    not opening my scss account backdated on transfer from post office to sbi

    My scss account transfer application from FPO to SBI received in Jan 2018. I was paid interest last on 01 October 2017 by the FPO . SBI unable to open account in their system back dated. RBI Guidelines violated and I am not getting any interest since last quarter. Bank says software does not allow opening of scss account backdated. Kindly help. Their services desk not providing any solution. My hard earned money is lying in suspense. I feel...

    Sir, I have presented a Cheque Drawn on South Indian Bank, Kothanur Branch Bangalore bearing No.481966 dated[protected] for Rs.50, 00/- to your SBI Hoodi Branch (Branch Code[protected] on 8th Feb. 2018 for clearance and put the amount in my SB Account [protected] held at Dollar Colony Branch. On 10th I visited SBI Hoodi Branch to know the status of clearance but my surprise they have given a Return Memo Report No.162341/205001/140 dated[protected] stating as follows "being unable to obtain payment of the enclosed Cheque No.481966 for Rs.50, 000/- drawn on Citi Union Bank Ltd. Aptar Branch. We return it to you herewith for the reason given below: 36-Wrongly delivered Mot drawn us. The amount has been debited to your [protected] account.
    I have clearly filled the challan Drawn on South Indian Bank. And SBI while processing clearace made mistake hence returned. A sum of Rs.177/- is debited my said about by SBI stating FID Loans[protected] on 09-02-18 This amount of Rs.177/- should be credited to my said account under intimation to me. (mob. [protected]).         I am holding salary account in SBI bank, Account no. [protected] (IFSC Code: - SBIN0012965) in your bank for the past 2 years.
        I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs.1, 300/- has been debited from my account on 8th Feb 2018 which was wrongly deducted from my main balance account Since I was trying to get the cash from one of the PNB ATM (ATM address - PNB bank Sector 1 Vashi) after that, I had tried calling to your customer care no. but unfortunately it didn’t reached out them, hence I have made complaint through online web portal, complaint no. [protected] registered on 9th Feb 2018 and till that, no one contacted me for any resolution, surprisingly yesterday, I got the below mentioned SMS from bank that your account has been credited the deducted amount, “Your complaint no. with [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : CUTOMER A/C CREDITED on 15/02/2018”But till the date I didn’t received the money,

          I am a cumsumer of sbi card.. They charged me rs 1665 for cpp assistant plan for 1 year.. Without informing me..

          When i complained to their helpline for why you charged this plan without my knowlege and not informing me..

          But he call me for this and request and convinced to activate this plan.. But i refused to do this..

          But still they didn't cancelled it and not refund my money..

          I am harassed.. Please help me..

                In 16/2/2018 a sms comes in my mobile informing" your account xxxxxx has a debit by transfer of rs 147.50..download www.yonosbi.com" ... Without my knowledge and prior permission why this is happening?
                As i am merely a jobless youth this is so unethical to deduct my hard earned money in this way.
                Kindly resolve this issue and refund my money

                  I rekha devi is a customer at sbi branch amb distt una hp. Last year 20th july 2017 i went to branch for fix deposite of one lack rs. But there miss rashmi a bank employee make me sure that i have to make payment of 100000 for five years & i will get rs 10, 00, 000 after 10 years. But now i have come to know that it is a ulip policy. So i am feeling deceived.
                  If bank employees are doing so then where should we go? What should i do pls tell me?

                      Sir i arvind rana used my sbi debit card at big bazaar elante mall chandigarh on 7th feb 2018. The 10000 rs debited from my account but payment not recieved by bigbazaar.

                      Even after so many days i didnt get my money back. Big bazzar has given letter also that they havnt recieved. I lodged compaint at sbi customer care ticket no [protected].

                        On[protected] amount of rs. 12, 253.63 has been debited from my sb account vide 5 transactions through debit card details. I came to know about this when i started receiving sms on my mobile.

                        Pl note that said transactions are not done by me neither i have shared any details of debit card with anyone. Transactions were proceeded by bank without otp generation. I have lodged a complaint with my sbi local branch by submitting all relevant documents on[protected] since[protected] was a bank holiday.

                        I held bank only liable for this because bank has authorised the payments without generations of otp.

                        Now i request bank to credit my account with rs. 12, 253.63 immediately and make your system very strong so that it should not happen with anyone in future.

                          I have a one sbi debit (Atm) card but in 16.2.2018 a sms come in my mobile card form sbi your card debit of rs=147.50 agin same time same sams come my a/c balance=147.50 dedeucted in three time
                          When i call atm customer care no. She says you have issue three atm card but in my record i have only one atm card

                            Hello all,

                            I just want to inform you that huge scam done by sbi branch noida sec 51 (Old branch noida sec 39), csp center and bharat gas agencies. They people are missusing customer documents for fraud bank account and issuing fraoud gas connection or csp center opened this fraud bank account for subsidy amount. This is the total case summery. Complete case details is below.

                            In january 2018, i had applied for a sbi saving account in noida sec 50 branch, after few days later recieved a call from branch service manager side he told me, ma'am we are unable to process you request becouse you already having a jan dhan yojna account in noida sec 51 branch,

                            Totally socked becouse i had never applived for sbi account before. So how this account get active on my name. I had alrdafy escalted this case to sbi on mails and visited branch too.in noida sec 51 branch i asked about the account details. Service manager confirmed this is the frouad account and its done by any csp center. She also agreed so many fraud account opened by csp centers in bulk for gas subsidy and for connections as well.

                            I am not able to indentify the fraud csp centers it's tottaly socking and surprising for me. Now i want to ask question with sbi if the branch is also know about the scam so why they are not taking action against the fraud csp centers.

                            I am requesting to sbi, rbi, uidai please investigate this matter and take actions on scammer branch and csp centers

                            They are using customer aadhar for the all scam.

                            I am requesting to bharat gas please check at your end and help me to find out the fraud gas connection which open on my aadhar card and close on immediate effect.

                            Uidai please help to resolve this matter it's a huge scam which runing under support of sbi noida sec 51, csp centers and gas agencies.

                              I have lodge complain on 26th jan and the case got closed on 5th feb, i again lodge complain on 5th feb and got glosed on 15th feb and they didnt refunded the amount still there is no progress please do
                              The needful sir its already 20th day day of the transaction

                              One is picking up the call i had called 100 times but no answer they are no replying to any mail even

                                Sbi is cheating common citizen of india by debit various charges like monthly minimum balance charges, quarterly sms charges, annual atm servicr charges where our prime minister encourages all poor people to open bank account, but bank has varoius ways to cheat.

                                Shame on this..

                                By way of giving credit for very low amount say rs 100 p. A sbi is charging rs 500 p. A due to various charges.

                                Then how can a common person maintain his minimum balance every month when his principal amount is getting reduced by the sbi. The policy should be changed and all sbi account holders sould get refund of atm service and minimum balance charges, otherwise what service sbi is giving is a big question. Sms charges is somehow manageable.

                                  I want to cancel my fbb shopping sbi credit card. Despite of paying the complete amount by october, 2017 i am still receiving sms to pay overdue balance. Customer service never receives the call even after after calling so many time. I never received any statement mail or payment bill. Can't understand how to cancel the card. Kindly cancel it & stop sending harassing sms.

                                    I had filled form for ISRO 2018 recruitment from ELECTRONICS engineer post [BE001] and my registration number is 20108666. When I was making the fee payment of rs. 100 on 05 February through SBI portal with Rupay debit card of my UNION bank (Accnt No. - [protected]) the transaction is constantly failing but at 19:20 the amount debited but transaction showed error and failure . I checked the payment status it also showed failure with SBI Reference No. CPC7740868 even after waiting for so many days I have not received neither any refund nor any proper status regarding my application fees. I am hereby sending you the screenshots of debited transaction for details. Please take the matter seriously as its related to the exam of my career and either refund me soon or show the successful transaction because the deadline for fee payment is 20 February.

                                      100rs was deducted unnecessarily, in passbook it was showing correctly, but in my main balance it was showing only 35.97rs. And on Feb8th also i faced an problem while I'm drawing the amount 6500rs from SIB atm, the amount was deducted but i didn't receive any money, solve this ASAP
