I've had the exact same problem with my sbi a/c as that of many others. Please do the needful at the earliest. I've lost 295/-. I haven't made any investments in this account or any account for that matter. It affects the trust people have in the bank. Already there are charges for depositing money (25/-). Then there is the annual maintenance fee (147/-). All those are well and good. But, this one (295/-) is not. Don't steal from customers through unfair means.

    an amount of 354 deducted from my account without my permission

    Today[protected] i got two messages says that

    Your a/c xxxxx has a debit by transfer of rs 206.50 on 26/02/18. Avl bal rs xxxx. Download yono @ www.yonosbi.com

    And next message is

    Your a/c xxxxx has a debit by transfer of rs 147.50 on 26/02/18. Avl bal rs xxxx. Download yono @ www.yonosbi.com

    I don't know whats happening a total of 354 rs deducted from my account without my permission......

    Ppo no m/03817/2013, colonel somnath praharaj (Retd) pensioner ld-[protected]l, am holding pension a/c [protected] at sbi, rly station br, barrackpore, wb. Since i was serving after retirement i was not getting da on pension. I have since finally retired wef 01 jan 2018. I have submitted all requisite documents to this effect to my bankers and cppc. Inspite of the same, requisite da on my pension has not been remitted for the month of jan/feb 2018.
    I kindly request the concerned authorities to take necessary action to remit the same at the earliest,

      not receiving mobile messages after the money transactions

      I have been charged by sbi for every quarter for sms services but i am not receiving messages for imps transactions/intended deductions by sbi for atm maintenance fees, interest credits etc.
      How come sbi being one of the world's largest bank and doing all such # things?
      This is not at all proper service from a govt bank.
      I wanted to resolve such issues sooner. Or else inform them to not to charge.

        My name is anju bardia. My account no is [[protected]]. I tried paying for my daughter's neet form from my sbi debit card on 17/02/18. After confirming the payment it showed due to technical error you have been logged out but the amt was deducted from my account. I tried paying again on 18/02/18 and the same thing happened. Finally the payment on 20th was successful but i have not yet received the refund of the two unsuccessful transaction where only money was deducted from my account but payment was not made. It's been over a week a complained before also but action has been taken. Please return the money back to my account.

          The undersigned has acquired sbi fixed interest bonds (2 numbers of fv per bond rs 10, 000/-) which has tenor period of 10 years and redemption date is 10 years from the deemed date of allotment ie from 16/03/2011 and so the redemption date is on 16/03/2021.

          In this regard, you may further refer my application no. 27806129 & dpid : in301637 & client id : 40069662.

          To my surprise it is noted from the nsdl statement received that the above 2 bonds have already been redempted during march 2016.

          In this regard i confirm that the proceeds of the above 2 bonds were not credited to my account nor i received any warrants in physical forms for the same. More over it may please be noted that the above bonds have issued for 10 year tenor and so how the same has been closed on completion of 5 years?.

          Copy of allotment letter and my bank statement for the period 01/01/2015 to 09/01/2018 were already sent to you on 30/01/2018 by courier for your ready reference.

          Spoken several times directly to to the office of the datamatics fin. Services, mumbai.

          No solution to the above issue.

            Though i haven’t taken any loan or anything so why te bank deducting my balance for free.
            I want my money to be refunded asap and also want to end any further deductions.

            The same thing happened to me today 9:13 AM. What is the problem?

              Maine sbi se home loan liya tha aur home loan par rinn raksha cover karaya tha. Pure 2sal ho gaye par rinn raksha cover ka bond nahi diya gya. Maine kai bar branch me complain ki.. Par abhi tak koi karvahi nahi ki gayi.

                In this branch lots of issues are there

                1- all staff in this branch is corrupted...
                2- if any body get a loan for 1 lakh they charge 10k for corruption...
                3-all staff in this have very bad attitude and says abusing words to every customer, senior citizen and student...
                4-now they said if aadhar card is submitted then there is no gurranteed about your account safety...
                5-when i said these things to the branch manager, they said i can"t control staff
                6- my father get new passbook, he has issue about that but they fling my father passbook in office...

                Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sirrrrrrrrrrrrr...
                Do something for this branch...

                  For which i used my maestro debit card. I used sbi gateway the amount was deducted from my bank account but it failed and the amount is still not refunded to my bank account. Its been more than 15 days now and still my amount is not refunded. Please do pay attention towards this it's necessary.

                    Rs 206 has been debited from my sbi account barasat branch on 25th feb 2018 without any reason. Money has been deducted from my balance. I want my money back. The sms reads :

                    Why was the money deducted?
                    I want my money back. Please look into the matter as fast as possible

                        Before 1 month i went to withdraw my money, but suddenly i got to know that my balance is only rs.480. But i had balance of rs.10, 500...
                        I had taken mini statement and came to know that on23 august 2017 my a/c was fraudulently debited withrs.10, 000...
                        My atm will be with me always and i had not withdrawn this amt...
                        When. I went. To bank i came to know it was withdrawn at axis bank atm apcn. No.72350 and area is not mentioned... Bank executive is telling that u go to axis bank and investigate there abt area of that atm and lodge complaint in p. S.. When we trust banks and keep money there and whats the use to waste our time by doing all this formalities...
                        We all r busy with our jobs and daily life routines...
                        Banks has to keep trust of there customers how can anyone withdraw my money if the card is with me...

                            I have maintained 2, 000.00 rs.in my account. Today i received message from sbi for the debited 147.50 rs.

                            I got this message:

                            "your a/c xxxxx982560 has a debit by transfer of rs 147.50 on 25/02/18. Avl bal rs 1, 935.28. Download yono @ www.yonosbi.com"

                            This is not first time debited from sbi, many times sbi deducted some pieces of money without any reason.

                            So please do needful. No body help me on sbi.

                                Sir, the letters goi ministry of finance department of financial services letter no f10/21/1g/2011-ir dated 23/28 june 2011 (Ser no 9 in nominal roll) and the sbi reply letter to the above ministry letter, have not been implemented so for after also repeated requests to the chairman sbi. May be fraud in the issues. Request to the forum personal examination of all concerned letters to the above ministry letter and order to the chairman sbi for send the sbi clerk appointment order and the compensations for delay the order since july 2011 most urgently please.

                                    Hello the service. I had deposited 10500 ₹ in cash deposit machine at anaj mandi branch, jaipur, rajasthan at 12.00 noon, at the time, at the time the last transaction was told. Then till now i have called coustome care 2 times but my problem is not note not done or resolved my problem it is very important for me to deposit this deposit that my father has gone out of jaipur, he has less money to come to jaipur and he is just waiting to have the same amount i had deposited in the cash deposit machine and they stopped. What should i do now in the lord and my father is waiting for his father. I request you to deposit and update my account as soon as possible.
