    I am selim mondal, my account no:[protected] in gaighata branch. Few days back my atm card validation date over. Now i came to know that sbi already delivered the renew my card and dispatched it through courier but till date i have not received any card from you. As per your representative that it was delivered before two month back of card end date which was in march.
    Please find the consignment number :eb[protected]in.
    Kindly update me when i will receive the card. Further i tried to contact your branch number but its telling invalid number. Kindly look in to it and help to get it ungentle.

      Sbi deducted rs 118 as drs from account even though i had not made any debit transactions last month. Plz help me to get my money back. Its just being two month since i opened this account, now what i see is that drs gets deducted from my account. I don't even have any debit card from this bank account. The bank employees are not helping nor the customer care....

      Hi,

      Today my father-n-law withdraw money rs 15000 from sbi atm with own,, after 20 minutes he got another message on his registered mobile that rs 40000 deducted from his account. He immediately went to his nearest bank to inform about this rs 40, 000 fraud deduction from his account. Bank employee told him that money was transfer to some one else account holder (Told the name of that beneficiary account holder name also).

      He requested to bank employee to say the way to get back that money but bank employee are not cooperating on that and they are saying now money will not get back.

      Kindly help me and let me know the possible ways to get back that amount..

        Dear sir

        A refund of 799 rupees was successfully processed on 6th July 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            I do transaction of Rs1500 from upi address linked [protected]@sbi to upi address linked to[protected]@paytm on 06/08/2018 at 1:31:22 pm.my money debited but receiver does not receive money after 24 hours passed. Upi transaction I'd is[protected].please refund my money to source account or credit it to beneficiary account.please do the needful as early as possible

              Sbi credit card division — harassing collection agents

              Dear sir/mam,

              I am sandeep pandey a credit card holder with your bank since the year 2011. I was received this card enrolment form by one of your representatives who was distributing and enrolling people, right outside my office building. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for quiet some time as the records would show.

              However, i have lost jobs since january 2018 and my financial condition has been very bad since then. I have a family of 6... My mother (Housewife), my father (Declared unfit and ill since 2017 by the doctors). My wife (Housewife) and one daughter aged 3.5 years and 1 son aged 1 year jobs. There are all depend on me for family expenses. We don't have a house, hence we are staying as a terant.

              I have been earning just 15000 rupees per month since 2018... Sometimes not even that. I have been trying to get myself a better paying job since then, in order to be able to pay back the bank.

              I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank. However, i am not able to pay anything more than rs 2500/- per month. I have informed this to various customer care representatives and collection agencies as well.

              However, below mentioned are some serious issues faced by me, my family, my neighbours due to your collection representatives.

              On dated 06th august 2018 1 ladies and 3 person at time 11.00am they forcefully entered at my home and try to continue warning and telling that leave home immediately they want to seal flat now. They are also catch my daughter’s hand very tightly, her age is only 3.5 years and she studying in nursery class. They aggressively talking to her. Because of this my daughter is afraid and start crying. That is very very pathetic. They are also trying to harassing my wife that they telling “ anjaam achha nahi hogaa.” now tomorrow dated 07th august 2018 me with my room owner going to raised police complain again hdfc credit card and against agency. On that same time i was received various call from number[protected] [protected] and mobile no. [protected]. Such behaviour on the part of your agents is an illegal move as per the rbi rules.

              They has called me over 5 times already and been very rude.

              Also i was informed this thing to phone banking officer on same at time of 16.03pm.

              Below mentioned are some rules sent to me by my father's lawyer for my reference.

              Rbi rules:

              (Iii) fair practices in debt collection

              (A) in the matter of recovery of dues, banks / nbfcs may ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on fair practice code for lenders (Circular dbod. Leg. No. Bc. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated may 5, 2003) as also iba’s code for collection of dues and repossession of security.in case banks / nbfcs have their own code for collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of iba's code.

              (B) in particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank / nbfc and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.

              (C) banks / nbfcs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

              Like i have already suggested, i do want to pay, however, i need help from you as a bank officer in stopping such maligning and disturbing incidents.

              However, i need some help as i dont trust these guys, and i dont think that they will help me. Kindly help.

                On 6th aug i tried to deposit an amount of 10000 at the cash deposit machine at sbi atm at kharadi branch pune with my atm card linked to my account, while i was on the last dialog button where it asked confirm, add more cash and cancel when i confirm the amount to be added it showed me that transaction cancelled and did not give the amount back nor the receipt and the amount also did not get credited in my account when tried to check online banking to login it showed as server error and when i called the toll free number and complained about the same they said that even they have a error and cannot take the complaint and they told to call back

                I also tried to check my account balance throught the same machine but again the machine said transaction cancelled as it did not have paper to print on

                And the same issue also happened to one of the person who deposited cash before me and the same again no receipt

                Please help

                  I am a trusted customer of sbi and have an account in it. Today an amount of rs 6405 has been debited and transferred to investment intermedi without my knowledge and authorization. I am in total shock as of how an unauthorized transfer can happen without my conscience and would ask you to refund my money back.                     Bought dzire car and took loan from sbi while visiting the bank no information was given that rc copy has to be submitted. Every month before the due date bank gives notification on due emi but no notice was given for rc copy submission. Straight away charges were put. Firstly no information prior to levying of penalty charges for non submission of rc copy. Visited the branch submitted the copy of rc again the charges has been levied the next month.
                    Communication is received for emi but not for submission straight away charges are levied.

                      1. An amount of Rs 310000/-(Three Lakh Ten Thousand) by DD was handed over to my father by Sgt Manoj Kumar (COO Office, 38 Wing Air Force, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow (UP) on 26 Jul 18 in presence of witness Sgt SK Singh(Same Office), Mr Shankar Nath Dubey, Ramedra Kumar Ravi, Ratna Singh & Ranju Kumari . When I deposited the DD on 30 Juk 18. It was not credited in my account as the draft was cancelled on 27 Jul 18 by Sgt Manoj and also not informed. I have already submitted the copy of DD cancellation and original scanned copy of original DD to SBI Branch Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow(UP). But till date the amount is not credited.

                      2. Further, I request that necessary action may be initiated against defaulters and amount may be credited as soon as possible.

                        i am holding a home loan account (A/c: [protected]) from SBI while purchasing a flat in Coimbatore. After so many reminders, the rate of interest showing in my account is 8.55 (but i signed for 8.4). there are no responds over phone or landline when I try to know the status of my PMAY over the loan I applied. I think this is the worst banking experience that i ever gone through in my life. this is not good for a nationalized bank, i can see a deterioration in the SBI's life expectancy. I am thinking of changing my housing loan to some other private bank for a better service.

                              I have a PPF account in branch SBI Roy Bahadur .Road Branch .Kolkata .Branch Code 16768. I have visited branch on 1.08.18 and 04.08.2018 for statement .But they refused to provide the statement . On 01.08.2018 From counter No. 3 advised me go to E.corner .I visited E.Corner and found the Passbook update machine is out of commission, again I visited SBI branch
                              again they refused stating that online is not available .
                              Unable to understand why SBI employees harassing customers in such a way .

                                  Mr abhay kumar, cashier of sbi anushakti rawatbhata (Which is the rajasthan atomic power station, plant site bhanch) (Bank branch code no-10652) do not exhibit the decent behaviour while interacting with the visiting account holders (Which are the employees of rajasthan atomic power station, a central public sector enterprises). There are only three officials (One manager, second cashier and third a female attendant). The bank official which is interacting with the account holder is the cashier, mr abhay kumar. Since all the account holders are the employee of public sector company, so such behavior on the part of bank official is highly objectionable and embarrassing. There is need to train him in the interpersonal skills if not already provided or take the stringent actions if he takes such course of interaction deliberately.

                                    I have a credit card bill due and i have been paying min balance so far but i skipped this months payment due to some financial problems. I get a text message that they have a sent a legal notice regarding my due and on the top of that their recovery agent calls me to pay the minimum balance and paid a visit at my home but i was at work. This is all fear tactics and intimidation. These jokers will go any extent to recover their amount due. I am not running away from my credit card dues but this behaviour and tactics is not acceptable.

                                    So first they threaten me with a legal notice and then implying that i should min balance too. Sbi needs a serious reconsiderations with their work ethics. If you want to take legal action go ahead but i am not going now down to such tricks and intimidation.

                                    Correct me if i am wrong they are only allowed to visit or call me again and again if i had missed the payment for more than 90days.

                                    at 7:13 p.m i got a message from sbi that 295 rs deducted from my account and transferred to Investment Intermedi. I dont know anything about this investment. Please help.

                                    Had specifically asked how many days will cheque books take? I was told it would take a week; after almost 15 days I did not receive the cheque books.
                                    After visiting the branch they said they had not requested for the cheque books and they will request now. So I need to wait for another 4-5 days again.
                                    Why promise if cannot be fulfilled.

                                      Iam gnana pradeep mulam, and working as ops manager in bajaj finserv sullurpeta nellore (Dist) ap, recently some customer came to our branch and asking about ecs bounces change, actually this charge did by central team of sbi, not to bajaj finserv, iam already give complaint given sbi manger but those sbi staff not give proper information to customer and customer come to our office arrangements his charges,

                                      In sbi bank ecs bounces charged by 295 on 3 time, and to bajaj finserv i requesting please tell them to that department

I am concerned this about Branch executive and maintain account minimum Average balance in account. I have already deposited in my account 5000 RS but amount deducted and current balance is 4151 RS. Customer executive not provide proper guidance
                                      I have made a deposit if 500 but money has stuck in my CDM but I have registered a complaint but money was credited in my bank account
