I have updated my number in atm but when I tried to send sms to 567676 it says can't send but I have sufficient balance and even recharged extra main balance

    On 6-June-2022 I have submitted consent form to bank for Aadhar seeding account [protected] which is sbi branch of Kendiapada having branch code SBIN0006416 but yet not showing on uidai aadhar bank mapper due to which my bank beneficiary code not generated to avail scholarship & Subsidies. My aadhar number is[protected], Please look into this matter otherwise there will be lot of problem for me to avail pg scholarship/Gas Subsidy

      I cancelled a ticket on IRCTC on 24th May 2022 and am supposed to get refund of 1400. IRCTC credited the amount to the bank on same day and they have also given me the reference number. I tried reaching SBI customer care. After lot of struggle i finally was able to connect to customer care executive. He told that i called to Yono services and they are not responsible for handling other complaints. Then he gave other helpline number. I called to that number and after 3 tries i could connect to the executive. When i explained the issue to her she was asking me to go to home branch. She was suggesting me to travel all the way from Karnataka to Andhra Pradesh to register a complaint regarding refund of 1400 rupees. What’s the use of helpline when they can’t help us. Now i am tired of calling their helplines. Now i want someone from SBI who can help me as i am unable to connect to someone who can help me.

        I ordered some books from Amazon and paid the money via BHIM UPI which is linked to my SBI bank account. But due to some issue I have to cancel my order and also Amazon sended me the refund after cancellation of the order but I didn't recieved the refund in my bank account . Amazon also gave me the refund reference number . The refund money is Rs 886 and the refund was given on 19 May 2022 by Amazon pls look into the issue ..

          I opened savings account on 22May and didn't receive debit card till now. This is just poor from SBI

            I had bought 1 phone from Mi.Com on EMI for 20999, Now we are being charged 2 times EMI for the same amount same month.

            Why do I need to pay an unauthorized extra amount and an excessive entire EMI? So far, I have called customer care many times which all remain unsolved.

            Kindly look into the matter and please refund my deducted amount as soon as possible.

              Sir, I have applied for SBI pay wave visa card on 10th may 2022. The card was processed but there is no further update regarding the status of my debit card. It's been a month, I have contacted my home branch, made a call to the SBI consumer help number and I also sent a mail to the SBI official website but there is no response from them. Please look into this issue as I need my debit card urgently.

                Desirable Resolution: Issue of an appropriate Transfer Receipt

                I had used the Internet banking service of State Bank of India for making a Forex Outward Remittance towards tuition fee, to a foreign institute. Such transfers happening over SWIFT network mandatorily have a record and a receipt is generated in form of a 'MT103' receipt on successful payments. SBI issues a 'Telegraphic Transfer' (TT) receipt to the customers which contain less information than MT103, but are still acceptable at recipients end.

                However, this time when I used the internet banking for the foreign outward remittance, I was provided with only a basic transaction success page, and no such receipt was issued. It maybe noted that such transaction acknowledgments aren't official proof of payments and formal institutes can not accept these as proofs either.

                Requesting State Bank of India to issue an appropriate proof of payment document.

                I contacted home branch manager regarding the FXOUT transaction receipt, & he told to go the Patna SBI Main Branch (NRI department). When I went there they (Priya Singh - Manager) told me that since this transaction is made through internet backing so they couldn't do much on this from their end, and they immediately call the SBI NPTC Barh, Branch Manager and asked him to send out the mail to FXOUT GMUK from Branch system stating the transaction details and amount and to request for MT103 receipt. After that it took around 24 hours to get the receipt. Thanks to SBI for immediate action.

                    On 31st i have booked 2 tickets to kathgodam from Lucknow junction and later on cancelled the ticket as it was tatkal tickets on waiting list.
                    Refund is not still came to my account.

                      I had done an online transaction on[protected] at around 8:30 am through Yono lite SBI app for Sending 1000 Rs to a Bank of Baroda account which I had already added as a beneficery account. But the amount has never been credited to that account but the 1000 have been debited from my account. I made an online complaint on that day and got a ticket number that is[protected]. My transaction number is[protected].
                      But today on[protected] At around 10:15 I got an email saying my problem is resolved and the money has been credited to the beneficiary account. But its not been credited yet.
                      So, I request you to kindly look into it.
                      And solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        I have made a transaction on 18th February 2022 to Yatra. It was a duplicate transaction as the money got deducted twice so Yatra refunded back my money. They have provided me with the ARN number but my branch manager couldn't help me with it and i have been approaching them since past 3 months.

                          Made an online transfer from my yono sbi lite of 1000 rs to a Bank of Baroda account yesterday[protected]. The money has been debited but not credited to the bank of baroda account. Raised a complaint on online sbi and got a ticket number i.e[protected]. But till now my problem is not resolved.
                          State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Today I got an email from SBI saying the amount has been credited to the bank of baroda account and case has been closed. But I checked and it's not been credited yet.

                              I have paid the settlement amount but i did not get my credit card account zeroed out. They deducted multiple time amount. but still they are not zeroed out my sbi card account.

                              system has the problem and i become a victim.
                              recovery team keep on calling and asking money to zeroed out acc. system has the problem then again i will face same issue. what should i do?

                                  I did Fixed deposit at BAZAR BRNCH . IFSC CODE SBIN0001230.
                                  It is either Either (Or) Survivor.I want to credit it .it was transferrd to patel nagar patna. Again he transferrd From patel nagar patna to Munger bazar branch.When I went to branch bazar branch He said to me both person have to sign on it.I do it again went to he said your fixed deposit is not KYC.

                                    I recharged by Fastag through the website Sbi Fastag via UPI. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my Bank account (Canara Bank) but the amount did not get credited to my Fastag.

                                    Please kindly do what is necessary, either refund the amount or get it credited to my Fastag.
