Hi i am an sbi (Hansi_haryana, india) customer, with an education loan account no: [protected]. I issued education loan of around 15 lacs from sbi, branch-hansi, haryana, india in sept-2015 for my higher education from australia, which i have now completed,. However, we did not took any money from loan account because later on bank made so many excuses and denied to provide loan to me but i managed somehow, as now we asked bank to close that loan account and return our property original documents but, the sad part is that now that bank manager is saying do you guys have any proof that you submitted property documents to bank. Although, we have our sanctioned loan documents and its linked to my account as well. So, i am facing really big trouble in return of my property documents. My father is going almost everyday to bank but bank manager and all others are making so many excuses and not even behaving good. Seriously, i had to face really mistreatment from bank especially by manager. So i am writing here and need a solution for that. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I have tried updating my aadhar number with sbi sb account # [protected] by below means so far:
    Online through netbanking portal - atleast 10 times
    Sms - n number of times
    Atm - once
    Finally nearest sbi branch - submitted the xerox copy of aadhar with name, phone number, account number and signature.

    Unfortunately, in spite of all these steps, it is still not linked.
    I am still getting mails to link it which is really unfortunate from sbi point of view.

    Neither did i get any sms or mail so far mentioning it is linked nor do i see it in netbanking, nor even with aadhar number.

    Please do the needful at the earliest.

      I want to inform you that i have an account at sbi - new grain market, sunam (Sangrur) punjab. I have obtained a new atm. But atm is blocked. I have given so many applications to unblock the atm to branch. But the lady madam who deals with these services behaves very rudely with me and don't unblock my atm. This atm contain a magnetic chip. I have also called to c-care to reopen this atm. They said this this can be unblock only through branch. Branch people are not listening properly. Govt. Is promoting digitalism but bank employee are not behaving us well.

      Please resolve this problem asap.

          Sbi products is fine.. But ur branch service is too bad in small urban areas.. Why because ur staff,, they don't know how to behave with rural costumer.. Ur staff are irrespective and irresponsible.. So u can give training to them that sbi rules and regulations... One again i mentioned ur branch staff their own commercial..

              I am herewith sending you the detail of debit that furnished by sbi without prior intimation to account holder.
              I am representing the complain of a customer in blood relation i. E. As
              A brother.
              1. My sister has sbi bank in branch code: 66, ifsc: sbin0000066,
              2. Being a female possessing many works, she is unable to see the account statement,
              2. From account of account holder, sbi has debited money without prior intimation to a/c holder that minimal balance is not maintained therefore money debit can be performed.
              3. Also urban slab for mab is rs. 80 + st if shortfall 75%. However the deduction is as follows:
              I. 12.06.2017 rs. 115

              Ii. 14.07.207 rs. 115

              Iii. 19.08.201 & 31.08.2017 rs.69.50 and rs.118 i. E. Twice a months, respectively,

              Iv. 01.09.2017 & 30.09.2017 rs.28.50 and rs.118 i. E. Twice a months, respectively, i. E. Sl. No. I to iv as mab,

              V. 15.09.2017 & 16.10.2017 rs. 295 & rs.295, respectively as sbi charge for failed mandate transfer to investment intermediar

              Vi. 30.10.2017 as rs.118 as duplicate state

              4. My query is that without intimating the customer about these deduction, sbi has the entitlement to perform debit repeatedly. If show kindly quote the rules and regulations.
              5. I am herewith requesting you sir to kindly refund my sisters money that debited without intimating the customer and also to keep the right of a consumer intact.

                Hi, i am shashank. I made an online payment from my debit card on 8th nov 2017. The money has been deducted from my account but the payee has not received the money. I paid the money through an on line link which the payee had sent to my mail. After the payment was made i got an error message saying the transaction was unsuccessful but the money was deducted. Even after waiting for 10 days i have not received the payment back. I have registered a complaint on sbi which says it needs 45 days to process the request. Is there any solution to this? Or should i just sit and wait for some more days?

                  On 18th november 2017, i tried to withdraw rs 14000/- from sbi atm machine in yeravada br insite-i, pune, atm id: cbba[protected] with my sbi shoping card

                  The money rs 14000 was debited but only rs 13500 cash dispensed by the machine itself and with amount of rs 13500 one slip is dispensed it means the slip is counted as rs 500.
                  Please recredit my money to my account at the earliest.

                    Sbi bank — bank not providing settlement option for credit card i am holding sbi credit card number [protected]. Due to financial difficulties i have decided to settle my card. I'm ready to pay the final settlement amount. Inspite of my continous emails to sbi for providing amount of the of the settlement, sbi denied to settle card and continue charging hefty interest charges kindly do the needful and please help me to close the card.

                      I am raghuvar dayal jain 79 years old a retired head master was retired from service in year 1998. The money i received on retirement i taken a fdr at sbi branch baldeogarh distt tikamgarh (Mp) on 04.07.1998 for an amount of rs.50000.00.
                      The said fdr certificate, passbooks, jwellary etc. Were theft at bhopal at my son's residence in year 2011. I was very much confident of my deposits as it was with sbi baldeogarh branch in mp. Now i thougt for encashment and prepared an affidavit reached to bank. Initially they denied by saying that old record is unavailable. When i made a complaint on sbi portal then they called me and says that there was a loan on this fdr of rs 25000.00 and denied to mature by saying that balance 25000 was credited in my saving account. They are unable to say when i taken loan on fdr and when amont was credited.. I have never taken loan from sbi. My hard earned money in shape of fdr is still with bank but it is not being paid. Please do needful so that i may get the maturity amount. As on date it will be around 2.0 lakh. Being senior citizen arrange to deliver it at my home.

                        I have completed my full and final payment of my sbi credit card ac #[protected], bearing card [protected]. But still i haven't received my noc for the same.

                        And also that its takes nearly 30 to 40 mintues of time to reach ur customer care. Even though v reach them, there is no proper response.

                        When u can outsource ur work of collecting money to some other team, y cant u arrange to enable us to reach noc on time???

                        And more funniest part is some excutives from sbi calling me to get credit card from sbi again.

                        Resolution : provide me with noc for the credit card asap.

                            I received 3 sms from bz-sbibnk about linking my scss & ppf account to adhar or else the operations will be closed.
                            So, i visited sbi pune, erandavane branch [counter no.9] today. I was surprised that they had no updated information on linking adhar and told the persons present that ignore such messages!!!
                            I am senior citizen and cannot visit bank at their whims and fancies.
                            Somebody in bank told to link pan also with accounts.
                            It seems that there is no system in banking circle on this matter.
                            The matters are being taken lightly at customer's risk.
                            Please take positive steps to clarify the scene.

                              I was army school fees paid through atm card on 16 nov 2017 and amount rao 5430 debited against cancelled transaction. Hdfc bank says that transaction has been reversed. But sbi has not been credited to my accnt. My account number in 10621 code. Accnt number is [protected]. Please solve above mentioned problems. Amount rs 5430 credited to my account

                                A refund of amount 354 was successfully processed on 11th november, 2017 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refunded amount yet.
                                I have called the sbi customer care service and also emailed my complaint regarding the matter. No action is being taken.
                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
                                Kindly go through the charge dispute, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                Place solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I apply to avail the scheme apun ghar. The co-applicant is my father. I have applied for the loan last sept. 2017. The application form has already returned two times. When i submit form i have given my salary slip & electricity bill of august 2017. But again they required latest document. One day they say required some signature of co - applicant, and one week later they again say some signature is left. Thus two months gone from the date of application. Now i don, t know when my loan will be sanction.

                                    I have an sb account with state bank of india, kalyan east branch.

                                    On repeatedly getting messages from state bank of india for linking my aadhar with the bank account, i submitted copy of my aadhar along with their kyc form and fulfilled other requirements as stated by them.

                                    I took a day off from office and completed this work. It took around 2 hours for me in the bank (Including the waiting time in queue) to get the work done.

                                    After submitting the details, they told me to withdraw a nominal amount from the atm outside the bank. On successful withdrawal, they said your aadhar has been linked.

                                    When i was standing in the queue, i met a friend who said she had submitted the aadhar details once but she got a message from the bank stating her account has to be linked with aadhar soon. She had come there for the second time for submitting the same details.

                                    And now, after 2 months of submission i get a message from sbi to link my aadhar with my account and if not done, my account will be freezed.

                                    To enquire about the details of the message, i dialled the bank's number. Nobody ever picks up the phone there. We have to find time ourselves and go personally to the bank always even if its a small enquiry.

                                    The employees sitting there are irresponsible and not at all customer-friendly. Now i am forced to take a day off again from office and go to the bank for something which i have already completed.

                                    The government has to put an option for online linking of aadhar with bank accounts. This offline mode creating problems for customers; especially account holders of the state bank of india.

                                        Then again the scotiabank officer had tried transferring 2000 cad on 06 october, 2017 from sbi travel card to my debit card but then the transaction was declined. As i'm running out of my funds, i have requested for 1000 cad transfer the same day from travel card to debit card and the transaction was success, the amount reflected in my account. Later i have received the mail saying that the 2000 cad has been deducted from travel card but then the amount has not been reflected in my debit card account. Then after, i have contacted the scotiabank officer for 2000 cad transaction, they have replied that the correction has been made instantly as the transaction was declined so it might reflect in your travel card account in 48 hrs, but even today i'm unable to see the amount reflected in my travel card account.

                                        I'm Vadrevu Sai Kiran Mayee from Canada. I'm pursuing my masters degree in Canadian university. I have taken a loan of 20 lakhs for my education and living expenses. I have also teken SBI Foreign Travel Card (VISA). The living expenses are loaded in the travel card for the first month (5500 CAD).

                                        I have opened an account in Scotia Bank (1649 Merivale Road, Nepean, ON K2G3K2, Canada). At first, I have transferred 2000 CAD from SBI travel card to my debit card(as a deposit) on 08 September, 2017.

                                        Then again the Scotiabank officer had tried transferring 2000 CAD on 06 October, 2017 from SBI travel card to my debit card but then the transaction was declined. As I'm running out of my funds, I have requested for 1000 CAD transfer the same day from travel card to debit card and the transaction was success, the amount reflected in my account. Later I have received the mail saying that the 2000 CAD has been deducted from travel card but then the amount has not been reflected in my debit card account. Then after, I have contacted the Scotiabank officer for 2000 CAD transaction, they have replied that the correction has been made instantly as the transaction was declined so it might reflect in your travel card account in 48 hrs, but even today I'm unable to see the amount reflected in my travel card account.

                                        I have visited the Scotia Bank couple of times saying that the amount is not returned to my travel card, but then they have clearly showed me that the correction was made from their side. They have provided me with the proof saying that the correction has been made. But still I'm not finding the amount (2000 CAD) in my travel card.

                                        The transaction was done on 6 Oct, 2017 and the complaint has been lodged on 17 Oct, 2017 but then I haven't received any information then on. Even after mailing them for the status of the complaint. there is no response. I'm living in another country rather than my home country. I don't have any relations to support me here for the expenditure and it was almost to 1 month, I'm adjusting myself with just 500$. I don't even have funds to pay the next month rent or to buy groceries. I'm completely running out of funds.

                                        I request you to kindly look into this situation and provide me the solution as early as possible.

                                        Enclosed please find the receipt of the transactions and statement of account from Scotia Bank.
