I have made a payment to hdfc life for a premium amount of rs.2046. 0on[protected], the status of transaction shows "transaction failed", but the above amount deducted from my s. B. A/c no. [protected].

    आपको सूचित किया जाता हे कि शिकायत कर्ता भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के द्वारा जारी क्रेडिट कार्ड पिछले करीब एक वर्ष से इस्तेमाल कर रहा हे जिसकी
    संख्या इस प्रकार हे- [protected] दिनांक 15 .01 .2018 को तीन बार इस क्रेडिट कार्ड से अवैध निकाशी की गयी हे जो की इस प्रकार हे
    पहली अवैध निकाशी रूपए 10000 /(केवल दस हज़ार रूपए) समय 17.45
    दूसरी अवैध निकाशी रूपए 5000 / (केवल पांच हज़ार रूपए ) समय 17.45
    तीसरी अवैध निकाशी रूपए 4999 / (केवल चार हज़ार नोसो निन्यानमे रूपए) 17.45 जो की कुल
    रूपए 19999 /(केवल उन्नीस हज़ार नोसो निन्यानमे रूपए ) के रूप मे एयरटेल मनी को की गयी
    जिसके OTP व अवैध निकाशी की, सूचना शिकायत कर्ता के रजिस्टर मोबाइल नो [protected] प्राप्त हुई है
    इसी सूचना के आधार पर शिकायत कर्ता ने SBI CREDIT CARD कस्टमर केयर के नो [protected] समय
    17.56 दिनांक 15.01.2018 को शिकायत दर्ज़ कराई हे rFkkkcSd ds nkjk शिकायत नो[protected]
    सभी सूचनाएं भारतीय स्टेट बैंक को फ़ोन व ईमेल के माध्यम से दर्ज करायी गयी
    परंतु लगातार सम्पर्क करने पर बैंक के द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की
    जानकारी व सहयोग नही मिला जिससे शिकायत करता की मनोदशा काफी खराब रही /
    श्रीमान जी आपसे निवेदन हे कि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक क्रेडिट कार्ड के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की जाये और
    और शिकायत कर्ता की सभी अवैध निकाशी उसके क्रेडिट कार्ड मे जल्दी से जल्दी रिफंड कराई जाये /

    A fraud person called on 22.6.18 at about 12 o'clock to know about my ATM card no. by saying that he was calling from Mumbai SBI. His mobile no.(from which he called) is - [protected]. I want, he must be arrested by tracking with this mobile no.

      from 26/06/2018 none of my transactions are working through card payments or through upi id,
      i called the customer care and they said that everything is fine with my account but when i went to the atm today it says withrawal limit over but i have not withdrawn 5000 even with my account
      this also happened earlier when my account was a minor one but i have recently upgraded it with the kyc form and necesssary documents...

      Rs 147.5 was debited from my SBI account [protected] for SMS and ATM card charges, But I don't have ATM card and I din't register for SMS or Phone banking for this account. I din't receive even a single SMS.
      So these charges were debited extra from my account.
      requesting to make credit Rs 147.50 to my account.

        I am N.chandrika of Vishakhapatnam district my complaint is to know you about the amount deducted form my account .I transactioned my money to pay my examination course fee but it didn't register and the amount has been cancelled .
        So please consider my request and repay my debit to my account

          wrongly charged for not submitting rc book

          I have purchased S-Cross worth Rs. 12 lac for which I have made down payment of Rs. 10 lac from my hard earn money and taken car loan of only Rs. 2 lac from SBI Viman Nagar, Pune. On this loan I am paying EMI of Rs. 3200. At the time of loan procedure, I have not been informed by loan manager about submission of RC book to the bank. And now they have charged fine of Rs. 5900 for not submitting RC book. During last 6 months I have not received...

          I never took any loan from sbi, gill road branch, ludhiana but in my cibil report it shows an loan bearing loan account number [protected] that account is attached with pan number. I clearly declare that that account is not me or not avail the any loan from your branch. I visit many time in bank/branch to request please provide the paper, id proof, address proof of person whose avail the loan, but not response and not provide the documents.

          Kindly look into this as it is causing lots of issue in my cibil score and help in resolving it asap.

            I had a fraud of 20, 000 rs from my sbi credit card few months ago but still not resolved from sbi and always calling me for payment and harassing for the same.
            I had given request to vadodara police but they also not resolving the issue.

            I got a fraud call every day from sbi and calling me for schemes, and fake calls everyday. And without giving password they took 20000 rs from my card

              This is a joint account to my father and me, my father went to bank to take out 5000 rs, bank person told him show your adhar and scanned his finger print then debited 5000 from account and they have given to my father.

              I got confused as message i got like : money transfered to FIA technology services, so this may be a payment gateway.

              So there was no problem, transection was normal

                I had placed an order on vega.co.in for rs 830 on 23rd june 2018. The transaction went through and i got a payment success message from their gateway. But the site dis not send any info about my order. I am still talking to them but no positive response from the seller.                     The money has been deducted many times.a minimum amount of Rs.2000 has been deducted till now. I can show the bank statements if you want. more than 2-3 time's the money have being deducted in a month. I even went to bajaj customercare and they refused to accept and claim that they have deducted the money. even the bank is also refusing to accept. is this how you treat your customers? if this happens again I will take legal actions against this.
                    I hope this complaint is enough for your company to take actions.

                          Today on 27/6/2018 At 2:43 P.M I deposit 38000 rs In Sbi Atm Machine at Chandivali Branch. But After Counting Money By Machine Got Stucked And it said machine error and i didnt got my money credited in account so i filled complaint form in bank but they said it takes 3 to 4 days to solved your problem. but i need my money very urgent for tomorrow for my DD. can u please help me for this because it is very important to make DD by tomorrow only so i need my money credit on today or tomorrow itself please help me

                              I have Saving Account in SBI. On 27th June 2018 at 3:42 PM suddenly I received message from SBI that Rs. 117 is deducted from my SBI Savings Account.

                              I was not informed about this as no prior notice was there. I always maintain sufficient balance for any ECS, and nothing is bounced till date. Still the amount is deducted from my savings.

                              Please help.

                                it's something that made me saddened what the hell the sbi doing with customer

                                  From past weeks me and my family members are getting calls from unknown number and the guy was asking the credit and debit card details. Today (27th June 2018)I also got the call from +91 [protected] by asking the debit and credit card details using the name of SBI bank.

                                  I checked with my family and the number also matched. I tried to ask more questions with that guy at last he asked me that to be a friend with him and he will provide money also. Then suddenly i got angry and said that I'm a police officer and the conversation went very bad.

                                  He said he is calling from Bangalore but I'm not sure its true or not.

                                  I kindly request you that please prevent the people from these kind of frauds. Please let me know if you need the call record and i will be available @Whats app - [protected]
