I am a sb account holder of r&de dighi branch, pune, maharashtra. My atm debit card expired on december 2017. Almost 4 months completed neither i have received the atm card from your side nor any message regarding the same. Also applied for new atm card submitting the application in r&de dighi branch, pune 15 days back but till date new atm card not received.

    I was provided a sbi credit card eight months back without any charge from state bank of india, burnpur, wb but i had not used the card. I have also not generated the pin for the card. Two months back i called for the customer care of sbi and after taking my request for cancellation they informed me that i would receive a cancellation letter in my communicating address after 15 days of cancellation. But till now i have not received any letter or communication from their end. I again made a call in the customer care no. But could not go for the perfect option for the enquiry of the status of my card for cancellation.
    Please help me out as i want to get the card cancelled.

      Sir, on superannuation i got retirement on 31/12/2017. My ppo no is[protected].
      Ssa no 1113825 was sent cpoa to centralized pension processing centre chandni chowk new delhi.
      Even after four months of retirement my pension has not been started. It is a sort of harassment.
      Kindly look into the matter and arrange for start of payment of pension.

        I started getting calls from sbi agents a month back that they want to come pick up documents for credit card for which i am eligible. I clearly stated that i never applied for one. They said thank you and cut the call. Again a few times various agents called asking for same and i again said it clearly that i never asked for one. Now, today i get a call from ‭+[protected]‬, an sbi workers saying that if i don’t take the credit call for which they say i’ve applied then it will affect my cibil score negatively. I asked to share the reference number of the request they say i have raised and to transfer the call to the senior so that it can be addressed and closed. They put me on hold for 10 minutes only to disconnect my call later. This person stated that he has my pan card details and address. I never provided any of the information. How can you steal someone’s information (If they have it) and how can you sell a card to someone threatening them to spoil their cibil score. How unethically are they operating?

          I deposited rs.25000/- (Twenty five thousand only) in my sb a/c no.[protected] on 03/05/2018 at 19:38:58 through cdm at behala tram depo using my visa debit card in the
          Following denomination:- 2000x11=22000/-
          500x5 = 2500/-
          100x5 = 500/-

          Total=25000/-
          I could only confirm the deposit, and immediately thereafter the system was timed out.

          Problem is that the above deposit was not credited to my a/c, since system was displayed as timed out. But i got an acknowledgement endorsing the above details and subsequently i took a mini statement in which the above deposit was not shown.

          Kindly do the needful to afford credit for the above deposit of rs.25000/- to my sb a/c no.[protected] at the earliest so that i can utilize same deposit.

                A refund of 425 rupees was successfully processed on 15 april 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by 19 april 2018, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
                Rs.425 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by 4/19/2018.

                The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 217800.

                  I am writing this email on behalf of my uncle who holds a savings account in sbi tiruvarur branch (00936). He has applied for a vehicle loan for rs.50000 to purchase a two wheeler. His application was rejected saying the minimum loan amount should be rs.100000. He is a farmer and cannot afford to buy a vehicle using a vehicle loan of rs.100000 or more. He does not need such a big amount as loan. He is a common man, who is trying to purchase a vehicle for himself.

                  He is ready to pay the down payment for the vehicle and will pay the loan back without any issues as he has already availed a vehicle loan earlier in another bank and has repaid it successfully without any dues.

                  I have raised this complaint with both the branch and the zonal office. No one has provided the reason why he is being denied the vehicle loan? Is it because he is a farmer? I raised this query to the concerned branch on april 6th, 2018 and i have got no response till now, hence i wanted to escalate this issue to the zonal office. Request someone to please clarify this at the earliest. If i get no response from this forum, i plan to file a case and proceed legally on this.

                    in the year 2006 i have been forced to take SBI credit card by SBI executives, in life time i have utilized only one time credit card work of Rs.6050/- which i have cleared on time, after 1 month SBI executives forced me to take personal loan i have rejected but they forced me to take personal loan of Rs.12000/- in November 2007, however that amount also i have cleared on 12th December 2007 through cheque, now SBI is been started adding interest to me from last 9 years, it has became 32000/-, when i have not utilized even 20% of credit card why i have been penalizing, and now a days i am getting threatening calls also from SBI, apart from this they intentionally reduced my CIBIL score, now i want to take home loan because of SBI i am not able to take home loan, i have been mentally, physically, financially, torturing, please help me to resolve the issuse, however my track record shows i never bounced any cheque, no delay in EMI, early clearance of vehicle loan, Only SBI has made my life threaten, i have given builder almost 5.0L now i am suicidal position, if something happens to me SBI is directly responsible.I have paid all my saving and earnings, please help me to resolve the issues.my self and my family mentally disturb because of SBI credit card, i did not thought SBI will punish me like this. Please help me.

                        For credit card number [protected], customer care had called me and pressured to take loan against credit card. Now the recovery agency is harassing me and giving me stress and they have ven call to the hr of my company where i'm working they ahve told me that they will terminate now what should i do im having 2 kids and wife and mothers responsibility on me i will not be able to do the settlement even as my monthly earning is only 12000 rs with this my running my houselod expenses im not having any option to repay the amount.

                              I am receiving call from sbi credit card asking for mr. Vinod from last one week. I dont know who is mr. Vinod. My name is lalu rambhai and already have sbi credit card still i am receiving such fake call. I want to know from where they get my number attached with name mr. Vinod and all other detail. They are saying you have applied for credit card from online website. I want to know from which website i have applied.

                                In a month span, five deductions made for locker rent for one si.
                                Your branch at vinayaka layout, bangalore, said they are finding
                                System problem and only your regional office should rectify and
                                They also made every day complaint. Kindly rectify the problem
                                And reverse the entries. Rent involved is rs. 5725.00 pa and
                                5 deductions made. There was some balance in the sb a/c

                                You would have debited charges. Please take immediate action

                                  I purchased nav's in 2016. Now i want to sell my all nav's but sbimf executive told me that i can't sell out for next one week since last two week he is telling me like that.
                                  On 21st apr i went to him give him application for redeem all nav's, he assured me that money we be transformed within 2-3 day in account but he din't then i again went to him on 25apr and again i gave application but he could'nt. Then i again went to him on 1 may then he told me that i can't sell out for next one week. Because auditing is going on in their firm.

                                    I got a call from cpp assistance service a week before and the person from cpp told me about cpp, but in one way or other he made me to say 'yes" on phone. And he asked me to pay charges for card in installments only. Monthly installment is just rs. 180 something. But on 1 may, 2018, i saw that they have deducted full amount of rs. 1649 from my account without my permission. It is just stealing other's money without permission. I never accepted for making full payment at once. Now i feel that cpp is not necessary for me. So please enable me to cancel cpp on no time, and refund rs. 1649 amount which was stolen from my account by cpp assistance service. Otherwise, i will take this matter to the consumer court.

                                    Further, i don't know how cpp service got my registered phone number from sbi branch. It is a violation of privacy.

                                      It was a very disgusting experience having a communication with SBI customer care. I was repeated my call for 10 TIMES, and each of the person I need to explain repeteadly my concern, and the same persons who attended my calls having the same lines, it's like they memorize the lines what they need to answer to the clients . I was very disappointed with the service. It is not useful at all. To think that India isms the center IT, so they must be more advance than we ever think. AND ALSO sorrgvto mention all the person whom I was spoke with doesn't know anything. I really don't know how they are sitting and taking clients concern and just taking for granted. It's really bad experience, for more than an hour guiding me to follows several steps then at last, they just said, THEY CANNOT ABLW TO HELP ME WITH MY QUERIES. Unbelievable!!! NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. WAKE UP AND TRY TO MAKE YOUR SERVICE EASIER ...NOT MAKE MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS BECOME CRAZIER. IT'S ALRAEDY 2018 YOUR TECHNOLOGY STILL BELONGS TO 1950'S. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE NOT AWARE AND NOT ALERT. SOME OF THEM ARE RUDELY SPEAKING. SBI CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT HEAD, YOU NEED TO DO SOME ACTION IN THIS . OTHERWISE IT WILL BE WORSE AND YOU WILL BE LEFT BEHIND.

                                        we are having current account with your bank at Sakinaka Branch, our Company name is SMI Coated Products Pvt Ltd, we used to get export remittance to our Current account at SBI Sakinaka Branch. Couple of days before one of customer has received a mail, using our email id asking him to change the remittance to some other bank at Bank Name : Fibank(First Investment bank)
