Dear sir,
I have done four transaction Rs.40 + 40 +40 +50 = Total Rs. 170=00 on dt. 24.07.2018 for pay of income tax, But these transactions were not done successful and also not debited in my account on the same time.
When i checked out balance by on second day dt.25.07.2018. these transactions have been debited from my account no.[protected].
I have already called at your customer care no.[protected] on dt.26.07.2018,
Your bank executive was confirm me regarding raise of my complaint manual due to online system is not working on that time. He have not provide me any complaint no.regarding my complaint.
I have received a call from your side [protected], concerned person confirmed regarding my problem will be sort out in timely.
Today, dt.02.08.2018, I have called at customer care no.[protected] regarding ask status of my complaint.
He is saying, no complaint have registered from your side and my call transfer to our senior executive, he have also listen my all problem and disconnect the call without any giving positive reply.
kindly do the needful at the earliest possible.
