Sir
I mohana priya having an a/c in the sbi - palayamkottai branch. A/c no [protected]
When i tried to withdraw rs 3000 from my a/c [[protected]] on 4th nov around 11.00 am from the canara bank atm tirunelveli at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
But when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

Sir i have already given the complain to the sbi palayamkottai and also sbi palayamkottai but till now no any reply come not the money.

So iam requesting you to take necessary action

    I produced cheque no. 755715 for withdrawal of rs.70000/ to the employee at counter no. 18 of sbi, main branch, super market, raibareli, up, on date 14.11.17. The employee at the counter paid the amt.in 7 bundles of100 rupee notes. I very humbly prayed him that some 500 rupee notes may also be given and some 100 rupee notes also be given. But the employee at the counter flately refused by saying that he had no 500 rupee notes, while i saw 500 and 2000 rupee notes in his open drawer. I was too much aggrieved with his white lie and rude behavior. I do not know his name but it may be traced out by bank 's sr. Chief manager.
    I think such behavior of a bank employee must not be appreciated. He should be educated for better codes of conducts.

        My name is v. Muthender. Card issued on name v. Huthender. I could not notice the mistake as 'h' and 'm' seems to look almost identical.
        For auto debit sbi debiting to my account. When i am asking for refund as they have not taken into account my flexi pay which is already approved by them sbi is not crediting due to mistake in name. The amount involved is rs. 41 k+

            My grandfather has an sbi account in neemuch (M. P.) for mp state government pension scheme. Few days back he got paralysis attack and not able to move right now. We have tried to get this certificate via e mitra, however due to old age his fingerprints was not scanned properly.

            Currently he is residing at chittorgarh, rajasthan. We have contacted the near by sbi branch but they denied that they will not be able to issue the certificate. We need to go to neemuch only.

            His condition is not so well that we can travel that distance, so could you please arrange for his certificate in the near by branch.

              My mother n bro went to open a new acc at sbi
              Bt they forcefully asked to fill insurance form and also their behavior is too rude and too lazy to communicate with us
              And also they lost my brother's pan card while inspecting documents, wen asked to look at her counter she screamed like somebody #

              So i want sbi manager to replace dat # staff with eligible and decent ones! For ur own sake or nobody is goin to join ur bank

                We have an savings account in sbi in which it has been taken when i studying. Now i cmpleted my education and we want to transfer the branch savings account from burdwan main branch to chinarpark, rajarhat (Kol) branch. The account has been transferred but the cif not has been transferred. Here i got aproblem that our cif no has not been transferred. So we can not travel these many times here and there. This shows irresponsibility of the people working over there. My work is getting disturbed because of this matter. Please transfer our both cif to chinarpark, rajarhat (Kol) branch.

When i mailed irctc they mailed me that it was bank fault not our fault and also i ordered a bagpack from amazon and return it and again money is not received. They also told me the same thing. And when talking with bank their was no response in fact they don't want to listen and try to know what happen. Please help me, i'm a student and total amount is 4465. Please help me...

                        My self manisha bhalla is an atm fraud victim and regarding that, i have informed bank and as well as the nearby police station (Ranhola) but they did not log a f. I. R for same and hence got no satisfactory response from them.

                        I have also registered a complaint with cyber crime cell having complaint number: c2017/2211

                        I belong to a middle-class family and losing such a big amount is like losing everything.

                        Details of the event: on the night of 9th nov around 11:50 pm, i received a message over my phone that 40, 000 inr has been withdrawn from my account and same at 12:03 am for inr 21, 000. And all these transactions took place at atm marina arcade, connaught place.

                        We are feeling like helpless and trying to reach everyone who can help us, and eventually writing a mail to you, so that case can be brought to your consideration and some necessary action can be taken by police so that i will get my lost money back.

                          What is the point of giving such facility online?

                                2. It is to inform you that i am holding a savings account in sbi, jawahar road branch, rajkot (Gujarat). From the statement downloaded from net banking it is seen that the personal accident insurance premium to the tune of rs.200/- was wrongly debited to my account on 13/11/2017 vide ref no. Sbigen pai sbign[protected], as i have not applied for the same. On my personal visit with the bank the officer in charge had said that he will mail the same to sbi general insurance and request for refund the same and it will take more than month time.

                                3. Sir, i may please be allowed to draw your attention to the fact that this is the mistake of the bank/sbi general insurance for debiting my account without my consent and it is mental harassment to me as it took more than one month time for crediting the amount of rs. 200/-. It is also a matter of fact that in 2016 the same was debited without consent on 04/10/2016 and credited on 26/10/2016. Please note that i have not given any consent for insurance. However, if i have given my consent in the past, it may please be treated as cancelled. It is requested that the same should not be debited in future from my account without my consent and if so it compelled me to lodge complaint against the bank as well as sbi general insurance, which i don’t want to do so.

                                3. You are therefore, requested to do the needful in the matter and credit rs.200/- in my savings account at the earliest, as the same is wrongly debited from my savings bank account.

                                  I would wish to bring to your notice that it is such an unpleasant experience with sbi bank internet banking services
                                  I hold a savings account with account number [protected], dooravaninagar, bangalore-16
                                  I have done three transaction via internet banking and it has been failed but amount is not credited back. I have contacted the customer care executives and have raised complaint tickets multiple times still no response. Kindly view the following complaint tickets for your refernce, it is stated as resolved, but neither amount credited and not a proper response, also i have mailed to gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in, yet no one responded, finally last week i dropped a mail to gm1. [protected]@sbi.co.in, yet not even a response from their end, kindly sort this out also i need the compensation for these many days delay, i have attached the following ticket number which i have raised with sbi

                                    We have salary accounts in sbi sadar bazar ambala cant. Once we have insurence by the compant of 3000/yearly. But they have deducted 3500 rs without our notice, 3000rs return in our accounts but 500 rs they did not refund us in the previous year & this year they also deduct 500/ without our notice. What would be legal action taken in this this regard. Pl. Suggest.
                                    They also did not taken our consent of 500/rs of insurence.

                                      I have applied for checque book for my sbi account on 24.10.2017 from my sbi branch adra district purulia. Till now i have not received my checque book reason kyi or kyc is not there in their system and this has been informed to me today itself when i reached the office today. My concern is i have applied for checque almost 20 days ago and i have been informed. Moreover my account is 9 years old and i am doing regular transaction from my account so i don't know how my kyi or kyc gone from their system. I need to provide checque for my business purpose on urgent basis. Who is going to take responsibility for my time loss as well as business loss.

                                        I have sbi credit card total pending amount around 2lac. I don't have a penny to pay, neither i can arrange such huge amount for payment. I paid more then 1lac but sbi credit card team taken so high charges. But my situation is so bad that i can't think of paying 30000. Please sbi help me with this situation, please do a settlement and get me out of this mess. [protected]..
