I got call from [protected]. She asked me about my SBI credit card details. I do not understand how she called me and gave all information which i have given to SBI Credit card department. there is big scam.

she also told me about my last failed transaction. I felt wrong when she told me i want to transfer 5000 rs to your credit card account then i realized this is fraud call.

I told her i will give this number to Police station then she cut the phone.

    A sum of rs 199 has been debited to my saving account no [protected] on 26.3.18 at 8.25 am through my net banking for credit to dishtv company.
    But the said firm has confirmed to me that they have not received any credit so far. Consquently they have switched off the sevice of tv channels at my home.
    They are asking me to pay this due amount as they have not received any credit from sbi.
    Please examine the position to afford credit to the concerned account of dish tv having my vc no[protected] with them.
    If the payment has been made to them by yoi then requisite information may be sent to me.

    Yes same thing has happend to me. I have done neft on 29/3/2018, still credit has not done. I think they are doing this to maintain there CASA, since its march end. Very pathetic service. There ATM's also are without cash. Dissapointed.

      D/sir,
      I was having only one rd no [protected] in malvianagar branch alwar, & few fds in other branchs of sbi alwar. Genrally tds on interest of every a/c is deducted on its maturity.
      But now on maturity of my above rd on 10/3/18 the branch manager malvia nagar has deducted the tds on my other fds which will mature in future (Next year). This is neither correct nor justified (As interest of other fds may change if i get pre maturity payment of one or more fds), as such it may create dispute in future. You are requested to kindly reverse the tds amount so deducted extra against the other other fds.

      Brief:
      (A) the interest paid on maturity of rd = rs.16732/-
      (B) while tds deducted from its interest =rs.8520/-
      (C) tds actually deductable = (10%a) = rs.1673/-
      (D) nett interest/tds deducted excess so reversable = (B-c)=rs.6847/-
      Kindly arrange earliest reversing the excess deducted amount i. E. Rs. 6847/-
      Failing which i have no option but to shift the entire amount to other banks to avoid problem in future.

              I try to fill cash through atm card no 006006*3314 rs 9200 having notes of 50*2, 100*6, 500*5, 2000*3 dated 13/12/17 but it is retracted due to mistake of atm
              Still today bank is not credited this amount in my account

                  I used my SBI debit card for filling petrol from Murughan Auto Fuel Agencies on 10/12/2017 for Rs. 2000/-. On 12/12/2017, a debit of Rs. 50/- was seen on my account and shown as surcharge on fuel. Whereas, there is no surcharge for refilling in petrol pumps. I get a .75 % incentive from other petrol pumps. When inquired about the same to the fuel agency, they give the reply to contact the bank. The POS machine installed was of Lakshmi Vilas Bank. After giving complaint to SBI, after two weeks, no reply was received so far, nor the money was credited back to the account.
                  Please do the needful .

                    My SBI home branch is Garhwa main road

                    As I got into the branch for the opening of my bank account, I fill up the form and the deposited . After that bank recommended me to apply for a green card .
                    The account opening form that i deposited I mentioned the mobile number section but when I received the ATM card and after standing in the line of 500 metre I got the chance to use the machine for the pin generation process but the OTP code was not coming as I got to know that bank employee haven't registered my mobile no . The mobile number which was regestired there was not mine .. so I didn't get the permissions to access the pin generation .

                    1. I complained about this stuff to the SBI COSTUMER SERVICE I called them they too didn't help me .
                    2 . The costumer service team helped me to opt out from the extreme worst situation they guided me to as for the pin generation kit from the nearest branch of the SBI ... I was not helped by the brach I contacted them again I asked them to file a complaint against the branch for not providing the emergency services ... The stuff was that the costumer service team was not able to locate the branch infact I provided them the IFSC CODE . I was helpless that time .
                    3. I got to my home branch and asked about the solution I was helped that fillup the form and deposit it .. it was totally waste of time, I was not helped there too
                    4. I contacted my home branch manager and explained him in brief about my condition he tried many times but he too was failed to help me .

                    Now I want to ask that
                    1. Do bank have any feelings for the costumer
                    2. Why was I not helped in the nearest branch
                    3. Why did the resolution of the complaint I did was a "Sorry" for the inconveniences caused
                    4. What was my fault only that I choosed the SBI
                    5. SBI have any time to think about the costumer that from which situation is the costumer is going through .
                    Without any fault I was suffering .
                    6. Till now my problem is not resolved
                    7. I request the bank that please don't make people feel unhappy and don't let them suffer from any problem specially caused by the bank itself .
                    8. The hell I faced that entire month ill can't even forget .

                    Improve your working procedure it's literally unsafe for people

                      We raised a complaint for proper display of our accounts in Internet banking of SBI through[protected]. The ticket "[protected]" has been closed by the SBI without resolving the issue.

                      It is better SBI close its Internet services and ask the customers to do the transactions like in history when this was as "Imperial Bank".

                      Competency of people at branches is miserable, though we gave 4 representations to correct the problem nothing has been done, felt it may be corrected by raising the CMS complaint, but nothing has been done.

                        Sir, credit card issue to me on October 2017 still pin number is not generated even no transaction have been done . Statement showing 4300 due for annual fee of rs.499 along with huge amount of interest which was not inform to me by the agent to pay the annual fee 499 otherwise interest will be charged nefore issuing card to me whether i use the card or not.                             Dear sir
                            I have made payment to Vadodara municipal corporation of 17800, from my hand payment got failed but amount was deducted. So i called to sbi customer care. He said that payment will get refund in 2days. But one and half month passed, my payment is not refunded. And thy are just telling rubbish and manuplating the things. I did so many calls and complain but no outcome coming. Because of that, vmc sent me notice and sealed my property. So i visited vmc office and did payment again. Now i want my payment back and sbi card team just doing timepass. But telling to make pending payment else they will charge interest on it. Please help me to get it refund. I have all the mails and attachment. I have also complained in vmc but they dint replied till now.
                            Please help me.

                                HI last year i started my sbi credit card but i dont use it because i dont need the card that time but now when i going to use it .. ITs doesnt work when i see it whats the problem then it show some overdue amount for makeing charge like processing fee and yearly card charge .. The overdue amount is 4726 ..So i pay it because i need that card very most ... but afterthat when i use it then the card is doesnt work .I call to the customer care service then they will tell me that my card is not in service they tell me that my card is closed since 2 3 month ... if my card is closed so why did they take making fee or yearly charge ... now they dont open my card or not refunded my money ... I am in big trouble right now ... this is a fake company ... i want my money or my card activated ..

                                  There is sweep facility on my account no. [protected] in sbi uit branch bharatpur (Rajasthan) but this month my deposited amount dated 5 march 2018, has not been transferred to sweep. Although i have submitted the application for the same. Who will be responsible my interest lose. Please transferred my amount to sweep and allow interest from back and take necessary action against the defaulter.

                                  I have not received any response regarding my above complain till date. Still my deposited amount has not been transferred to sweep account and i am bearing a continuous loss. Very upsetting...

                                      I am a customer of your sbi bank of deulgaon raja sbin0012013 since opening of bank at deulgaon raja. I am also teacher so our department apply for converting our savings account in sgsp gold package for that reason bank suggest to update kyc documents. So i went friday 23/3/2018 for kyc update but that table have no service cause of leave. Then i am today (26/03/2018) go for further subject at 4:30 pm. But staff boy pavan talk not only rudely but also injured me and push me out of bank. It's happening so many times times with so many customers but no one take action for rude behaviour of staff boy pavan. Ian sending my injured photos also you check cctv footage give me a justice...

                                        I have renewed the policy online before 26th december 2017 (Motor car insurance). I have contacted the branch and through them different persons. I talked to them many times. I have sent the copy of receipt and policy. Every time they will assure me. But till now after 3 months i am not able to receive the policy. I request you to send policy as early as possible.
