Hello team,
My mother is account holder in sbi mandamarri branch (Sbin0013215), i got two issues as of now, today she went personally to resolve the issue for aadhar linking for gas subsidy. All honorable bank employees including branch manager also treated as, she is illiterate person & she literally begged please speak to with me. They are straight away we are not ready to hear anything about your concern at last she quit the branch with out solution..
@ at that time she was connected with me via phone, i was hearing, what way and how they are speaking with one customer.
I concluded that, branch employees are respecting only educated and socially rich people.
Personally i found the issue how to resolve the issue that is wanna to convey the message to bank, but no luck for me and to my mother.
Sbi is not ready to serve for illiterate users. Kindly let me know who is the correct poc to resolve this issue.
