I would wish to bring to your notice that it is such an unpleasant experience with sbi bank internet banking services
I hold a savings account with account number [protected], dooravaninagar, bangalore-16
I have done three transaction via internet banking and it has been failed but amount is not credited back. I have contacted the customer care executives and have raised complaint tickets multiple times still no response. Kindly view the following complaint tickets for your refernce, it is stated as resolved, but neither amount credited and not a proper response, also i have mailed to gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in, yet no one responded, finally last week i dropped a mail to gm1. [protected]@sbi.co.in, yet not even a response from their end, kindly sort this out also i need the compensation for these many days delay, i have attached the following ticket number which i have raised with sbi
