I had worst exp with sbi gt road shahdara branch. They have very unprofessional staff who branch only make customers life hell and not ready to work. Only one thing they can do which is routing customer from one counter to another. Most of the time staff not available and if available then occupied on phones or in gossiping. Sir i have an current account with the sbi okha branch. The problem here is that there are only two counters for cash. The cashier here r too slow and people have to stand in the queue for a minimum of 2hours.
The customers who have to collect an amount of more than 1lakh are also tortured by handing currency notes of 10 rupees notes and 20rupees notes....

A refund of 4999 rupees was successfully processed on 25 mar 2018 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved...

As per the government rules and regulations the letter is been issued for all emitra transactions in sbi bank cash handling should be waived off.. But i m facing this issue from Oct. 2017 from sbi bank, I.E. Pur Road Bhilwara. There is no serious action been taken in this matter... The staff is not aware of procedure till now and therefore i have showed them many times the screen code "2090" from which the cash handling will be waived off...

I deposited a cheque in Ballygunge Park Road branch on 3 April 2018. The amount was debited from my Bandhan bank account on 4 April 2018 at 12.45 hours. It was not deposited to my PPF account even by 10.00 a.m on 6 April 2018. Kindly explain why there was such an inordinate delay. if I have suffered any loss of interest as a result of this delay, please make good the loss.

I have my Locker in SBI ( chopsani Housing Board, Branch Jodhpur) was sealed by my father for personal reasons, though I am following up from last one year, but Bank Staff not supporting the same, it is pure harrassment to me, wastage of Time and Money because I stay in Gurgaon.

I have faced power cut during withdraw transaction in sbi atm. This atm is located in dakshin barasat, south 24 parganas, west bengal, 743372 beside apollo pharmacy. I was trying to withdraw 6000/- on 7th april 2018 evening but at the time of counting inside atm the power goes off and by the time my money was deductated with transaction id 070418. I would like to lodge a complaint on state bank of india khammam branch with ifsc code sbin0013329 where sbi is unnecessarily deducting ecs charges 295 rs every month.

Actually i have taken loan through hero finance to purchase my new bike with load application no 1767290 1year ego. Now i am facing problems with charges deduction by state bank of india not sure where the gap is when i called hero fincorp...

This is to bring to your kind notice that i am a trusted and loyal costumer of your bank and want to appeal for my rightful money return as a part of recent incorrect transactions. On 6th april 2018 night someone hacked my account along with net banking credentials and transferred rs....

I received a message on 4 february 2018 that a debit transaction has been made in my account worth rs 250 twice through internet banking as below

I have not done the above transactions and any otp was not received for that transactions.

I have tried to add money to airtel payment bank from sbi debit card rupay on 30th march 2018 but the transaction falied and amount is debeted from bank... Refund amount is not yet received till now
