Yesterday i received a call from the number [protected] person said i am from sbi mumbai office, kindly shared me the details of your atm card as same has been upgrade from our end. I refused to given the details to him started misbehave on call and threatening him if he can't shared the same he will disconnect all the services of bank account. Due to avoid any in convince i was given information within five minutes automatically 19000 rs withdrawn from my sbi account, and i checked in next 2 hours total 350000 amount has been detected from my account we have informed to bank there is no transaction from our end but they says we're not be able to do anything on this. We called on same number but his number was continues switch off. Please do the needful thanks in advance. Regards, rahul [protected]

    Dear sir,

    I am still watting for your response, as i was telling you on 31/1/2018. I am withdrawing the amount from the atm. I did not got the amount but amount was deducted from my account.. I am contacted the bank branch but they are delaying.. I want my money now..
    Please help me, please contact sbi branch and tell them my balance was deduct on my account, so they give me a my deduction money.
    I need your help, your service is very greatfull
    As soon as possible.

      I am holding saving account with SBI-Borivali West Mumbai, Maharashtra.
      On 12th Dec 2017 morning i checked SMS on my registred mobile number and found 8 messages informing about withdrawal and transfer of Rs 40000+40000 & 40000+ 40000 respectively i.e. Rs.1, 60, 000 have been withdrawn from my account by ATM card at Mahipalpur, Vasant Vihar, Delhi.
      My ATM card was with me.I have not compromised my atm pin number nor i received any call for same. This is a very serious security lapse and the identity protection is compromised.
      Somebody transferred Rs 80000 to some person's Account and withdrew Rs 80000 in two parts, one before 12pm and another after 12pm so as to comply ATM cash withdrawal limit.
      Similarly from my account Rs 80000 were withdrawn in two parts.
      Total Rs 160000 were withdrawn leaving almost no balance in my account.
      I lodged complaint with SBI immediately at the opening hours of bank and blocked my ATM card.
      Just before me other person lodged a complaint with same bank that he got SMS from SBI that somebody transferred Rs 80000 to his accounts and withdrew immediately Rs 40000+40000 in two parts. ATM card was with him.Then bank manager checked on computer that Rs 80000 were transferred to his account from my account. Bank manager was about to call me when i reached there. Coincidently that person was holding account in same branch of SBI. Though he has no loss but he also blocked his ATM card.

      I lodged complaint with Police also and gave a copy of same to SBI.
      I asked police to lodge FIR but police dept refused.They informed that it is bank's responsibility to return this amount.
      I lodged a complaint with RBI also.
      I received only one letter from SBI that investigation was going at their end.
      I received a mail from RBI for filling up Annexure A. i did this.

      How a person can manage without money for 45 days ? as we have to pay so many things. Please tell me how could i & my family survive without money for a whole month. Please help me out in this situation.

      I have not compromised my atm pin number nor i received any call for same. This is a very serious security lapse and the identity protection is compromised.

      It is learnt that so many cases have happened with SBI in this period but nobody is caught. Bank can very well catch the culprits with the help of CCTV footage but we really fail to understand the action by bank as almost 2 months have passed and i have not recieved my money. This amount is not small to ignore.

      I used my SBI debit card at PNB ATM but cash not received and shows that ATM time out but cash 500.00 rupees deducted from account but in their machine shows time out after complete ATM using proceeds, so now how can I refund my cash.
      I am deposit 1000 rs on 20 january in a/c no [protected] from cash deposit machine. Amount deposit in machine but not credited in my account from network fails.

        I'm an a/c holder of SBI since last 23 years. On 15th January 2018 an amount of Rs. 295 has been deducted from my a/c as SI failure. Where as I am regularly paying my EMI / Standing Istructions to the Bank. On 22nd of January I gave a written complaint to the branch manager. He also told me he will take quick action. But till date he did not take any action in this case. In this way my hard earned money is eating /cheating by the manager. I gave an online complaint, but they simply send a message, stating that my problem was resolved. This is not only happen to me, but also many of my colleagues. I think this manager is cheating many customers, most of them were lay-men in this matter. I request you people, to whom I can lodge a compliment, so that my problem may be solved.           Respected Sir, I am holding my account in SBI bank for last 9 years.I would like to bring in your notice that on 30 january 2018 at 08:52 p.m. suddenly an amount of Rs.680 deducted from my account in terms of 21 transactions of amount of Rs.30 towards GOOGLE *Octro without my execution. The most important issue is that all transactions made from ky account without getting any OTP. The transaction came to light when I saw my phone's message inbox.Immediately i blocked my ATM Card by calling customer care.It is the biggest mistake of bank that this type of fraudalent activities are taking place that transactions are making without sending any OTP to customer's mobile number.
          So I request you to take up this matter urgently and take serious actions against this type of fraudalent activities and refund my deducted amount as early as possible.

            Sir, I withdrawl 10, 000 rupees on 05 nov17 but I could not collect money due to OUT OF SERVICE of atm machine at civil lines unnao, cash 10, 000 deducted from my account.ATM ID S[protected] and txn#4563.
            After that I complained sbi customer care and my complain id is [protected].but complain could not resolved within 7 days.
            After calling customer care told me to contact home branch.but my home branch did not help me.after that I contact to my branch manager he did not help me, and also he did not pick my phone.
            Sir help me to refund my huge amount.

              Dear Axis Team,

              I am wring this email in regards to my SBI Credit card debt payment. My name is Niranjan Shinde using SBI bank credit card since 2 years.
              My SBI credit card number is 7846 and the payment due on this card is Rs 1 Lakh & 35 thousand.

              This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under under a hard time in this recent months and there are lots o[censored]ps and down in my current job. I have been regular at paying my dues since card taken, but from last 6 month its very difficult me to pay minimum amount also. Due to my unstable job and deteriorating financial condition I am not able to pay my current dues. The recovery agency have started coming to my doorstep and I don't want any trouble to be caused to my family members. We are already facing lot of problems. But we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

              I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues . More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

              I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                Kindly check on one the SBI bank credit card use for lat 4years back but than we are not using so bank is close this card but when I apply the one loan for others bank than our cibil report reflect for this card is negative rupees but as per my knowledge I am using anywhere for this card and SBI card is destroyed for last 4 years back but that card hit my civil for rs 100 rupees I am not aware for these charges. Team check for which amount outstanding for this credit card and explain so that if I use any amount than pay otherwise remove these charges for this credit card and clear my civil report.                   Ref my previous complaint dated 31/01/2018 the following are added.":

                  I have paid Rs. 483/- as premium policy for one year from Royal Sundaram through SBI card. In the last line of earlier complaint it may be read as " I will discontinue the use of sbi credit card if the Rs. 496/- which was deducted on 24/01/2018 despite repeated request to discontinue further policy".

                    It is to state that I am using SBI credit card since last one year. I also a sum of Rs. 483/- as premium policy from Royal Sundaram for one year. But in the current year I desired to discontinue it and registered a complaint request on 14th Jan. 2018 to discontinue it under Request Ref No.[protected]. Despite that a sum of Rs. 496/- deducted against that premium from my credit card. It seems that SBI tied with Royal Sundaram and forcibly recover such amount which is against the norms. This amount may be reversed immediately otherwise I shall be compelled to use the said credit card. Further no such bill will be paid. Why this policy should be taken which involved at his own without any consent of the customer.

                      My saving bank account No. [protected] (salary account) in Branch at Bhokar, Dist. Nanded (Mah) (IFSC No. 000052). I applied for salary loan in the month of Dec.17. But till today no any action is taken in this regard. I personally visited the bank and discussed with Manager. He arrogently and loudly told me that there is heavy workload with us. He insulted me infront of somany customers and staff. So pl kindly do the needful.

                          I have communicated the same vai email dated 10/04/2017.

                          I wanted to know the status of discontinuance of policy. I have mailed many times, although no response has been obtained. However, every time they pick the phone they say system is not accessible by them.

                                I have received call on 25/1/2018 from mo. No. [protected] name moti mistri on true caller id from up she asked me details of my sbi credit card for verification and told u have some gifts from sbi card amount to rs. 8000/- also asked shoes, shirts and trouser size. Atonce i have received message of shopping from e pay kerala shopping and debited rs.8000/- from creditcard. As call is on hold i asked her about this she told this is temporarily adjustment and it will be reversed within 72 hrs. And u have not t pay any money for ur gift. She also gave me another mo. No. I. E [protected] if any complaint.
                                On 29/1/2018 i called on both this nos and take clarification but still they are telling that u will get credit of rs.8000/-
                                I request u to stop delivery of purcased items and refund me my amount.

                                  On 29/1/18 i got message as rs.5900 deducted by google *octro inc but i did not authorised the transaction. Even i did not get any otp to my registered mobile number ending with xxxx5337, i have already given complaint in bank also but they are not taking complaint and told that its a cyber crime thats why i am complaining here. The bank statement is also submitted as below please check the details and refund the amount as early as possible

                                    With reference to above subject mentioned, i have given my sbi a/c no :[protected] for aadhar seeding in sbi branch, south boag road chennai on 4th december 2017, but in that branch sbi staff entered in account number: [protected] account name :koushik chattopadhyay which was not mine and they have linked in my aadhar number:[protected]
                                    In this case my lpg subsidy amount rs.272.31 was transferred to a/c no: [protected], i was walking to sbi branch-south boag for last 1 month but they can’t able to amend it. I am so feed up in this case. Till now the amount rs.271 was not reverted in my account and the aadhar number was not seeded correctly.
                                    By this, currently i can’t able to book my indane gas because my subsidy amount will transfer to other person which mistake was done by sbi staff earlier

                                      With due respect i would like to let you know that i have a credit card of your bank vide no. [protected]. On 19.10.2017 three transactions took place from my card without my knowledge and wish. Although otp s has come to me and instantly transactions took place. I have neither shared otp s with anyone nor any phone calls came to me. The transaction amounts are rs 72, 990.00, rs 83, 990.00 and rs 8, 399.00. All the transactions were shown made at instamojo technologies.

                                      I have registered a complaint in helpdesk and informed accordingly and also lodged a complaint through transaction dispute section of online sbicard. On 20.10.2017 representative of card has sent me a message that your transaction has not been claimed by merchant. I have replied and asked not to entertain the claim as i have not made those transactions. Till 21.10.2017 all these three transaction were showing in transactions under settlement but on 23.10.2017 the same were showing as settled transactions.

                                      As i have already communicated properly how the transactions became settled. I have also lodged an fir in tezpur police station about the incident.

                                      Now sbicard has informed me that all these transactions were made secured through otp so i have to pay the amount. The amount rs 8399.00 has also debited in my credit card account and rs 387.35 has been deducted on 27.01.2017 through auto debit from my saving bank account. Now i am in a very much mental depression and in mental agony. Please look into the matter very minutely

                                        I have lost my debit card on 30th december 2017. Immediately i have blocked the card through online banking and i have received the message as the card has been blocked successfully. But my issue is occurring while applying new request for debit card through online banking as well. It shows card has been already issued to customer. I am very much dissatisfied with the bank's service. I am facing lots of difficulties for non availability of my debit card. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Here i would also like to state that the card that has been lost was a new debit card activated just four days before it has lost. Please help me out.
