    FRAUD AGAINST SBI DEBIT CARD

    I SHIV SHANKAR YADAV, account holder in SBI bank, stated that my hard earned money has been taken out from my account. The debit cards were in my custody, also I have never share my credentials to anyone. On dated 16/07/2018, I have suddenly got the message that my account has been debited by 4000/- RS than i checked my account it has very low payment i shoked...
    my account number is [protected] in SBI BRANCH CHHIVAIYA (09248)ALLAHABAD (ifsc- SBIN0009248) . I have blocked my card. I have tried to register complaint on this matter on SBI costomer care no.[protected].
    my fraud transction detail is-

    16-JULY-2018
    by debit card
    GOOGLE *ASHPSHKMR g.co/helpp SBI Debit Card 459XX6817 for a purchase worth Rs4000.0 on POS [protected] at GOOGLE *ASHPSHKMR txn#[protected].

    i have to complain against my branch chhivaiya, that they don"t help me to my problem, and i dont get any help from your side, and i reach branch for help they ignored me. please help me rgarding my problem..

    I am student plz request immediate action on the above.

      My name is Tarun mishra and I have an account in State bank of India, Shantipuram branch, Allahabad and my Account no- is [protected].
      I have done a transaction through UPI on 23 November 2017 to account no. [protected] of Baroda Uttar pradesh Gramin bank, Devar patti, Bihar, Uttar pradesh.
      The amount has been deducted but not credited in beneficiary account and it has been 8 months the money has not been credited in my account and neither in beneficiary account and the status shown was transaction successful.
      I have tried to contact bank and the App through I did the transaction but nothing has been done.
      I request you to look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

          I have made a transaction in myntra during through phonepe. Which is geot cancelled by myntra. I cancelled the order due to some reasons. It is about 2 weeks ago 6th july i made this transaction. they already credited their process. But i didn't get my refund back from phonepe. I have contacted phonepe by several times. but they didn't even reply me properly . I have waited 14 days for my refund . I am attaching their reply with this complaint.             I had used my SBI debit card for emi account for purchasing redmi note 5 on flipkart on 15th may, 2018. I had returned the product, but my emi account was not closed. I raised a complaint with flipkart and they said they had transferred the amount into my account on 11th july, 2018 so that I can close it. They provided me with refund reference number. However, the said amount is not reflected till now in my bank account. I have been paying installments for two months for the product which i even did not purchase. I repeatedly contacted my branch SBI Tonk Road, Jaipur but they are not resolving my problem. I went to submit the charge back form, but they refused to accept it. The branch officials seem clueless and are unable to help. I request for immediate resolution of my complaint.

            HI. I am updating more details as requested by SBI customer care for refund of the amount of Rs 8730. I am sharing the details given to me by flipkart.

            I am again sharing the details provided by Flipkart regarding the refund made to my bank account.

            Also, this is the message I had received from Flipkart.

            I had contacted my bank branch with these details, but they were unable to help. Please confirm whether these details are correct or not. Kindly send a document regarding this so that I can tell the Flipkart regarding refund for further action.

              This is to inform you that I had applied for cheque book but on that my name(LAL PRASAD) is printed which is wrong and for that I contact to the branch.The branch manager asked me to issue new ATM card as the name was printed on ATM(LAL PRASAD) and passbook(LALCHAND PRASAD) is different.So the new ATM had issued with same name(LALCHAND PRASAD) as in passbook but still when I contact to branch manager my name is Registered online as LAL PRASAD and because of that cheque book is unable to issue as I have to use for my pension.You are requested to please resolve the issue as earlier as possible.

                I apply for regular digital account opening in sbi for my salary because i am a private employe in hospital. i go regular 3 days but the sbi employe says your account open after 15 days with maybe.and he says come after 15 days then i see what to do. so you know very well the reference number is valid for 15 days so please contact to sbi branch manager of jatara-02856.

                  My ATM card is not reach to me yet i applied for it about 23days ago, i got message that i was coming through speed post but it is not arrived yet.please help me, try to solve my issue as early as possible.i have track my package which is coming through speed Post but ot is showing it is in Mumbai post office.it is reached there at 14july but from there it is not sent to further post office for delivery, i think it is stopped at Mumbai post.from Mumbai post office it is not arriving please check there what is happened there.please solve my issue.

                    I ordered 2 products on amazon in parcel I got one and amazon refunded my money but the money didn't reflect in my account. I called amazon and they asked me to register a complaint in my bank, they also gave me the reference number to check from customer care but SBI is not responding. I went to my home branch called customer care for filing a complaint Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.497 has been processed successfully on 13-Apr-18. The amount should reflect in your account by 19-Apr-18.

                    The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                    In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                    But my bank is neither letting me registering a complaint nor they are telling why amount hasn't been reflected in my bank account. I am calling amazon and they are asking a complaint number from bank.

                        Several times going to SBI Barrackpore Anandapuri Branch, WB, North 24pgs for an account opening..It is so important for a senior citizen to open the account for pension amount deposit but the bank branch employees are not giving any service & everyday there is a excuse of link failure. Very poor service towards a senior citizen & very lazy to do work.

                          I have been refused by SBI credit card for several times( I dint not approach for card except once) .Credit card Executive from chennai calls me monthly once and he will tell me this time card will get approved but 4 times I got rejected. Iam self employed and I have filed an ITR.. My cibil score also is very good. I do no why they rejecting my application. I have an savings account with SBI too.. Since 4 hard enquiries in cibil, that may affect my other loans in future because lenders may think to provide me other loans. iam planning to suit the file against the SBI and going to close the savings account too..                             I am Balwant Parihar. I have got the call and a lady with good voice and said from SBI bank and taken the OTP details and an Rs.8300/- fradulent transaction showing with my credit card.

                            I also call sbi credit card customer care more times but no buddy pick the call on customer care and call 100 times then a single call connect the customer executive

                            I want to blocked the card ending with 1649 immediately.

                            Request you to stop the payment/chargeback Rs.8300/- on my card.

                            Found multiple customes raising concerns on the above said KASHYAP MODULAR INC.

                                I took a withdrawal of 800$ on 7th June from Iqoption.com. in my visa debit card but the amount is not credited till now. I asked Iqoption.com for my refund but they told that they have sent money to me on same day. and they provided me ARN reference number to take it to bank but the Sbi bank manager didn't helped me in this matter. they told me that they can't track the payment through Arn codes. their system told have this Arn tracking. they don't even know about Arn number. they didn't helped me for this. I told them about Arn number but they didn't understand and told me that to tell Iqoption to send the amount they didn't received any amount. please help me sir I am in trouble. no one is helping me to get my money back. hope u will help more for this iam attaching a document which is sent to me by Iqoption support team. have a look on it. it is having all the required information. my account number is [protected]

                                See in this case of online transaction, bank branch officials cannot do anything.
                                All you have to do is to file up an online complaint to the bank's official website.
                                Visit link below, just give up the required details on the SBI complaint portal and wait for a response.

                                REMEMBER--- At the Phone call DO NOT EVER Share your account no., PIN OTP, AADHAR number or Card details for any kind of refund initiation. They are totally FAKE.
                                DEFINELTY many fraudsters will try to reach you. I also face a similar kind of issue. Do not panic, just follow up the required steps. Everything in this case can be done only by backend Customer care executives. Your money is safe if it's in the network of SBI.
                                Hope this helps.
                                I mailed on /cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ but in response, they said that even Bo cannot trace ATR number. I do not understand that if the bank ARN then trace why do we give such ATMs which they do not have complete knowledge about. This ARN number is also generated by debit card transactions, so why can they renew it.

                                I have the same problem. I purchase 2 product of cost 299nd 299.that pay him through paytm.after that i return the product. And they show me that they process my refund. But, i didn't get refund after expiring waiting date .they provide me an arn no...but bank tell me that this is nothing for us.i can not provide u any information from this.                                   I have withraw rs 15000 on 1.3.2018 twice from two different atm bla & haveli but i have not received payment from both atm. My a/c [protected] with sbi bapu bazar jaipur rajasthan will debited twice but after some time one credited second not credited i have complaint than bank will credited my a/c on 4.4.2018 after checking with error in system. But on 29.6.2018 they debited my a/c for above txn. I will complaint again on 10.7.2018 then after seven days the message that complaint have been closed sent to me. Plz check whether error in machine 4.4.18will not on 29.6.18 how it is possible check & credit my account. Thanks

                                    My SBI credit Card No ending with last digit 8292. I am using SBI card from 2016. I am a lower middle class person we are 7 in family. There are 2 senior citizen, My both sister's are handicap. I am single handed person to work in my family all of them are totally dependent on me. I am working as a junior clerk in an educational institute my monthly salary is only 13000/- our family whole expense is 11000/- per month. Only I have 2000/ in my had after all expenses which I want to save for my daughter education.
                                    I requested SBI for Settlement they agreed for settlement but the amout SBI put on me is very high I cant pay 35000/- I am requesting for 30000/- which I will pay in instalment of 2000/- per month because that only my saving amount, but they refuse.                                       A fraud call has come from this phone no. [protected]. Want to know my ATM and aadhar details for renew and continue service. I want to take necessary step for this fraud no. Saying that He is calling from SBI bank kolkata centre and if I can not give details my ATM will be reject. So take necessary action for this no.                                         Address: 251201

                                        Myself Ashutosh, went to withdraw cash of Rs 5000 from South Indian Bank ATM, Nellikuezhy, Kothmangalam from my SBI ATM Card. I punched the card for withdrawl dated 27.09.17 time 4.13 pm but physical cash i have not received, as during withdrawl time power was cut, then waited for 1 hr over there but still cash not received, but my account was debited by Rs 5000.
                                        I went to SBI Bank, Khatuli Branch, Uttar Pradesh, Dist - Muzaffarnagar but still the SBI authorities are dragging my matter. Already filled the form for false withdrawl in SBI but still now have not received any justice from their end.
                                        Request you to resolve my matter at your earliest if possible please.
