I have sbi ac at krishnagiri main branch past 3 years my ac link with lic for auto debit lat 2 months my premium amount was not deducted i called to lic office and they replied its sbi branch mistake many people past two months have faced this problem.. Auto debit to lic policy number not done properly.. Simply its stated mandate cancelled... Regarding this matter i plan to contact sbi krishnagiri branch number which is shown in website. But nobody pick the call. Many time engaged.. Why adminstration gave land line phone to branch.. Nobody give proper response.. Nobody pics phone call.. Private banks give proper response over phone itself.. Suppose if we go to directly to branch means they refused to give proper response... Many times e corner not working if we ask y its not working means what can branch do... These kind of irresponsible reply we get... They are all misbehave with customers.. If it happens continuesly people will go with good service private bank... Authorities kindly take action.

    Sir, i am rewaram gangarekar saving bank account holder of sbi mahavirnagar branch of bhopal, my saving account no. [protected].
    0n date 11/06/2018 time 18:29 i want to withdraw rs.10000/- through sbi debit card from sbi atm s[protected] located bhs sbi gulmohar, chunabhatti, kolar-road, bhopal m. P.. After writing pin & amount rs10000/- the massage showing the -"transaction is under process please wait"- was appear on screen of atm for a long time and the case was not came out and not delivered to me, suddenly the atm was stopped working. The massage of this withdrawal was appear to my registered mobile no.[protected] but in fact there was no case transaction from the said atm.
    Therefore i have to request, you may please look in to this matter and the amount of rs10000/-may please be refunded to my above saving bank account. With regards.

    It is bring to your that on[protected]. I received a message on my mobile at 12:47 pm REGARDING DEDUCTION OF RS.1799.00 but I had not done this transaction I informed SBI customer care, which immediately blocked my Debit Card I came to Know that another transaction had done where by Rs.20.00 had been deducted fraudulently.
    My mother is 79 yrs old and her family pension after my father s demise is not yet started by SBI bank as earlier my father had a pension account in SBH . I have personally submitted all the documents including my father s death certificate, PPO, bank account, adhar card, my mother s living certificate. Kindly if any one could do something' .
    Sir i have lost my registration number of SBI CLERK. It has been deleted from email and mobile number too accidently. How can i get this back. Please reply soon. I have my Payment transaction ID. Please reply soon so that i can request for my admit card and able to give my exam.

      Dear sir

      A refund of 849 rupees was successfully processed on 25 february 201 8 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called many times the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              I booked an online railway ticket through irctc website, paid through SBI netbanking.
              money got debited Rs.1630.but error came I cant able to book the ticket, RAC6 was ticket status.
              Then I tried with Debit card the same thing happened, so stopped booking.
              A day later I booked my ticket in the meantime ticket status raised to RAC 46.
              I need to register this complaint against SBI?want to know were mistake happened? If not their mistake I will proceed filling against IRCTC.or my mobile network operator

                I have opened 2 fixed deposits with PBB Noida branch in 2010 for 8 years.
                They were auto renewed in 2018
                Branch code of the branch is 4264

                My fixed Account number[protected] and[protected] are auto renewed at rate of interest of 0% for 8 years i.e. till 2026, Kindly rectify the mistake

                Branch manager is not ready to accept the mistake and not ready to give me the interest lost. Instead they want me to visit the branch which is not possible as I have moved out of branch

                  I am Australian and was working the last year at luxury resort in the Maldives. I have had a very negative experience with SBI Maldives.
                  Now I am in another country working. I have been trying to close my account and get my money back but I am just being ignored by the staff at the bank. The last messege I wrote was 4 days ago with no reply.
                  Since I opened the account, I've been charged more than $400 in commission and fees. I asked how make bank transfers to my Australian account and also to my friend's local Maldives account.
                  I cannot make any transfers online via internet bank except to India or another SBI account. They are offering me no solutions except to just let them keep the money that is left in my account. They ignore me and offer no solutions for more than 2 months since I left and cut into my hard earned money with no solution.

                    refund of amount for failed pos transaction

                    We made payment to Medplus on 04.06.2018 for Rs:850.50 with J.No:[protected] and txn code:OTHPOS[protected] and the transaction was not succesful and we made payment for the same amount 2nd time.

                    My account has been debited twice on 04.06.2018 for Rs:850.50 and the merchant Medplus had received the amount only once.

                    pls look into the matter and refund the amount of Rs:850.50 to my account....

                      This is to inform the concerned authorities that sbi atm in renukoot near hindalco remains closed for consecutively 2 days that is saturday and sunday. No one is taken any step for this problem. This is very troublesome as in this there is no provision for cashless transactions and we are helpless. Infact every banks' atm is in the same condition either closed or having no money at all.

                          I hold a sbi simplyclick credit card. Hence i am supposed to get rs 2, 000 gift voucher for achieving rs 1, 00, 000 online spend followed by another rs 2, 000 gift voucher for achieving rs 2, 00, 000 online spend. For the last financial year i. E. April 2017 to march 2018, my accumulated online spend was rs 2.08 lakh which can be proved from my monthly statement for the month of march 2018, and some other sources too. However, in the last fy, i have received only one 2, 000 rs gift voucher for achieving rs 1, 00, 000 but did not receive the other one for achieving rs 2, 00, 000! This issue i am trying to raise since last 3 months. But sbicard team always gives me stupid information. They say that my online spend for the current fy i. E. April 2018 to march 2019 is only rs xyz and hence i am not eligible for the same! Despite i have mentioned a billion no. Of times that i am asking for my voucher for spend of the last financial year, not the current one! Even then every time a person from their side calls or emails me, tells me that he or she will look into this and get back to me within 3-5 working days and when he or she comes back, comes back with again the same statement that my online spend for the current fy i. E. April 2018 to march 2019 is only rs xyz and hence i am not eligible for the same! Are these people so worthless or sbicard is a fraud and they cheat all customers like this? Worst customer service ever seen!

                                I purchased a one plus 6 smartphone from amazon.in and at the same time an amount of rs 39, 999/- rs deducted from my account but due to some reasons i returned it back and amazon refund my money 39, 999/- rs with refund reference no. 337787 but the bank didn't credit it in my account. When i called to customer care in sbi they didn't give me any information regarding this. Then again i complain this problem on official site of sbi and they give me ticket no. [protected]. Help me regarding this.

                                  A refund of rupee 2, 741.00 has been initiated by amazone on date 27/04/2018 in the favour of my return but it is yet not processed by bank.
                                  When i visited branch, branch manager told me that it will be resolved by bank's customer care and customer care is saying that it will be resolved by branch itself. Now i am swinging between branch and customer care.
