I am having long lasting relationship with sbi. Having two savings account, fixed deposit, insurance, locker etc. Based on the goodwill, requested credit card, they have agreed different card and issued basic card with rs.10000 limit.
I did my first transaction on 12th jan 2018 in hotel amount was rs. 9434.
I paid rupees 10, 023 on 25th jan 2018 on time.
1. My first transaction = rs 9434
2. Annual fee = 499
3. Tax for annual fee = 89.82
Last week, i have received sms from bank, says overdue rs590, deducted 200 rupees from my savings account and i need to pay 885 rupees with interest. I was shocked and called customer service officer; she was very irresponsible and rude.
She said, my transaction limit is 10000 and last month usage was 10023 so i need to pay 590 rupees with interest rs.1085 as penalty for using more than 10000 rupees.
I was pretty shocked. I asked them to share statement, they have not shared. First time card confirmation send mail to right email id. But statement sent to wrong email id, customer care officer asked me create online login to find out the statement. This is absolutely wrong.
First time my transaction was 9434 rupees. Due to annual fee this was 10023 rupees. Why should i pay penalty. Problem is with your system validation. How system allowed 9434 rupees. How do i know i need to swipe 9410 due to your annual fee and tax?
Why should i bare these 1085 rupees? This is 100% cheating from your bank.
I don’t want your credit card anymore. I want to cancel my credit card.
I don’t want to pay these 1085 rupees. I need immediate response. I am very upset and thinking of withdrawn my deposits and all the transactions from your bank.
Need immediate response. Based on the response i will take legal actions against your bank.

I am Divya V S, have made a transaction on 20/3/18 at 15:30 Atm id: BHBF[protected] using ICIC debit card number : **** **** **** 4016. My balance got deducted which is Rs 300. 00 but didn't get cash from ATM. I didn't credit it back, I have checked it by another transaction but failed Please do the needful.
