Today, i got a call from an unknown mobile number saying that he is calling from my sbi branch. He said that they make a lucky draw of 15 people daily, to whom they provide credit card free of cost & many more offers.
I was about to ask about him. But he told me my name, my account number on the phone. So, i somehow started listening to him. He started explaining about the benefits of credit card.
Then, still to confirm, i asked him about the branch name & he answered everything flawlessly.
To make it more genuine, he told me to send my id proofs on an email id, that looked like a real email id.
When i got home & explained it to my parents, they told me that it is a fraud & it happened with them.
Managers in the bank branches are dealing with such companies, who want to sell credit card. They are hiring and keeping those people illegally in their bank in order to get heavy commission from these companies.
The biggest issue here is that banks are sharing our bank accounts details publicly with them. They have all our details with them.

On 23/08/2018 Rs. 117 has been deducted from my SB account without my knowledge.
Please let me what can be done.
