I have taken an SBI StyleUp Credit Card and paid the first bill on 11 Dec 2017. However, still waiting for the promised "FBB Welcome Gift Voucher worth 500 Rs". A refund of 699 rupees was successfully processed on 08 jan 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer services many times but none of them resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

This is second time i got from sbi account holder i don't understand why all scammers are sbi account holders only...

I not got my amzon refund of 2095/- in my sbi bank account which was successfully initiating by the amazon on 04/01/2018. I called many times on sbi customer support but no response. I confirmed many times by amazon customer support they told me that your refund had already proceed. They also gave me a transaction reference number. Dear sir,
One of our customers has got a fraudulent call from a person who said that he is an sbi official. He asked her card number, date of expiry, pin and cvv of the card ending with 7410 number on 21/07/2017 and on 22/07/2017 and made 4 transactions of rs 20000/-, rs 20000/- and rs 10000/-, rs 10000/- respectively. Kindly trace out that transaction and refund the amount to our customer.
