Sub : request to resolve disputed transaction of rs. 8000/- from sbi credit card.

Respected sir,
With reference to above subject, i undersigned would like to request you to resolve the fraud transaction of rs. 8000/- from sbi credit card. First, i want to tell that i was not aware that it was sbi credit card because when i went to fbb (Fashion big bazar) with my daughter, they filled up form from me by telling that it’s a fbb card, you will get 10% discount lifetime on purchase from fbb. This is the first fraud from sbi of hiding the information about the credit card.
When the card is activated and i received a call from sbi, i refused that i don’t want any card as i am already using 2 cards (Hdfc and kotak), but the lady said now it is activated, so we can’t do anything as it will show in your cibil.
As it was a new card and i am getting daily calls from sbi regarding new offers and activation from the same. The matter is, this is the first transaction on 30th september, 2017 which was made by fake call received from sbi credit card via mobile no.[protected], executive name aayesha.
On 30th september, 2017, i received the call by same no. And i denied to share otp, the lady named aayesha said that i am not asking your credit card no. And cvv no., so please madam co-operate with us for activating the new offers available on your card. Thinking some time, as i generated my debit pin of pnb by otp, finally by frustrated mind i shared to her. That time 2 transactions made of rs. 4000/- each against oxygenwallet.com, when i asked her about that she said that it will be credited in your account within 48 hours and remember my name.
After that when i doubt and called to sbi landline no. 39020202 for such transactions, it’s very shocking to me that nothing such offer are giving by sbi. When i called up on same no.[protected] which is showing sbi credit card on true caller, no one responding and telling that aayesha is not there or on leave.
From that day, i started writing to sbi ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com), oxygenwallet ([protected]@oxygenwallet.com), aap ki samasya ([protected]@aapkisamasya.com) and cyber cell (Cybercell. [protected]@mahapolice.gov.in), and consumer court ([protected]@gov.in) to resolve this transaction and help me out. But nobody replied from cyber cell and consumer court for the same. Very disappointed and helpless, i am writing to this letter and expecting some hope and help from you as i am a genuine customer and become a victim of such fraud case.
Sbi took 120 days for resolution and same time they are charging me interest on the same. Now it is rs. 10046/- till date with interest. I would like to share that i am using hdfc credit card since 2008, but i am not getting any such fake calls from hdfc and my transaction is of rs. 20000 to 30000 appox monthly. If i can pay that much monthly, then why can’t rs. 8000, but as it was a fraud and not used by me, why should i bear it? If sbi people not asking card no and cvv, it means their executives are making calls and they have all data about customers, making the fool to the customers and robbing them.
Still now, i am getting daily 3-4 calls from sbi credit card asking me my personal information like date of birth, etc. I am very frustrated with sbi and want to get out from this as i can’t change my number because it is registered with all my banks, cards and family. I want to deactivate this card, so that i can spend my day with happily.
I am enclosing all communication via mail with sbi and i tried and trying my level best to come out from this matter as my cibil gets spoil because of this only which was a better before this disputed transaction.
I am also in follow up with aap ki samasya (www.aapkisamasya.com) for which they charged me rs. 750/- for which i got a receipt of the same.
Once again, i am requesting you to please look into the matter and help me out and deactivate this sbi card.

With reference to the above mentioned mails regarding disputed transaction of Rs. 8000/- made from my SBI Credit card on 30th Sept, 2017, I request you to send one mail to oxygenwallet team to [protected]@oxigenwallet.com to get the information regarding transaction.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    Iam Rahul Prasad your SBI credit card holder. I am writing this to you for a consideration in waiving the charges made on my SBI credit card for being late in paying the dues.This all happening because of me and my family deteriorating conditions. From July 2016 to Dec 2017, I have lost five person in my family and currently my mother is suffering from CKD (cronic kidney diesease), renal failure. My mother had past history of hemiphlegia. We are spending lots of money on their treatment as well as my medicine distributing firm is closed after GST due to insufficient funds. Now the situation is very pathetic. Right now Iam facing many chalanges in my life. I got high BP problem due to this worst conditions. Iam living in a rented house. Iam currently going through a financial crisis due to illness and medical treatment of my mother and having no other sourse of income.

    I do respect all the legal rights of the SBI card to charge for a delay in payment but this has been a result of the adverse circumstances I am facing presently.
    I shall be ever grateful if I get an affirmative response for the waiving of SBI card charges on me.

    Hoping to get a positive action from you in waiving off the charges and I am trying to pay the entire amount (without charges) before march 2018.

        Dear Sir,
        This is to draw your attention to one of the serious matter happened with me in Chandpur Branch of SBI (IFSC code-SBIN0009547) . As I went to your branch on date 02/02/2018 to deposit some cash. Unfortunately, Sanjeev Kumar, Cashier of Chandpur Branch made an intolerable behaviour with me. He was rude, Aggressive and on top of that he used an abbusive language with me.
        As I want to ask that we deal banking with SBI to hurt ourselves. Sir I feel very hurt with his behaviour.
        You are requested to please look into the Matter with your keen interest as I am having banking with SBI from the last ten years.
        An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

          I went to sbi patiala chowk jind for open an a/c in the name of my son, but couldn't able to do so, because they told that special characters in the aadhar card could not able to match our software. So many people returned without opening an a/c. Clerk said come after few days so that software may be updated. Please sort out our problem so that i can open account in your bank as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              Today morning i received a call from 91-[protected] (Alert bank caller (As per true caller) saying that my sbi reward points are expired and i will get cash back of 4000/-. And they are informing that my reward points to be converted to cash and will be credited to my account as it would be expired. They told me all my personal details like credit card number, date of birth as they are calling from sbi. They sent me immediate otp's to my mobile number and asked me to share the otp. Immediately 4554*4 = 18216 has been debited from my account. The transaction was happened twice from payment gateway idea cell-billdesk and twice from ideamoney.

              My credit card number is : 5172# # 5361
              My contact number: [protected] / [protected].
              Date of transaction : 02/01/2018
              Amount : inr 4554 (4 times)= 18216/-

              Hence i am requesting you to kindly investigate and take appropriate steps to revert back debited money to my account as early as possible. Please contact me for further information.

                I received a message on 1 February 2018, around 10 pm that a debit transaction has been made in my account worth Rs 4000 twice. Here is the message for your reference
                Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX3724 for a purchase worth Rs4000.0 on POS [protected] at GOOGLE *Octro Inc txn#[protected].

                I called the SBI customer care and blocked my card and asked them to register a complaint against the theft and unauthorised transaction that has been made. They failed to provide me a complaint number, after repeatedly asking for a complaint number to have a proof of registering a complaint, they denied to provide me one.

                Requesting you to take necessary actions, as this is a grave misconduct happened from the side of an esteemed organisation.

                  I have availed Education Loan from SBI, Raisen Branch (M.P.)(IFSC Code 0462) on 2010 for Bechelor of Education.

                  I should get full intrest subsidy for moratorium, But Bank didn't claim for subsidy. Hence I didn't get benefit of this scheme.

                  Bank has charged more than 1.25 Lakh in moratorium period but I got only 53534.00 as intrest subsidy that too for 2014-15 fiscal year.

                  I have aasked Bank to provide me subsidy for 2010-14 years also but they didn't claim it on time.

                  Can I please get any help from this forum to availaed the benefits of "CENTRAL SCHEME FOR INTEREST SUBSIDY ON EDUCATION LOANS" .

                    On[protected] at 10:02 AM, I used by SBI ATM card at SBI ATM machine at SBI Johnstonganj Branch, Allahabad. The amount was debited to my account but cash was not dispensed.

                    I reported it to security guard who advised me to wait for sometime as amount would be automatically reversed. But it didnot.

                    I called SBI Tollfree no. [protected] same day at 10:18 AM and was advised to wait for Transaction + 2 days. I also reported the incident to the branch manager SBI, Golpark, Meerapur Branch, where I hold my account. He also advised me the same.

                    This is[protected] at 15:10 hrs and the amount has yet not been credited back to my account. Pl. help me and advice what to do?

                      Iam using debitcard for deposit and withdrawal but without my knowledge amount has detected from my account using debit card number on 31jan 2018. But i didnt share card number or otp with any one so i request you to take action. I have doubt with the person deposting cash in atm machine. I use to deposit in ambatturestate branch cdm. If i deposit cash to transfer to my client within in that time period if my cash is lost who will be respossible.

                        I have complete verification from ekyc through your employee,

                        But right now my application status show the decline without my knowledge i am not getting any mail or massage from sbi for decline the application,

                        1) i want know about reason for decline,

                        But still i am not getting proper solution about the declined application,

                          Yesterday i received a call from the number [protected] person said i am from sbi mumbai office, kindly shared me the details of your atm card as same has been upgrade from our end. I refused to given the details to him started misbehave on call and threatening him if he can't shared the same he will disconnect all the services of bank account. Due to avoid any in convince i was given information within five minutes automatically 19000 rs withdrawn from my sbi account, and i checked in next 2 hours total 350000 amount has been detected from my account we have informed to bank there is no transaction from our end but they says we're not be able to do anything on this.                             I am still watting for your response, as i was telling you on 31/1/2018. I am withdrawing the amount from the atm. I did not got the amount but amount was deducted from my account.. I am contacted the bank branch but they are delaying.. I want my money now..

                              I am holding saving account with SBI-Borivali West Mumbai, Maharashtra.
                              On 12th Dec 2017 morning i checked SMS on my registred mobile number and found 8 messages informing about withdrawal and transfer of Rs 40000+40000 & 40000+ 40000 respectively i.e. Rs.1, 60, 000 have been withdrawn from my account by ATM card at Mahipalpur, Vasant Vihar, Delhi.
                              My ATM card was with me.I have not compromised my atm pin number nor i received any call for same. This is a very serious security lapse and the identity protection is compromised.
                              Somebody transferred Rs 80000 to some person's Account and withdrew Rs 80000 in two parts, one before 12pm and another after 12pm so as to comply ATM cash withdrawal limit.
                              Similarly from my account Rs 80000 were withdrawn in two parts.
                              Total Rs 160000 were withdrawn leaving almost no balance in my account.
                              I lodged complaint with SBI immediately at the opening hours of bank and blocked my ATM card.
                              Just before me other person lodged a complaint with same bank that he got SMS from SBI that somebody transferred Rs 80000 to his accounts and withdrew immediately Rs 40000+40000 in two parts. ATM card was with him.Then bank manager checked on computer that Rs 80000 were transferred to his account from my account. Bank manager was about to call me when i reached there. Coincidently that person was holding account in same branch of SBI. Though he has no loss but he also blocked his ATM card.

                              I lodged complaint with Police also and gave a copy of same to SBI.
                              I asked police to lodge FIR but police dept refused.They informed that it is bank's responsibility to return this amount.
                              I lodged a complaint with RBI also.
                              I received only one letter from SBI that investigation was going at their end.
                              I received a mail from RBI for filling up Annexure A. i did this.

                              How a person can manage without money for 45 days ? as we have to pay so many things. Please tell me how could i & my family survive without money for a whole month. Please help me out in this situation.

                              I have not compromised my atm pin number nor i received any call for same. This is a very serious security lapse and the identity protection is compromised.

                              It is learnt that so many cases have happened with SBI in this period but nobody is caught. Bank can very well catch the culprits with the help of CCTV footage but we really fail to understand the action by bank as almost 2 months have passed and i have not recieved my money. This amount is not small to ignore.

                              I used my SBI debit card at PNB ATM but cash not received and shows that ATM time out but cash 500.00 rupees deducted from account but in their machine shows time out after complete ATM using proceeds, so now how can I refund my cash.
                              I am deposit 1000 rs on 20 january in a/c no [protected] from cash deposit machine. Amount deposit in machine but not credited in my account from network fails.

                                I'm an a/c holder of SBI since last 23 years. On 15th January 2018 an amount of Rs. 295 has been deducted from my a/c as SI failure. Where as I am regularly paying my EMI / Standing Istructions to the Bank. On 22nd of January I gave a written complaint to the branch manager. He also told me he will take quick action. But till date he did not take any action in this case. In this way my hard earned money is eating /cheating by the manager. I gave an online complaint, but they simply send a message, stating that my problem was resolved. This is not only happen to me, but also many of my colleagues. I think this manager is cheating many customers, most of them were lay-men in this matter. I request you people, to whom I can lodge a compliment, so that my problem may be solved.                                   Respected Sir, I am holding my account in SBI bank for last 9 years.I would like to bring in your notice that on 30 january 2018 at 08:52 p.m. suddenly an amount of Rs.680 deducted from my account in terms of 21 transactions of amount of Rs.30 towards GOOGLE *Octro without my execution. The most important issue is that all transactions made from ky account without getting any OTP. The transaction came to light when I saw my phone's message inbox.Immediately i blocked my ATM Card by calling customer care.It is the biggest mistake of bank that this type of fraudalent activities are taking place that transactions are making without sending any OTP to customer's mobile number.
                                  So I request you to take up this matter urgently and take serious actions against this type of fraudalent activities and refund my deducted amount as early as possible.

                                    Sir, I withdrawl 10, 000 rupees on 05 nov17 but I could not collect money due to OUT OF SERVICE of atm machine at civil lines unnao, cash 10, 000 deducted from my account.ATM ID S[protected] and txn#4563.
                                    After that I complained sbi customer care and my complain id is [protected].but complain could not resolved within 7 days.
                                    After calling customer care told me to contact home branch.but my home branch did not help me.after that I contact to my branch manager he did not help me, and also he did not pick my phone.
                                    Sir help me to refund my huge amount.

                                      I am wring this email in regards to my SBI Credit card debt payment. My name is Niranjan Shinde using SBI bank credit card since 2 years.
                                      My SBI credit card number is 7846 and the payment due on this card is Rs 1 Lakh & 35 thousand.

                                      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under under a hard time in this recent months and there are lots o[censored]ps and down in my current job. I have been regular at paying my dues since card taken, but from last 6 month its very difficult me to pay minimum amount also. Due to my unstable job and deteriorating financial condition I am not able to pay my current dues. The recovery agency have started coming to my doorstep and I don't want any trouble to be caused to my family members. We are already facing lot of problems. But we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                      I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues . More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.
