This is to inform you that on dated 14 jan 2018 i had loaded 5000/- from my sbi card no-[protected] to hdfc payzapp wallet, however the amount got deducted from my sbi credit card but the amount is not credited in my payzapp wallet, the merchant (Payzapp) mailed me that they had credited amount on the same day on sbi pool account but sbi is claiming that they had not received any amount. I have received sbi credit card on date 22/03/2018.

On date 24 april 2018 from my credit debited 26000.00 rupees by unknown person. Without my knowledge. So there is theft of 26000.00 from my card.
So pl. Arrange to refund my amount....

Dear sir, maine 12/04/18 ko apne sbi a/c no:- [protected] ke atm card ke through indain overseas bank ke atm machine see 9000/- nikalne ke liye process kiya aur mere account se 9000/- debit bhi ho gayaa lekin atm machine me kuchh kharaabi hone ki wajah se cash dispense nahi ho paya..
to maine 13/04/2018 ko customer care me complaint kiya jiska complaint id:- at[protected] hai.
aur abhi tak mujhe mera paisa mere account me waapas...

On 21/04/2018 when I reach customer counter and give my documents on that time the behaviour of the accountant of sbi branch kankinara is not proper he behaved like a domenent person and spoke rude word from me. I had been doing a transaction of 810.50 to HPCL for booking of gas refill on SBI-epay Gateway on 07.02.2018. During processing of payment, SBI-epay gateway got hanged.
