I'm receiving continuous harassment calls & they are asking to for payment for the card which has been used by someone else. I dont know why they are harassing me. The person claiming his name as Tejpal Chaudhary from SBI legal team. They are so rude that a person cannot imagine I'm receiving calls from the following numbers:

    Dear Sir/Madam
    Today, i.e, on 02/06/2022 at 9:30 am, my SBI atm debit card was stolen by a thief. I immediately tried to block my debit card but could not as i did not have my debit card no. In the mean time, the thief withdrew cash of Rs. 19000 in 2 attempts and made online transfer of Rs.17899 (statement enclosed). I have complained at the crime branch of Guwahati police and they have requested account details of the online transaction of Rs. 17899.00 from SBI but State Bank of India has not provided the details as yet. If I get the account details of the online transaction, then may be I can get back my Rs. 17899, even if not the full amount of Rs.36899. My SBI account no. is [protected]. I am a senior citizen with no pension. Please help me get back my hard earned money.

      I ordered the product from amazon and refund was initiated from amazon but i didn't get it in my account refund was initiated for that product on 28 may and the refund reference no. is [protected]

        I have linked my Aadhar by visiting the branch and authenticated it using my fingerprint for my SBI account [protected]. The data for my account on Aadhar website still shows the previous axis bank account which was closed by me a year back. I have a urgent requirement to link my Aadhar with bank. Please help!!

          Hi Team SBI,

          I have made a IMPS Transaction amount of 175000 on 1st June, 2022. It got deducted from my account. However, the amount is not credited at beneficiary account. could you please resolve this complaint at the earliest possible.

            Amazon refund my money on 26 may, its almost 6th day, whearas the give time for the refund is just 4-5 working days.

              I am really disappointed at your service because i applied for a debit card on 13/05/2022 and card request was approved on 14/05/2022 but still now it’s shows Card yet not despatched now it’s been 18 days from applying the card, when i contact your customer care and mailed your official mail id and tweet your official Twitter account from everywhere i getting a reply please wait 7-8 working days your card will be deliver and now it’s going to be 18 days and the status shows your Card not yet despatched, What is this sir really your Services is too bad. Kindly despatch my debit card as soon as possible it’s urgent.

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I was paided Rs 31673.22 credit card bill payment through RBL my card application via CC Avenue vide Sbi netbanking. My transaction amount Rs 31673.22 successfully but amount not credited to merchant account (RBL bank). Please solve this issue as soon as possible.(Ref no.[protected]IGANRFZLW7 and transaction Date 31/05/2022).

                  My name is Santosh Soni Having PAN No.BPAPS8125N, state bank has wrongly mention in cibili that i have taken Housing loan in year 2004, having a/c no.[protected] for Rs. 3, 75, 000/-, i want to state the I have not any housing loan from SBI said loan is not related to me.

                  Due to this wrongly information provided by SBI in CIbil, My PMAY subsidy got rejected.
                  I wish to correct the SBI should correct the my cibil.

                  If i would not get PMAY subsidy for my 1st Housing loan taken from YEs bank, SBI is responsible to compensate 2.67 Lacs subsidy which is rejected due wrong information update in my CIBIL by SBI.

                    Bank staff does not provide appropriate information... Last 2.5 Year i am facing problem Sometime they tell do this and do that after doing they told me this is missing that are missing.. If we Explain them they throw my all the document... Jaa tu he karle, , Me sarkari admi hu, Janta nahi he Tu muse Like they are Prime Minister... I need instant solution for this... My work should be done ASAP.. Because thousand of rupee i have lost For making documents after that they told me this is not appropriate.. I've done all document as per their requirements. Now I have tired nothing to do no money I have for making any further document can't walk...
                    What the hell they people... I am not able to take my money it means they people are robbers.. Why goverment hire them.. They people even does not know human right.. I need a strict action for them... I talk them every time in soft manner but they people not satisfied my this manner And i am well educated guy I can't fight them in prank language..

                      I have been using SBI net banking for years. Since last many days creating new fixed deposits of any kind( STDR & RD) has become totally non- functional. My wife and I have been trying many times daily on our respective user IDs. No explanation from SBI is forthcoming. In my wife's net banking there are other mal-functions too, like she can not even close existing deposits. On tweeter, they asked for details which were sent. But thereafter, SBI is keeping mum. I cross checked in Yono. Surprisingly, there too, other functions can be done except opening new fixed deposits !! Does SBI not want customers to invest in Fixed Deposits online any more??

                      It will be far better if the sbi net banking team talks to me on phone. Many problems being encountered can be easily detailed on phone rather than in lengthy mail.
                      I have sent them my number on twitter in DM. It is in their inbox.I can give again if they ask again.

                          Complaints are being closed without addressing and there is no way that we reopen the same complaint for unsatisfactory reply and closing it without resolving the issue. Someone will call from a land line and ask for the same details again and again and suggest you to approach the nearest branch or simply will get a missed call and later SMS will appear on your phone stating that 'customer not answering the call hence closing the complaint ! Very frustrating and time taking to deal with SBI bank and customer service. I have raised many complaints for the same issue since last 3 months and it was not resolved yet. Sincere advise: Never go to SBI for any service / loan. All staff including managers are not well versed with their own applications and dont know how to address many of the online issues.

                              This is regarding a transaction which I had done on 3rd May, 2022 with Cleartrip.

                              However the payment was not successful and they have processed the refund from their end.

                              Please refer the details below shared by Cleartrip Finance team.

                                Sir,
                                I have ordered a product from amazon (Monitor) Rs:13, 693 on February 14th
                                And i cancelled the order on February 21. But i have not received the product or refund
                                Amazon initiated the refund on 21 February and it was expected to come on before 25 February but it been 3 months i still not received my money

                                But the SBI bank still not credited my money

                                    Respected sir,
                                    Above mentioned subject is the grievance filed in CPGRAM, got the reply from Asstt.Commissionar finc. To contact pension SBI branch. my pension is getting deducted from July 2020.
                                    Kindly look into this matter being a senior citizens and self dependent not able to get deduction in pension.

                                      I tried paying for the ucg net application through SBI mops via Google pay but same had not updated there on application status. While paying I tried downloading the SBI mops QR code image and then paid. Transaction shown successful there. But it's showing still pending on my application form. Kindly requesting you to help me..I got no help from anywhere.
