Dear sir/madam,

This is with reference of sbi credit card bill vide no #[protected] dated :[protected] reference sbi blocked card no #[protected]. I wish to share that the said incorrect charged [protected]@7556/-
I have already been paid the all actual used bill amount. Thereafter they are
Sending incorrect bill to me in the every months. I sent email to the sbi card bank concern department : ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@gov.in, [protected]@sbicard.com) in this regards for the reversal the said amount but i am not getting any response from the bank. I am great surprise i have
Again received bill for the month of december -2017, which is indicating
Of customer harassment. Therefore i request you to please see the my problem and advise.

ear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to your Credit Card Bill as On 19.01.2018. i wish to share that you are again exceed charged LATE Fee Rs-500 + TAX = Rs. 551/- which is totally financial violence. however the matter is in under proceedings for reversal previously bill dispute amount. all the disputes transactions detail already shred to you and consumer help line desk. hereby i would like informed you that please reverse the said amount and remain the following amount. So that i will be able to pay of your balance amount if any dues. Otherwise i have no any option to go to the consumer legal desk. I hope the you will do the need full and close the my petition.

    This is to inform you that a refund of rs 6998.00 was processed by amazon on tuesday, 19 december, 2017 but i'm unable to see these funds in my account.

    I've visited sbi bank branch and contacted bank customer service to file charge dispute but they are denying to help me.

    Kindly look into the case and get it resolved at the earliest.

      I recharged my ola money by using the ola app with rs. 200 on 10th of december, 2017. On the first attempt my money was deducted from my account but recharge was unsuccessful. So i thought that the bank would credit my deducted amount and recharged 2nd time again with rs.200 which was successful. So, i waited for a few days expecting that sbi would credit my money back. But it didn't happen. So i talked to the customer care and the customer care executive told me that he could see both the transactions done on the same day to the same merchant and register my complaint. After a few days, i got a message that my complaint was resolved as the transaction was successful. But to my surprise they told about the 2nd transaction which was already successful and i knew and informed them about that. So i called the customer care twice and both the times, they told me that my 1st transaction's record was not there so they won't return the money. But i have the record in my net banking. So i told them to provide me their mail id so that i could send the details to them. But they said they couldn't do it. I am very disappointed with the service of sbi.
      My sbi account no. Is [protected] and branch is dibrugarh university, dibrugarh, assam and the money transfer no. Which they say doesn't exist is [protected]igacnddxz9. I am attaching herewith the the screenshots of the teansaction details as proof.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have an account in sbi secunderabad mg road, in which it has been taken when i was in job. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. My online transaction like aadhar card & pan card was not added to my a/c. But here i got a problem that my cif no has not been changed. So i cannot travel these many times here and there. This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there. My work is getting disturbed because of this matter. Plz acknowledge this matter.           My debit card was not working at any of the atm machines and hence i had visited the sbi jawahar nagar barnch on 19th november 2017 for a resoltion. The branch manager told me that the debit card had expired and as advised i had submitted the request for replacement debit card, in which it was mentioned that i require visa debit card having international transaction facility enabled.

          The card was not provided even after 10days and hence i had to revisit the sbi branch again on 30th november 2017. On enquiring the status of replacement card request, the single window operator told me that the request got cancelled. He didn't give me any proper reason and asked me to submit another request for replacement card.

          Within 10days, a replacement card was received via post which had spelled my name incorrectly. Frustrated with the low rating service, i had to submit a complaint against this irresponsible attitude of the single window operator.

          In response to my complaint number: [protected], i had recieved a rupay debit card via postal service which mentioned that it is valid only in india.
          This debit card does not serve my purpose and hence is of no use to me. It is very disappointing to see the negligence shown towards processing the customer's requests. Hence i had submitted another complaint under reference [protected]. But there has been no resolution provided fo this complaint.

          I have not been able to do any transactions via atm for about 3months now.

          I want the bank to issue me new replacement visa international debit card with the correct details at the earliest without making me visit the bank bank again.

                I have applied for internate banking for my account in my branch on dated 26.12.17 and they have given me a temprory user id & password but when i am trying to login first time it is showing invalid user id /password.

                      On 26/12/2017 a dish tv recharge from mobile sbi app for vc no. [protected] was done of rs 1506/ money was deducted from account but recharge failed. Dish tv did not receive the money.. Transaction id was 17360ap646312. Money is not refunded till now. I had complained at customer service ticket no [protected]. They said it cannot be resolved due to unavoidable reasons.

                            On 27.12.17 at early morning a missing transaction had committed on my sb a/c no.[protected], vide sbi debit card no.5142 (Last 4 digits) for purchasing a pair of shoe from amazon.com, but thee said transaction was failed somehow it was declined by any reason and the amount of rs.749/- got deducted wrongly from my said sb account. But its very pathetic since then when i call to sbi customer care they are unwilling to register any complaint regarding this issue or fail to provide any such solution in this matter as yet. The representatives are just escalating me anyway. Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action, sir.

                              A refund of 12998 rupees was successfully processed on 19 november 2017 by amazon through ref no 525991 but amount is not credited to my account till now
                              I have called the state bank of india costmer care service and also complain to home branch manager but nobody has replied or resolved the problem and no action is being.
                              I am confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed successfully the refund kindly go through the charge dispute emails locate the pending refund and follow the path bank.

                                I have make online transaction of rs.300 on dt[protected] when i have rs.6000 balance (Clear balance rs.6000) in my sbi account but transaction fail. I have try it six time on same day but all time transaction fail. After this day dt[protected] i have check my online bank statment. The statment of dt[protected] show that "to transfer insuf bal pos decline charge-121217 total charge was 141.6 rupees." i have allready 6000 rupees in my sbi account on dt[protected] but still my online transaction of rs.300 fail due to insufficient balance. I can't understand what charges was it. I have complain online "https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS" but after 7 day there was a message in my mobile that "your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : please raise your cms complaint in correct category i. E. Atm related..." after two day i have visit my sbi branch (Ghatlodia, ahmedabad), the manager tell me that the bank is right and that is your fault. You have make transaction of rs.300 before you have rs.6000 balance. That meance you have make transaction of rs.300 when you have insufficience balance. You have to go to customer care. We can't do anything.

                                  An account payee cheque dated 27/12/2017 amount rs.44, 000 was given by me to m/s a. K. Mode sale pvt. Ltd for payment. This was presented by the party in manik chowk branch, jhansi counter no.2 on 27/12/2017 for transfer. But the lady clerk on duty refused to accept my cheque. Railway station branch jhansi, where my account is existing, did also not accept the cheque. On enquiry mr. Rehani, branch manager informed that my account was blocked for adhaar details. He had also shown me on screen status, that was showing all kyc documents ok except adhaar details. It as also showing like remark "collect later" or something like that. That means the transaction could be made at that time. Thus the reason of refusing my cheque by sbi is not clear to me. I am writting to honourable fm because by this irresponsible act sbi i. E. Manik chowk branch, jhansi and railway station branch, jhansi, and above all, the top management of state bank of india has caused
                                  Inconvenience to me. I am a retired railway officer, a senior citizen and an old customer of the bank. I had to run from here to there for no fault of mine and also no any deficiency in my account. Kindly take an exemplary action against defaulters and also kindly save others from such hardship.

                                    Dear sir/mam,

                                    Today my mother went to sbi bank to deposit money to account and waited for 1 hour in long queue. After long time number came for deposit and due to account not linked with aadhar number the cashier shouted on my mother and behaved very rudely and said insulted words to my mother. My mother was very upset when she came back to home and was feeling insult. I noticed this many times with sbi employees and behave like they are very educated.

                                    I am very hearted by bank cashier behaviour, they should respect of customers. They think they are government employee and no one above them.

                                    Please tack action against this type of employees, otherwise people have to move for another bank.

                                      i have an account with sbi bank and i have given my aadhar card copy to bank and bank saying that your aadhar has linked by us but problem is that your validation of the adhar card is pending from npci server please sir take action immediately it is very necessary for my ug scholarship. Please sir do it quick. It is very necessary for scholarship.

                                        Yesterday, 28.12.2017 i got a fake call and mentioned to be an employee of sbi and he will arrange to unlock and link my debit card with aadhar card. He wanted to reconfirm the existing debit card number and fortunately shared.
                                        I later got message from sbi
                                        "thank you for using your sbi debit card 606xx2657 for a purchase worth rs3000.0 on pos sbibuddy at sbibuddy txn# lu[protected]

                                        Please stop above payment and help me in this matter.
