This is to inform you that manju Devi one of your customer has been opened a account on your branch. She deposited cash Rs. 2000 rupees. She got a welcome massage from Bank side. But after a few minutes while she got a another massage that a 500 rupees has been debited by transfer. How come it's happen the customer doesn't know. Kindly arrange to returnen her money on given account .FYI . These are the massage .

My account has been debited two time for the amount 147.50 and 147.50 what the reason to deduct the huge amount of my sbi account please immedieatly my account has been credit of my balance otherwise i was complain the main branch of sbi
I received a message stating that your account has a debit transfer of 147.50 rs
My Transaction id[protected] Dated[protected] and [protected] Dated[protected] for booking irctc not refunded .so please find the status and do the needful.
On date 17 i insert twise my ATM card to withdraw money, but i was unable to withdraw money, after 5 min i check the balance it was there . so when i reach my place, i went in to withdraw money so there deducted rs 6000, the blance 750, so i check after 2 day til now the balance is zero . so how can i get back the money

    Dear sir/mam,

    Today i received a call from "+91-[protected]". And claimed that he is from sbi and manager itself and started shouting at me that why you guys don't submit ur documents and as a result we are going toblock ur debit card. He told me we can activate is and asked my card number.
    For authenticity i asked him that i have doubt on him, he told details of my bank account which is of "sbi manyata tech park, bangalore".
    After which i gave my card number. And they have done online 3 transaction of 9999+4000+1000.
    I was on call with him and once i noticed otp msg from sbi i started shouting at him and he disconnected the call.

    Please help me on this as i can see money has been transferred to oxigen wallet and mpesa.

    I have blocked my debit card with help of customer sup @sbi.

    Sir today I get SMS of 147₹ deduction from my SBI account .My SBI branch is sec 4 Udaipur Rajasthan IFSC code SBIN0011406.My account is registered as JAY PAL SINGH CHOUHAN S/O DHEERENDRA SINGH CHOUHAN.
    please provide me the reason behind it, and credit the amount immediately in my account.
    Please provide me the reason for the below message which i received today.

      I have made a payment for sbi credit card through paynet services. I made the payment via internet banking. The amount got deducted from my icici bank account. But, transaction is on pending status for long time.

      Please let me know when the payment will be completed. If it will not, then will i get my money back in my account?

        On dated 25/2/18 i have recharged my mobile no [protected] with rs 220 and thereafter 110 through sbi anywhere (Personal) at 8:20 pm. Rs 220 recharge was successful but recharge of 110 was not successful and said amount was not deposited/credited in mobile balance but amount of 110 was deducted from my account no [protected]. So you are requested to refund my wrongly deducted amount i. E rs 110

        People want to know the reason behind these deductions. I am complaining about the same reason that the most of the people are complaining about. Deduction of rupees 147.50 is a huge amount. I don't think these deductions are related to any atm charges. Many people are complaining about this please kindly revert back.

          When approached for the details of education loan payment, branch manager (Sbi-kodumon, branch code: 070560) used very abused words and she behaved like a market lady.
          She insulted in front of other customers and not even ready to check the payment receipts. Rs. 3, 60, 000/- paid to the said account through village office as part of the revenue recovery and she have not credited the amount in proper way. Whatever dd has been collected she have credited to reliance without following any procedures. Once we asked the documentary proof for the same, she have not even provided the correct reliance loan a/c no also.
          She really troubled me a lot and she is not having any idea about status of the account. She simply ate my money.
          We have taken proper proofs from taluk office showing the said payment dd has been taken in branch manager name and she is only received the same.
          I got doubt that, sbi appointed such a cultureless market lady as their branch manager.
          Same time so many other customer also informed about her behaviour inside the branch.
          If she cannot manage the customers and cannot provide the details why she is sitting in the chair of branch manager.
          Anyway it is a big shame to total sbi group, at least somebody from sbi should read this complaint and should realise there are staff in their group who is misbehaving with the customers in the same way.

          I lost some payments because the negligence of this lady and anyway i closed the account with reliance. (As a private body at least reliance helped a lot in my case)
          Common man should realise the fact that all officers in bank is not having good knowledge in the work, what they are doing.
          Don't believe in the words of single person blindly. At least discuss with minimum 3 person.
          Otherwise officers like this lady will eat our money easily.

          I have given complaint to sbi also but they have not even checked what is the problem.
          I should not suggest sbi to anyone for taking any kind of loan as they are handing over the loans to reliance commercial finance and making lot of problem to the customers.
          They will not notify the customers also regarding the loan account transfer.

          So beware common man!!!

          I wanted to deposit some amount in the form of hard cash in one of the sbi branch in mhow (M.P) but the employees of the bank are saying that you cannot deposit cash through form, so I wanted to know where it is written that you cannot deposit through form and wanted raise complaint against them.

            My debit card was broken longtime i did not use my debit for last 3 years. I want to know why govt. Bank is looting the common people money. Worst banking sector and looting the money with "unnecessary fees". Instead of recover the money from defaulters - nirav modi, vijay mallya... Ect. Looting money from common people. It is very bad. Clear instruction is not save money in sbi...

                On 28th of feb 2018 sbi has deducted 147.50 rs from my account without any reasons, the message they sent for deduction is as followed

                "your a/c xxxxx495382 has a debit by transfer of rs 147.50 on 25/02/18. Avl bal rs 1, 260.19. Download yono @ www.yonosbi.com"

                I want know the reason for sbi's blunder. I haven't done any transaction on that day. They want us (Non working class - students) to maintain a min balance of 2000rs and we r when we are trying hard for it, they do this.

                  Dear sir on 17 february 2018 i had funded my account of kotak 811 app using my state bank of india debit card with rupees 10000. My money got debited from my bank account but was not credited in kotak 811 app and i received an error that payment processing failed. But till now i had not got my money back into my account. Due to this i am in mental pressure.

                  So i kindly request you to look into my problem seriously and credit my money as soon as possible.

                    Sir on 15 feb 18 an amount of 147.50 got debited of atm annual fee 2017-18 from my account [protected]. But according to sbi the classic debit card annual maintenance charges is rs 100+st for classic debit card and i have the classic debit card.
                    So sir kindly solve this matter about extra debited amount and
                    Refund the extra debited amount in my account.

                      I would like to inform you that i received the message from state bank of india on[protected] at 10:04 am in the morning "your a/c xxxxx49 has a debit by transfer of rs.147.50." i would like to know why bank didn't inform me when they deducted the amount from my account in the form of transfer, without intimation. It is considered as offense from sbi. I need reason for this deduction asap.

                        इस खाते के वार्षिक स्टेटमेंट निकलने के हेतु दि.२६/०२/२०१८ को बैंक में गया था. मगर उस दिन प्रिंटर बंद है इस कारण से मुझे स्टेटमेंट देने से श्री.अभिषेक ने इंकार कर दिया.दुबारा आज दि.२७/०२/२०१८ को मै बैंक में स्टेटमेंट निकलने के हेतु जाने पर असिस्टंट मैनेजर श्री.अभिषेक ने मुझे स्टेटमेंट ना देते हुए गलत बरताव किया.और मुझे मैनेजर की तरफ भेज दिया.बाद में मैनेजर के कहने पर भी उन्होंने स्टेटमेंट देने से इंकार कर दिया.उन्होंने यह भी कहा की मै किसी की नहीं सुनूंगा.बैंक क्या मैनेजर चलता है क्या.? इसके बाद भी मैनेजर ने एक महिला कर्मचारी को स्टेटमेंट देने से कहा तो महिला कर्मचारी कहा की, "मेरे यूजर आय डी से स्टेटमेंट निकला तो आपको अलग चार्ज पड़ेगा .क्या यह सही है ?.
                        इसके बाद की ग्राहक का काम करने की वजह ग्राहक का मजाक उड़ाते है.
                        कृपया इस बारे में मुझे आपसे न्याय की उम्मीद है.

                          I have received message so many times from the code im-cbssbi
                          That "Your A/C XXXXX525724 has a Cash withdrawal of Rs 4, 400.00 on 27/02/18 . Avl Bal Rs 56, 575.00 Etc."

                          When i don't have an sbi account. I am not sbi account holder. Still receiving this kind of messages. Please let me know who is using my number.? My complaint against sbi bank and that account holder who linked & using my number.

I have applied for kai jawan pension loan on 8th feb 2018. Now on date 27.02.2018 no any single process taken by dbi daund branch. Over 20 days lapsed no any single reply received by branch. Where as i have urgently required loan amount.

                                A sum of rs. 206.50 p has been debited inadvertently to my savings bank account no. [protected] in the name of dr. Puneet dhingra on 20.02.2018 on account of atm annual fee 2017-18. No atm transaction has been made by me during the said period, which is clear from the entries in the pass-book. The same may please be credited to my said account. Back at the earliest possible

                                I filled application form for account opening on 23 feb 2018 and they told me to come on 27 feb 2018...when I go there on 27th they told me to come after 2nd march 2018 in harishchanra college branch of Varanasi city... Uttar Pradesh.

The manager is not having proper communication with customer so i'm closing the account in your vmc branch nellore in andhra pradesh. Because of managers like this your bank will get a bad name.                                     This is what i got from sbi. But so far i know the annual atm maintaining charge is 146... I want to know that is the extra money deducted for???
                                    They must inform their customer proper explanation along with every deduction...

                                      My aadhar number[protected] but in uidai site (Bank linking status aadhar inactive). Which before 2 month i already linking my aadhar to sbi.
                                      Another thing that my lpg subsidy not transfer to my sbi account. (Npsc aadhar not submite) so payment due to hold.
                                      Please solve the issues.

                                        I have a saving account in state bank of india at akola maharashtra.
                                        The bank has sent me following message,
                                        "your a/c xxxxx837914 has a debit by transfer of rs 147.50 on 25/02/18."
                                        It is not understood as to why the state bank of india has unnecessarily deducted the amount without any reason.
                                        I therefore request the bank to credit the amount in my account at the earliest.
