Dear sir
I have made payment to Vadodara municipal corporation of 17800, from my hand payment got failed but amount was deducted. So i called to sbi customer care. He said that payment will get refund in 2days. But one and half month passed, my payment is not refunded. And thy are just telling rubbish and manuplating the things. I did so many calls and complain but no outcome coming. Because of that, vmc sent me notice and sealed my property. So i visited vmc office and did payment again. Now i want my payment back and sbi card team just doing timepass. But telling to make pending payment else they will charge interest on it. Please help me to get it refund. I have all the mails and attachment. I have also complained in vmc but they dint replied till now.
Please help me.

      HI last year i started my sbi credit card but i dont use it because i dont need the card that time but now when i going to use it .. ITs doesnt work when i see it whats the problem then it show some overdue amount for makeing charge like processing fee and yearly card charge .. The overdue amount is 4726 ..So i pay it because i need that card very most ... but afterthat when i use it then the card is doesnt work .I call to the customer care service then they will tell me that my card is not in service they tell me that my card is closed since 2 3 month ... if my card is closed so why did they take making fee or yearly charge ... now they dont open my card or not refunded my money ... I am in big trouble right now ... this is a fake company ... i want my money or my card activated ..

        There is sweep facility on my account no. [protected] in sbi uit branch bharatpur (Rajasthan) but this month my deposited amount dated 5 march 2018, has not been transferred to sweep. Although i have submitted the application for the same. Who will be responsible my interest lose. Please transferred my amount to sweep and allow interest from back and take necessary action against the defaulter.

        I have not received any response regarding my above complain till date. Still my deposited amount has not been transferred to sweep account and i am bearing a continuous loss. Very upsetting...

          When was quick transfer facility in net banking without adding a beneficiary removed? What is this utter non sense.. do i have to wait for 4hrs(time taken to add new beneficiary) everytime i need to transfer a small measely amount?

            Dear sir,
            I am a customer of your sbi bank of deulgaon raja sbin0012013 since opening of bank at deulgaon raja. I am also teacher so our department apply for converting our savings account in sgsp gold package for that reason bank suggest to update kyc documents. So i went friday 23/3/2018 for kyc update but that table have no service cause of leave. Then i am today (26/03/2018) go for further subject at 4:30 pm. But staff boy pavan talk not only rudely but also injured me and push me out of bank. It's happening so many times times with so many customers but no one take action for rude behaviour of staff boy pavan. Ian sending my injured photos also you check cctv footage give me a justice...

              I have renewed the policy online before 26th december 2017 (Motor car insurance). I have contacted the branch and through them different persons. I talked to them many times. I have sent the copy of receipt and policy. Every time they will assure me. But till now after 3 months i am not able to receive the policy. I request you to send policy as early as possible.

                    I am complaining about non-receipt of my new debit cum ATM card for the last more than 3 months. My old debit card expired on Jan 2018, since then I am trying everything to get the new card but did not able to get one till now. I visited branch office 4 times, wrote applications as well but all in vain. It is very frustrating to follow to get one ATM card for the last so many months.

                      I am a SBI customer having two accounts . And also i have a loan educational loan from Kodungallur branch.

                      I had only remitted amount of Rs 5000 till date to my loan account. And i had applied to Kerala Govt scheme for Educational loan repayment scheme. Which by the way is approved and i have to pay an amount of 22300 within 90 days. And the term given for me is still not finished.
                      Now the bank has made a transfer of 15000 from my Smart city Branch to loan account without my notice. I was aware of this only by seeing the message on my phone. I tried contacting the bank and then also no reply from them.
                      Now my account is clean with a balance of 9 rs in hand. I could not find a reason for my account being cleaned without informing me. If this is the case bank doing how can person be sure of money which is in his /her account. I dont get any receipt for the transaction nor a call .

                      My education loan is under processing scheme and i only have to remit the amount with in 70 days period. I want an explanation regarding the taking of money without notice from my account. Even this account is not in the same branch. And the bank has not informed anything regarding the same to me.

                          This has been like this for several times, as a student it is very distressful for me,

                            Rs.5000 & rs.3000 had been transacted from my account on 20/03/2018 & 22/03/2018 respectively by vimzap without my information.

                            We have registered the complaint on sbi toll free number on 22/03/2018 but i can't get any response from their side.

                            My service request number is[protected] regarding trxn dispute of rs 5000 is not processed till date.

                              Sbi is cheater bank, never use sbi credit card,
                              I issued a credit card from sbi last year i used it 2 month and i spent only 200 rupees by use of card, and i paid 700 to bank and then i block the card.
                              Now after a year they called me and asked for dues 6000, i was shocked, i already paid 700 against my expenditure and i confirm from customer care for any balance dues that are nil as per customer care,
                              Now after 12 month they call asked for dues of 6000, what the thugs they are, now customer care change his statement and betrayed me. They cheaters, i wish to banned the sbi bank in banking sector.
                              It looks like they have licence to cheat the customer and nobody can do action against them.

                                I jagir kaur sbi account holder, account no. -[protected] ; cif no. - [protected] ; ifsc code - sbin0032213.

                                On 28/02/2018, my son made an atm card online transaction to pay registration fee to lpunest 2018 of amount rs.700, but it was failed and he also tried it twice and that transaction was also failed but the amount of rs. 700 was deducted from my account which was not refunded by bank.

                                I also visited to branch several times but till date (26/02/2018) no money has been refunded to me.

                                Below i am providing some photographs of that failed transaction.

                                and upon ATM withdrawal (only once in the year) thro Axis bank ATM, I have been charged a sum of Rs.23-60 whihc is unethical. Please clarify.

                                    I recharged with 21 rupees for my jio data boost. The amount was cut but i did not receive any confirmation for that and also did not get the data i needed. I also confirmed in jio care by calling there, and i had come to know that no recharge has been done. So this is the problem with sbi online service. So, my request is to give me back my 21 rupees as soon as possible as it was cut from my account without any reason. Please do it as soon as possible

                                        This my 3rd time. I am writing this complaint on same issue. Last month complaint on same but no response only the nodal officer mailed and said that my case is under processes. I am clashed with financial so I request them to settle.
                                        But still not any updates from them.

                                        Today my new bill is generated which is multiple to previous bill which is not possible to pay from my side.
                                        So requesting you to solve my problem.
                                        And I want my your collection team at my work places so I can clearly talk with them face to face.
                                        So send your settlement officer at my office.
                                        I don't want any conversation on phone.

                                        now your call execitive saying, , my employee sbi card will not settle, , ..i have to pay whole outstanding amount(66000) which is not possible for me because im hospitalized, , i m retired person, so please look out in my case, ,
                                        please settlement my credit card account, .

                                        your collection team is harresing me while calling me continue.
                                        because of such calls i comes in depression so it affect on my health.
                                        if any medically false things will happened with me then a totally, the reason will be sbi card collection team and cards department.

                                        so i request you to settle my card as soon as possible.
