Sbi suddenly debited 57 rs on[protected] for some reason on[protected], which is almost two years old, plus the customer care i could not connect with them for getting clarity on this.
I require an explanation why did sbi after 2 years deducted the amount and for what reason or else they have to refund my money

Transction amount- 10000. I had send money through bhim app and money was not credited to Beneficiary account and i lodge a complaint to bhim app for wrong transction but from 20 days they didn't get me a single response mail for status of this transction.
My amount 12998₹ refunded by amazon in my account number [protected] through ref no. 525991 but amount is not received.

    sbi - dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd

    After paying the electricity bill using classic debit card, i am charged rs 3.93 on the 40 rs payment. This was not a fuel station pos.

    Why the deduction of rs 3.93 on debit card payment without any intimation while doing transaction?

    Do you have a rule book?
    I have never experienced such deductions before.

    I visited to my sbi e-corner to deposit my money through atm depositer. I had put the cash 17000 in machine it's accepted and it counted and reflected on the screen is your deposite amount is 17000. It given the option to confirm it. Then i had confirmed it. But after the transaction i got receipt that the transaction had failed. And what is in the receipt is given below in the image.

    What a shame. SBI charges 25 for depositing money in the same city same area. Why bank charges that amount??

Unfortunately, the transaction was not successful and session expired message appeared. But my savings bank account has debited with the same amount which has not yet refunded to my s. B a/c.

        Sir, recently i have opened an current account in sbi armoor branch on 6th dec (A/c no. [protected]), dist:nizamabad. When i went for account opening they gave the forms n said to pay 5000 for account opening n i filled those forms n gave an cheque of 5000rs of sbi savings account in same branch. I didnot have 5000rs in savings account so i online transtered 5000rs in savings account n submitted the cheque. But 0n 1jan i received an message saying 885rs debited from my current account,, i went to bank to clarify so the manager said you dont have minimum balance in your account and the minimum balance is 11000rs. I was surprised. Why didn't they say the same at the time of opening. That is their duty to inform me the minimum balance, if they did so i have given the cheque of 11000rs not 5000rs. If the minimum balance was 11000rs why did they open with 5000rs. I have an current account in bank of baroda branch and minimum balance is 5000rs, i thought the same with the sbi branch. It was not my mistake because they didnot inform me n i was thinking of account opening n the manager checked all the documents infront of me n said to pay 5000rs n at the same time i submitted the cheque why didnot he said about 11000rs n why did he opened account when there was no minimum balance.
        Kindly, refund my money.

          I tried to recharge my mobile (Idea - [protected]) for rs 400 through sbionline on 01, january 2018.

          Immediately received an sms stating that it wasn't successful and the money would be refunded within 15mins but i didn't receive any amount.

          I request you to please recharge or refund the amount. Your quick response is highly appreciable.

            As 25000 is not a small amount for me and as per the statement that was the only amount i have in the account so the thing which happened is not good and in this 12 days of time i have faced lot of trouble and also heavy loss in personal. Now i am lodging a complain for heavy loss i have faced due to banks mistake.

            - no proper response from the bank.
            - gave customer care number which never get connected.
            - fraud with customers by name of technical errors.

                Yesterday afternoon, sbi peoples are called to me and they said_"we are offering sbi new credit card (Card to card), they asked to me any existing credit card your using_i said yes, hdfc and city bank credit cards i am using.
                They said ok, we will consider city bank and we will issue through city bank.
                They asked card details, but private information i am shared to them, bur they said_first we need to do transaction in this card then only this sbi credit card will approve, they said like this. This transaction they deducted 20000 rs my city bank credit card account, i said why deducted in my account. They said, first we need to do transaction in your card then only new card will come. Again your money will reimbursement to your city bank credit card. But till now didn't received any amount in my account.

                I dont know what should i do now, please help on this.

                Now i have recorded voice and transaction details.

                  Sbipg[protected]mops-sbc-our-card-dr this is in reference to the payment of my college fee on 01-jan-2018. The amount was 42500 but when i am trying to get the reciept print there is no record of the payment being done although amount has been deducted from my account. The payment history should show that the payment is being made as the amount of 42500 has been deducted.
                  Kindly help as i have to get my dues clear.

                    A refund of 8999 rupees was successfully processed on 16 dec at to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      I am government employee working in panvel, dist :raigad, maharashtra, having salary account with sbi at kamothe branch (Sbin0002271), a/c no. [protected]. The debit card issued at the time of account opening was expired on 30.10.2017. However, i was not alloted new debit card. Therefore, i have applied for new debit card by filling up required form after visiting branch. Later, i received sms, therein i was informed about dispatch of my new debit card through speed post on 23.11.2017. I was regularly tracking the delivery status of the card, however, it is noticed that the same has been returned unserved. However, speed post status shows delivery to panvel post office on 27.11.2017. It is worth to mention that at both the address, one which was mentioned in my sbi profile and other where i am currently residing, my family members were present on 27.11.2017.

                      Later, in december first week, i have again visited branch and met lady branch manager and she asked me to apply afresh and assured for speedy delivery. However, till date, i have neither received any sms in respect of dispatch of card nor i received any intimation regarding card status.
                      As i have already conveyed to branch manager that this is a mental harassment done by the bank as the govt servent whose salary account is with your bank could not withdraw his own cash through atm in the period of these 2 months i. E nov-dec 2017. I have to suffer a huge embarrassment as i have to borrow money from friends. Further, i am physically handicapped person and residing at panvel which is 5 km away from my home branch kamothe. I am depressed, demotivated and angry with such unprofessional behaviour of bank. Kindly arrange speedy disposal of atm card, or i will be compelled to take legal action against the bank for the mental harrassment i have to suffer. Further, i will take the matter with human right commission and all india disabled employees organisaction if i will not receive my card within week. Lastly, i will close my account with sbi immediate after a week.

                            I took loan from sbi dwarka sector 10, new delhi branch in august 2016 and paid entire loan in december 2017. My parents visited the branch to close the loan account and it was told to them that i need to email a closing application, which i did but the account is still open and i have been charged interest again. I paid the interest but this is illegal. I want the account to be closed as soon as possible and want all my money back that i paid after submitting the application.

                              I had opened srcitizen saving account 2004 on 4/2/2016 for rs.1500000.00 on4/2/2016 and a sum of rs 34875.00 was crediting to my saving bank account no.[protected] every quarter but regret to inform you that in the quarter ending dec 2017 a sum of rs 20444.00 was credited on 1st jan 2018. Why rs 10600.00 approximately was less credited to my saving bank account.
                              Kindly look into the matter and credit rs 10600.00 immediately which was less credited.

                                This is with reference to your Credit Card Bill as On 19.01.2018. i wish to share that you are again exceed charged LATE Fee Rs-500 + TAX = Rs. 551/- which is totally financial violence. however the matter is in under proceedings for reversal previously bill dispute amount. all the disputes transactions detail already shred to you and consumer help line desk. hereby i would like informed you that please reverse the said amount and remain the following amount. So that i will be able to pay of your balance amount if any dues. Otherwise i have no any option to go to the consumer legal desk. I hope the you will do the need full and close the my petition.

                                  This is to inform you that a refund of rs 6998.00 was processed by amazon on tuesday, 19 december, 2017 but i'm unable to see these funds in my account.

                                  Refund reference number for the transaction is:770745

                                  I've visited sbi bank branch and contacted bank customer service to file charge dispute but they are denying to help me.

                                  Kindly look into the case and get it resolved at the earliest.

                                    I recharged my ola money by using the ola app with rs. 200 on 10th of december, 2017. On the first attempt my money was deducted from my account but recharge was unsuccessful. So i thought that the bank would credit my deducted amount and recharged 2nd time again with rs.200 which was successful. So, i waited for a few days expecting that sbi would credit my money back. But it didn't happen. So i talked to the customer care and the customer care executive told me that he could see both the transactions done on the same day to the same merchant and register my complaint. After a few days, i got a message that my complaint was resolved as the transaction was successful. But to my surprise they told about the 2nd transaction which was already successful and i knew and informed them about that. So i called the customer care twice and both the times, they told me that my 1st transaction's record was not there so they won't return the money. But i have the record in my net banking. So i told them to provide me their mail id so that i could send the details to them. But they said they couldn't do it. I am very disappointed with the service of sbi.
                                    My sbi account no. Is [protected] and branch is dibrugarh university, dibrugarh, assam and the money transfer no. Which they say doesn't exist is [protected]igacnddxz9. I am attaching herewith the the screenshots of the teansaction details as proof.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I have an account in sbi secunderabad mg road, in which it has been taken when i was in job. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. My online transaction like aadhar card & pan card was not added to my a/c. But here i got a problem that my cif no has not been changed. So i cannot travel these many times here and there. This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there. My work is getting disturbed because of this matter. Plz acknowledge this matter. I request you transfer my cif no as well as change so that i can get my stuck money back in my account and complete my work...
