( Unable to Closed Fully)
              4. AC Not Working
              5. No Complaints register found
              6.provided Telephone Number Not Working

              Regarding this i tried Making a Complaint Call to the mobile number which is displayed on the same ATM Center but the Number is not a valid one, . Here with Enclosed the Photographs taken on the Site for your reference.

                Hello sir,

                Got a call from [protected] from sbi. He was asking my atm number for verification purpose. I warned him of filing a complaint for which he started abusing and said police would do nothing. Truecaller shows his name rakesh sharma from bihar. I called him back and said are you, rakesh sharma? He said yes and again i told him that i am going to file a complaint, for which he again started abusing and said that police will not able to do anything. I don't know whether this complaint will be heard, but an immediate action will be appreciated as so many people fall victim every day one of them was my friend. These people are fearless and have no fear of the law.

                Last day I am deposit some money into an SBI account... But unfortunately I want to refund that amount to my account..

                    Hi,
                    This is in reference to the outstanding bill for the card ending with 8901. I was jobless so couldn't able make the payment on time. Now that i got a job i had a word with customer care and requested them to convert the entire bill in installment so that it would b easy for me to take care of the bill. But they informed me it is not possible you are entitled to pay the entire bill in one go. Which is not possible for me.
                    As the bill has been delinquent from last few months i have been getting calls from your collection agencies. They literally harassed me as they call me at night time too. They are calling my friends and disclosing my bill to them. They recently called me at work place at 23:00 when i was doing night shift.
                    I have intensions to pay the balance in full but the problem is i dont have that much money. I can pay 5-10k every month untill the balance gets paid in full. Because i'm feeling too harassed and mentally tortured by collections calls of yours else i wouldn't have any other option than suicide.

                      I am using sbi credit card for 2 years and have good credit history until march 2018. After march month i am facing some issue and unable to pay credit card bill on time, however i am paying 20% of amount every month. After due date sbi collections team calling atleast 10 times a day and giving me big torture. I picked the calls some time and saying my situation and ask them to give some days. They hear nicely and very next day they started to call. I request sbi bank to manage this collections team on right way. Everyday calls not at all acceptable. Only genuine customers are being affected. Criminials simply change the mobile number and address. Why collections team not understanding this. This is really killing genuine customers. Lot of hidden charges, improper negative balance in account summary screen, still facing lot. Sbi bank, please look into this collections team day to day process, without knowing you they are killing customers and giving big torture.

                            This is siliveri shivenu.
                            I am not accompanied with any of the company. Debiting rs.295 every time when any amount credited in my account is very problematic for me. I am a daily labour at a wages of rs.200 per day. I am not in a position to bare such amount under this policy. So please kindly remove me from the policy and credit the amount which is debited from my account.

                              On 7th sept 2018 i sent my son to withdraw some amount from my ac. With the atmcard but didnot function.
                              Then i sent him to the branch maneger told him that the card had block by the management of the branch but he could not show any reason.
                              Therefor iam reporting the matter for your urgent nitice and kind persual to bring me relief from this unnessary harassment anxiety and tension for which the bank management and official of the lakhipur branch are solely responsible.

                                He given written application and still now no response received from bank. He went multiple times to bank for status no proper response given

                                    Hi,
                                    On 15th september 2018, i was ordering some product from jabong.com, while making payment i received the otp and entered it after that the page displayed session expired, but i received a message from bank about money being deducted from bank account. The payment was unsuccessful and the order was not placed, but the amount was deducted.
                                    Below i have pasted the msg received from sbi:

                                    "thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For novarris fashion trading transaction of rs. 537.71 from a/c ending xxxx on 15-sep-18 at 23:19 is igaejeuuk6."

                                      At sbi branch 01626, kumarapark, bengaluru, the staff refuses to admit cash withdrawal of less than rs 40, 000 through self cheque. They insist on using atm facility only.

                                      Whether there are any rbi/sbi guidelines on this limitation. Please furnish details.

                                      Kindly advice the bank to withdraw this instruction since it discourages senior citizen customers like me.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
