1 reporting of lost card no xxxx in the name of vg (Details given more than 10 times over 90 minutes on toll free no as stated in website.
2 incorrect information displayed on website and no cooperation from 24x7 call center

Dear sir,

I would like to report lost foreign travel card no [protected] in the name of vg. The same has been informed, verified by your 24x7 call center [protected] (As stated on your website) many times. I was informed by your 24x7 call center that i have to send email to above address and card would be blocked.

In first call (At 18.27 pm on 10/3/2018 lasting 20 mins approx) i was asked all details and all were verified and person confirmed that he is about to block the card (Refer mr. Bipin (Supervisor, mr abhijit and one more person) and suddenly the call center cancelled / dropped the call (Check recording)
In second call (At 18.47 on 10/3/2018 lasting 33 mins) i was asked all details again and than was told that i have to go to branch in gwalior to block the card, than i was told to write email (From any email account) to [protected]@sbi.co.in to block the card. On asking about my previous call where the card was about to be blocked they said that they are not aware of that call.

We informed sbi (On 24x7 call center line as stated on sbi website under foreign travel card section) that
1) website states the 24x7 call center no and i have informed sbi for blocking the card. I also told them that i had written a email (On 22-dec-2017 5:25 pm details mentioned below) on [protected]@sbi.co.in on but in response "the group prepaid only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.". As email will not be accepted so we asked for another email which they said they dont have any other email.
This was communicated to authorised 24x7 call center of sbi as stated on sbi website.

Issues :-

1 need to block above mentioned foreign travel card
2 need to issue a new card / transfer money lying in the prepaid foreign travel card to bank in usa of vg.
3 need to know action taken report on
A) why is incorrect no mentioned on official website of sbi and people attending to the same including the supervisor are unable to give coordinates or correct phone no, or any valid email id or any details of how to block prepaid foreign travel card (Yatra card)
B) reason why a customer like me who has paid in advance for prepaid card be harrassed for many hours which can be done in couple of minutes.
C) how does sbi expect a person in a foreign country to come to gwalior for blocking of a prepaid card and for issue of a new card (As stated by sbi official 24x7 call center which is also recorded) which again is contrary to details given on website (https://prepaid.onlinesbi.com/SBICMS/jsp/Portals/jsp/foreignCard.jsp)

D) please explain to me how to block a forign travel card, which is 24x7 call center line which can help the customer for this, and why should one take this much harassment from sbi call center where in couple of mins the person stand changes from about to block to cannot block.

E) rbi - as per rbi requirement specially point no 14 of rbi circular rbi/[protected]/16 dpss.co. Pd. Ppi. No.01/02.14.006/2016-17 july 01, 2016 has not been followed and phone no stated on website is incorrect (They refused the transaction of blocking the card) or they are incompetent (Non awareness / please check the recording). This is clearly a grave deficiency / mistake in sbi banking system. Why the same sould not be reported to rbi for grave deficiency in services of the biggest bank of india.

We request you to kindly block the above card and either transfer money to card holder account in usa or issue a new card.

    Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

    Dear sir,

    A refund of rupees 198 was successfully processed on 27 feb 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now but i have not received the refund till now.
    My account no. Is [protected]

    I have called the state bank of india service and give them refund reference number "igaczpkbz7" but nobody resolved the problem. No action is been taken.

    I have confirmed with amazon they have successfully processed the refund
    Requesting you to please look into this matter and help me in getting my refund. It will be very helpful from your end

      I am anil kumar mukhi having salary account at treasury branch bhubaneswar. Sir my car loan and personal loan account became irregular due to my pay held up for january. But the salary released on february amounting 34481. I have my salary slip. But in my account it is not drposited.in february i got salary 27710. The bank has deducted 33710 for car loan for 3 months. But in my ministatement it is seen 7900 is deducted in 6 jan 2018 for car loan. If deducted 33710 for car loan. Where is the rest amount. Since i m far away from bhubanesar not able to get my salary detail. Kindly help me

        Dear sir,
        My salary account in state bank of india at warora branch, ifsc code sbin0000501and mri code[protected] a/c no. [protected].
        I have deposit some money through cdm mean time power was gone and ups also not working due to this my cash was blocked in to the cdm.
        Then i approach to one staff of sbi he said me to write the application regarding this incident. I am submitted the application then he tell me to contact next day but i am asked next day about my cash i was miss behave with me and threatened to me and say your money not back you try anything i am not returned your money.
        Please resoled issue immediately and suspended to that official.

          Today morning on 10/03/2018 my father have recieved a message from dm-cssbi that an amount of 99, 99, 99, 999.00 has been credited and after some time my father recieved another message which told originally that his account with some amount was withdrawles and account was nil. So i am urging a request to take action immeadiately. And i want my money as fast as possible

While i choosing your payment gateway for payment, choose my bank (Syndicate) net banking option of payment, amount deduct from my bank and redirect to another page and show me below error message (Attach message also)

                On 26 feb 2018 i made two upi transections of rs10000 (Total 20000) by using paytm, to mohit. [protected]@icici but by mistake it was done to [protected]@icici which is connected to a sbi account of a branch of meerut up (Sbin0002401 a/c [protected]). I had to transfer money in an account of icici bank. I requested to my bank to help me to get my money back. My bank i. E prathama bank moradabad had send a e mail to your bank but your bank didn't reply. Kindly help me in getting my money back which is credited in an account of your bank.

                    I requested for opening two fixed deposits with state bank of india, hatia, ranchi branch.

                    She opened these fixed deposits and entered an incorrect name on the fixed deposits. The name was absolutely incorrect

                    After calling her and informing her, she says that your kyc is incorrect. How is this possible? I have been the customer of the bank for more than a decade. The account with which i opened my account is my salary account for decades.

                    A strong action should be taken against her and my fd details to be corrected as soon as possible. Her good name is deepa.

                      I have received a refund of rs 802.45 from amazon but my refund amount is not credited to my bank account why. The reference no from amazon is[protected]. The refund was initiated on 17 february 2018. Please look the matter soon. What is happening this. Why consumers is facing problem. I also contacted sbi customer service but no result. They refuse to take complain and slovenly the problem of my. Refund path was net banking.

                        My father had opted for a full and final settlement option as he wanted to close the credit card and settle the out standing balance thru 8 installments.

                        We received the letter and also paid the first installment in cash and rest installments thru cheque which was deducted from my account with out any fail.

                        After the completion of the installment we checked with the customer care they mentioned that the system still shows outstanding.

                        We are really surprised and worried with all efforts we paid the amount and in return we get such a response. Really annoyed and don't know whom to approach as the customer care team are not even aware or redirecting us to the right person.

                        Will appreciate if someone can help us in this situation.

                          Hi team,

                          I took a loan (Scheme name encash) from sbi bank through my sbi credit card on 10 may 2016 for rs. 120000. It was at 15% for 3 years. Payment is made through cheque # 835083. Emi is 4833.33.

                          I am paying its emi till now. However, i checked its forecloser process, then i realized something wrong in interest calculation. As per emi schedule, total interest at the end of tenure is 54000.

                          Now may basic understanding with loan/principal/interest is

                          1. I have taken a loan of 120000 @ 15% for 3 years.
                          2. I am paying emi which includes interest and principal component.
                          3. Now, based on schedule, total interest is 54000 after end of tenure.

                          Now, interest can be = 54000 if i don’t pay any principal in every month emi and only pay interest, then interest comes to total of 54000 ~ every year 18000 @15% for 120000. So for 3 years it is 54000.

                          However, when i am paying part of principal every month, then how come interest still can be 54000? Interest can be 54000 only and only if i do not pay any principal every month and bank is only taking interest and keeping principal balance same as 120000 till the end of tenure i. E. 3 years.

                          I checked online amortization schedule by putting all these loan details total interest comes approx. 30000 (Excluding processing fee/tax etc).

                          I have already raised this concern to sbi 3 weeks back and instead of replying my concern, customer care executives/nodal officers are replying irrelevant stuff like 3-4 times sending schedule, telling me processing fees, foreclosure charges etc. I did not ask any of these things. However, instead of addressing my main concern, they are replying irrelevant details and dragging the issue. I have a feeling that they might be thinking like this i will get fed up and drop my concern. Hence, after exchanging mail 10-12 times, i am forced to approach you.

                          I am requesting to recheck my interest calculation and adjust it accordingly.

                          There is no option to attach documents. I wanted to attach emi schedule/exchanged mails etc.

                            When i went to sbi bank meridean view plaza shop no 22, 21, with branch code 71072, ifsc,, sbin0071072, the branch manager mr amod jha was not giving me answer about aadhar update, because i'm not receiving my lpg subsidy, i already submitted, unified subsidy and aadhar card copy every staff of the bank refused to give me receiving. So please solved the issue i have already called sbi helpline no, and subsidy helpline no.. Here is shown the fault of bank manager my mobile no is [protected]

                              I have been using a credit card issued by sbi with card number [protected].
                              I received a sms regarding my billing on 3rd march that my outstanding bill is rs 20672 and the amount is payable within 21st march 2018.
                              Today on 9th march 2018 again i have received a sms that my outstanding amount is 26604. How?
                              Once the bill has been generated and i am supposed to pay within 21st march 2018 how cum the amount changes within 6 days. I mean what kind of calculation is this. After the bill has been generated i am not liable to pay any extra amount. Any one who attends this issue from the concerned bank and department is hereby instructed to look into this matter and reach me at [protected]@gmail.com for resolution.

                                I have applied for sbi credit card. During confirmation i found that they are unnecessarily charging me card protection plan amount.
                                I have informed verification team to cancel the card and i will not take and use that card.
                                Sbi credit team have sent the card 3-4 times and i have refused to take the card every time.
                                I haven't received the card though i am getting the messages to pay the due.
                                I don't understand why they want payment from me if i haven't received the card at all.

                                  My dad neft me 550 rs on 8 th march and due to low balance bank deducted all my money 550 rs as i m jobless and no money to buy food and bank take all my money that is just 550 rs how they can do like this to a unemployed person. Now i want my 550 rs back as no one is there to help me my dad is also retired from sbi and he is senior citizen and my account is joint with my dad my account no is [protected] pls provide me solution

                                      First of all i would like to say that, sbi credit services are pathetic and your employees are greedy as they are asking money from me separately to settle my outstanding balance.
                                      Two of their collection agent has come to my house to collect money for my dues which is okay, but they have started asking for money from me as well as i have been told by them that they have many ways to settle my account, or they can write off my outstanding balance and all other #. Even they threat my father when i was not at house.

                                      I have previously request sbi to settlement of my dues, but they have cancelled my request, the kind of ignorance they have shown to me giving me mental harassment feeling, even though i have made payment of 30, 000 and 4000 separately, and they still are increasing your interest day by day and calling me for money now i am unable to make you payment anymore and i am scared that they will come to my house and threat my family for money. Please help
