Even after having an on time credit history from 2009 (The date i was issued sbi credit card) to june 2017, i and my family are being mentally harassed with threatening calls from sbi credit card department for not settling the fraudulent transactions/amount of rs. 46, 643.85 made from my sbi credit card on 29th april 2017.

On 29th april 2017 evening, i suddenly started getting many notification sms from sbi credit card about various random international transactions. I never got any otp message for any of them. I had immediately reported sbi credit card and chargeback dispute team at sbi about the fraud transactions. My card was immediately blocked. Even after blocking, i was getting many failed transaction attempts in various currencies at various random places.

My statement was generated on 22nd may 2017 in which there were 3 fraud transactions amounting rs. 44, 841.01. The description said that the transactions held in oklahoma in usa (Usd), kraków in poland (Gbp) and california in usa (Usd). There were also fc markup, st, sbc and kkc for these transactions amounting rs. 1802.84, which totals to rs. 46, 643.85 with fraud transactions. The transactions from statement are as follows:

There was another fraud transaction in the statement held in queensland in australia (In aud) according to the statement, but this was reversed in the statement itself. The details of this transaction is as follows:

I made a payment of rs. 29, 137 on 12th june 2017 towards expenses incurred by me and kept following up for the reversal of the remaining amount towards fraud transactions. The charge back dispute team said that they were not successful in reversing the fraud charges of rs. 46, 643.85 to my account. And since then, i have been pressurised, mentally harassed for close to an year now to settle the charges - which were not incurred by me. I have submitted email proofs to sbi about my communication with transaction dispute team but it has led to no result - i have been given false promises by sbi that the account will be settled by sbi, that i would no longer be bothered but nothing such has been done by sbi. Today, together with the late fees, financial charges and tax amounts - rs. 46, 643.85 has become rs. 74, 487.72 and i am being harassed to settle the charges immediately.

I have been continuously calling and mailing sbi ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com) to settle these amounts and they have been giving me false hopes that it will be settled, but in reality they have sent recovery agents to my home many times and i had to explain them every time, they have called me many times and every time i had to explain them again, and recently they have started calling my parents, and spoke to them in very loud and rude way and threatened them about confiscating my passport and spoiling my credit history so that i never get any loan or credit card from any bank. They also called my sister and asked her about whereabouts. I have already broken down many times because of all this behaviour. Therefore, i am posting in the national consumer forum for justice. Sbi should reverse all the fraud charges, stop the harassment, clear any damage done to my cibil score, and apologise for their unprofessional behaviour.

This is utter unprofessionalism and injustice by sbi where they are appointing rowdy bullies to even call parents and threaten them for fraud transactions which should have been reversed by them immediately. I am wondering about justice, law and order situation in india. Is there any law to safeguard customer rights and dignities? Is there any law to prevent companies like sbi to harass its customers in anyway they feel like?

I and my family feel very sorry for law-less country india is becoming. Please help us by raising voice against these type of criminal activities and torture being done by companies like sbi.

    I am not an account holder in sbi bank but still recieving messages regarding debit and credit to my mobile number.

      My a/c No. is SB [protected]. Today I checked my account through mini statement and found that I lossed my balance of Rs. 1, 25000/- through DEBIT SWEEP on 21.04.2018. I am totally shocked to see my available balance. I do not have internet banking facility for my above account.

      Pls let me know how it happend automatically without my concern. Does it mean I lost my money. I m afraid. plz help.

        Starting from 20.02.17, from my SBI account ([protected]), SBI is deducting SI charges and till now they are deducting 295 per month but though I am maintaining proper balances in my account, request you to take care on this issue as i am not getting any proper help from bank.and i am not clear also why they are deducting and till now they have deducted more than 4000 in this timeline.

        Please look into the issue so that I can get back my deducted money to my account.

        Sir, My name is SUMAN KUMAR GHOSH, My Aadhaar no is[protected].My Aadhaar is submitted in SBI, and Aadhaar is linked with account.But NPCI Aadhaar link status is still inactive.For this reason I am not getting my LPG subsidy from Bharat Gas.Please do something to solve my problem.
        I had submitted application for PPF Account Transfer from SBI La Martiniere Branch, Kolkata to ICICI Gorky Terrace Branch, Kolkata on 13 April 2018. However, the documents transferred by SBI is incomplete. Please give the required documents to ICICI Bank urgently. Very very poor services by SBI Bank.

          My card ending with 4714

          March month payment is 56480 but as per em it is 16444.

          Why they are charging extra no clarity

          I have done full payment charges of 56480

          But april month bill nothing is mentioned for this extra paid charges

          April month bill is 33462 but as pr emi it is 15188

          Why they collecting extra charges and where they utilizing this amount no explation

          If i will pay 15188 total emi then they will put extra finance charges

          I want explanation about this etra charges and where they adjusting charges

          As per norm we have to pay for emi and gst aplicable to that emi but no extra chrges

            Hi i am tapajyoti,
            On 16/12/2017 my s/b a/c has been deposited with the following entry:
            00300 cemtex dep mumbai main branch by salary rs 95.11
            I have contacted the local branch and have also e-mailed a complaint to sbi and have also contacted them by phone. But i am not getting any explaination of the same.
            I do not get any salary by neft from any org/sbi so i am unable to understand or explain this deposit.br...

            Dear sir
            A refund of 2166 rupees was successfully processed on 16apr2018 to my account from amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account num: [protected] by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and and shared the authorization code (Refund reference number) 74332748106810500528792 with the executive but he expressed his inability to address the issue and the issue is still unresolved.
            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on 16aprail 2018
            Kindly go through the procedure to locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              I used my sbi debit card on 6th march 2018 for a payment of my cbse pmt (Neet) form. The amount of rs.1400 was deducted but was not paid against my form, it showed a failed transaction. For that i contacted bank many times but they are not giving any reliable response, they are saying that the amount has been returned on 8th march 2018 but it has not been. For the same i updated my passbook but didn't find any debited amount as such. I am mentally harashed now, plz help me for the same.

              Even after complaining here sbi is not being concern and they have not made a even single call. So, with due regard i request again to take actions against sbi and help me.

                This is to inform you that i am receiving threatening calls on continuous basis on the name of state bank of india from aggarwal millenium tower - i, netaji subhash place, pitampura 4th fllor from a lady name khusboo (Number [protected]) stating that my brother in law has taken a credit card from the bank and has not made the payment from last 2 years and now it is my responsibility to get that money collected from him and get that back to bank when i said i am not even aware of this issue she started using abusive language and started threatening me. Please look into this matter asap or i have to take this matter legaly.

                  I dont know if i would even be getting an answer from your side. 2 months back i was in a really bad situation and as a customer i tried to contact customer care and get support so i could pay my bills in emi, but couldnt get in touch with customer care. I received calls and i asked them about the procedure for paying my credit card bill via emi, but again no proper answer. My situation got worse and i again tried to contact but the same problem, no one assisted. I didnt even had any money to pay my debts so i asked for settlement, the person from collection dept told me that they lodged my complaint but when i asked them to provide me a complaint id no. They gave me nothing. And now after so many mails and conversation i am getting calls and messages that legal dept will send me a notice. Dear sbi as a customer i do know my rights but this is really ridiculous that you people are now threatening customers. I just want a proper solution in terms of settlement. Hoping for sooner reply.                       I took a credit card from sbi, elite signature card where i was told that there will be an annual membership fee of 5000 plus tax however, this is will be returned to u in form of a gift card. The first time when i took the card and paid it. I got the the coupon and i was able to use it successfully. Now when one year is over i was charged annual fee for the card one more time for which i called the customer service for the coupon. The customer service agent informed that it was a welcome coupon which was one time thing and it is not credited every year. For which i asked them to close the card and refund the membership fee. For which i was informed that they will not refund the fee even if i cancel the card. (I have other credit cards too but i've never about any such policy, as every card company refunds the fee on prorated basis.) the customer service officer informed that i will have to pay the fee and there is no other option left. The only thing i can do is use the card forcefully till the end of the year and call back before the next year starts. Which is not fair cz firstly i was given misinformation that i will be getting a coupon every year against the fee and the second thing is i will have to use the card till the end of next year. I've called the customer service where everytime the first reply that i get is "my system is not working" and then my call is dropped. Then if i get through anyone they don't know how to solve the query. When asked for a manager i've been put on an endless hold. I'm on hold with them now while i'm typing this message. And this was supposed to be an elite card with 5k membership fee with premium customer service. Instead m dealing with a bunch of # who cannot speak english and don't know what the policies are.

Menazor says there is no time four work and told to came next month.                               Hi,

                              It's been shameful.. What kind of a service you are providing to your customer's.
                              Even after my earlier complaints at nodal & management nothing is done yet and i am getting collection calls from your recovery agents, they are talking very rudely & using abusive languages and also giving threat.

                              Is this my biggest mistake.. I am using sbi credit card??

                              Fortunately my wife is not using this card else she would logged the police complaint.

                              Below is the list of 13 numbers from which i am getting 5-7 calls daily, from 9am to 7pm.

                              Now you tell me what to do, can a working person spare 30 mins daily to talk to them, where they don't want to listen just need payment by using abusive language.

                              I am having 18 recordings with me, where they had given threat and used abusive languages, shocked to see even females were using lots of gaalis (Like kuta, haramkhor, aukat nahi hai use karne ki to liya kyu.. & many more) just for payment?

                              Is this the training you are giving to your collection/recovery agents?

                              Now i am not going to tolerate this, sending mail conversation copy to media/consumer forum/social media & to lokpal and everywhere for justice.

                              It's a case of harassment & respect.

                              Till date i have not received any confirmation from your side what action you are taking, also it's not about money it's about my self respect i am now paying all the dues which you are asking to pay without sending any statement.

                              Given so many complaints earlier also for hard copy of the statement but still have not received.
                              Your customer care always says "sir you will get by next month" don't know when this next month will come i am waiting for this since 7 months.

                              Hope i will get some suitable response on this from your side with action plan.

                                I gave my new mobile no for updation at state bank of india angul main branch, angul on 15th of march 2018. But they didn't update my mobile no for otp. How many times i have to go to branch for this i don't know.
                                They updated my no only for transaction details. Please go through this matter aqap.
                                I ask for locker they are forcing me to do insurnc

                                  My self manish kumar gurung i am serving in defence.. As on 14/04/18 some one calling from sbi card care. But he was a fraud. They have all detail is correct about me.. And he said me you have get some reward 5000 in your account.. So you give me a detail your card. And i will send 5000 reward in your account... But my mistake never say to... Please dispute amount refund...

                                    Earlier i was not able to do transaction from past two days, bank said my account is zero balance account and so i am not able to do much transaction then they just put lein on my account n i am unable to do any transaction money is freezed in my account.. N also rs. 500 has been holded by the bank. I dont deal in ant share debenture, neither i have any loan running on my account.. I am a student and i dont know what to do!

                                      I am holding a saving bank account with sbi aruppukottai branch. All the communications and the transaction alerts i am getting in hindi, which i don't understand. I am surprised i am holding a account where tamil is main language and mother tongue, why it is in hindi which i don't understand. More over you are charging for the account maintenance every year and sending all the communications in the language which i don't understand.

                                      Sir I have booked IRCTC ticket on 09 October 2017 and same cancelled on 19 Jan 2018. But sir after cancellation the amount not credited in my credit card account.

                                      The marchants say/mailed to me the amount credited on 27 Jan 2018 copy attached for your perusal please.
