I received below sms today i. E 5th december 2017

"your sbi credit card points worth rs 6872 expired on 06/12/2017. Kindly redeem your points into cash or voucher by click here

Asking for email id with password, card number, cvv, validity etc.

by mistake I dropped a cheque of 121217 in credit card payments drop box at SBI academy sec 18 gurgaon.
Drop box id is GUR008.
now I dont know How to get my cheque back. as nobody telling me the procedure.
Dont knw the guys who collects the cheques from that box.

      Today 6870 rs. Amount auto debit from my sbi bank account. Please refund my amount. And let me know how to disable the auto debit facility of card. This is happened second time. Last time also 3000 rs. Amount is debited automatically from my bank account. Please refund this amount also. And immediately i want to close this auto debit facility from my card.

        My mother was having pension account at sbi branch but the same bank was very far, so pensioner requested that please shift my account to nearby bank named himachal gramin bank, sbi did closed her account and said that she may apply any other bank... When consulted the pension disbursing authority the informed that pension cannot be send in the requested branch... Now can we again re-open the closed sbi account so that pension continues in the same account.

          1. Reference my complaint with ticket no. [protected].

          2. As per you reply transaction rights have been given to me but i am still not able to make online transactions from my account

          3. After your this email i visited to the sbi nurpur branch and requested branch manager for two times and submitted applications as per his directions.

          4. Now i am away from home town and spoke to him on telephone on 24 nov 2017 regarding my problem. He told me that he has no time to talk on such type of issues on phone. And told me to visit the branch (Which i was regularly doing since apr 2017).

          5. I tried to remind him that i have already visited your branch a number of times since apr 17 and now it is nov 17. But he cut the call saying that he does not have time and you may give an e-mail on bank id.

          6. I mailed him and he replied me to visit the branch.

          7. Now i dont understand how this problem will be resolved. I took advice from manager mr rajesh tanwar, manager, sbi shimla (Formerly at solan and presently in chandigarh) and manager, sbi, kasauli at sanawar. They also told me to give an email only, because i am away from home town and i have already submitted a number of applications for the same task.

          8. I dont think that he is pending my request intentionally, but he does not know how to solve this particular problem.in that case he should ask from some other place, because this a concern of customer satisfaction on an issue which is already long outstanding.

          9. Is it the quality and level of care and satisfaction given to the customers. Your manager speaks so arrogantly with the customers. A person who is sitting 400-500 km away is supposed to visit the branch personally again and again for this particular task in a scenario when every thing has gone digital. How strange this thing is.

            Sir u changing the sbi branch code and ifsc code of modha branch, beed. U will not give any information about our customer. Due to the branch code and ifsc code change i facing the problem to get scholarship. For getting a scholarship i required a first page of passbook with correct branch code and ifsc code. At time it is not possible to go my home branch and print the 1 page. What will we do

              I had booked a bus on 7th nov 2017 through redbus app and paid amount rs. 640 through tez app. The amount got debited from my account but did not reach redbus. I did not get ticket confirmation as well. When i contacted redbus customer care service, they informed that they did not receive amount and it is pending with the bank. So wait for some days, amount will be automatically credited but till now it has not been credited. Please help me to get the amount which is pending with you as soon as possible.

My parents are holding property of 25laks and age 60 years above unable to bear their expenses with regular income. Hence approached bank to get the loan but denied.

                        Hi,

                        I got a fraud call on my mobile number, the person claimed to be the state bank of india bank manager from kolkata and called me on sunday morning. He said that i had not used my sbi debit card for a long time and it was blocked. And if i don't follow his call he would block my bank account!

                        Since i do not have any sbi account in kolkata i confidently told him to go ahead and block it. But i feel some action must be taken against this guy before he scams someone.

                              Dear sir/ma'am,
                              I suman chouhan a customer of sbi visited my nearby atm for cash withdrawal on 02/11/2017 and have done 2 transactions of 10000/- each but the cash was not dispensed by the machine so i came back home and after coming back my mobile had a message that 20000/- has been withdrawn from my account in one single transaction. It has been more than a month bank has done nothing to solve my problem. I have registered complain regarding this at every possible place but in vain. Neither the bank is showing me the cctv footage of the atm nor replying me about the reason due to which the amount has been debited from my account if it was not received my. I am a middle class school teacher and cannot visit bank daily for this matter the amount debited is my whole month salary and am in deep sorrow. Please help me with this problem asap.

                                (1) i have a personal loan amount of rs-5.5 lakh. They instalmentrs-14000/actually net instalment is rs -13200/it is a big question. Why deduct rs'800/extra in a month. I had complaint to the manager but not taken any action yet. Now loan is crossed 3 years. (2) on 2-11-17 rs-14000/ instalment deducted. On 10-11-17 i had given a cheque to st' joseph school fee amount rs - 5300/ on 14-11-17 i got message dishonour cheque charge deducted rs-590/ cheque is cancel and account is hold condition. (3) another i have a two wheeler loan from hdfc bank amount of rs-2100/ they could not take timely because of account hold. I fine by hdfc bankrs-590/, ×2=1180. Late fine&cheque bounce chargers-500/by school. I paid total rs-2270/ fine. Sbi should be responsible. I am not crore - pati to paid fine. I am smallest job holder of country. I am a jawan of (Bsf) we know how we earn money. After standing 20 hrs duty day and night. You did not got pain by fine. Because yu do 8 hrs duty sitting ac/room.*i strongly request and want to know. Who hold my account unnessary.? If instalment is deducted monthly. And i have no any instalment due. Last month i went to loans officer talk about problem. She say yu problem solved. On 4-12-17 same problem is facing. Me. They did not solve any problem. They did not talk us clearly. If yu asked then they angry us. Please look into this matter immediately. Thanks.                                   There is no cash in my areas ubi atm. So then i try to get cash to other banks atm.in this time when i withdrawal cash rs.8000.00 on sbi atm, cash is not withdrawal from sbi atm, and atm shows "transaction time out"but debited from my account rs.8000.00.                                       My mother who is 87 yr old has a demat account with sbi cap securities since sbi shifted their demat accounts here. However, from that period the dividends started coming physically to my parent's house instead of going directly to the bank. On enquiry i found out that my mother's account wasn't updated and a kyc form needed to be submitted. I duly filled all the forms and along with my mother's attested pan card copy submitted at the vikas bhavan, kolkata but with no result. The customer care people also couldn't respond to my query although from vikas bhavan i was told that they had already submitted the form. I was so harassed that i wanted to transfer all the shares to my demat account at kotak securities. And the kolkata stock exchange told me that it shouldn't be a problem. But now i'm told that my mother's demat account being inactive (Which i tried to activate) the process will need some more time. I'm so fed up with sbi cap securities that i want to close the account with them asap.

                                        On 30 october 2017 i transacted rs10000/_ from sbi atm booth and i didn't get single penny might be system not working. So i launched a compalined at sbi imphal paona bazar, my complaint no is [protected] and my complaint was rejected and again i complaint (Complaint no [protected]) that i didn't received any money from that atm while transacting but sbi service reply that transaction sucessful. So i meet my bank branch manager paona bazar and he told me to meet regarding atm booth sbi branch office manger mg avenue imphal and i meet him and he told me to meet sbi regional business office imphal. I meet them and they told me they will check cctv and come after 2 days. When i went there after said say they told me their atm booth cctv harddrive was crash and they advice me to complaint in rbi ombudsmen. So i think my money was stolen by service man who work in sbi. Please find the culprit and punished them. I want my money return back. How long i'm going go wait.
