That time i was go to bank but the bank and said my problem but in the bank no one respond that complaint so i was worried about it and give complaint to u..
Sir, that transaction utr no is[protected], it is online phone pe transaction. So you are kindly reested to please give my 9000/- charge back to my accont at an earliest please.

Sair maine apne account se 10000 kiye the is transaction is ac se [protected] date 07/01 /019ko aur mera transaction failed ho Gaya tha aur account se bhi amount debit ho Gaya tha aur Abhi tak mera amount re re found aya nhi hai

    Hi,

    It's been shameful.. What kind of a service you are providing to your customer's.
    Even after my earlier complaints at nodal & management nothing is done yet and i am getting collection calls from your recovery agents, they are talking very rudely & using abusive languages and also giving threat.

    Is this my biggest mistake.. I am using sbi credit card??

    Fortunately my wife is not using this card else she would logged the police complaint.

    Below is the list of 13 numbers from which i am getting 5-7 calls daily, from 9am to 7pm.

    Now you tell me what to do, can a working person spare 30 mins daily to talk to them, where they don't want to listen just need payment by using abusive language.

    I am having 18 recordings with me, where they had given threat and used abusive languages, shocked to see even females were using lots of gaalis (Like kuta, haramkhor, aukat nahi hai use karne ki to liya kyu.. & many more) just for payment?

    Is this the training you are giving to your collection/recovery agents?

    Now i am not going to tolerate this, sending mail conversation copy to media/consumer forum/social media & to lokpal and everywhere for justice.

    It's a case of harassment & respect.

    Till date i have not received any confirmation from your side what action you are taking, also it's not about money it's about my self respect i am now paying all the dues which you are asking to pay without sending any statement.

    Given so many complaints earlier also for hard copy of the statement but still have not received.
    Your customer care always says "sir you will get by next month" don't know when this next month will come i am waiting for this since 7 months.

    Hope i will get some suitable response on this from your side with action plan.

      I gave my new mobile no for updation at state bank of india angul main branch, angul on 15th of march 2018. But they didn't update my mobile no for otp. How many times i have to go to branch for this i don't know.
      They updated my no only for transaction details. Please go through this matter aqap.

And he said me you have get some reward 5000 in your account.. So you give me a detail your card. And i will send 5000 reward in your account... But my mistake never say to...           Earlier i was not able to do transaction from past two days, bank said my account is zero balance account and so i am not able to do much transaction then they just put lein on my account n i am unable to do any transaction money is freezed in my account.. N also rs. 500 has been holded by the bank. I dont deal in ant share debenture, neither i have any loan running on my account.. I am a student and i dont know what to do!

            I am holding a saving bank account with sbi aruppukottai branch. All the communications and the transaction alerts i am getting in hindi, which i don't understand. I am surprised i am holding a account where tamil is main language and mother tongue, why it is in hindi which i don't understand. More over you are charging for the account maintenance every year and sending all the communications in the language which i don't understand.

            Sir I have booked IRCTC ticket on 09 October 2017 and same cancelled on 19 Jan 2018. But sir after cancellation the amount not credited in my credit card account.

            The marchants say/mailed to me the amount credited on 27 Jan 2018 copy attached for your perusal please.

              Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

              Dear sir

              A refund of 1410.6 rupees was successfully processed on 13 april 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have confirmed with myntra and they have successfully processed the refund.

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to myntra's payment processor to locate the refund.

                From 12.03.2018 i am not receiving otp in my registered mobile number. I have complained many times through sbi's toll free number. They just registered a complain and generate a ticket number and told me that the problem will be resolved within 3 working days. But problem not solved. So i again complain the same online and also generated a ticket number. But in vain. So i visited my branch chandikhole (Branch code-4398) and updated my kyc etc. I also complain about the otp. They also told me that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. But in vain. I am facing a lot of problem and unable to make any transaction.

                Money in my account has been deducted as lien amount yesterday (13/04/18) without any notification or reason.
                Providing the fact that There is no loans or debts linked to my account.

                    It is inform you that i have opened a pay pal account with jstore (Ithaka harbors) on day before for jpass purchase for a term of 1 year plan. So, for the same the amount of $ 199.00 usd (₹ 13066.34) has been credited from my saving account on 17th april 2018 at around morning by means of online. But inconvenience the same was cancelled then and there on my request. Subsequently the amount credited for the purpose was refunded to my said account no.[protected] on 17 april 2018. Whereas the sent amount is yet to be appeared into the a/c as on today as per transaction detail given by them.
                    Therefore i request you to look into the matter.

                    I had purchased one mobile on emi with sbi credit card and after one day i cancelled it as soon as i cancelled i got massage from amazon that your all amount is refunded success fully but in here i see my sbi card a/c settled all amount on next day i got no refund on my card at all they are doing fraud on me.

                      There has been a false transaction from my account on 19 march 18 for the rs. 369.55 and on18 apr 18 for the rs 519.95 both in favour of vodafone. Which is not done by me.
                      For the both transactions i have not used my said david debit card and not even received any otp or any transaction alert on my registered mobile no.
                      Sir how any transactions can made without bank staff envolevment.
                      It is requested that pls enquire the matter to get the money back to the my account

                        I am using your sbi credit card from last 2 years and have not cleared my dues from last 3-4 months and feeling sorry for that but i am not not willfully doing this or would say i m not willfull defaulter, i'll clear all my dues by the end of this month else ready for any legal action against me.
                        Sir, i am receiving calls from some yogesh and truecaller showing name bharat rana sbi and his no. Is [protected].
                        He not only calling me and using abusive words, he also calls to my sisters number and make frequent calls to my office also.
                        Sir my sister is newly married he calls and threatened her regarding me it would effect her marriage life to, i personally requested that guy not to call my sister, it's me who has not made payment sbi has full right to take legal action against me. But calling and threatening a customer is a crime and harassing his family members for no reason is also a crime.
                        I have cleared him on 8th april call that i ll make the full payment by 24th this month or last to last by the end of this month.
                        Sir, i have all his recordings even my sister recorded all his calls.
                        I have liability towards my bank and ready to pay that, i am not running anywhere and permanent resident of india.
                        Sir, but this is wrong he calls me and using abusive words and calls to my office and try to demean me there. If he again calls to my sister than i have to take legal action against that recovery firm.
                        At last i have to clear myself that i ll make the payment by this month only or else bank has right to take any legal proceedings against me and i am ready for that but harassing my family members and trying to demean me or threatening me is wrong, that should be not done.
                        Kindly look into this matter asap.

                            Sir, this is very sorry to say that i transfer my home loan from corporation bank to sbi bank, parliament street, 30 regal building in feb 2018 after fulfilling all the formalities, a loan amount of rs. 1759850/- was disbursed on 06/02/2018 and since then i start requesting to bank executive mr manoj soni on his mobile no [protected] as well as to mr satveer singh on [protected] to deduct emi through ecs from my idfc bank whose ecs mandate was given to mr nalin naik/branch manager while completing the formalities one month before the disbursal of loan but they do not take the cognizance of my request and keep on assuring that it will be done whenever i used to ask and on the same time i also used to say that if you are not deducting then interest will not be born by me due to your fault but every time they said it will be done, but on date once i got the statement of my account on my watsapp by mr manoj soni then i found that from feb to april they have levied the interest on my loan account and now the outstanding balance is rs.1781685/-. They have charged interest rs. 9260/- on 28/02/2018 and rs.12575/- on 29/03/2018 which is totally wrong since i had already completed all formalities for ecs transaction of my emi from my salary account in idfc bank as well as i submitted 6 blank signed cheque leaf of idfc bank. My prayer is to wave off the interest levied on my account due to fault of loan disbursing dealing employee since i am not at fault at all. Moreover my accont in idfc bank never short of money and same has been verified by bank executive after taking statement of 6 month. I request to take the action against the defunct employee and refund my money which has been charged on account of interest without my fault.

                              A refund of 2500 rupees was successfully processed on 30th March, 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              kindly go through the charge dispute number (460941), locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                I m vikash Kumar .my bank account is with State bank of India.Ghoghardiha, madhubani, Bihar, (BRANCH CODE:-12568) since inception of the branch .

                                for my sister's marriage I need cash of 100000.00 I have approached the bank for cash but bank dnied to give cash .I have approached the branch manager several days and times but the manager also not entertained the matter when I told him about my sister's marriage then he told me it's ur problem so approach other branch or bank .I can't do anything .

                                Now I m feeling helpless due to crunch of cash and not able to manage the marriage event .

                                So requesting you to please help me to overcome with this situation

                                  14/03/2108 credit card active 17:15am then within 15minuts 9999:00 Rs debit MSG in Mobil .I Directly inform to sbi thasra branch manager, then after he advice me sir pleas block the card, iimaget call to sbi custom care register my complaney, Medam ask me it is flod case we inquyer my self then be-four 30/03/2018 get result but today sbi give me a 9999:00Rs bill.All flod residential mo no given in sbi custom care but no replay help me

                                    I have successfully payed Rs.1400 from SBI account and got the message to SBI registered no. That - thank you For using your SBI debit card no.-[protected] for a purchase worth Rs. 1400 at CBSESBIDRCARD. But my confirmation page was not updated and said to complete the payment.On 7th march 2018 I have payed again and it get successful. But I haven't get my extra payment . I kindly Request to refund my extra payment back on my SBI account A/C no. :-[protected]

                                      I have got refund of Rs. 166 from Paytm.com on 06/04/2018 but refund still not reflected in my saving account number [protected]. Paytm quoted me following "We would like to inform you that kindly contact the issuing bank customer care for the cards with Refunded ARN No. "15134838097000000797153".
                                      Paytm order number [protected].
                                      Kindly credit my refund asap.
