Sir, I have got my home loan sanctioned for rs 30 lakh and 18 lakh was released in Jun 2021. On 7 jul 2022 I have submitted demand of remaining rs 12 lakh but still it has not been disbursed. Chief manager Santosh of racpc khadki Pune has told me that it will not get disbursed untill I get property insurance as it is mandatory but when I asked him to give me this in writing he denied. I have emailed to the brach many times but never got reply....

SBI is taking too much time or even not checking the request files online submitted by customers. I submitted my pan card number for registration few days ago and it showed pending at the beginning and now it shows unprocessed. I opened a minor account for myself in SBI on June 18th 2022. It has been over a month but still I haven't received my debit card .
