I have been using SBI net banking for years. Since last many days creating new fixed deposits of any kind( STDR & RD) has become totally non- functional. And Amazon has initiated the refund with a reference Id- # HSBCN[protected] but it's been more than 2 months and I still haven't received my refund....

Complaints are being closed without addressing and there is no way that we reopen the same complaint for unsatisfactory reply and closing it without resolving the issue. Someone will call from a land line and ask for the same details again and again and suggest you to approach the nearest branch or simply will get a missed call and later SMS will appear on your phone stating that 'customer not answering the call hence closing the complaint...

The refund is processed on 31 st it says on Myntra status but the amount is not reflected in account the reference number is[protected]...

This is regarding a transaction which I had done on 3rd May, 2022 with Cleartrip.

However the payment was not successful and they have processed the refund from their end.

Please refer the details below shared by Cleartrip Finance team.

I have ordered a product from amazon (Monitor) Rs:13, 693 on February 14th
And i cancelled the order on February 21. But i have not received the product or refund
Amazon initiated the refund on 21 February and it was expected to come on before 25 February but it been 3 months i still not received my money

Above mentioned subject is the grievance filed in CPGRAM, got the reply from Asstt.Commissionar finc. To contact pension SBI branch. my pension is getting deducted from July 2020.
Kindly look into this matter being a senior citizens and self dependent not able to get deduction in pension.

I tried paying for the ucg net application through SBI mops via Google pay but same had not updated there on application status. While paying I tried downloading the SBI mops QR code image and then paid. Transaction shown successful there. But it's showing still pending on my application form. Kindly requesting you to help me..I got no help from anywhere.

I tried booking a ticket using Ixigo and made a payment of Rs. 1166.03 from SBI bank account linked with Paytm on[protected].

I had opened account on 22/04/22 and my request for debit card was accepted on 23/04/2022 but its been more than 1 month i havent received my debit card yet. I already told to agents I will clear total amount by next month before 15.
But recovery agents harrasment is very bad.
