I had purchased a mobile phone Real Me1 for Rs 13, 436.02 on 6th June 2018 from Amazon.in for a no-cost EMI from SBI credit card. However, when I received the billing for the month of June from SBI they had charged me the 100% amount of the purchase and not converted it into a no-cost EMI. When I had raised this up with Amazon they confirmed that it was converted into a no-cost EMI (attached is the billing summary from Amazon).
Also when I had raised this up with SBI they told me that Amazon has not converted this amount into an EMI and they are not ready to accept that. And as 6th July was the deadline for converting this amount into EMI from SBI I had no option than to convert this amount into EMI from SBI with the interest.
Hence I am raising this issue for SBI not converting the purchase in to a no cost EMI.

    Sir on 27/06/2018 11:32 i withdrawal 500 rupee from the atm of sate bank of india najafgarh which atm machine code is s1bb[protected] it is attached with sbi bank near himlaya sagar . The money dont come out it was cut out from my a/c [protected] please solve my problem as early as possible.I aso make a complaint to customer service of SBI yet not received money.

    I ordered food in Zomato, and it has been cancelled due to some reasons, zomato refunded my money to my SBI account with refund reference number (RRN) 75503728188021196980224. But still, I didn't get my refund. so please refund my amount to my sbi account

      Someone claiming to be an SBI officer told me that my ATM card is outdated and need update and asked information on ATM/Debit card. Fraudulently he has made five transactions and my money is gone. Details are:

        Subject :-charge dispute "refund never processed

        Dear sir

        A refund of 5892 rupees was successfully processed on 21th june 2018 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            I have savings bank account no [protected] in State Bank of India Gandhidham (Kutch) code 000373. Account first name is my Wife and 2nd name is mine in said account. I am regularly receive my retirement pension in said account. 3 years back I noticed that though I receive my pension in said account but TDS deducted is on my wifes name reason being she holds her name on top of the account. Thus not being shown income on my wifes name we are served with Income tax notces repeatedly. Bank has shown inability to change my name from no 2 to 1 in said account. How ever in past they had corrected TDS certificate but now they have shown in ability to correct it. Hence again we are in receipt of I.T. Notice. I have now opened separate bank account in same branch but in spite of my several requests bank is not depositing pension in new account to avoid double taxation notices. Further I had requested to amend PAN shown in TDS certificate but many requests are made and till date no action have been take. I enclose herewith letter written by Income tax addressed to SBI Gandhidham for changing TDS certificate and the certificates of my past corrections by bank are enclosed for ready reference. My request is that early action to ratify TDS certificate be made priority basis and further future pension may be deposited in my new account no [protected] in same bank branch.

                Today I have made withdrawal of rs 10000 from above given ATM id of SBI Bank at near manganj gate, new mandi road Dausa ( Rajasthan) near about 10.41 AM (6th july 18). ATM has provide amount in rs 2000 demonstration. When I count cash, I was surprise to see that corner side of 2 notes was cutting & 2 notes pasted by tape. I have immediately shown these notes over camera installed in ATM.

                As per my knowledge, RBI has instructed banks to not deposited any inappropriate currency but SBI is providing such notes to customer with help of ATM.

                Please look my complaint & help further to change these notes & appropriate actions must be taken against bank & responsible person.

                    I have received SBI Credit card on 20/04/2015 having No. [protected] It had my name wrongly spelled. I brought to the notice of SBI Customer Care and as well I sent emails on 25/06/2015 & 27/04/2015 stating about the credit card. SBI raised constantly bills against me. I did inform that I am not using this card hence should not be raised any bills.
                    Now I have come to know through CIBIL reports that there is an outstanding against me and showed the negative report.
                    I had contacted Customer care of SBI again and learnt there is not outstanding and requested to send me the certification about NO DUES.

                        Dear sir

                        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.488/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                          I am a customer of SBI india of Branch :Chandannagar, West Bengal.
                          I have a loan account along with a savings account.there was approximately Rs 60000 at the savings account[protected]h68)3 month before .On 25th April, 2018 Rs 56, 474 was withdrawn illegally through 8 frand online transactions in half an hour.

                          Now Bank is not taking any liability of this fraud case and compelling me and my father to say that we disclosed debit card number outside.But the truth is, that card was rarely used and kept in a secure locker.There is not any option to share that card with other.

                          please help us to get back our hard earn money.

                            I am new customer to sbi, i have downloaded YONO app in my mobile in that i fill my all details but at one step i am unable to go forward in that they are saying that my aadhar details are not matching. It's true that my details are not matching but in my aadhar card everything is perfect but in that app my address is having silly mistake and i have recently updated my aadhar card so in my aadhar card no mistake is there.

                            now what should i do to open my new account in sbi in YONO APP so many problems occurs
                            I have an savings account with SBI, I don't use much of physical money transactions. Hardy 3-4 times i have deposited below 20, 000 rs.
                            On day[protected] i have deposited money of 12, 000, Immediately charged with 59rs. with reason stating EXCESS CASH DEPOSIT.

                            Most of time i use only online transactions. Am not sure why am charged for that.

                                Whenever I try to login on Yono app, it says that username or password is invalid. But the same user name and password is working just fine for onlinesbi in chrome or other web browsers. I complaint in my branch but they made excuse that the app is still in its beta stage so try after few days. After that I lodged a complaint on there helpline number. The executive said i will receive a ticket number. But i received none. Is this a joke or something. I want to login in Yono. Please suggest.

                                Today I received a call from [protected] telling me that SBI ATM card is blocked and to re start they asked me ATM card no, CVV no and 6 digit verification code. They threatened to block the card if I do not share the details. Pl take necessary action against these fraudsters and issue advisories against such fraud calls. Pl investigate the number.

                                  SBI Ranchi RACPC officers approved apartment project based on forged documents. They have not taken any action even after my 2 online complaint, various emails and even after more than 9 months of my written complaint they are not resolving.
                                  For your information -
                                  1. Even after 5 yrs of my last loan disbursement, remaining amount has not been disbursed to builder.
                                  2. Flat cannot be registered as flat is in illegal floor.
                                  3. Land is tribal.
                                  4. As per bank officials, I am having possession of flat so I should not have any problem.

                                  Today i.e., 05.07.2018 an amount of Rs. 295/- debited from my SB Account automatically without any advice from my side. It is not appropriate and I had never advised my bank SBI to debited such amount from my account. Please reverse the same immediately under intimation to me.

                                  This is to inform that the exam dates of SBI PO Exam and NET are clashing on July 8, 2018. As being eligible for for both the exams I do not want to miss either of them.

                                        I have sbi credit card in the year 2005 and it was regularly used by me and the bill was paid by me on time. However in the year 2005 sbi credit card department charged me irctc ticket booking charges, which was not done. I have raised the issue with sbi customer care & also i have written mail to sbi customer mail box, but no response. Also i have received the mail confirmation from irctc, that there is no ticketing booking from your id and no amount has been debited.in spite of providing all the supporting emails from irctc, sbi bank has not responded to my single mail. They are sending the outstanding statement since 2005 to till date, but no resolution. This has impacted my cibil record and i have to faced many challenges. Request you to please help me to resolve the above isssue
