मैं नमृता रावत मेरे पिताजी स्वर्गीय श्री अरुण कुमार रावत जी का देहांत 25 अप्रैल 2022 को हुआ उसके बाद उनके मृत्यु संस्कार और कर्मचारी भत्ता का जो भी पैसा आया वह माताजी श्रीमती शीला रावत के खाते में आया और स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया दे लोन के ब्रांच मैनेजर के द्वारा उस आई हुई धनराशि पर होल्ड लगा दिया गया और कहा गया कि 1000000 तक का अमाउंट पूरे तरीके से सीज कर दिया गया है बैंक मैनेजर के पास इसकी जानकारी लेने जाने के पश्चात उनका कहना है कि यह लोन अमाउंट का होल्ड है जो कि मेरे पिताजी द्वारा लिया गया था परंतु इसकी हमें कोई जानकारी नहीं थी और अभी हमारे घर में कोई भी आमदनी या आर्थिक रूप से जीवन यापन करने का सहारा नहीं है पिताजी के जाने के बाद घर में किसी प्रकार का पैसों का स्रोत नहीं है जिसके कारण हमने बैंक वालों बैंक मैनेजर से यह प्रार्थना की कि हमारे अकाउंट के पैसों से होल्ड हटा दिया जाए परंतु बैंक मैनेजर ने एक नहीं सुनी और बार-बार हमें मेन ब्रांच पर बुलाते हैं और मानसिक तौर पर हमें परेशान किया जा रहा है और मेरी माता जी के द्वारा कभी कोई लोन नहीं लिया गया है फिर भी उनके खाते में आई हुई धनराशि पर अनवांटेड होल्ड लगा दिया गया है इसकी जानकारी मैंने एसबीआई टोल फ्री नंबर एसबीआई में भी की है और सीएम हेल्पलाइन मध्य प्रदेश में भी इसकी जानकारी मैंने दी है परंतु इसका कोई भी परिणाम ना मिलने के कारण मैं यहां पर अपनी समस्या को बताना चाह रही हूं बैंक मैनेजर के द्वारा कोई भी जानकारी या किसी भी प्रकार का नोटिस हमें नहीं दिया गया है बस हमारे खाते में आई हुई धनराशि को सील कर दिया गया है और यह काफी समस्या पूर्ण विषय है जिसका कोई भी समाधान हमें प्राप्त नहीं हो रहा है हम अपने परिवार में एक छोटा भाई और मैं और मेरी माता जी बस हैं हम दोनों की पढ़ाई चल रही है और मेरी माता जी घर पर अकेली रहती हैं और वह बीमार भी हैं उनकी बीमारी का इलाज कराने के लिए हमारे पास कोई धनराशि उपलब्ध नहीं है यह बात मैंने बैंक मैनेजर को बताई पर उसने मेरी एक बात नहीं सुनी और वह हमारे साथ दुर्व्यवहार करता है ना ही हमें किसी भी प्रकार की कोई जानकारी प्रदान करते हैं और ना ही हमारी कोई भी बात सुनने के लिए तैयार हैं अतः मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए इसका निदान किया जाए धन्यवाद।

    Treated by Dy.Manager and accountant who holding counter no.11of SBI Serampore Br(SBIN0000178), xtremely unprofessionally and rudely. Behaviour and attitude are enough to spoil the mind of customer.Need positive change.They dont care about customer satisfaction.

      I am not able to Login to the SBI Internet Banking portal.

      When I try to login, error message pops up saying - "The user name has been deactivated. Please contact your branch."

      The Bank is not responding inspite of mutliple reminder emails.
      Such pathetic service by one of the leading Banks of India.

        My debit card is expiring in coming months. Bank has issued a new debit card which arrived with wrong surname on it. I approached the home branch but they said block this card & put in a new request for debit card & it will have fees. Complaint is if the new card has wrong surname which is an error from bank's side, why the customer needs to pay for it. Shouldn't bank replace the card with correct credentials at their own cost? Staff as well as customer helpline didn't provide a solution to this.

          I had applied for SBI credit card and Got KYC done and calling person verified all the details and told me that card will be delivered to me in 15 days. But I haven't received yet. When I am trying to track my application status then it shows

          "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

          Can anybody explain what needs to be done or what is wrong in application?

            I have made an online transaction (UTR NO: SBIN[protected]
            on[protected]. The amount is nither credited to sender not receiver. The amount was send from SBI account number [protected] to South Indian bank account ([protected]). We found that there is two zeros missing from the begning of the account number of receiver and requested to recall the transaction. But there is no response from the bank. Kindly help me on this.

              Received a message form VK-SBIDGT which says a sbi debit card has been despatched but speed post number is not traceable and seems fake to me, I haven't apply for any sbi card .

                Today, 23/07/2022 I have done payment towards my institution For UNIVERSITY OTHER FEE with SBI reference no. DUJ4361206 of Rs 210.00 and my account also got debited. But the transaction got failed and It is showing status as failure under payment history. I request you to refund my bank account with the amount as soon as possible.

                  Foreign currency transfer/Remittance

                  Website: SBI

                  I am an SBI customer and using NET BANKING for Foreign transfer, not able to transfer fund to Europe(Spain)
                  1. Log in to SBI website personal banking
                  2. Go to Fund/Transfer section
                  3. Click on Foreign currency transfer.
                  4. Fill the details, not able to transfer funds, its happening from past three days and customer care and bank is not able to resolve it
                  5. the error is "NOT ABLE TO CONTACT EXTERNAL SYSTEM"...

                    Sir, I have got my home loan sanctioned for rs 30 lakh and 18 lakh was released in Jun 2021. On 7 jul 2022 I have submitted demand of remaining rs 12 lakh but still it has not been disbursed. Chief manager Santosh of racpc khadki Pune has told me that it will not get disbursed untill I get property insurance as it is mandatory but when I asked him to give me this in writing he denied. I have emailed to the brach many times but never got reply. I have also raised issue through sbi-crm portal and emailed to customer care but nothing happened. Never got any reply. Please help me to get loan amount disbursed so that I could take possession of my flat. My loan account number is [protected]

                        I visited to SBI bank branch no. 1270 (Daryaganj, New Delhi) where I maintaining saving account, PPF account and APY. I want to open a Sukanya Samiriddhi Account in the name of my girl child which is minor. But, bank staff (Bank Manager and Service Manager) denied to open the SSY account in their bank. They tried to sell me their other investment plan instead of SSY account and tried to told me to do not open SSY account. Later on, they started to giving excuses to visit SBI branch near of my residence while my other accounts are having in Daryanganj branch.

                          I have applied for SBI credit card and it is showing error like F-55 DATABASE Defaulter. I don't have any SBI Loan or no connection with SBI. My CIBIL is 782.

                          So, Can you please help me how to resolve this issue

                            My SBI credit card has been blocked since 01 July 2022 due to KYC. Since then I have requested and contacted to unblock the card several times by calling on customer care numbers [protected], [protected] and also through E-mails and SMS. In which I was asked to send mine self attested documents such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Sign and photo through E-mail i.e. on kyc.[protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com for completing KYC . After this, All the above mentioned self attested documents were sent by me on above mentioned E-mail. But It has been almost 22 days today, the card was blocked, but neither My KYC has been done from SBI Credit Card Team nor my credit card has been unblocked.
                            On 17.07.2022 I got a call from SBI Credit Card Team customer care representative number[protected] at 17:00 PM on which customer care representative told me and directed me to fill the KYC renewal form with self attested photo and self attested address proof on kyc and Email those documents at kyc.[protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com.
                            By filling the KYC Renewal Form, signing it, affixing self-attested photo and self-attested address proof, I have emailed it to kyc.[protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com.
                            It's been 22 days since this complaint written, my KYC hasnot been done and card hasn't been unblocked yet so I can't use the card. This is causing me a lot of mental pain. A lot of my time has been wasted and it is happening. I am being mentally harassed by SBI Credit card Team
                            This credit card is being used by me since last 04 years, No irregularity has been done by me in paying the bills of the credit card even after This proves that I am being mentally harassed unnecessarily by them.
                            So, Please I heartly request you to help me in this case to unblock my credit card . I shall be great thankful to you.

                              Hello Team,

                              I got the call saying that SBI credit team will Increase My credit limit, so that I shared the information.

                              But After that, FRAUD has transfered my Amount of Rs. 34, 340/-. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THIS AMOUNT NOW.

                              So that now I given complaint in CYBER Crime Police Station. And FIR has been FILED.

                              Hence, Police Authority had got Customer Bank Account Number in which my money transfered, so that bank account belongs to bhagwanpur city SBI BANK, Muzaffurpur district, Bihar State.

                              Now, IF SBI BANK IS RESPONSIBLE BANK, Why can't SBI Bank call to that Bank Customer & get the Payment back to SBI CREDIT card team.

                              Even though, i have filed FIR, Why SBI credit card team is charging me interest charges,

                              Is this JUSTICE...?

                              Here SBI Cards Demanding & torchering me to pay that Fraud amount Even though I have submitted them FIR Copy

                              Is this Justice...?

                              By taking loan from others, Recently I have paid Rs. 10, 000 /- as Interest charges to SBI Cards for Fraud transaction.

                              When will this end...?

                              Even though customer account is there, WHY SBI cards not contacting to that FRAUD Customer.

                              Is there any dealing with bank & FRAUD Customer...?

                                Unprocessed pan registration with the bank account

                                SBI is taking too much time or even not checking the request files online submitted by customers. I submitted my pan card number for registration few days ago and it showed pending at the beginning and now it shows unprocessed. I need to link it before the end of the month so I can apply for TDS refund. But it seems SBI will take more than a week to inform me that I need to submit again or whatever the next step is.
                                I am not able to...

                                My name is Shraddha. I am trying to download my admit card for the IDBI Assistant Manager exam which is scheduled for 23rd of july 2022(tomorrow), but the website shows "invalid login credential" even if I enter the valid registration number and password.

                                  There is 05 ( five ) sms received today at about 1404 hrs from unknown ID ie. SBIKBP. All SMS contains OTP and it's purpose I don't know. Request look into the matter seriously and find out who is active behind this unscrupulous . All 05 SMS dropped in msg box at same time.
