My fdr a/c no. Is [protected] at bus stand road branch. Bank has deducted 20% tds on 31.3.2018. Due to de duplication my pan is deleted by bank. When i bring to their notice they admitted their mistake and updated my pan in the system. After that i paid many visited to the branch but all in vain. Yesterday i again visited your branch and branch head madam avantika dhawan shown her helpless and said i have forwarded your concern to higher authority and when i asked their no. She refused and said do whatever you can do. Her behaviour was very rude and i felt that she do not need customer like us having fdr of more than 10 lakh. I have to file my income tax return up to 31.7.2018, i will not be able to claim tds deducted by you. Your good self is requested to look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.

WHEN I BRING TO THEIR NOTICE THEY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE AND UPDATED MY PAN IN THE SYSTEM. AFTER THAT I PAID MANY VISITED TO THE BRANCH BUT ALL IN VAIN. YESTERDAY I AGAIN VISITED YOUR BRANCH AND BRANCH HEAD MADAM AVANTIKA DHAWAN SHOWN HER HELPLESS AND SAID I HAVE FORWARDED YOUR CONCERN TO HIGHER AUTHORITY AND WHEN I ASKED THEIR NO. SHE REFUSED AND SAID DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO. HER BEHAVIOUR WAS VERY RUDE AND I FELT THAT SHE DO NOT NEED CUSTOMER LIKE US HAVING FDR OF MORE THAN 10 LAKH. I HAVE TO FILE MY INCOME TAX RETURN UP TO 31.7.2018, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM TDS DEDUCTED BY YOU. YOUR GOOD SELF IS REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE AT THE EARLIEST.

    I am from johnsonlifts Vijayawada branch. We have accounts with patamatta branch SBI. our technician salary and voucher credited in your bank. Our technician Travelling allowance come to your bank through cheque. Every time since 1 year your team taking own time to credit their amount. Even some times your team takes 4 days to credit the amount. Don't your team think it is ridiculous. Please be informed that the same type complain l have made thrice. No action has been taken even we brought notice to you.

            My name is madhava rao.P, i am working in military service since last 12 years. I brought the personnel loan in state bank of india, kavali branch(0858). I had repay the loan sicnce last two years emi of rs:10, 600. Today 03/07/2018 my salary account debited amount of rs:16000/- without to my knowledge . When i reciving debit messege, then contacted the field officer, he replaied that is intrest amt of loan from sanctioning date, you are paying only 10600, the correct emi of loan is rs:11600, " the previous field offifer wrongly fix the emi". I say that is your mistaken why are you debit my account without my knowledge, there is no answer from the officer.

              Date of incident:[protected].
              Without any Bank transaction and without my authorisation through OTP (One Time Password) to the Bank, Rs. 6000.00 is debited twice (total of Rs. 12000.00) on[protected] from my savings account No. [protected] at State Bank of India with IFS Code of SBIN0000202, although transaction alerts from the Bank show purchases on POS at Google*apple with txn# 332805 & txn# 443851.
              This matter was reported to SBI through ‘Customer Complaint Form’ as well as orally through telephone, but I was advised to contact home branch of SBI. Accordingly, the matter was reported to home branch (Kharagpur Branch – 0202) of State Bank of India, through a letter dated[protected], and a FIR against these fraudulent transactions was lodged to the local Police Station on[protected].
              Further, these fraudulent transactions were reported to the Banking Ombudsman, Kolkata, with Complaint No [protected], lodged on[protected].
              But all these above complaints and reporting have brought no fruitful result till date (after a period of six months) and the amount of Rs. 12000.00 has not been credited to my account, which has been debited from my account by the bank on its own.
              Desirable resolution of my complaint: Request a refund of Rs. 12000.00.

                  I used sbi anywhere app's facility to pay recharge of tata sky.in this process money got deducted but tata sky did not get it. This transaction of rs 250 tried by me on 02/07/2018 & transaction id - [protected]uh47530410. Please return the money to my account as it is not received by tata sky.

                      I (Oinam achouba singh) debited[protected]+10000+10000+10000) from sbi atm boot, mu campus gate no.2 on 3rd july 10:19 am. I received only 30000 and 10000 has been deducted without receiving it. The machine was in processed but later it showed as time out. When i again tried to debit out money the machine displayed as 10000 was dedycted from my account.
                      So, i request you to refund my account which i have not receive from the boot.

                        I wanted to book a flight at yatra.com on 30 june 2018 delhi to mangalore but transaction failed and money deducted from account ₹6397 at same. Transaction details for same at statement was debit card othpg 154276 m/s. Yatra online pvt. Gurgaon.
                        I filed complaint against the same at yatra and sbi but both are not responding properly.
                        Please help me with it.

                          On july 3, 2018 when i woke up from my sleep i happened to get two sms saying deduction of 10, 000 and 6000 rs from my sbi account, i rushed to near by atm n took mini statemnt found there was additional 20, 000 and 20, 000 amount got deducted from my card.                             Sbi jayanagar branch 560011. Cheque pay in slip book not available from last 3 months. No body cares. Complained up to chief manager. All the time they say no supply,
                            . None attends customer between 1.30 and 2.00. They do not call even one token no during that time. Afterall ustomer counter can be manned by roster system. Complaint falls on deaf ears
                            They have declared their own lunch time. They have not put board. Pl put on outside board and declare 1.30 to 2.00 lunch time. Sdo not waste customers time. Banks can waste but customer cannot

                                I am calling these people from last 10 days and they are making me run from bank to customer care and not accepting the information I giving that is details about the payment to be credited. Giving me false information. The amount is charge is R. 1049 and forwarded by Amazon on 19 June 2018. They are saying that they haven't received the payment but I have the details they are not listening. I have called them around 10 times and they are still not listening what I have to say and giving me some lame reasons.

                                  I am Mahasweta Chatteejee, yesterday I.e 1/07/2018 I got an sms from bank that thank u for purchase order of rs 50, then again rs 50, then 3000, the rs 4000 At OTHPG[protected]GOOGLE *ASHPSHKMR .They returned that 50 rs strangely..but 7000 rs in total has been deducted from my account without my consent.I went to the branch manager, the local cybercrime branch also, i have even reported to google about this.But I have not received any satisfory answer from anyone.pls help me regarding the same as soon as possible, because I literally don't know what else to do.. because I need that money..pls help me regarding the same..I lodged a complaint yesterday with ticket no [protected] about the 4000 rs.But when I updated my passbook I saw 3000 rs was also deducted..so I want to launch a complain again, pls help me.. because I need the money urgently.Now I am so afraid to keep money in bank.

                                    Sir, I had dropped a cheque of Rs 4969/-favouring SBI cards in SBI santacruz west br . The same cheque was stolen and the amount with name of favouring party was changed. I have made a complaint with the bank and bank has written me that FIR has been lodged.
                                    But the branch has not given FIR no /date, under which section the FIR has been lodged.
                                    I am not concerned with the formalities which the Bank has to follow but i want my hard earned money with interest back earliest possible as I am senior citizen

                                      This is Swati Sharma. I am an existing account holder of SBI since more than 10 years. On 24 June 2018 i was making payment for my SBISimply Click Credit card (Card No [protected]) of the amount due of Rs. 30, 095/-. Instead mistakenly made a payment of Rs. 3, 10, 955/- (Three Lakh Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Five) from my Yes Bank savings account through internet banking. The amount was immediately debited from the Yes Bank account. I made the complaint for excessive fund reversal to SBI the same day, uplaoded a letter and pan card copy as requested and was given a complaint no.[protected].

                                      I was told the complaint will be closed by 3 July 2018 and the amount shall be credited back to Yes Bank account latest by 3 July 2018.

                                      I have been following up with the customer care every second day since then to check the status of the redressal of the complaint. Each one has been saying that the same will be closed by 3rd July. The last call made was on 29 June and the same response was given. Today when i called the customer care to check the status i was told the request has ben rejected as the NEFT was not received. The amount was debited from my Yes bank account immediately and credits in maximum 4 hours the same day. Even a confirmation message was received from SBI confirming the payment received (attached with this mail). Then how can the request be rejected on the basis of NEFT not received ????

                                      This is most disappointing and inappropriate practices by the bank and their employees. I need a proper response and apology for delaying returning the excess credit card payment made. Kindly close this request at the earliest. A new complaint no was issued by the customer care[protected]. My SBI savings account no is [protected].

                                      It is very negligent of the bank authorities and as per the RBI guidelines if any illegal transaction has been made from your account, it is the liability of the bank to refund the amount.
