Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted home branch manager regarding the FXOUT transaction receipt, & he told to go the Patna SBI Main Branch (NRI department).
When I went there they (Priya Singh - Manager) told me that since this transaction is made through internet backing so they couldn't do much on this from their end, and they immediately call the SBI NPTC Barh, Branch Manager and asked him to send out the mail to FXOUT GMUK from Branch system stating the transaction details and amount and to request for MT103 receipt. After that it took around 24 hours to get the receipt. Thanks to SBI for immediate action.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
