I nalini kant pandey wanted to discontinue my group health insurance policy, tpa name medicare tpa services pvt limited. I have communicated the same vai email dated 10/04/2017.

I wanted to know the status of discontinuance of policy. I have mailed many times, although no response has been obtained. I have also contacted many times at sbi online toll free number" [protected] for cancellation of policy/ status of cancellation of policy. However, every time they pick the phone they say system is not accessible by them.

    My currrent account [protected] is debited with 50/- 6000/- and 6000/- on 19.1.18. I have not made any online purchase on that date, which you can verify through otp. I have not got any otp on that day. You reversed 50/-. Please reverse the 6000/- debited twice by verifying your records.

        I have received call on 25/1/2018 from mo. No. [protected] name moti mistri on true caller id from up she asked me details of my sbi credit card for verification and told u have some gifts from sbi card amount to rs. 8000/- also asked shoes, shirts and trouser size. Atonce i have received message of shopping from e pay kerala shopping and debited rs.8000/- from creditcard. As call is on hold i asked her about this she told this is temporarily adjustment and it will be reversed within 72 hrs. And u have not t pay any money for ur gift. She also gave me another mo. No. I. E [protected] if any complaint.
        On 29/1/2018 i called on both this nos and take clarification but still they are telling that u will get credit of rs.8000/-
        I request u to stop delivery of purcased items and refund me my amount.

          On 29/1/18 i got message as rs.5900 deducted by google *octro inc but i did not authorised the transaction. Even i did not get any otp to my registered mobile number ending with xxxx5337, i have already given complaint in bank also but they are not taking complaint and told that its a cyber crime thats why i am complaining here. The bank statement is also submitted as below please check the details and refund the amount as early as possible

            With reference to above subject mentioned, i have given my sbi a/c no :[protected] for aadhar seeding in sbi branch, south boag road chennai on 4th december 2017, but in that branch sbi staff entered in account number: [protected] account name :koushik chattopadhyay which was not mine and they have linked in my aadhar number:[protected]
            In this case my lpg subsidy amount rs.272.31 was transferred to a/c no: [protected], i was walking to sbi branch-south boag for last 1 month but they can’t able to amend it. I am so feed up in this case. Till now the amount rs.271 was not reverted in my account and the aadhar number was not seeded correctly.
            By this, currently i can’t able to book my indane gas because my subsidy amount will transfer to other person which mistake was done by sbi staff earlier

              With due respect i would like to let you know that i have a credit card of your bank vide no. [protected]. On 19.10.2017 three transactions took place from my card without my knowledge and wish. Although otp s has come to me and instantly transactions took place. I have neither shared otp s with anyone nor any phone calls came to me. The transaction amounts are rs 72, 990.00, rs 83, 990.00 and rs 8, 399.00. All the transactions were shown made at instamojo technologies.

              I have registered a complaint in helpdesk and informed accordingly and also lodged a complaint through transaction dispute section of online sbicard. On 20.10.2017 representative of card has sent me a message that your transaction has not been claimed by merchant. I have replied and asked not to entertain the claim as i have not made those transactions. Till 21.10.2017 all these three transaction were showing in transactions under settlement but on 23.10.2017 the same were showing as settled transactions.

              As i have already communicated properly how the transactions became settled. I have also lodged an fir in tezpur police station about the incident.

              Now sbicard has informed me that all these transactions were made secured through otp so i have to pay the amount. The amount rs 8399.00 has also debited in my credit card account and rs 387.35 has been deducted on 27.01.2017 through auto debit from my saving bank account. Now i am in a very much mental depression and in mental agony. Please look into the matter very minutely

                I have lost my debit card on 30th december 2017. Immediately i have blocked the card through online banking and i have received the message as the card has been blocked successfully. But my issue is occurring while applying new request for debit card through online banking as well. It shows card has been already issued to customer. I am very much dissatisfied with the bank's service. I am facing lots of difficulties for non availability of my debit card. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Here i would also like to state that the card that has been lost was a new debit card activated just four days before it has lost. Please help me out.

                  I am shubham sharma. I am a guilt-full owner of sbi credit card. When i apply for the card they told me that i can convert any purchase into emi but everytime when i do so they denied saying not eligible. Now my dues rise from 15k to 25k and going on. I am somehow making payment of minimum due which i can afford to pay. Now i am not able to pay this amount as well due to financial crises. I talked to sbi regarding the same and ask for closure of my card and divide total due into emi so that i can pay it. But they are not helping me on this. Can rbi help me in resolving this problem of mine. Please help.

                    Ppo no m/03817/2013, colonel somnath praharaj (Retd) pensioner id: [protected]l, am holding pension a/c at sbi, rly station br, barrackpore, wb. Since i was serving after retirement i was not getting da on pension. I have since finally retired wef 01 jan 2018. I have submitted all requisite documents to this effect to my bankers and cppc. Inspite of the same, requisite da on my pension has not been remitted for the month of jan2018.
                    I kindly request the concerned authorities to take necessary action to remit the same at the earliest,

                      I have an internet banking account and i do not have any transction rights. I have contacted the branch for granting the transaction rights. They told that all rights are allowed to my account. But when i tried from my side it says "you do not have any transaction rights". Can you please tell me what do i need to do to get the transaction rights enabled to my sbi account?

Now when i check my status for interest subsidy, i received subsidy for year 2014-15 and 2015-16 but not for year of 2016-17. I would like to know, will i get subsidy for year 2016-17.                             Dear sir/ma'am,

                            A refund of 1798 rupees was successfully processed on 9 jan 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have contacted the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch with all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              i want to lodge a complain against state bank of india, Raipur-marwar, Dist- pali Branch.
                              sir, the staff of my sbi branch have a very rude behavior. bank manager do not make any kind of discipline to bank employee.
                              they do not use their talking sense with respected customer . i was very depressed when i was in bank for my personal bank transaction. my NEFT form was rejected by the bank employee without any reason. they make partiality with customers.there are lack of staff in raipur marwar state bank of india branch. that's why we are getting many problems in our transaction.
                              sir we open our account in state bank of india for our facility not for suffering always.
                              please help us and give your kindness to us and take a needful action for such making respect of our valuable time and money.

                                STATE BANK OF INDIA have issued credit card no.[protected] in my name (AJAY PRAKASH) and sent to me on 14th Jan 2018. I received calls from[protected] in my mobile no. [protected] on 30th Jan 2018 time between 11.40 am to 12.00 noon. Caller introduced himself as SBI card agent and asked Card details for verification and gift vouchers . I informed the details of card and unfortunately one otp. I got the message "Rs10000/- was spent on your SBI Card no. ending xx1142 at WWW YES BANK IN on 30 Jan18. Remaining credit limit Rs.140000.00" After this fraud, I blocked my credit card. Please register my complaint. Please do needful to reverse back my money and book the cheater.                                   I've been receiving harassment calls continuously from SBI, The agent who called claims to be from SBI and denied mentioning his name. He states that he is calling from SBI kandhanchavadi branch chennai. I got about 30 calls from different numbers starting with +[protected]xx.

                                  He denies to provide me enough information and states that he is calling for a CC amount recovery of one of my Cousin who is now in United States. He claims that my cousin has taken credit card in 2009 and didn't pay the outstanding amount. My number was given as a reference is what the SBI guy says.

                                  I am not aware of any such reference and I was actually 17 years old when this credit card was given. I haven't received any confirmation call regarding this reference.

                                  I've share the US number of my cousin and the executive keeps calling asking for other numbers. He keeps asking me to connect call to my Cousin.( I contact him through whatsApp and my mobile is not enabled with ISD calling). I've tried to explain the same to the executive and he doesn't listen to me. He keeps harassing me in an abusive manner and asks me to repay the amount.

                                  He also called my work place(Not sure how they found out, they must have been stalking my facebook account) and disturbed my work.

                                  I had to file a harassment complaint against this unnamed guy in Madhapur PS. This guy initially shared a number [protected](Murugan). When I try to call this number, each time a random guy answers the phone. They keep addressing themselves as watchman, executive and branch manager.

                                  I have asked them to provide proofs that they are from SBI for which they denies and keeps asking female contacts of our family.

                                  STATE BANK OF INDIA IS THE WORST BANK TO EVER EXIST.

                                    I here by informing you that, myself Kiran N, from Bangalore. i have visited Big Bazaar on 23/12/17 at banaswadi branch bangalore, pin 560063.
                                    The SBI credit card executive has requested me to provide few documents so that i can get credit card which provides various discounts and benefits with Big bazaar store. i agreed and accepted after knowing the terms and conditions and provided the required documents.
                                    Till now the card has not reached me and unknowingly without my permission they are frequently collecting the documents more than 3times. when i track online status it shows it will be delivered soon to mailing adress.
                                    Today without my permission they are applying new credit card and generating otp and asking for otp and saying something unrelated.
                                    Please solve this issue as soon as possible and make me ease in this process.

                                        This is with reference to your email regarding sbi credit card no #[protected] reversal of amount Rs-1776/- i wish to share that issue are pending since long time, now it is requesting you to please resolve the same on before date of 07-02-18, you should aware that billing payment date is 08-02-18, if you do not resolve before the payment date, the late fee again charged in next billing cycle then i will have to again made a request for reversal, due to the reason the same dispute are coming from last long months, i think you will be able to understand better the situation and do the needful. for your kind information, several time before i talked with your nodal officer and customer care in this regards and he has insure that the same would be reverse on 01.02.2018 and reflect in your account, but now your are telling this for 09.02.18.
