Sub: an appeal for the refund of cheque return charges.

Dear sir,

My account no. Is [protected]. I want to draw your kind attention to the following facts:

1) the cheque issued to hdfc ltd on25/06/2017 from the savibgs account no: [protected] has been dishonored on 27/06/2017 and 04/07/2017on successive representation and cheque return charges of rs. 575 and rs. 590 has been deducted from my sbi account (Ac no: [protected]). The same cheque has been cleared and withdrawn by hdfc ltd on11/07/2017. So here remains the question that why the cheque was dishonored if it has to be cleared on another date.

2) i have contacted with hdfc ltd (Garia branch) and accounts department regarding this matter for several times and collected the return memo of the cheque (196910)

3) i enclose herewith the images of passbook updates, photocopy of the cheque and the return memo of the cheque no. (196910).

Kindly take the necessory steps and refund me the deducted amount.

I have contacted with sbi for several times but no solutions have been found. Kindly look into this matter.

    anonymous withdrawal of amount from my bank account using atm

    I raveendra d p working in govt. Pu college as lecturer in chemistry. I had applied for kset examination conducted by mysore university. I did payment for the examination through icici online banking and transaction was also successful. Transaction reference number is du79863267 dated 28/10/2017. Confirmation message for successful transaction sent on 30/10/2017 to registered mobile number. But the thing is kset department declined to provide chance for examining because amount is not transferred to kset account. So i request you to solve problem caused to

      Complain was raised on 2 nov 2017 regarding unsuuccesful atm transaction of rs 20000 but complain was booked on 7 nov 2017 and was asked to wait patiently for 7 working days and then on 20 nov 2017 the matter was shown to be closed without returning my money or giving me satisfactory answer.         My account has been marked as inoperative by sholinganallur, sbi branch, (Ifsc code‎: ‎sbin0010525) however last transaction was done on 03-april-2017. Normally for marking as dormant or inoperative requires 2 years of inactivity.

        Txn no - 4526

        I am not living in chennai now, so can not visit the branch personally. Please help me out in this regard.

        I got an update from sbi branch (Ifsc code‎: ‎sbin0010525) that my account has been made inactive due to non-submission of adhar. They asked me to send aadhaar number via replying to that e-mail and they will make my account active again. I sent aadhaar details as well as aadhaar screenshot on 21-Nov-2017, however still my account is in stopped status. Government deadline to update aadhaar was 31-Dec-2017, then how my account can be stopped without notifying me. Please help me out in this regard.

        After sharing my aadhaar details, still they have not activated my account. I tried calling branch at least 100 times, but no one picked. Please help!!

          This is regarding the application number 17-[protected] for the application of the indian passport.
          We have made a payment of rs.2000 towards the passport application fee a month back to the sbi but the the status of the payment is still in pending. We are unable to reach out to the contact number given in the passport seva site. What is the use of this unreachable number?

          The amount has been deducted from our bank and we still have no information about what is happening with the payment nor are we able to proceed with the passport application. The passport seva customer care is of absolutely no help and they keep telling us to contact sbi. The sbi number is unreachable nor are they responding to the mail.

          We are entirely blocked for the passport application currently and have also lost our money.

              Subject: rectification of negative account shown in cibil score (Credit mantri)

              This is regarding my credit card issue bearing number [protected]. Despite having cleared all the out standings raised on me which itself were wrong because i had cleared an amount of rupees 3000/- settled after negotiations. The copy of the mail and no dues issued by you which is attached here with for your ready reference. It was to my utter surprise that even after clearing this account was shown in negative in cibil score (Credit mantri) site
              I was further persuaded by cibil score (Credit mantri) site to deposit an amount of rupees 1974/- as full and final settlement which was done by me through my net banking on 22nd mar 2017 the supporting payment document and reference are attached for your perusal.
              I feel to understand as to why the cibil score (Credit mantri) is still showing my account as negative which is causing a great harassment for me as i am unable to get any bank loans and credit card. Due to thus credit score is very low for no fault of mine. This kind of attitude is not expected from a bank of your stature.
              May i now request you to kindly carry the necessary correction in the in my credit account by showing the cibil score (Credit mantri) site as i have already cleared all the out standings.
              Hope you will take immediate action in the matter otherwise i shall left with no option but to take recourse to the measures available like banking ombudsman for its settlement.

                Hi,
                On 18th november 2017 i got link on social media where the person requested me to donate 20 rs for poor thru airtel money.
                They shared a link and when i loged in to sbi netbanking using that link and enetered 20 rs i got a otp, after entering otp i have received message from sbi about the transaction of 34000 rs.
                Then i realized that i was cheated by them and the link was a phishing link.
                Now i am attaching all the screenshots in this regard.
                I request you to let me know what can i do further on this.
                Also i need your help to stop further transactions to the same account/merchant.
                If that transaction was to subscribe to deduct amount periodically how can i check that? And how can i stop that?

                  I have made payment of gst through sbi e-payment portal. The gst amount is debited from my bank account on 20/11/17 but the same has not been credited in my gst account as it's showing awaiting bank confirmation. Last date for filing gst return for the month of oct'17 is 20/11/17. So i request you to kindly resolve my issue so that i can file my gst return on time.

                    Hi i am an sbi (Hansi_haryana, india) customer, with an education loan account no: [protected]. I issued education loan of around 15 lacs from sbi, branch-hansi, haryana, india in sept-2015 for my higher education from australia, which i have now completed,. However, we did not took any money from loan account because later on bank made so many excuses and denied to provide loan to me but i managed somehow, as now we asked bank to close that loan account and return our property original documents but, the sad part is that now that bank manager is saying do you guys have any proof that you submitted property documents to bank. Although, we have our sanctioned loan documents and its linked to my account as well. So, i am facing really big trouble in return of my property documents. My father is going almost everyday to bank but bank manager and all others are making so many excuses and not even behaving good. Seriously, i had to face really mistreatment from bank especially by manager. So i am writing here and need a solution for that. Thanks.

                      Hi,

                      I have tried updating my aadhar number with sbi sb account # [protected] by below means so far:
                      Online through netbanking portal - atleast 10 times
                      Sms - n number of times
                      Atm - once
                      Finally nearest sbi branch - submitted the xerox copy of aadhar with name, phone number, account number and signature.

                      Unfortunately, in spite of all these steps, it is still not linked.
                      I am still getting mails to link it which is really unfortunate from sbi point of view.

                      Neither did i get any sms or mail so far mentioning it is linked nor do i see it in netbanking, nor even with aadhar number.

                      Please do the needful at the earliest.

I have given so many applications to unblock the atm to branch. But the lady madam who deals with these services behaves very rudely with me and don't unblock my atm. This atm contain a magnetic chip. I have also called to c-care to reopen this atm. They said this this can be unblock only through branch. Branch people are not listening properly. Govt. Is promoting digitalism but bank employee are not behaving us well.

                        Please resolve this problem asap.

                                I am representing the complain of a customer in blood relation i. E. As
                                A brother.
                                1. My sister has sbi bank in branch code: 66, ifsc: sbin0000066,
                                2. Being a female possessing many works, she is unable to see the account statement,
                                2. From account of account holder, sbi has debited money without prior intimation to a/c holder that minimal balance is not maintained therefore money debit can be performed.
                                3. Also urban slab for mab is rs. 80 + st if shortfall 75%. However the deduction is as follows:
                                I. 12.06.2017 rs. 115

                                Ii. 14.07.207 rs. 115

                                Iii. 19.08.201 & 31.08.2017 rs.69.50 and rs.118 i. E. Twice a months, respectively,

                                Iv. 01.09.2017 & 30.09.2017 rs.28.50 and rs.118 i. E. Twice a months, respectively, i. E. Sl. No. I to iv as mab,

                                V. 15.09.2017 & 16.10.2017 rs. 295 & rs.295, respectively as sbi charge for failed mandate transfer to investment intermediar

                                Vi. 30.10.2017 as rs.118 as duplicate state

                                4. My query is that without intimating the customer about these deduction, sbi has the entitlement to perform debit repeatedly. If show kindly quote the rules and regulations.
                                5. I am herewith requesting you sir to kindly refund my sisters money that debited without intimating the customer and also to keep the right of a consumer intact.

                                  Hi, i am shashank. I made an online payment from my debit card on 8th nov 2017. The money has been deducted from my account but the payee has not received the money. I paid the money through an on line link which the payee had sent to my mail. After the payment was made i got an error message saying the transaction was unsuccessful but the money was deducted. Even after waiting for 10 days i have not received the payment back. I have registered a complaint on sbi which says it needs 45 days to process the request. Is there any solution to this? Or should i just sit and wait for some more days?

                                    On 18th november 2017, i tried to withdraw rs 14000/- from sbi atm machine in yeravada br insite-i, pune, atm id: cbba[protected] with my sbi shoping card

                                    The money rs 14000 was debited but only rs 13500 cash dispensed by the machine itself and with amount of rs 13500 one slip is dispensed it means the slip is counted as rs 500.
                                    Please recredit my money to my account at the earliest.

Due to financial difficulties i have decided to settle my card. I'm ready to pay the final settlement amount.
