sbi life insurance policy rinn raksha relating to house loan account no.32442706991

The above said loan a/c no. Linked with sbi life policy covered from 23.07.2012. The emis were also paid upto date (28.08.2017) with out any delay. Now the branch manager ordered to pay penal interest for sbi life policy emis which were not recovered from 23.07.2012 additionally i paid penal interest rs.12, 000 against the terms and conditions of policy. So totally we are paying rs.93130 instead to pay premium 53 655, in equal 5 regular yearly...

Dear sir i m md anish khan, my internet banking mobile no. Is [protected], and now i m changing a new mobile no. [protected]. So i have forgotten my login password due to changing for secure transaction, after all i can't reset my login password with selecting profile password. Its shows that 'due to some technical problem we are unable to process your request, pliz try later '. Therefore pliz make me enable to reset my login password and i unable to reach my branch due to a medical problem. Thanks

      I retired from rajasthan govt. My ppo no 1046370. My sbi a/c no [protected] at sbi station road branch madanganj-kishangarh (31107). I apply for pension by sbi branch (31107) in fab, 2017, 9 months past away. The pension not started, the pension is only my financial ecxistance. I regularly requsted to concern branch. But bm above bank say this branch send your case to shief manager (Cppc) at sbi, jaipur. The higher authority will decide your pension, provide my pension with inerest.

      I have deposited all the documents asked by the Sbi Hari Market manager required for starting SMS service like adhar card, pan card etc three month ago, still they haven't started the service which causes huge problem for me. You are requested to rectify the fault and do the needful at the earliest please. Thanks in advance.

      Rs.934 deducted around 5 times and only one time it refunded...rest of the money has not credited yet... It is been 7 days already...please credited my money as soon as possible...

      There is no option to make payment using the reward points. I do not why they make it so complicated for the card users. At the time of issuing the card these details are not given to us. Now I have accumulated a lot of reward points which I am not able to use. It is something like we are not able to use our own money.

        Respected sir/madam,

        I was tried to withdrawn cash of rs.1000/- on 29th oct, 2017 from sbi atm located at punyanagari, wadgaonsheri, pune, maharashtra-411014. Transaction shows successful, but cash was not dispensed. My home branch is located at purulia, west bengal-723101. On the same day i have called to customer [protected]@[protected] and raised a ticket (Ticket no. [protected]). Now they told me i need to contact with my home branch. Currently i am located in pune, and i am unable to go to my home town right now.

        Request you please response and help me on this.

        Sir i have withdraw my 10000 ammount from my account No- [protected] on 31/11/2017 nd ammount dedected from my account but i dont have recieve any ammount from HDFC ATM . So my humble request tu please may take action against my complaint . thankuu...
        Since 1month Im following d matter vth ur branch manager at kanna chowk branch solapur. But no response. I recd 2 lacs from lic which d bank made rid. I asked d manager to release one policy of my wife. Its survival value is 1.30 lacs. So my complaint d matter within a week. Thank you
        An amount of Rupees 117 was deducted from my SBI account SBI Branch at Sonari Jamshedpur without my consent nor any reason was given as why the deduction was being made.

          Under branch code 02026 an atm always closed by some unauthorized person in between 8.30 p. M to 9.00 p. M. And reopen it next day at 8.30 a. M. The miscreants always closed the atm shutter and locked the main gate which is prevent the customer to entrance the atm. I have several times complain this matter in front of manager, but he did shown any respond regarding my complain. The atm is situated in 'bul bul complex'near n. H.-15. Which is heart of the town. I know it that atm services is always for bank customer and opened it 24 hours of a week. Then how can it possible to closed by unofficial person? Is there is any rules and regulation for such work? If there is then let me know. The banking customer faced too much trouble for this matter. Respective branch also did not give any attention for their lack of security. Then what can we do?

            I just received message that three transanctions have been done using my debit card of 50, 6000, 6000 rupees, the card is with me i have not shared my card details with anyone. I called your site and got my card blocked just now. When i called bank people they said they can't see any transaction so theu can't register the complaint today. Now how do i get my money back

                  In my account its showing lien amount 100000 rs .But i have never aplied for loan or no remaining balance has left for bank.
                  Because i use the sbi for only for transaction .
                  there is no demad account too.
                  while talking to costumer care they told me some amount is left you need to pay it to bank and they are not telling for what .
                  I am not able to do transaction i cant reach out to my home branch.

                    I have written this complaint to highlight the irresponsible issue that i have faced. I am an sbi credit card holder. While i applied for the card i was offered a scheme for insurance policy for royal sundaram for which i said i am ready to get enrolled. However i was also informed that if i don't like the policy, i can call and cancel the policy and the amount of rs.3160 will be reimbursed which was my premium. Sbi didn't actioned my request and charged me with emi which i wasn't aware of and it is affecting my cibil score. I was informed that the payment will be reversed till 22nd oct 2017. But the application is still in pending status and it affected my cibil score. This is an unfair trade practice and because of this mistake from your team i have to suffer the repercussions. Fix this asap else i am left with no option but to report this to authorities and consumer forum. Thank you

                      Acustomer care rep. Called me on[protected] for about 35 munites over telephone for providing new upgraded an more secure atm card, she knew all details of my debit card.
                      She verified all my documents over phone and verify my card through ivr system and otp generated, and the ptp also verifired through ivr with 3 beep sound and my account debited for rs.8372.00. She also told that the money will be transferred in my account next month bill cycle.
                      I think this is a fraud transaction and request to resolve the issue

                        I had applied for an educational loan on 1st july 2017 along with all the necessary documents as demanded, on the assurance that the loan would be made available in just over a month's time. 2 months later in september the officials called me and asked for a few more documents which were submitted within a week's time.in october both my parents enquired about the progress of the loan many times and they were given impolite, vague, confusing and rude replies by the employees. When i went to the bank i was told by the controlling officer, a lady, that i need not teach her how to do her job. We visited the bank many times and were repeatedly told unclear reasons. I don' t think my father who holds an sbi account for over 30 years and who is working in a respectable position in the southern railways deserves to be treated the way he was by the employees of the sbi. It was only after we called up the agm of the particular branch that the process was speeded up and the inspection was conducted the same day within 2 hours of the complaint. It is very disappointing for us and we are forced to say that the employees need to realise that the customers are the reason that the bank even exists.

                          I have submitted application in the sbi branch for change of phone number in my sbi account but after 90 days nothing is done from the competent branch authority. Maybe the branch lost or had misplaced the application i have given with all necessary details. But since i cannot visit the sbi branch office because its 140 kms from my home town i earnestly request you to please take this case as serious and very genuine.

                          So i request the competent authority here would hear my prayer and do the required service, from your end sir. For which generosity i'll remain grateful. Expecting positive response from your good office. Thanking your in anticipation, sir.

                              I got a call from the above-mentioned company & they deducted rs 7880 amount from my sbi credit card (On sep 19, 2017) saying we are from visa & these are lifetime charges to get benefits on visa cards. The executive said its a verification from visa itself & we can get flat 25% off on every spending. When i called up executive they are clearly refusing to refund my amount. I asked to email me the recording of said things that also they are not ready to share with me. Following is the contact number & & name of the executive.

                              9th oct 2017 a lady call me her name is nilam gupta she was tell me my rewards points was closed and she was call from sbi card and 25%discount card give to me within 20working days of my mailing address.. And after 2mints she transfer my call to another lady name is richa sharma she was asked me my card details for verification and i told her... And i saw 7878 rs deducted from my card.. Thing is that till the date i didn't get my discount card and voucher and i had called up them many times they didn't pick up my phone or call me back again they are all time saying lie. Please help me i think it is a fraud company in delhi..

                                  I have been using my card for past 3 years and i’m paying my dues regularly. Due to some situation i’m not able to pay my card from march. After that there were lot of financial charges been charged under my card. During sept and oct i paid 7500 and 8500.
                                  I asked for settlement and the collection executives verbally said that i’ll get 40 to 45% of waiver. However, they have given me 30% and forcing me to pay immediately and every time they are calling and putting me under pressure, mentally i’m not able to manage this. I usually tell them to come to office and every time they are directly reaching home with 3 to 4 people and threatening my whole family. I would require a immediate action from your side this is my last hope. As i have seen that before going to rbi. This should be notified to the respective bank. I have reached bank as well and they are telling me in offline that you can wait for 10 days to get better waiver. Many people are calling with different names. Is this the way to treat a customer. As i read that executives should cope up with the customer before coming to house and they should maintain the privacy. Nothing was done from your side. They are always yelling and shouting. Please help me on this.

                                    Respected sir / madam,

                                    This is to inform you that i have taken a home loan from state bank of india 2 months ago and that time i have applied sbi life rin raksha group insurance policy to cover the life risk for home loan.

                                    Sbi life already taken rs. 46611 for first premium but till date they have not yet issued the insurance policy to me.

                                    When i inquired the same to sbi life agent and after 7 days i got a letter from sbi life (Letter attached) that premium will be increased by rs. 19633 additionally due to overweight.

                                    Note: sbi life never done any test regarding to bmi so not sure how cum they taken any decision about my height weight. I have written several mail and followup with them but they are not cooperating at all.

                                    I also needed the test report of my ecg/ blood test done by their medical vendor so that i can review for any further extra payment.

                                    I have already complaint the same to irdai and the details are given below but no response received yet for the same.

                                    I have also asked about the test result of the height and weight from sbi life, though they will not able to produce because they never did such test but claiming extra premium based on assumption.

                                      Sir,
                                      It is to inform you that i recharge for rupees 301 to my jio number on 10th november 2017, at about 9:00 pm after 3 hour there is nothing will happens, after that i call jio customer care about this they say there is no transection happen so jio customer care cant help me, then i check bhim app there is nothing how i complain the problem, it shows "call bank" then i call my bank but bank customer care cant help, then sir how i get my money back, when there is no recharge happen, kindly check it please..
