I was not using my credit card from last five days. But suddenly on 24 jan 18 evening after 7 pm, i received a message that says
Transaction of rs 496.0made on sbi credit card xx6140 without effecting additional factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at royal sundaram alliance on 24 jan 18.
While i did not use my card anywhere.
Why bank is allowing transaction which i did not initiated. And i tried to complain at costumer care, but there is nooption to complain about such transaction.

    Today i got message that account opened xxxxx191109 opened at sbi barpeta bazar ifsc code sbin0011617 . I am concerned about it as i dont have opened any account kindly look into matter.. as today there are adhar problems some one may have opened an account on my name and misue it kindly look into matter. i am concerned about this.. adhar can be usef to open fake account

      I am a new customer of the SBI. i opened a new account 2 weeks ago. After getting my cheque book and atm/debit card by post. i went to the bank and filled a form for internet banking. They provided me a ppk(pre printed kit).i opened the kit the userid and password were printed in a way that no one could identify the letters. still i tried to use that. it showes an error -invalid userid password.
      after 2 days i went to the bank(SBI VAISHALI) and told them about the problem.
      the service manager told me to come tommorow.
      i went to the bank 2 days later and the person sitting on the chair of service manager told me that she is not available today so come on monday or tuesday.
      i went to the bank on tuesday i.e 3-4 days later. the service manager told me that she will provide another ppk. She provided me with another ppk. i went home and tried the 2nd ppk.But it also doesn't work. showing same error of invalid user id password.
      i also tried to generate debit card pin through IVRS it said technical difficulties.
      i tried using sms. the message was not sent. PS:my phone's sms service is working still message was not sent to 567676
      today i again went to the bank and tried to generate debit card OTP(one time pin) but after typing RMN and Acc. number it flashed failed and gave a slip response code 071 and contact bank.
      i went to the service manager and told her that the ppk didnt work again she checked her pc and told me sorry i forgot to link your new ppk.
      told me to go home and try again in half and hour.
      i also showed her my atm slip with error in generating the pin.
      she told me atms are not working well.
      after coming home i tried many i times. even after 4 hours ppk id password is not working.
      I m regreting my descision of choosing SBI.
      plz solve this issue asap.i don't want to go bank again and again in vain.

        I have made a pos transaction at a merchant outlet on 14th jan, 2018 using my sbi debit cum atm card. The transaction was failed saying server was busy. But money is debited from my account (I. E 2500 rs) i contacted the merchant and they said that they had not received the money into their account. They told to confirm it in bank. Then i called to the tollfree number of sbi several times to lodge a complain but they said no update is showing in their system so unable to lodge a complaint. Then i wentto the nearest sbi branch where my account is, they also didnt respond to it. Its already 10 days and till date, i did not receive that money to my sbi account. When i visited my sbi home branch and asked for any outstanding money, they said that they will not have any information about pos transactions and spoke very rudely with me. I even initiated a complaint with sbi, number #[protected]. But till date, there is no response for that.

        Please suggest me how to proceed on this and receive my money.

          I need to receive the provisional certificate URGENTLY for the Principle and interest for the financial year 01 APR-2017 to 31-MAR-2018.

          I tried to download the Provisional INTEREST CERTIFICATE through online but getting error " Provisional Home loan CERTIFICATE is not available for this account".

          I want a provisional interest home loan certificate for the year[protected]. when I enter sbionline and enter for the provisional certificate, it shows the certificate for the year[protected], but I want the certificate for the year[protected]. what can I do for that.

            My sister study in iiit dm kanchipuram. Her name is ritu kumari. Roll n. Coe15b032, sbi sanctioned education loan rs 4 lakh on[protected]. 3rd & 4th semester given us education fee but in this 5th semester sbi not given me sem fee. Sir first of sbi manager keeps turning throughout december month and the last says your mark is below 70% that's why i'am not give u this semester fee. When we request repeated then he abuse us. Sir we r poor family.

                I'm living in delhi and my home branch is in jalapur amberdker nagar utter pradesh and now days i'm busy in my study for upcoming exam o[censored]PSC.so i can't go to my home branch till 31st march that's last day o[censored]pdating validity of KYC and AADHAR seeding.i was sent a friend in my home branch for telling to bank manager for about my problem that plzzz update my account details before 31st march 2018 and i told him that i download the sbi form from internet and i filled totally details of according to form point with my own signature with totally details of my KYC and after this i;m sent totally details through post to bank or by hand to my friends and plzz accept this because if they don't take this details then i'll loss my account and i'll go in a huge problem.but sir that bank manager not accept any excuse and tell me that here is no any other option for your account i[censored] come here and update your KYC then good otherwise there is no any solution for u .

                  I am in pune, and I took SBI home loan from RACPC -IV and I submit demand letter on 8th jan and today is 23 jan but no one responding to email which I already said on email.

                  No one even replying to mail which I sent 8-9 times.

                  Please let me know the any contact number(manager) so that I can at least call and register a complaint.

                  This is worst kind of service I faced till now.

                    With due respect I Sri Bighna Bhanja residing at Qr.No:1184, Sector-6B, Bokaro Steel City bearing SBI account No: [protected] beg to state the following few lines.
                    With humble submission that on the way to home from my duty place Bokaro Steel Plant I entered the ATM Room at around 22:05 Hrs on dated:20/12/2017 with my ATM Card for a withdrawl of Rs.3000/-(Rupees three thousand only).As I remember I tried at two ATM for the withdrawl one after another but both the machine couldn’t dispense money with the display on the screen as “UNABLE TO DISPENSE CASH”. Again I moved to next machine for the Cash withdrawl and got cash of Rs, 3000/-(Rupees Three Thousand Only). Then after completing process by pressing “CANCEL” button I went onto my home with the cash.
                    At the morning on next day when look at my cellphone I saw two Sms received read as:
                    1st Sms read as : BP-ATM SBI [protected] 22:10
                    Rs 3000 w/d at SBI ATM S10E[protected] BOKARO STEEL CITY BOKARO fm A/c x5733 on 20/12/2017.Txn#6100. Avl.bal Rs.13723.43. Download [protected]@www.yonosbi.com (TRUE TRANSACTION)
                    2ND Sms read as : BP-ATM SBI [protected] 22:12
                    Rs 13500 w/d at SBI ATM S10E[protected] BOKARO STEEL CITY BOKARO fm A/c x5733 on 20/12/2017.Txn#1000. Avl.bal Rs.223.43. Download [protected]@www.yonosbi.com (FALSE TRANSACTION)
                    Then immediately I checked the account statement through net banking and found the amount deducted from my account and made a complaint at customer care portal available on SBI Online. I received a registered Ticket No: [protected] dated: 21/12/2017 at 08:45 Hrs.
                    Then I went to my SBI home branch and met with Mr.Khan, a SBI Official at Clearing Section described the detailed incidents he suggested me to wait for 7 working days for complaint resolution.
                    After that in reference to complaint I received a message on my registered mobile read as on “ BZ-SBIPSG[protected]:08 Your Complaint with [protected] is under process for resolution & status is given as: ‘CLAIM RAISED ON 22/12/17 WITH ATM BRANCH. COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.’.
                    Furthermore on contacting with my home Branch Manager Mr.Arun a SBI Official on dated:[protected] he also advised to wait for 7 working days till the complaint resolution. I am going through a very critical mental disturbances because of this incidents.
                    Then I got a sms read as:”BZ-SBIPSG[protected]:40 Your Complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as: Claim Rejected: This transaction is successful. Relevant documents sent to your Branch. This grievance has also been examined by internal Ombudsman of the bank. If you are still not satisfied with the resolution you may approach the Banking Ombudsman of the respective jurisdiction in terms of Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006..” Then I met with the home branch Official but still no positive response from their end.
                    Therefore I request you to be kind enough and take a necessary action for an justice resolution and refund the amount of Rs.13, 500/-(Rupees Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Only), for which act of your kindness I shall be remain ever obliged to you.

                      On the date 23.07.2015 i had updated my single passbook, but bank dr. as an paasbook updation charges of Rs. 798/-.

                      I already submit complained 2 time in writing in to the branch, but bank doesn't taking to the seriously also not giving satisfactory answer. there is huge blunder from bank because Rs. 798/- is not the charges for single paas book.

                      and updation of pass book is the compulsory services from bank.

                          I got two s. B a/c in sbi new mallepally br vijayanagar colony hyderabad-codeno 8027
                          I have come to vijayawada on personal work
                          I decided to transfer some amount from one a/c to other a/c
                          I approached s. B. I brindavan colony br near benz circle vijayawada
                          I requested for transfer voucher
                          The lady officer available in the counter stated no such vouchers are available in that bank
                          I was advised to go to labbipeta br as that branch is not my home branch and try there
                          Surprised with her reply i approached manager. He endorsed my chq
                          And the lady officer gave the transfer voucher. Of course my job is done
                          This is cruel joke on senior citizen who is your client for the last 50 years
                          The lady officer wanted to avoid work
                          Another surprising factor of this bank is no where bank business hours are mentioned

But till date not update my problem regarding my subject. Panchvati branch manager are not help to me. She is not attain me. This is real facts. This incident its may be always daily every person. I am unable to operate my sbi bank account.
                            Kindly looks in to this matter.
                            Sbi motto is always customer satisfaction. But i am not seen this branch co-operation with customer. Every customer is harass.
                            If my problem is not solve, i will think for further relation with to continue with sbi. I hope my problem to be clear within period.

                                The internet banking username and password are provided to us in an enveolpe with the hit no printed on it too. coffee felt on that paper destroying the kit no i have the user name and password which were not affected but my kit no is totally blurred and tored in that region. so can you provide me with the kit no only or help me with something else.

                                  As per rbi guidelines all online users has to register their credit card/ debit card for online purchases. I use sbi atm cum debit card for most online purchases. The online website of sbi www.onlinesbi.com has a link for verified by visa link, which are meant for registering the atm cum debit card (As there is a different site for registering a credit card).

                                  However this link which directs you to https://acs.onlinesbi.com/sbi/enrollment/enroll_welcome.jsp which offers state bank of india 3d-secure services. This however requires you to register. However the registration page does not take you anywhere but show you a 404 error.

                                  I have trying with ie8, firefox, chrome, opera ad other browsers, but the same error of page not found emerges. To top it all the contact email seems to be inactive and mail never give reply (Gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in and sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in) these both no reply came since hours and days.

                                  This is pure incompetence on the part of sbi in maintaining e-services through their portals. Mails to sbi there is no response or solution. Its useless to phone the toll free number given in the site as some always answers these calls from the call centers. Please register these complaints so that sbi can inform and give much better services to its customers.

                                  If sbi officials are not giving a solution today, i will be forced to take this matter to the obdisman/ court legally for a compensation for the loss i have got due to the loss of my time.

                                  Note : another great fun is that the banking ombudsman complaint lodge web link is also not working. I feel like am top of the world. Thank you rbi and sbi for this international service.

                                    I went to the indrapuri branch of sbi bank this morning to deposit a cheque in my father's account. The cheque deposit machine was not accepting my cheque so i asked for help from a sbi employee miss/mrs. Nidhi singh. I told her the problem but instead of helping me she discourteously replied that i should have brought a cheque that is not folded. With due respect i told her that when i received the cheque it was already folded. Then she sent a man with me to help me insert my cheque in the machine. But the machine rejected the cheque again.
                                    The man went to miss/mrs. Nidhi singh to bring the keys of the machine. At that time, miss/mrs. Nidhi very arrogantly and insolently said "kahaan se aa jaate hain aise dehaati log!". It was a dishonourable, ill-mannered, unprofessional behaviour. I felt humiliated. No person, educated or uneducated, has a right to degrade other people for no reason. It is not tolerable at all. A strong action should be taken against that employee.
